To Be Loved Events

nd from first interactions to wrap up everything was seamless. I ended up going with the 60 Day out wedding coordination project and the services were perfect for what I needed, bringing my vision and selected vendors all together. Talia handled all communications with my vendors in the 60 day lead up, joining all final vendor calls, ran my rehearsal and then executed day of with support coordinators. It felt like white glove service and I never had to worry about forgetting a detail because Talia was one step ahead of me. I can not recommend To Be Loved Events more, they truly made my day so special and so easy!

d knowledge of the industry made our entire planning process feel so easy, and whenever we had a question she would get back to us asap. We wanted to have a somewhat non-traditional ceremony and reception set up and Samantha was understanding of our vision and accommodating in her planning to make it happen seamlessly. When it came to the week-of, it was the one rainy week LA gets a year and she pivoted our outdoor ceremony to a beautiful indoor setting and kept us feeling stress free while coordinating with the venue and vendors to make the updates. Again, we can’t recommend the To Be Loved team enough!

flowed exactly as we had planned. I did not have to stress about when my florist would arrive or whether the vendors had gotten the memo. Sam and her team communicated with all our vendors and were organized and professional on our wedding day. Most importantly, I got to spend quiet moments with my new husband, instead of worrying about the details. After the wedding, I am convinced that there is no such thing as a "day of coordinator." A wedding takes months of planning and decision-making, and it helps when Samantha is on your side. From taste testing to finding the perfect seat design to exploring table settings, she is your all-around go-to coordinator. Thank you again for helping us plan our special day and executing with calmness and organization from start to finish.

ute and create our dream wedding. Samantha was literally a match made in heaven for us. Right off the bat, she beautifully listened to our priorities and thoughts. She created vision boards, helped us find vendors, reviewed vendor contracts, and was our main point of contact whenever we had questions or concerns. Her high level of organization, creativity, and calming presence made the entire planning process so stress-free for us. One simple phone or Zoom call with Samantha brought us so much ease. She always knew what to say and what to do to make us feel better. Our wedding was so magical and perfect in every way. It surpassed our wildest dreams and so much of that is thanks to her dedication, talent, and passion for what she does. We are so grateful to have Samantha by our sides throughout the wedding planning process. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner! Thank you Samantha for everything you did for us. We are so grateful for you! ❤️

ressed by was how engaged with the couple. They did multiple zoom calls with the couple, us and other vendors to ensure everything went perfect! They also made sure the Bride and Groom had privacy for when they did first look photos. It was clear to me they took their work seriously and are true professionals.

r. Her kindness, organization, and expertise gave us a wedding experience that ran so smoothly and true to what we envisioned, we could not have imagined it going better. Everything was truly perfect and it was 1000% our dream Best Day Ever. From the minute we started working with Sam, we could tell we were in the best hands. She led us through every step of the process, making our dreams a reality and striving for our vision even in moments where we were ready to settle for something less. Oyster bar? Let's do it! Specialty Italian wedding cake we'd searched high and low for? She made it happen! Our wedding was such a dream, we truly didn't want it to end. We were so well taken care of and tended to at our wedding. The TBL team made sure we didn't have to lift a finger and could just enjoy! Do yourself a favor, and hire the best coordinator out there. You will be working with not only the most capable person you could possibly hire for the job, but a wonderful person who is simply a dream to work with. Samantha and the To Be Loved crew, we love you, and thank you for being such an important part of our love story.

assuring wedding planner I’ve ever met. She has an incredibly calming energy that you feel all throughout the wedding planning process. The dedication and excellence she provides to every single client is unmatched. Hiring To Be Loved Events was the single best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Our wedding would not have been half as incredible as it was without Sam. If any bride or groom is reading this, you’re in the best hands with Samantha. At our wedding, our friends and family couldn’t stop commenting on how smooth and easy the whole day felt and how Sam’s calmness, presence, and confidence shined throughout the whole day. We can’t thank Sam enough for everything she did for us.

