TKO Entertainment Wedding DJs

urate in setting up his playlist to maximize the number of dancers on the floor all night. I appreciated that he played every one of our recommendations. He was organized in his prep work and based on our ages and taste in music, he added in popular hits that he knew would pump up our wedding crowd. It worked! His prices are fair and his MCing, lighting and Photo Booth contact made everything seamless for us. We highly recommend TKO/Ted!

perfect with the music! The photo booth was also the talk of the town! Everyone loved it and I still love that we got a photo book of all of the photos as well! It is a great keepsake for our special day!

on’t hesitate. Professional, quality DJ’s who know how to keep the party going but also keep it classy.

dy to roll for the ceremony, which was a different spot than his setup for the reception! He worked quickly and efficiently, keeping the whole party in motion. He knows how to drive a party! The dance floor was full the entire time until the venue cut us off. TKO has you fill out a questionnaire to help them understand your wedding style, flow of events (which they know how to handle very well....take their advice!), genres, favorites, crowd pleasers, etc. That questionnaire covers more than you would think and really made us put thought into the whole event. If you choose TKO entertainment for your event, trust you will be in good hands!

d the BEST flow of events and walked us through every step. The dance floor was flowing all night! They did an amazing job, I couldn’t have imagined anything better!

rganizing time line and provided recommendations on aisle songs.

ome up to us and make the comment that out of all the weddings that he had been to since our wedding in December of 2021, he has yet to be at one that tops the experience had at ours - thanks to TKO Entertainment. Ted and his team will ensure that your event will be one to remember. Ted ensured that all of my wife’s wants/needs were addressed (even with all of the last minute changes). The day of the wedding, the attending DJ did a phenomenal job ensuring that every one of all ages has a great time. He knew how to read the crowd and played appropriate music to keep the party going. As the night went on, the experience continued to elevate (thanks to the LED uplighting and special effect club lighting packages - also worth the investment). Some of the best reception pictures came when those lights came out. The sound quality of the audio equipment was phenomenal, offering a true “club-like” feel (perfectly mixed highs, mids, and lows that were not choppy or scratchy). When my wife and I think back to our wedding, we always say that TKO was definitely one of the reasons that our wedding was one to remember. Thanks to Ted and his team!

ed him inviting us to come see his set up and hear some of the music he plays at weddings. That experience was more than enough to get us to book and day of, we were not disappointed. He did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor. We heard nothing but good things from our guests!

h and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had pertaining to the music and wedding events timeline planning. After booking them, TKO provided us a vibrant and thorough music packet with numerous song suggestions from various genres as well as an outline of music choices we had to select for our wedding. The packet was appreciated and extremely helpful for us as we figured out our wedding music selections and it made the entertainment decisions for wedding planning fun. Early on, we could tell TKO was a company that would be attentive to detail and would make sure that music was played that would cater to our musical tastes as a couple. For our wedding, TKO Entertainment provided the perfect DJ services. We could not have asked for anything better. The events of the night were announced flawlessly, sounded great, and went on without a hitch. They coordinated perfectly with all our wedding vendors, ensuring a seamless experience. They provided the microphone and PA service for our officiant and for our toasts and they made sure the volume and tone were perfect. Despite the challenge of setting up a great-sounding outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception with reverberant room acoustics, TKO excelled in perfecting the sound in both environments. Announcements were well articulated, and music transitions were seamless. In addition to providing excellent services, TKO Entertainment was both professional and personal. We absolutely loved our DJs Ted and Brian for the evening. They were approachable all night and catered to a few last-minute requests, making us feel like important and valued clients. In addition to TKO’s DJ services, we also added on a photo booth option that our guests absolutely loved and it ran flawlessly throughout the night and provided our guests with a nice 4x6 photo collage to take home with them. All in all, having a DJ of their caliber allowed us to enjoy the people and events of our wedding day instead of worrying about the technicalities of the biggest life event of our lives. We are grateful to TKO for providing exceptional DJ services, both indoors and outdoors, and cannot recommend them enough. They were perfect!! - The Stantons, married July 2024

didn’t get to hear all of our song requests but ultimately I think TKO read the room throughout our reception and delivered on music choices. I had so much fun on the dance floor all night!

