I am pretty type A organized and they kept me calm and exceeded my expectations. Samantha and I emailed and texted constantly and she was beyond helpful with all the things you don’t even think about as a bride. She asked all the right questions, always made sure we achieved my vision, and is definitely a TIMELINE QUEEN! She even took home the top tier of my cake to save for me after the honeymoon. SO THOUGHTFUL! My wedding was the magical fairytale I dreamt of my whole life and I LITERALLY did not have to worry about one thing on the day. They kept me fed, hydrated, happy, helped me get dressed, helped me with my dogs, and packed everything into the car for us. They are more than just wedding planners, they have now become friends. We are screaming this review on top of a mountain for everyone to hear. We 1000% recommend couples to hire Samantha for their wedding planning/coordinating needs. We booked Samantha with To B eLoved Events about 9 months prior to our wedding day for partial wedding planning services along with coordinating. Samantha helped us with the vetting process before hiring our wedding day vendors. She made sure early on that we established our priorities for our wedding day. She attended every meeting to help us feel confident with our decisions. She met with us once a month in the early days of our planning process, and was always ready to answer any of our questions. Meetings with Samantha and our vendors became more frequent as our wedding day approached. Communication with Samantha was seamless and she was always incredibly prompt with her responses. Samatha also communicated with all of our vendors throughout the planning process to ensure our vendors were go to go leading up to our wedding day. We found that the wedding planning website tool provided by Samantha really helpful to keep us stay organized. She also created a stellar wedding day timeline for us with ALL of the activities we wanted to squeeze into the day. We truly felt that she was by our side throughout the whole process. Her knowledge, compassion, attention to detail, and flexibility really gave us the best experience with the wedding planning process. Our wedding day included ~200 guests. We were nervous about having to orchestrate a whole day with our families who can be a lot to handle at times. She and her assistant Markie were fabulous ensuring our day ran smoothly. Our wedding day was truly everything we could have ever asked for and more. We did not feel an ounce stress at all the entire day. We truly felt it was the best day of our lives and enjoyed every moment. Our family and friends personally let us know it was one of the most well planned and fun-filled weddings they’ve ever attended. Samantha was amazing to work with. I honestly don’t know how we would have had our wedding come together without her. Samantha came onboard 2 months prior to our wedding and up until that point it was a struggle to keep track of every task and feel that we were making consistent progress or on track to have it all ready in time. This review is a LONG time coming, but it has been imperative that I write this woman the most glowing review of the century. First of all, I just want to say that as a human being, Samantha is the sweetest, most gentle, caring and kind person I’ve ever met. But don’t be fooled, she will do whatever it takes to get things done in a way where you don’t even know it’s happening with an energy that is not to be messed with. I swear she’s like the secret service of the wedding industry! 😂 My husband and I were probably not the easiest clients because we’re super busy and not great at responding to things super quickly (which is why we knew we needed a wedding planner from the beginning 😅), but Samantha was always more than accommodating to our crazy schedules and quite literally saved the entire wedding on more than one occasion. I have absolutely no clue what we would have done without her. From menu tastings, to wanting to rent a dance floor, but then not wanting to rent a dance floor, to not only helping me find a new hair stylist a month before the wedding, but being like a best friend and having my back when the one who cancelled on me was being a bully, Samantha truly does it all. When your wedding is being discussed or executed, you’ll feel like her one and only client. We never had to remind her of anything or explain what we had envisioned after it had been initially discussed. We trusted her fully with our vision, hired many of her recommended vendors, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat knowing we were in such capable hands. Everyone always wants to know if anything “went wrong” on the day of the wedding, and I can confidently say that if anything did go wrong, we will never know about it. In my eyes, it was the most seamless wedding in history, and I think everyone getting married should be able to feel that way. So thank you, Samantha! My wife and I are not what you’d call the classic wedding type. We didn’t really know what we wanted until we saw it, and often didn’t know what was even possible. (You would probably get a kick out of our wedding Pinterest board – it was all over the place, almost like each photo was pinned by a different person.) Which is to say that we were a wedding planner’s worst nightmare when it came to making decisions! Samantha came on board more than a year before our big day, and from the jump, she was a lifesaver. Whether it was the big decisions (Where do we even have this wedding? What about flowers? And music?) or the small ones (What font did we like better for the menus?), she was there with thoughtful advice and a steady hand. And when it came time for the ceremony, she and her team were there coordinating everything like a well-orchestrated machine. There were charts and timelines and checklists, all in the service of a truly perfect evening. There isn’t a single thing that we would want to change about our special day, except wishing that time could move slower so that we could have enjoyed everything a little longer. All of our guests remarked that it was such an “us” wedding, which is the ultimate