nt about the wedding planning. She wasn’t just a coordinator—she became a source of guidance, reassurance, and genuine support every step of the way. Throughout the planning, she thought of details I had never considered, kept us organized, and made what could have been stressful feel exciting and fun. When I had moments of being lost or overwhelm, Samantha was always there with a solution, a kind word, and the reminder that everything was going to be work out beautifully—and it absolutely did because of her and her team.  On the wedding day, I can honestly say I felt completely at ease because I knew we were in the best hands. Every little detail was handled so gracefully that my partner and I were able to truly soak in every moment with our closest family and friends. I didn’t worry once about the timeline, the setup, or the flow of the evening—it all just magically happened, thanks to the team’s hard work behind the scenes. What I’ll remember most, though, is how much heart Samantha put into making our day special. She makes you feel like your wedding is the greatest event of the year and that’s something you can’t put a price on. We are endlessly grateful and could truly never thank her enough for all her help.  If you are lucky enough to have Samantha by your side on your wedding day, you’ll not only have the most seamless, beautiful celebration—you’ll also gain someone who truly has your back through it. I am so lucky not just to know her as a vendor or boss, but truly as a friend.  With all our love,  The Von Molts

ning, was always willing to answer any questions, and was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Our wedding in particular had a large guest list and many vendors and she was able to keep track of all the details with ease. She worked with us and our parents with tons of patience. Her and her team worked for over 12 hours on the wedding day to ensure everything was in place, we were taken care of and most of all that we were able to have a good time and not worry about any of the details. I consider myself perfectionist, and she still exceeded all expectations of a wedding planner!

nd exceptional! We had a large wedding, 250 guests, many moving parts. The wedding was absolutely perfect, everything went very smoothly due to Samantha’s organization. Her attention to every detail helped with how perfect the flow was. We could have never enjoyed ourselves as much as we did, if it wasn’t for Samantha making sure everything was perfect. We were definitely guests at our daughters wedding. With all the decisions we had to make in hiring our team, Samantha was the best decision we made. Truly could not have done it without her!

gether with professionalism and efficiency, all while cheering us on and sharing in our excitement throughout the entire experience. From the early planning stages to the final moments of our wedding night, we completely trusted Talia with our vision and with the care of our loved ones. Her warmth and support didn’t go unnoticed — everyone appreciated her kindness and helpfulness every step of the way. A great leader inspires a great team, and that’s exactly what we saw in Samantha and Markie. Together, they made up the dream team — and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better trio to support us on such an important day. We are endlessly grateful for everything they did.

on the big day. Everything on our wedding day went according to plan thanks to Samantha and we could not recommend her enough to anyone.

ade the whole process less stressful. Her attention to detail and great eye for design made our wedding day magical. Samantha kept everything organized and running smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the day - which I did not think was possible, but it is! She’s kind but not afraid to do the things you don't want to do (lol). We’re so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone getting married <3

d hardworking ladies who put so much thought, care, and love into making sure everything is just as you dreamt it to be. As a type-A bride it was hard to let go of the idea of controlling every detail and trusting that my vision would come to life but let me tell you Talia and Samantha are truly the most amazing and made sure our day ran so smooth and somehow made all our visions and Pinterest boards come to life. We were truly able to enjoy the full day knowing that we had the best team! It was such a relief to know we could be fully immersed in the moment of the best day and know that everything was taken care of and we could just enjoy! It was such an absolute pleasure to work with Talia and Samantha – from the first consultation call to every email, calls to discuss details, and in-person meetings we felt at such ease and knew we were in the best hands. If you have any doubts or hesitations on hiring a coordinator or which coordinator to hire, let me tell you right now that you will not be disappointed with To Be Loved Events.

cide on some finishing touches for our wedding and, honestly, she made my vision a reality 🫶🏽 thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I definitely will be recommending to other couples 😊

. She is truly the best at what she does! You will not regret choosing this team as your wedding planners.

anized. I booked their 60 day service and it was perfect for what I needed. I did all the wedding planning myself but her team stepped in at 60 days to help confirm vendors and create the timeline, and other logistics which was great because at that point I was so burnt out I needed the help. Markie was my lead coordinator and she was wonderful. She made my wedding day vision come to life and treated us so special day of always checking in. She was well organized and just a sweet human. Would highly recommend working with this company.

