Our wedding in particular had a large guest list and many vendors and she was able to keep track of all the details with ease. She worked with us and our parents with tons of patience. Her and her team worked for over 12 hours on the wedding day to ensure everything was in place, we were taken care of and most of all that we were able to have a good time and not worry about any of the details. I consider myself perfectionist, and she still exceeded all expectations of a wedding planner!

I did all the wedding planning myself but her team stepped in at 60 days to help confirm vendors and create the timeline, and other logistics which was great because at that point I was so burnt out I needed the help. Markie was my lead coordinator and she was wonderful. She made my wedding day vision come to life and treated us so special day of always checking in. She was well organized and just a sweet human. Would highly recommend working with this company.

THIS is what brides want and need. Planning a wedding is time consuming and stressful, and communicating with vendors is new, unusual territory - and Sam made it feel like a breeze. Vendor meetings were seamless and we could tell Sam was a truly respected and well known industry professional which made us feel even more taken care of. As someone who procrastinates a little, Sam made sure I was checking off the many to-do list items, hitting payment deadlines, and always asking where else she can help. She offered invaluable advice that friends and family just could not give, and helped us narrow down our vision and vibe and stay on track to execute that vibe down to the very last day. I didn’t know what I didn’t know; their wealth of experience was so helpful in connecting me to vendors (planning a wedding in a city like LA that you haven't lived in for long is overwhelming!), coordinating every last detail including post-wedding tasks, and staying on track with all of the above. Nothing was left up to question, all we had to do day-of was execute on the predetermined plan which made everything run smoothly. Allowing experts like themselves to handle the tasking and emailing behind the scenes also freed up time for my husband and I to focus on other personal details and family matters. In addition, Sam and Talia were excellent and graceful when it came to working with an inexperienced restaurant venue, and their thoroughness illuminated some critical billing miscommunications on behalf of the restaurant that otherwise would have been swept under the rug. Their bookkeeping and transparency were greatly appreciated as weddings are a both a significant financial and emotional investment.
On top of all of that, I genuinely enjoyed spending time with them, it felt like two of my good friends being by my side. Her attention to detail, communication style and amazing talent is just what I was looking for in someone to help plan our wedding. I work full time with a pretty busy schedule and Sam was always able to accommodate our schedule when we needed to meet with her for our monthly check ins. At all of our check ins Sam always made sure both myself and my fiancé were on the same page and everything was staying on track with our timeline. Even though we only had a partial planning package, it felt like a full planning package with how attentive Sam was throughout the entire planning process. With my planning package I got to have Sam help us find 2 vendors (a life saver since she would present us with 3-4 vendors and do all the heavy communication until we met with them for the first time!) Sam helped us find our photographer (perks of having connections is you know who the talented vendors are and can hook your couples us with people you love working with, which Sam did with XO&Fetti!!) and our florals. For our florals vendor Sam knew we wanted to save as much money as we could so she did tons of research and found us the best silk floral company in the industry (Something Borrowed Blooms). Because of Sam’s research we were able to save over $1,000 on florals and put that money towards something else in our budget. Throughout all of our planning process Sam would present us with digital mock ups for what our layout and décor would look like. And let me tell you this girl is SUPER talented in this department and I was shocked and giggly with excitement to see all our mock ups come to life on our wedding day just like she designed digitally. Leading up to our wedding day Sam and her team worked hard to make sure all our vendors knew all the tiny details and answered all of their questions. She would join in on all our final details meetings and help us when we didn’t know what to ask or how to answer a vendor question. On our wedding day Sam and her entire team helped to make sure our day went as smooth as it could. Sam even untied and retired all of our napkins to make sure the knot style we wanted was perfect for our guests (we had about 100 people so a lot of napkin magic Sam did). And let me tell you, having a STRESS-FREE wedding with almost little to no hiccups was exactly how my day went all thanks to To Be Loved Events entire team!!! My fiancé and I are both thrilled to be married, but also sad since now we won’t get to work with Sam anymore. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough for helping us throughout our entire planning process. In the beginning of our planning process Sam told me to think of your wedding planner as a gift to yourself. She also coordinated our flowers and did a wonderful job with Flower Duet, who did a beautiful job at a much cheaper price than other vendors. Samantha also had a great emergency kit with Guerilla Glue and a needle and thread, which my friend used when her dress fell apart. Her assistant was also very kind and nice to work with!

She gave us so much time throughout our wedding weekend to reconnect with friends and family, to eat our delicious food, and to enjoy our guests and each other's company. o Be Loved for the two months leading up to the wedding plus the day of the wedding itself. While we had most of our vendors hired by this point, her services came at exactly the right time. She not only was able to keep us on schedule but she helped us organize all our planning. She is exceptional at communication and helped us get responses from other vendors by reaching out directly to them. She constructed a well thought out timeline for the day of the wedding which we were able to revise and adjust along the way as our planning progressed. We also were able to utilize her inventory of rentals which we found super helpful for our decor (reserved seat signs, gift card box, glass hurricanes and votives plus candles and cake cutting utensils to name a few). She also was able to help us refine any vendor quotes/contracts that were not set in place yet at the time of her onboarding which was helpful (in our case she helped us finalize the music and florals). The day of the wedding, Samantha and her team worked well together to keep us on schedule, decorate the ceremony and reception areas, get all guests where they needed to be in addition to checking in with us regularly to see how we were feeling and if we needed anything. She spoke directly with the venue coordinator, the DJ, the photography team and all other vendors so we did not have to worry about anything except enjoying our day. We only noticed one minor cause for concern during our reception which she was already handling by the time it came to our attention and furthermore she continued to resolve this issue on our behalf even after the wedding which we really appreciated. Samantha is lovely and a true professional. Her team is equally pleasant and competent! (Shoutout to Vania who I enjoyed very much as well!) Samantha is very good at what she does and had a profound impact on the entire day. We are so happy we hired To Be Loved Events to plan our perfect wedding day; we highly recommend!