compliment in our eyes! We hired Samantha for wedding coordination, and even though I consider myself a pretty organized person, she was an absolute godsend in the two months leading up to our wedding. She ensured every detail was taken care of and left no stone unturned. Samantha truly understood our vision for our wedding day and brought it to life beautifully. When we first started working with Samantha she helped us with our venue search and gave us multiple great options for an all outdoors wedding venue. Her organizational skills are amazing and made it really easy for us to make our decision. She was super helpful and extremely easy to communicate with and so it made our decision to hire her for partial wedding planning a no-brainer. From then on she was always available for any questions and concerns that came up which we were really grateful for because going into it we had no idea how much went into planning a wedding. In addition to being our planner, she was also our florist as we booked with Something Borrowed Blooms so she took care of the planning, prep, and setup of all of our florals. Her organizational skills and attention to detail especially shined there because she had mock-ups, layouts, and all the spreadsheets for us so that every single detail of our vision was planned for and executed on the wedding day. It was amazing not having to worry about anything on the wedding day because we knew Samantha and her team were on top of every single detail from morning until the very end of the night. We signed up for Samantha’s partial planning package for our wedding. Her positive/calm attitude and organization skills helped get our vendors booked in a timely manner during the planning process. For the day-of, Samantha and her team were exceptional! We cannot imagine having such a memorable and beautiful wedding day without their hard work the day-of. Samantha helped us create a timeline that resulted in a natural well-paced flow, allowing us to appreciate every moment (instead of worrying about who needed to do what/where/when). When your wedding evening comes to a close, you will likely be surprised by how many closing tasks there are. Fortunately, with Samantha, all those closing tasks are taken care of, which helps cap a memorable day perfectly! Samantha with To Be Loved events is hands down the best wedding coordinator in all of Los Angeles!!! My venue (Los Robles Greens) required us to use a wedding coordinator and provided us with a few in the area. After speaking to Sam, I knew she was my person. Her attention to detail, communication style and amazing talent is just what I was looking for in someone to help plan our wedding. I work full time with a pretty busy schedule and Sam was always able to accommodate our schedule when we needed to meet with her for our monthly check ins. At all of our check ins Sam always made sure both myself and my fiancé were on the same page and everything was staying on track with our timeline. Even though we only had a partial planning package, it felt like a full planning package with how attentive Sam was throughout the entire planning process. With my planning package I got to have Sam help us find 2 vendors (a life saver since she would present us with 3-4 vendors and do all the heavy communication until we met with them for the first time!) Sam helped us find our photographer (perks of having connections is you know who the talented vendors are and can hook your couples us with people you love working with, which Sam did with XO&Fetti!!) and our florals. For our florals vendor Sam knew we wanted to save as much money as we could so she did tons of research and found us the best silk floral company in the industry (Something Borrowed Blooms). Because of Sam’s research we were able to save over $1,000 on florals and put that money towards something else in our budget. Throughout all of our planning process Sam would present us with digital mock ups for what our layout and décor would look like. And let me tell you this girl is SUPER talented in this department and I was shocked and giggly with excitement to see all our mock ups come to life on our wedding day just like she designed digitally. Leading up to our wedding day Sam and her team worked hard to make sure all our vendors knew all the tiny details and answered all of their questions. She would join in on all our final details meetings and help us when we didn’t know what to ask or how to answer a vendor question. On our wedding day Sam and her entire team helped to make sure our day went as smooth as it could. Sam even untied and retired all of our napkins to make sure the knot style we wanted was perfect for our guests (we had about 100 people so a lot of napkin magic Sam did). And let me tell you, having a STRESS-FREE wedding with almost little to no hiccups was exactly how my day went all thanks to To Be Loved Events entire team!!! My fiancé and I are both thrilled to be married, but also sad since now we won’t get to work with Sam anymore. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough for helping us throughout our entire planning process. In the beginning of our planning process Sam told me to think of your wedding planner as a gift to yourself. I am going to pass along this advice to all future couples and if you are on the fence to hire a wedding coordinator or not, do it. We had the most beautiful wedding! We had a somewhat unconventional venue where we had to rent all of our furniture and Samantha was excellent at coordinating our rentals. She thought of important details I would never think of (dumpsters, lighting on the ground for caterers, parasols, etc.), and made sure to give me a very thorough check list so our wedding would go well. She also coordinated our flowers and did a wonderful job with Flower Duet, who did a beautiful job at a much cheaper price than other vendors. We are very grateful Samantha was able to cut costs in that department! Samantha also had a great emergency kit with Guerilla Glue and a needle and thread, which my friend used when her dress fell apart. Her assistant was also very kind and nice to work with!