day, Sam was organized, professional, and an excellent communicator. She’d answer all my emails and texts and random decor questions promptly and was a true sounding board with honest opinions, enthusiasm, and suggestions when planning. THIS is what brides want and need. Planning a wedding is time consuming and stressful, and communicating with vendors is new, unusual territory - and Sam made it feel like a breeze. Vendor meetings were seamless and we could tell Sam was a truly respected and well known industry professional which made us feel even more taken care of. As someone who procrastinates a little, Sam made sure I was checking off the many to-do list items, hitting payment deadlines, and always asking where else she can help. She offered invaluable advice that friends and family just could not give, and helped us narrow down our vision and vibe and stay on track to execute that vibe down to the very last day. She had our backs the whole way. She even discovered I was on instagram more often than in my email, and would communicate with me in my DMs because she knew I’d answer there quicker LOL. That is how intuitive and on top of things she is! Our wedding week was stress free, and our wedding day was the most perfect day of our dreams thanks to Sam. Arriving at our venue seeing all the vendors, rentals, florals, and decor setting up and knowing that Sam had orchestrated it all and had everything under control was a dream. Like having everything you wanted on your best day ever on without having to lift a finger. She made sure we ate, she reminded us to soak it all in and enjoy the moment, and if anything went awry I’d have no idea because Sam and her team ensured we felt nothing but love and laughter all day. From her curated floral and decor vision boards, detailed photography shot lists, extensive wedding checklists for every planning category, and providing expert vendor and bridal party timelines - hiring To be Loved Events was the best decision we made. I could go on and on about all the ways Sam was a life saver - there are too many moments, I’d have to write a novel. HIRE HER!! You won’t regret it. Thank you Sam for planning our dream day. We are forever grateful for you!!!🩷

t have a particular vision for our wedding, so having Samantha was integral to being able to plan a wedding. She provided us with list of deadlines and To-Dos and guided us the through the entire process. Because of her organization and reliability, I was not worried on the day of about anything planning related. Everything was accounted for and taken care of for us thanks to her planning and foresight. Thanks to Samantha we had the wedding of our dreams and are so grateful!!!

lear that she was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also passionate about making our big day as special as possible. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She guided us through every step of the planning process, offering creative ideas and expert advice while always listening to our vision and making it a reality. She handled everything with such professionalism and care. On the day of the wedding, Sam was a true lifesaver. Everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. Sam and her team anticipated every need and was always one step ahead, ensuring that every moment was perfectly executed. We always had a drink in our hand, and they made sure we were well fed! Our guests were also impressed with how smooth everything went, and many commented on how organized and beautiful the event was. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the couple's experience as much as Sam does. She didn’t just plan our wedding; she made our dreams come true. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not only skilled and reliable but also warm, patient, and dedicated, I wholeheartedly recommend Sam. She was a huge part of making our wedding day unforgettable!

glad I did. I didn’t know what I didn’t know; their wealth of experience was so helpful in connecting me to vendors (planning a wedding in a city like LA that you haven't lived in for long is overwhelming!), coordinating every last detail including post-wedding tasks, and staying on track with all of the above. Nothing was left up to question, all we had to do day-of was execute on the predetermined plan which made everything run smoothly. Allowing experts like themselves to handle the tasking and emailing behind the scenes also freed up time for my husband and I to focus on other personal details and family matters. In addition, Sam and Talia were excellent and graceful when it came to working with an inexperienced restaurant venue, and their thoroughness illuminated some critical billing miscommunications on behalf of the restaurant that otherwise would have been swept under the rug. Their bookkeeping and transparency were greatly appreciated as weddings are a both a significant financial and emotional investment.
On top of all of that, I genuinely enjoyed spending time with them, it felt like two of my good friends being by my side. I’m so thankful we had them there as part of our planning process, I truly don’t know if we could have pulled it off without them. Thank you Sam and Talia! Your help means more than you know!