ce were our DJs and MCs day of and played exactly what we wanted, made the flow of the evening so smooth, and frequently asked if we wanted any additional songs or needed announcements. They were nice, professional, and so very helpful. Ted back at TKO is very responsive and helpful. I’m sure they would be great everywhere, but WOW did they know our venue (windows on the river, Cleveland) so so well and how they flow with cake cutting, dinner, etc. I can’t say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They provided dance floor lights and venue up lights for us as well that matched our wedding colors and a CD with our first dance song and requested songs. All the little things made us feel so special. And we are a couple that are really specific about our music, and they just nailed it and understood us. THANK YOU!

swered and called the week of our wedding to finalize all the details including name pronunciation. Bob and John did a fantastic job keeping the party going at our reception. We provided a list of songs we wanted to hear and they did a fantastic job of bouncing between our list of songs and incorporating other great songs. The night was seamless. We have heard several raving reviews from our guests regarding TKO, including “That was the best DJ I’ve ever seen at a wedding”, “The dance floor was electric”, “The music couldn’t be better”, etc. We would recommend TKO to any family member, friend, or stranger. TKO truly made our reception everything we could have hoped for.

how great the music is! Not only that but they did the music for the guests arriving, the ceremony, all introductions, dinner music, and even played one last song for a private dance just me and my groom at the end of the night. On top of that, they did all the uplighting at the reception to give it a more fun atmosphere, laser lights on the dance floor and Photo Booth! The booth was a hit with the guests and we got a copy of every picture taken with a little note, so fun to look at the next day and see everyone having such a good time.

DJs. We absolutely loved what we were shown during our consultation and knew our reception would be a big dance party. TKO allowed us to have certain songs requested for cocktail/dinner hour. We had given all of our vendors a timeline of the day ahead of time. We did have an extended cocktail hour so that we could take pictures (4:30 ceremony and went right into pictures) with our entrance at 6:30 and dinner served at 7:00. There was some push from one of the DJs to try to speed up that time line with concern of the energy slowing down but our guests enjoyed being able to chat and catch up and have a moment before dinner. Our guests seemed to really enjoy themselves and danced a lot in the beginning of the reception. We were married on a very hot day in June and I am sure the dancing slowed because of the heat. There were a few songs played that didn't quite fit the vibe or requested songs (YMCA and Billie Jean for example) and they played the Cha Cha slide when the Cupid Shuffle was played not long before and got everyone out dancing. There was some kind of older county song played in the middle and everyone immediately stopped dancing. We didn't request any country songs or check it off on the preferred sheets that were to be filled out. Some of the transitions felt a little off, there wasn't a lot of mixing into the next song. No Hands skipped and they played the song over entirely which if you know, is kind of a long song already. Our guests loved the lights and how they synced up to the music. Regardless I danced almost the entire night, my feet were black at the end of the night, and I had a good time. I wish I had been able to request the DJ's my friend's had DJ their wedding as the energy just felt different. *Edited: After our wedding Ted reached out to touch base about any questions or concerns we had. This was helpful and much appreciated.

. I felt like I was able to voice what was important to me, but still use advice and guidance from a professional. TKO covered everything. We had perfect music to walk down the aisle, great audio for our officiant and speeches, and the best time on the dance floor. I was very nervous about finding a vendor that can rock a dance floor for ages 4-82, and TKO executed this challenge perfectly. Based on performance alone, TKO deserves 5 stars. Adding in the thoughtfulness, checking in with me, communication, and support - I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any sort of DJ. I am very happy and satisfied with this service. Thanks, Ted! :)

ing so seamless by helping us with our timeline, music selection, and more. Our family and friends stayed on the dance floor all night with their amazing custom curated music selections. They went above and beyond, as to even scope out our venue beforehand to ensure everything would be perfect day of. We even got some professional photos as a bonus! Ted, we cannot thank you enough!

r empty. Ted was extremely helpful and very flexible with all of our specific requests. He was easy to work with and an expert in the field. We would highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

His staff that worked our wedding was very professional and a lot of fun. Our guests were dancing nonstop until the party ended and even months later, our guests tell us how great the music was at our wedding!

grateful for TKO and the amazing work they do ! Thank you for making our wedding day so special.