Samantha and team from To Be Loved were excellent, very organized, resourceful and highly detailed oriented. They were also a pleasure to work with. We had an unusual weeding weekend to work through with a ceremony and dinner on a Friday eve and then a larger reception at our home of the following day, so there were several unique details to put together for each venue but this team did everything with ease and we were able to just sit back and enjoy the people that were here for us. I would recommend this team for weddings from small and intimate to large scale events!

As a florist working within the industry, I work with a variety of different types of planners. I recently worked with Samantha on a wedding and loved working with her every step of the way. Leading up to our wedding, the #1 warning we heard was that we would have no time on our wedding day to enjoy everything, so we had to prioritize what we wanted to remember. With Samantha as our Wedding Coordinator, that fear never materialized. She gave us so much time throughout our wedding weekend to reconnect with friends and family, to eat our delicious food, and to enjoy our guests and each other's company. Our day felt easy and carefree because Samantha and her team thought of every detail and had an answer for every question I asked them. The TBL team even went above and beyond to take extra candid Polaroid photos of our guests throughout the reception. This sweet gesture was something we really appreciated because we had a tangible way to relive our wedding day before we received our photo and video sneak peeks. Samantha and her TBL team were amazing and we feel so fortunate to have been able to work with her on our wedding plans. Samantha had various packages to choose from and we hired To Be Loved for the two months leading up to the wedding plus the day of the wedding itself. While we had most of our vendors hired by this point, her services came at exactly the right time. She not only was able to keep us on schedule but she helped us organize all our planning. She is exceptional at communication and helped us get responses from other vendors by reaching out directly to them. She constructed a well thought out timeline for the day of the wedding which we were able to revise and adjust along the way as our planning progressed. We also were able to utilize her inventory of rentals which we found super helpful for our decor (reserved seat signs, gift card box, glass hurricanes and votives plus candles and cake cutting utensils to name a few). She also was able to help us refine any vendor quotes/contracts that were not set in place yet at the time of her onboarding which was helpful (in our case she helped us finalize the music and florals). The day of the wedding, Samantha and her team worked well together to keep us on schedule, decorate the ceremony and reception areas, get all guests where they needed to be in addition to checking in with us regularly to see how we were feeling and if we needed anything. She spoke directly with the venue coordinator, the DJ, the photography team and all other vendors so we did not have to worry about anything except enjoying our day. We only noticed one minor cause for concern during our reception which she was already handling by the time it came to our attention and furthermore she continued to resolve this issue on our behalf even after the wedding which we really appreciated. Samantha is lovely and a true professional. Her team is equally pleasant and competent! (Shoutout to Vania who I enjoyed very much as well!) Samantha is very good at what she does and had a profound impact on the entire day. We are so happy we hired To Be Loved Events to plan our perfect wedding day; we highly recommend!

Do yourselves a favor and hire Samantha! She went above and beyond to ensure me and my wife had a stress free wedding and everything went perfectly! My wife and I are the type to do things on our own and worry when others do stuff for us so we went out of our comfort zone to trust Samantha to handle everything and she did exactly that. She was was very kind and extremely patient with us and we know we probably weren’t the easiest couple to work with but she managed to stay professional all while being such a calming presence for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. They gave us one of the greatest gifts that evening: the ability to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of the moment. All we had to do that evening was celebrate, all we had to think about was how incredibly in love we were and how much fun we were having celebrating it with our loved ones. Samantha had everything…everything…under control. She ran with all of the punches and in-the-moment requests, made all aspects of the evening seem effortless, and if there were any problems or hiccups, my husband and I (nor our guests) certainly were not aware of it. Samantha went above and beyond to make this a day we will forever cherish. This day meant everything to us, and we will forever be grateful to Samantha. Our hearts are so full.