was she operationally efficient and incredibly organized, ensuring that every detail was handled smoothly, but she was also a tremendous emotional support throughout the entire process. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Samantha made us feel confident and calm at every step. Her expertise was evident in every single task and thing she did, whether it was offering creative solutions to last-minute challenges or flawlessly coordinating with vendors. She was the captain of our wedding ship, making sure everything ran like clockwork, and her attention to detail allowed us to fully enjoy the moment, knowing that everything was in the best possible hands. On the day of our wedding, Samantha was BEYOND AMAZING! She handled absolutely all of the logistics, but more importantly, she made sure that we felt relaxed and present in the moment. Her calm, composed demeanor was exactly what we needed to truly enjoy our day without worrying about any behind-the-scenes issues. We can honestly say that nor us nor our family members or friends had to deal with any issues or worried because Samantha was taking care of everything. Looking back, it truly was a dream come true, and so much of that is thanks to Samantha’s hard work, dedication, and genuine passion for what she does. We can’t imagine going through the wedding planning process with anyone else, and if we had to do it all over again, there’s no doubt that we would choose Samantha as our planner. We will absolutely be telling everyone we know who is getting married to use Samantha - so make sure you book her while you can! Thank you, Samantha, for making our wedding day the best day of our lives! We can never repay everything you did !

they kept me calm and exceeded my expectations. Samantha and I emailed and texted constantly and she was beyond helpful with all the things you don’t even think about as a bride. She asked all the right questions, always made sure we achieved my vision, and is definitely a TIMELINE QUEEN! She even took home the top tier of my cake to save for me after the honeymoon. SO THOUGHTFUL! My wedding was the magical fairytale I dreamt of my whole life and I LITERALLY did not have to worry about one thing on the day. They kept me fed, hydrated, happy, helped me get dressed, helped me with my dogs, and packed everything into the car for us. They are more than just wedding planners, they have now become friends. Make the best decision of your life and hire To be Loved for any event you have. I promise it will turn out beyond perfect.

tha with To B eLoved Events about 9 months prior to our wedding day for partial wedding planning services along with coordinating. Samantha helped us with the vetting process before hiring our wedding day vendors. She made sure early on that we established our priorities for our wedding day. She attended every meeting to help us feel confident with our decisions. She met with us once a month in the early days of our planning process, and was always ready to answer any of our questions. Meetings with Samantha and our vendors became more frequent as our wedding day approached. Communication with Samantha was seamless and she was always incredibly prompt with her responses. Samatha also communicated with all of our vendors throughout the planning process to ensure our vendors were go to go leading up to our wedding day. We found that the wedding planning website tool provided by Samantha really helpful to keep us stay organized. She also created a stellar wedding day timeline for us with ALL of the activities we wanted to squeeze into the day. We truly felt that she was by our side throughout the whole process. Her knowledge, compassion, attention to detail, and flexibility really gave us the best experience with the wedding planning process. Our wedding day included ~200 guests. We were nervous about having to orchestrate a whole day with our families who can be a lot to handle at times. She and her assistant Markie were fabulous ensuring our day ran smoothly. Our wedding day was truly everything we could have ever asked for and more. We did not feel an ounce stress at all the entire day. We truly felt it was the best day of our lives and enjoyed every moment. Our family and friends personally let us know it was one of the most well planned and fun-filled weddings they’ve ever attended. It brings us so much comfort and joy to know that our guests had a great time too. We attribute a lot of the stress-free day to Samantha supporting us and helping prepare us throughout the entire planning process. We would like to highlight that there may have been a few hiccups during the day, but Samantha and her team handled the day perfectly that we didn’t even notice anything unusual. Over a month later, we are still reminiscing on what was the best day of our lives. If you are thinking about booking with Samantha, you absolutely 1000% should do so! If we were to do it again - we would absolutely choose Samantha, AGAIN. Her experience in the wedding business truly provided us with so much comfort in our wedding planning process. We are so thankful for all the time, energy and love Samantha put into helping make our day so special for us. - K + E

il that point it was a struggle to keep track of every task and feel that we were making consistent progress or on track to have it all ready in time. Samantha got it all organized and on a clear timeline while never making it feel unattainable. Everything came together seamlessly thanks to all of her help. One of the best attributes of Samantha’s work is her kindness and considerate approach to every situation. Samantha always handled every stressful situation with grace and a smile and made it feel like we were working with someone we have known for years. I hope anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator will look no further and do everything they can to have Samantha on their team. She makes all the difference.

