If you are planning a wedding in Rapid City or the Black Hills, take my heartfelt recommendation and explore all Timeless has to offer for your decor, planning, and coordinating needs. Wonderful people, pure integrity and class! Our wedding day felt like a dream thanks to their dedicated and detailed efforts. As we began to plan our destination wedding (we live about 10 hours from Rapid City), right from the start Timeless was welcoming and responsive to our ideas and questions. When we were visiting the area, they invited us to their showroom and spent time showing us pictures of weddings they had done and decor options so we could determine a style and overall vibe we wanted to go with. We decided to go with a modern take on a Custer State Park wedding, so Timeless helped us achieve this look with gold geometric decor and acrylic accents. We rented gorgeous (and very reasonably priced) table decor, ghost chairs (my fave!) plate chargers, cut glass goblets, colored linens, chair covers, tulle fabric and lighting for the ceiling, and a matching antique sofa for the memorial area in honor of my late mom. As our wedding date drew nearer, my now husband was transferred unexpectedly for his job, and I decided I needed extra help to ensure all the sweat and tears I had put into planning went smoothly. Mona was able to put me into contact with their coordinator and planner, KC. It was the BEST investment we made. The benefit of having skilled people oversee the details of the day eliminated almost every stressor for us. I loved that our family members did not have to go through the chaos of setting up or telling people what to do. Instead they could just focus on enjoying themselves. They also provided everyone in the wedding party with a custom folder containing important information and a timeline, which was so helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. In addition to all these services, they saved our reception by helping us find a wedding cake baker after our original baker cancelled on us with less than three months until our date! KC's beautiful daughter, Hope, was able to make us the most exquisite geode-themed wedding cake and matching cupcakes that were not only utterly delicious, but a true work of art! Without reservation I recommend Timeless Wedding & Event's services and team wholeheartedly. They are warm-spirited people, they seriously care, and they know weddings top to bottom with their many years of experience in the industry. To the wonderful ladies of Timeless, I thank you with all my heart for everything you did to help us before, during, and after our wedding. You are not just a vendor to us but treasured friends. Timeless Wedding and Event Rentals is the world’s best wedding planning and decorating company! Because of them, our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. My husband, Tyler, and I are still in awe when we look back on everything they did for us before, during, and after the wedding. Without their help, our special day would not have been the picture-perfect wedding we always dreamed of.
KC Bunch beautifully designed every detail. We received so many compliments from guests that said, “That was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to!” We know that Timeless and KC deserve all the credit. Our wedding ceremony and reception looked so chic and beautiful. One of my favorite parts that Timeless thought of was stringed-lights on the ceilings of our reception. The table décor was stunning as well, with the perfect amount of greenery and woodsy elements. Timeless helped set up a special room for all of the kids that were attending our wedding since there were quite a few. KC also designed where everything would go. KC maximized every inch of our reception space, without making it look cluttered. We feel so blessed to have found them!
Throughout the day, we had no worries because we knew that Timeless and KC had everything under control. Before the wedding, Tyler and I had several (and I mean several) boxes of stuff that we wanted to be delivered and set up. Timeless transported everything to both the reception and ceremony areas, which were in completely different locations (quite far from each other). Not only did they deliver everything, they set it all up for us!
They even made and printed schedules for everyone in our family and wedding party to answer questions and eliminate confusion. During our rehearsal, KC kindly told everyone to come to her for questions instead of me or Tyler! This eliminated so much pressure for us.
KC and Timeless also managed the timing of every part of our day, which allowed us to enjoy the day even more. We appreciated all their words of wisdom and recommendations during the entire planning process to help us make the best decisions possible. They knew all about the local businesses, the best way to time events throughout the day, and had several backup plans for just-in-case scenarios (especially weather).
On the day of the wedding, Timeless made sure all of us, including the groomsmen and bridesmaids, had meals. KC also brought a huge roller case filled with anything you could possibly think of for emergency situations, like a sewing kit for example. She even fixed the best man's tux in just a few minutes! Timeless and KC were also incredibly respectful of our priest’s requests. KC made sure that everyone was on the same page. For example, KC contacted all of our wedding vendors, like our florist, baker, photographer, videographer, etc., to make sure that everyone had the same schedule of events. KC also answered all of their questions so that I wouldn’t need to. This made life for us so much easier!
We were blown away by Timeless Wedding and Event's thoughtfulness and generosity, as they even bought us a beautiful wedding present and card. It was clear that the Timeless team sincerely cared a great deal about making our wedding day the most incredible day of our lives. We absolutely know that having KC and Timeless help us with our wedding planning and décor was the best decision we made for our wedding.