It’s hard to know where to begin. Samantha is the best. She is so organized and kept us on track for 8 months of planning. I've told Samantha many dramatic things, such as "I would cry so much without you" and "I don't think I would get married if I didn't have you," but in the case of Samantha, these dramatic statements are all fact, especially because Samantha helped us plan everything with us living on the opposite side of the country in DC. Samantha was so helpful in pushing us to make progress, and she not only fixed issues, but also pre-empted problems before they could even occur. For example, when our wedding venue got shut down 6 months before the wedding, I was so stressed because with all the COVID weddings, I knew we had to book venues at least a year in advance if we wanted anything good, but Samantha not only sent us a handful of beautiful alternatives that still had availabilities for 2022 within 3 days of the news, but also helped us secure a venue even better than the original for the same date within the week. The night before the wedding, I was anxious so woke up at 2am and couldn't sleep, and I texted Samantha that I lost my voice the night before at the rehearsal dinner expecting her to respond in the morning, but she texted me back in the middle of the night making me feel better and showed up at my hotel room at 8am with multiple flavors of cough drops and had warm lemon honey water waiting for me at the venue. Samantha also has incredible attention to detail. On the day of the wedding, many of my guests and wedding party gave compliments such as "This DJ is incredible, where did you find him?" or "These blankets were such a good idea - who would have thought you'd need them in the summer in LA?" and my answer to almost everything was "Thanks, it was Samantha!" Samantha helped us plan and orchestrate such a beautiful event that guests told us we ruined all future weddings for them, and my new sister in law even declared she HAS to have Samantha for her wedding too. Samantha is truly the hero we don't deserve.

Our wedding wouldn’t have been (basically) possible without Samantha. You’re making the right choice hiring her. A little bit of backstory - We ran into some issues with a previous vendor which delayed our coordinator hire - by a lot. We started working with Samantha in January, and our wedding was in April and wow what a wedding it was!! Planning was a breeze with Samantha. She is persistent and “annoying in the good way” as she follows up, sends emails, and holds frequent zoom calls. It was really a joy to be managed by her and I’m not sure that can be said too much. As a DIY ish bride, I knew there were things that I wanted to do (which just so happened to be building tons of flower boxes) and Samantha was totally cool with it. She never took full design control and kindly pushed things to be cohesive and doable. Samantha is also extremely knowledgeable of the industry and vendors. We were able to connect with people we didn’t expect to and got some great deals. Honestly one of the best days of my life, Joe and I are thrilled to have been able to work with Samantha and her team. Thank you, thank you!!

Hiring Samantha was the second best decision I’ve made aside from saying yes to my husband! I cannot recommend her enough! Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple meetings with deadlines for tasks to be completed so that we would not be rushing towards the end. It made the whole wedding planning process seamless. Prior to the wedding, we had unexpected guest changes and flower petals that did not arrive on time. Samantha went out of her way to help solve these issues. Our wedding went on so smoothly and according to the timeline we had set up prior. We really could just focus on having a good time at our wedding. By the end of the night, we had drank so much and we were busy running around having fun, we completely forgot to sit down and enjoy a slice of our wedding cake. Sam was everything we were looking for in a wedding planner - calm, supportive, and super organized. We can’t even count the number of times we said the wedding wouldn’t have happened without her. As two extraordinarily busy people, we knew we needed a wedding planner to help pull it together. With the wedding at a private residence, literally every detail had to be picked and brought in, and Sam made sure it all happened. She understood our vision and helped bring it to life. We hired To Be Loved Events for Wedding Coordination services for our big day and Samantha did not disappoint! Samantha was our lifeline in the weeks leading up to our Wedding and on our Wedding Day! My husband and I are both extremely busy attorneys, and I even found myself stuck in a jury trial the three weeks before our wedding. Samantha coordinated with all our vendors, answered questions from family members, created a thorough timeline and made sure every moment of our wedding day went off without a hitch! Ohhhh what would I do without Samantha?! This question came across my mind almost every day leading to our wedding. Samantha devoted herself fully to every detail of our wedding. From the coordinating with family, to the venue preparation, from the decor, to coordinating with all vendors. Samantha was on top of it! And the result — THE BEST WEDDING EVER! One of the biggest reliefs as a bride is to know I had a FULL checklist of things to be done and with this list nothing would be forgotten or come up spontaneously. Samantha has created this master list, and utilizes it for planning with all her weddings. Without that tool I’m sure I would have dropped the ball on many details. Additionally Samantha would check in with me to ensure all things were being covered as we approached the BIG day. Such a relief. Without Samantha a few ‘catastrophes’ may have occurred including my wedding bouquets arriving not put together. I had ordered bulk flowers that were to be bundles as bouquets. When they arrived to the venue, before my bridal crew and I, Samantha put the bouquets together herself, not leaving me any room to notice or worry. They were gathered together beautifully and I didn’t even know there was an error. That’s skill! If that’s not above and beyond enough, this girl drove all the way back to the venue to take down our flower archway (was left behind by our crew and was required to be taken down by the venue to avoid a fine). She came back at 2am from her hotel to take care of the final detail. If it wasn’t for this effort we would have likely had to pay a fee. Above and beyond! Above all else, Samantha was more than a coordinator for our wedding, she became our friend and someone I could call or reach out in any case I needed the support.