, Samantha is the sweetest, most gentle, caring and kind person I’ve ever met. But don’t be fooled, she will do whatever it takes to get things done in a way where you don’t even know it’s happening with an energy that is not to be messed with. I swear she’s like the secret service of the wedding industry! 😂 My husband and I were probably not the easiest clients because we’re super busy and not great at responding to things super quickly (which is why we knew we needed a wedding planner from the beginning 😅), but Samantha was always more than accommodating to our crazy schedules and quite literally saved the entire wedding on more than one occasion. I have absolutely no clue what we would have done without her. From menu tastings, to wanting to rent a dance floor, but then not wanting to rent a dance floor, to not only helping me find a new hair stylist a month before the wedding, but being like a best friend and having my back when the one who cancelled on me was being a bully, Samantha truly does it all. When your wedding is being discussed or executed, you’ll feel like her one and only client. We never had to remind her of anything or explain what we had envisioned after it had been initially discussed. We trusted her fully with our vision, hired many of her recommended vendors, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat knowing we were in such capable hands. Everyone always wants to know if anything “went wrong” on the day of the wedding, and I can confidently say that if anything did go wrong, we will never know about it. In my eyes, it was the most seamless wedding in history, and I think everyone getting married should be able to feel that way. So thank you, Samantha! I will recommend you to everyone I know until you retire. You will have a place in our hearts forever. We are so incredibly grateful for your dedication, your organization and your innate ability to make everyone around you feel calm and at ease. You made our wedding dreams come true.

bly get a kick out of our wedding Pinterest board – it was all over the place, almost like each photo was pinned by a different person.) Which is to say that we were a wedding planner’s worst nightmare when it came to making decisions! Samantha came on board more than a year before our big day, and from the jump, she was a lifesaver. Whether it was the big decisions (Where do we even have this wedding? What about flowers? And music?) or the small ones (What font did we like better for the menus?), she was there with thoughtful advice and a steady hand. And when it came time for the ceremony, she and her team were there coordinating everything like a well-orchestrated machine. There were charts and timelines and checklists, all in the service of a truly perfect evening. There isn’t a single thing that we would want to change about our special day, except wishing that time could move slower so that we could have enjoyed everything a little longer. All of our guests remarked that it was such an “us” wedding, which is the ultimate compliment in our eyes! We were blown away by Samantha’s work, and her kindness, and we know, without a doubt, the wedding we loved so much was only possible because of her.

e ensured every detail was taken care of and left no stone unturned. Samantha truly understood our vision for our wedding day and brought it to life beautifully. From the moment she started, she took over all vendor communication, making everything effortless for us. It was so easy to trust her with everything. One of my main priorities was to have as much time on the dance floor as possible. Despite our timeline initially seeming tight, Samantha, the timeline wizard that she is, made it happen. Everything ran so smoothly, thanks to her expertise. On the day of our wedding, Samantha handled everything perfectly. I didn't have to coordinate anything or anyone, allowing me to fully enjoy my day with my new husband, family, and friends to the fullest. Thank you for everything, Sam!!!

amazing and made it really easy for us to make our decision. She was super helpful and extremely easy to communicate with and so it made our decision to hire her for partial wedding planning a no-brainer. From then on she was always available for any questions and concerns that came up which we were really grateful for because going into it we had no idea how much went into planning a wedding. In addition to being our planner, she was also our florist as we booked with Something Borrowed Blooms so she took care of the planning, prep, and setup of all of our florals. Her organizational skills and attention to detail especially shined there because she had mock-ups, layouts, and all the spreadsheets for us so that every single detail of our vision was planned for and executed on the wedding day. It was amazing not having to worry about anything on the wedding day because we knew Samantha and her team were on top of every single detail from morning until the very end of the night. Thankfully we were not one of those couples that didn't get to eat any of their own food because Samantha made sure we were covered with appetizers, dinner, drinks, and dessert. All of our guests complimented us on how beautiful everything was and how well organized the entire night went and that's all thanks to Samantha and her team. We can't say enough how grateful we are to Samantha for the amazing job she did and all the time and dedication she put into planning our wedding. You'll be in great hands if you decide to hire Samantha for your wedding!