(there were a lot!) and he enhanced the playlist and took it to the next level. I would give him 10 stars if I could! I've been to a lot of weddings and TKO takes the cake

many guests left early due to it being a Sunday wedding, those that stayed were on the dance floor until the end having fun.

ng with our nontraditional wedding party and long list of song requests, and making the entire process so simple and fun. Bobby knew all the right words to say and songs to play to get our guests excited and on the dance floor. They definitely know what they're doing and gave very helpful recommendations on what would make the night seamless and flow the best! Everyone raved over how much fun the night was and we wish we could do it all over again!

!

ing was from 7pm until Midnight and by the end we still had so many people on the dance floor thanks to our awesome DJs! Our guests didn’t want to go home! Could not recommend more!

ny compliments on the vibe and set list of our wedding at Windows on the River. Ted did such a great job from planning through wedding, I also hired TKO to do uplighting for a Corporate event I planned at Cleveland History Center. Once again, he made the process seamless and the lighting was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Ted & TKO team!

t the music was at our wedding. The uplighting was also perfect. Definitely recommend!

Ted and his djs are great with announcements, energy, organization, responsiveness, and are so kind. Our guests loved them and we received a ton of compliments about them. They even gave us a playlist of our wedding songs on our wedding night as a surprise! I cannot recommend them enough.

s literally shaking. All of our guests commented how they loved the music and how it was the perfect mix of music for all ages. The planning process is very seamless and they go above and beyond to personalize your day. We had a surprise father-daughter dance and they worked with me to ensure the music cuts were perfect. They let you pick must play songs, do not plays, and also let you chose which eras of music you like. From there, they truly use their expertise throughout the evening in selecting music which made it so easy on us. They ensure the timeline runs smoothly throughout the evening and even offer tips on how to better enjoy each moment of your day. I would not book another DJ besides TKO!

y, and he was very kind and helpful throughout the evening. He played all of our requested songs and other great selections that kept the dance floor moving all night long. Highly recommend!

n. Even though the three were in different areas of the Lodge at GOTL, the transition between the three events was flawless, and the tracks for each were uniquely designed per our requests! Most importantly, my fiancée wanted people on the dance floor all night long, and TKO made that happen! This is the second time we've hired TKO and once again...... an Amazing performance.!

y could dance the night away. Brides, if you are looking for a reasonable, kind, easygoing, and professional DJ, TKO has your back! He was very easy to get into contact with and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we, as the bride and groom, were happy. Thank you so much again for making our big day beyond special!

e lists of suggestions they gave was so helpful, and he was responsive the entire time. Bob was our DJ during the reception, and he was incredible! He nailed all the introductions and helped keep us on time while also just letting us enjoy the moment. They made some truly special moments happen for us even if they weren't necessarily the most popular songs by playing a polka for us and even my sister's first dance song she never got to dance to because of COVID. He was so nice and we all had the best time dancing the night away. TKO is truly a wonderful group of people that made our night so fun. Highly recommend!

d presentation was amazing. We also had them coordinate music/mics for our ceremony and they were flawless with that as well. I was referred by my sister and plan to refer my friends and family as well!

t they're doing so they have great tips & tricks to offer but, at the end of the day, they leave it your choice on how you want your day to be! Highly suggest!

her. I wish they played more of the songs we put on our must play list. When we spoke to them on the phone the week of our wedding they made me feel like they did not like our music choices. I said I just didn't want our wedding to have the same radio music as every other wedding, and they confirmed that it wouldn't. The DJs that worked our event were professional and very kind, not cheesy at all, but mainly played songs that you hear at every other wedding. Good overall, but a bit disappointing.

l. Highly recommend!!

nt runs very smoothly without you having to worry about a thing! My brother and sister-in-law used them for their wedding and we knew right away we would be doing the same! They have done 4 weddings in our family up to this point! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking, you will not regret it! :)

ad amazing feedback from our guests about how much fun they had dancing all night!

ork with. Highly recommend!

ur requests, kept the energy at the perfect level, played great music, and were so easy to work with. Multiple guests complimented them as well. Ted was also awesome to work with. He was the most responsive vendor we worked with and was super accommodating when we unfortunately had to reschedule for Covid. Everyone at TKO is a rock star. Can't recommend them enough!
