TKO has you fill out a questionnaire to help them understand your wedding style, flow of events (which they know how to handle very well....take their advice!), genres, favorites, crowd pleasers, etc. That questionnaire covers more than you would think and really made us put thought into the whole event. If you choose TKO entertainment for your event, trust you will be in good hands!

Ted and his team will ensure that your event will be one to remember. Ted ensured that all of my wife’s wants/needs were addressed (even with all of the last minute changes). The day of the wedding, the attending DJ did a phenomenal job ensuring that every one of all ages has a great time. He knew how to read the crowd and played appropriate music to keep the party going. As the night went on, the experience continued to elevate (thanks to the LED uplighting and special effect club lighting packages - also worth the investment). Some of the best reception pictures came when those lights came out. The sound quality of the audio equipment was phenomenal, offering a true “club-like” feel (perfectly mixed highs, mids, and lows that were not choppy or scratchy). When my wife and I think back to our wedding, we always say that TKO was definitely one of the reasons that our wedding was one to remember. Thanks to Ted and his team!

After booking them, TKO provided us a vibrant and thorough music packet with numerous song suggestions from various genres as well as an outline of music choices we had to select for our wedding. Early on, we could tell TKO was a company that would be attentive to detail and would make sure that music was played that would cater to our musical tastes as a couple. For our wedding, TKO Entertainment provided the perfect DJ services. We could not have asked for anything better. The events of the night were announced flawlessly, sounded great, and went on without a hitch. They coordinated perfectly with all our wedding vendors, ensuring a seamless experience. They provided the microphone and PA service for our officiant and for our toasts and they made sure the volume and tone were perfect. Despite the challenge of setting up a great-sounding outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception with reverberant room acoustics, TKO excelled in perfecting the sound in both environments. Announcements were well articulated, and music transitions were seamless. In addition to providing excellent services, TKO Entertainment was both professional and personal. We absolutely loved our DJs Ted and Brian for the evening. They were approachable all night and catered to a few last-minute requests, making us feel like important and valued clients. In addition to TKO’s DJ services, we also added on a photo booth option that our guests absolutely loved and it ran flawlessly throughout the night and provided our guests with a nice 4x6 photo collage to take home with them. All in all, having a DJ of their caliber allowed us to enjoy the people and events of our wedding day instead of worrying about the technicalities of the biggest life event of our lives. ce were our DJs and MCs day of and played exactly what we wanted, made the flow of the evening so smooth, and frequently asked if we wanted any additional songs or needed announcements. They were nice, professional, and so very helpful. Ted back at TKO is very responsive and helpful. I’m sure they would be great everywhere, but WOW did they know our venue (windows on the river, Cleveland) so so well and how they flow with cake cutting, dinner, etc. I can’t say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They provided dance floor lights and venue up lights for us as well that matched our wedding colors and a CD with our first dance song and requested songs. All the little things made us feel so special. And we are a couple that are really specific about our music, and they just nailed it and understood us. THANK YOU!

We provided a list of songs we wanted to hear and they did a fantastic job of bouncing between our list of songs and incorporating other great songs. The night was seamless. We have heard several raving reviews from our guests regarding TKO, including “That was the best DJ I’ve ever seen at a wedding”, “The dance floor was electric”, “The music couldn’t be better”, etc. We would recommend TKO to any family member, friend, or stranger. TKO truly made our reception everything we could have hoped for.

Not only that but they did the music for the guests arriving, the ceremony, all introductions, dinner music, and even played one last song for a private dance just me and my groom at the end of the night. On top of that, they did all the uplighting at the reception to give it a more fun atmosphere, laser lights on the dance floor and Photo Booth! The booth was a hit with the guests and we got a copy of every picture taken with a little note, so fun to look at the next day and see everyone having such a good time.

DJs. We absolutely loved what we were shown during our consultation and knew our reception would be a big dance party. TKO allowed us to have certain songs requested for cocktail/dinner hour. We had given all of our vendors a timeline of the day ahead of time. We did have an extended cocktail hour so that we could take pictures (4:30 ceremony and went right into pictures) with our entrance at 6:30 and dinner served at 7:00. There was some push from one of the DJs to try to speed up that time line with concern of the energy slowing down but our guests enjoyed being able to chat and catch up and have a moment before dinner. Our guests seemed to really enjoy themselves and danced a lot in the beginning of the reception. We were married on a very hot day in June and I am sure the dancing slowed because of the heat. There were a few songs played that didn't quite fit the vibe or requested songs (YMCA and Billie Jean for example) and they played the Cha Cha slide when the Cupid Shuffle was played not long before and got everyone out dancing. There was some kind of older county song played in the middle and everyone immediately stopped dancing. We didn't request any country songs or check it off on the preferred sheets that were to be filled out. Some of the transitions felt a little off, there wasn't a lot of mixing into the next song. No Hands skipped and they played the song over entirely which if you know, is kind of a long song already. Our guests loved the lights and how they synced up to the music. Regardless I danced almost the entire night, my feet were black at the end of the night, and I had a good time. I wish I had been able to request the DJ's my friend's had DJ their wedding as the energy just felt different. *Edited: After our wedding Ted reached out to touch base about any questions or concerns we had. This was helpful and much appreciated.

. I felt like I was able to voice what was important to me, but still use advice and guidance from a professional. TKO covered everything. We had perfect music to walk down the aisle, great audio for our officiant and speeches, and the best time on the dance floor. I was very nervous about finding a vendor that can rock a dance floor for ages 4-82, and TKO executed this challenge perfectly. Based on performance alone, TKO deserves 5 stars. Adding in the thoughtfulness, checking in with me, communication, and support - I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any sort of DJ. I am very happy and satisfied with this service. The planning process is very seamless and they go above and beyond to personalize your day. We had a surprise father-daughter dance and they worked with me to ensure the music cuts were perfect. They let you pick must play songs, do not plays, and also let you chose which eras of music you like. From there, they truly use their expertise throughout the evening in selecting music which made it so easy on us. They ensure the timeline runs smoothly throughout the evening and even offer tips on how to better enjoy each moment of your day. I would not book another DJ besides TKO!

He nailed all the introductions and helped keep us on time while also just letting us enjoy the moment. They made some truly special moments happen for us even if they weren't necessarily the most popular songs by playing a polka for us and even my sister's first dance song she never got to dance to because of COVID. He was so nice and we all had the best time dancing the night away. TKO is truly a wonderful group of people that made our night so fun. Highly recommend!

her. I wish they played more of the songs we put on our must play list. When we spoke to them on the phone the week of our wedding they made me feel like they did not like our music choices. I said I just didn't want our wedding to have the same radio music as every other wedding, and they confirmed that it wouldn't. The DJs that worked our event were professional and very kind, not cheesy at all, but mainly played songs that you hear at every other wedding. Good overall, but a bit disappointing.

He was the most responsive vendor we worked with and was super accommodating when we unfortunately had to reschedule for Covid. Everyone at TKO is a rock star. Can't recommend them enough!

It was difficult to make decisions with all of the ups & downs going on and he made everything so much easier & truly seamless.