inate all of our vendors because she handled all communication and coordination with them from start to finish and we just got to enjoy the day. There’s a lot to do for wedding planning but Samantha made it all more manageable and hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. Everything was seamless for us the day of and it was such a special day. Thank you Samantha!

m the first time we met with her, Samantha embraced our energy, passion and ideas for creating an unforgettable wedding and seamlessly blended organizational prowess with genuine care for our love story. Samantha's responsiveness and availability were invaluable throughout the entire process. We found her to be not just a planner but a true partner in the journey who tirelessly kept us on track throughout the planning process. We particularly appreciated her accessibility. She typically responded to all of our texts within 10 minutes and emails within an hour. This was helpful to us as we both work demanding day jobs leaving our communications with her to the very late evenings and early mornings. planning process. For the day-of, Samantha and her team were exceptional! We cannot imagine having such a memorable and beautiful wedding day without their hard work the day-of. Samantha helped us create a timeline that resulted in a natural well-paced flow, allowing us to appreciate every moment (instead of worrying about who needed to do what/where/when). When your wedding evening comes to a close, you will likely be surprised by how many closing tasks there are. Fortunately, with Samantha, all those closing tasks are taken care of, which helps cap a memorable day perfectly! Wedding budget planning is difficult, but rest assured, your investment in Samantha’s services will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding day (second only to your choice of spouse :).

ded us with a few in the area. After speaking to Sam, I knew she was my person. Her attention to detail, communication style and amazing talent is just what I was looking for in someone to help plan our wedding. I work full time with a pretty busy schedule and Sam was always able to accommodate our schedule when we needed to meet with her for our monthly check ins. At all of our check ins Sam always made sure both myself and my fiancé were on the same page and everything was staying on track with our timeline. Even though we only had a partial planning package, it felt like a full planning package with how attentive Sam was throughout the entire planning process. With my planning package I got to have Sam help us find 2 vendors (a life saver since she would present us with 3-4 vendors and do all the heavy communication until we met with them for the first time!) Sam helped us find our photographer (perks of having connections is you know who the talented vendors are and can hook your couples us with people you love working with, which Sam did with XO&Fetti!!) and our florals. For our florals vendor Sam knew we wanted to save as much money as we could so she did tons of research and found us the best silk floral company in the industry (Something Borrowed Blooms). Because of Sam’s research we were able to save over $1,000 on florals and put that money towards something else in our budget. Throughout all of our planning process Sam would present us with digital mock ups for what our layout and décor would look like. And let me tell you this girl is SUPER talented in this department and I was shocked and giggly with excitement to see all our mock ups come to life on our wedding day just like she designed digitally. Leading up to our wedding day Sam and her team worked hard to make sure all our vendors knew all the tiny details and answered all of their questions. She would join in on all our final details meetings and help us when we didn’t know what to ask or how to answer a vendor question. On our wedding day Sam and her entire team helped to make sure our day went as smooth as it could. Sam even untied and retired all of our napkins to make sure the knot style we wanted was perfect for our guests (we had about 100 people so a lot of napkin magic Sam did). And let me tell you, having a STRESS-FREE wedding with almost little to no hiccups was exactly how my day went all thanks to To Be Loved Events entire team!!! My fiancé and I are both thrilled to be married, but also sad since now we won’t get to work with Sam anymore. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough for helping us throughout our entire planning process. In the beginning of our planning process Sam told me to think of your wedding planner as a gift to yourself. I am going to pass along this advice to all future couples and if you are on the fence to hire a wedding coordinator or not, do it. Best gift you can give yourself and fiancé on your wedding day is to have To be Loved Events as your coordinator!!! My fiancé and I love Sam and are so thankful for all her work helping us tie the knot in September.

