Titan Tent did a great job providing for, setting up and tearing down our wedding. They provided a tent, tables and chairs for our wedding. They even helped us carry some heavy things while they were setting up the tent a few days before. The delivery guys did a great job and it was a quality product.
The only issue we faced with them was difficulty getting in contact with them. However when we did talk to them, they were very helpful.
I called and requested a quote from Aaron (co-owner). When we got to talking about the size of my event, he definitely made some suggestions that ended up being perfect for my event.
Not only were none of them pushy or over-bearing, but they were kind, considerate and fair. Every one of the services offered were nearly half what other competitors were charging in the nashville area. Moreover, they provided complete set up of the rentals (tables, chairs, tent, dance floors, etc) several days in advance so I could decorate, as well as giving several days later to pick up so we weren't too rushed. All at no additional cost.
ABSOLUTELY the best products, service, and quality for the price.