g, and I can't even begin to express how utterly phenomenal her and her team were. We chose the wedding management package and from the moment we hired her until the big day, Samantha proved to be the secret ingredient that made our special day absolutely PERFECT. Her attention to detail is nothing short of extraordinary. Every element of our wedding was meticulously organized and executed flawlessly. She listened attentively to our ideas, and even our worries, and then translated them into a reality that exceeded our expectations. She took the time to understand our vision, contact our vendors, review contracts, ask questions we wouldn’t have even thought of, and made certain that every aspect of our wedding was accounted for. Communication was flawless, with quick responses to all our questions and concerns. She always made us feel like a top priority, being accessible via text and email at any time- which gave us peace of mind throughout the planning process. Her professionalism, organization and reliability were beyond exceptional, leaving us with nothing to worry about on our big day. On the wedding day itself, Samantha and her team were HEAVEN SENT. They handled everything with grace and precision, seamlessly coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and ensuring that every detail (big or small) fell into place. When we arrived at the venue, we saw our dream wedding come to life. Along with their impeccable attention to detail, Samantha and her team orchestrated the whole day seamlessly, making sure everything ran like clockwork. Above all, the most important thing Samantha and her team did was bring my husband and I peace of mind. I cannot emphasize this enough! I have been a part of many weddings and a guest of a few more and have seen the benefits of a good day-of coordinator and the consequences of a bad one. My husband and I are blessed to say, we had a GREAT one. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, handled unforeseen issues without us even being aware of them, had her staff be beyond attentive to us, and just ensured we didn’t have to think of anything else but enjoying the day. Believe it or not, at one point during our reception, my husband and I turned to each other and said, “Wow, hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. They are KILLING IT!” I cannot make this up because even I was shocked that we had the time and mental bandwidth to acknowledge that. But that just proves that we were truly able to revel in how our day had been unfolding and were able to recognize how amazing everything was handled! All their efforts did not go unnoticed because even our guests were equally impressed and complimented our wedding's flawless execution and organization. Although this review is long, I can promise you that it is in no way exaggerated. If you're considering hiring a day-of wedding coordinator, look no further than To Be Loved Events. Samantha and her team are more than just coordinators; they're dream-makers, problem-solvers, and true professionals who will go to great lengths to make your wedding day perfect. They will exceed your wildest dreams and ensure your big day unfolds without a hitch. Samantha is, without a doubt, a hidden gem in the wedding industry and deserves nothing short of a rave review. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. It was a day filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories, and we owe a significant part of that to To Be Loved Events. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day the most incredible experience of our lives!

ght of important details I would never think of (dumpsters, lighting on the ground for caterers, parasols, etc.), and made sure to give me a very thorough check list so our wedding would go well. She also coordinated our flowers and did a wonderful job with Flower Duet, who did a beautiful job at a much cheaper price than other vendors. We are very grateful Samantha was able to cut costs in that department! Samantha also had a great emergency kit with Guerilla Glue and a needle and thread, which my friend used when her dress fell apart. Her assistant was also very kind and nice to work with!

nd to work through with a ceremony and dinner on a Friday eve and then a larger reception at our home of the following day, so there were several unique details to put together for each venue but this team did everything with ease and we were able to just sit back and enjoy the people that were here for us. I would recommend this team for weddings from small and intimate to large scale events!

of the way. She was easy to work with, collaborative, trustworthy and had her hand on the pulse of every element of the day. Her attention to detail, never failed. I trusted she orchestrated and knew every desire of our couples day to a "T". Not only did the wedding run smoothly, she was calm, cool and collected every step of the way. I cannot recommend Samantha more!

rstand the love you have, what you're trying to do to celebrate, and what forever means to you as a couple and bring it all together into one perfect day, your wedding day. Both answers are easy when you follow your heart. To Be Loved Events is the BEST and ONLY option for #2. Samantha Kin is meticulously organized never missing a detail, impressive with time management not only of her own, but everyone involved, and clearly passionate about making your day a smashing success. You never once feel alone in the process because you have her. As if that isn't enough, she makes every single part of the process an absolute joy! Knowing this was the biggest decision in making our wedding dreams come true, we spoke to a number of planners to make the right decision. What set Samantha a part and still does to this day is that immediately she makes your wedding HER wedding. In every decision, step of the process, or vendor call, she acts like it's her love being celebrated on that day. It shows in all she does from the initial meeting to the big day and every moment to follow. Beyond seeing it as a client, we have come to learn she holds this same reputation with other wedding vendors in the industry, only solidifying this. To put it lightly, our wedding surpassed our wildest dreams and the biggest part that played in that was To Be Loved Events. Even with living in Chicago & getting married in my hometown of LA while adding that we dreamed of a summer wedding in 7 months, she helped take everything that was important to us and make it even better than we could have imagined. Every detail was thought of, every moment we wanted happened, and the timeless meaningful celebration we hoped for was beyond what we received in return. My husband said it best in our car ride following our wedding - we simply couldn't have done this without her. She gave us the gift that keeps giving and will fill our hearts with so much love forever. The most fond memories were there because Samantha took the time to help us make sure they happened. Samantha gave us the greatest gift as our planner and we can assure you the greatest gift you can choose for yourself in the wedding planning process is going with her. It's so unbelievably easy to love To Be Loved Events from the very beginning and I can assure you, you will absolutely be loved in return.

Samantha as our Wedding Coordinator, that fear never materialized. She gave us so much time throughout our wedding weekend to reconnect with friends and family, to eat our delicious food, and to enjoy our guests and each other's company. Our day felt easy and carefree because Samantha and her team thought of every detail and had an answer for every question I asked them. The TBL team even went above and beyond to take extra candid Polaroid photos of our guests throughout the reception. This sweet gesture was something we really appreciated because we had a tangible way to relive our wedding day before we received our photo and video sneak peeks. If you want to enjoy as much of your wedding as possible - hire Samantha and To Be Loved Events.

o Be Loved for the two months leading up to the wedding plus the day of the wedding itself. While we had most of our vendors hired by this point, her services came at exactly the right time. She not only was able to keep us on schedule but she helped us organize all our planning. She is exceptional at communication and helped us get responses from other vendors by reaching out directly to them. She constructed a well thought out timeline for the day of the wedding which we were able to revise and adjust along the way as our planning progressed. We also were able to utilize her inventory of rentals which we found super helpful for our decor (reserved seat signs, gift card box, glass hurricanes and votives plus candles and cake cutting utensils to name a few). She also was able to help us refine any vendor quotes/contracts that were not set in place yet at the time of her onboarding which was helpful (in our case she helped us finalize the music and florals). The day of the wedding, Samantha and her team worked well together to keep us on schedule, decorate the ceremony and reception areas, get all guests where they needed to be in addition to checking in with us regularly to see how we were feeling and if we needed anything. She spoke directly with the venue coordinator, the DJ, the photography team and all other vendors so we did not have to worry about anything except enjoying our day. We only noticed one minor cause for concern during our reception which she was already handling by the time it came to our attention and furthermore she continued to resolve this issue on our behalf even after the wedding which we really appreciated. Samantha is lovely and a true professional. Her team is equally pleasant and competent! (Shoutout to Vania who I enjoyed very much as well!) Samantha is very good at what she does and had a profound impact on the entire day. We are so happy we hired To Be Loved Events to plan our perfect wedding day; we highly recommend!

o things on our own and worry when others do stuff for us so we went out of our comfort zone to trust Samantha to handle everything and she did exactly that. She was was very kind and extremely patient with us and we know we probably weren’t the easiest couple to work with but she managed to stay professional all while being such a calming presence for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. She kindly pushed us to stay on track and on schedule and to be honest. Without her we probably would not have gotten through this wedding! She is the best and we recommend her to all of our friends that are getting married.

using her if you want a stress free day!!

making sure our vision was executed even with last-minute changes. Not only was she amazing at the planning process but the day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests that the timeline and overall day was so smooth and organized. If you are looking for a planner who is thoughtful and organized, Sam is your person!
