To Have and To Hold is an amazing store and Dixie is the best! We met Dixie at a bridal show and were immediately impressed. Dixie assisted us with setting up our registry as well as bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts. She was able to customize our order to our needs! We had no issue and the best experience. I would recommend this store to anyone!!

To Have & To Hold and Dixie are beyond amazing!! Great customer service and communications. Dixie went above and beyond to make sure our daughter and son in laws gift were delivered to their shower and wedding. Guest were able to order online with no problem. Monogrammed items are not in stock which is normal for all businesses but Dixie orders them and we received them in a very timely manner. I just can’t say enough good things about Dixie. She is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend To Have & To Hold. You will love Dixie and the experience.

AMAZING!! Where do I begin!! My husband and I got married 2 weeks ago and Dixie was absolutely amazing through the whole process!! She made sure all of our gifts were wrapped and delivered to our engagement party, shower and on our wedding day! She was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything! We ordered our custom koozies from her and they were perfect!! I can’t say enough good things!! She was wonderful and all of our gifts were so beautiful!! We love to have and to hold and will continue to shop there!! Thank you Dixie!!

Let down and disappointed are understatements for the service and treatment we received. We were so excited when we met with Dixie and began planning our registry. She was great! We were sold on her great attitude and sales pitch. And then everything went downhill: 1. The entire process was never fully explained. Several complaints came from friends and family trying to place an order with her. There is no online checkout process. You have to call her. If she doesn’t answer, you leave a voicemail and she gets back to you.... whenever she wants. 2. We were told to lock in our registry because she would be ordering everything in advance... that was a lie. Nothing was pre ordered. 3. We were told she would deliver our gifts to one wedding shower and the wedding. We provided date, location, and time for our only shower..... she never showed. Then blamed us for not giving her all the information... which we did give. Never apologized. 4. Don’t expect a returned phone call or reply to an email or text message for at least 24-48 hours.. or not at all. I asked for a call to discuss my frustrations and concerns after she missed our wedding shower delivery and she never called. And again blamed us for not understanding her process. 5. We had to constantly reach out for updates on where gifts were/if they had shipped yet. One gift was purchased by a friend of ours in May and we just got it in September. (That gift was also supposed to be a gift delivered to our shower June 6th weekend). Apparently the item broke in transit- but she never bothered to give us an update. Instead we were left to wonder where our things were. 6. Our registry was full of errors that we had to tell her to correct... pricing was wrong, pictures weren’t showing to see what item you wanted to buy, even our name and wedding date were wrong!! I could go on... Stay away from this shop. Horrible customer service. We went to her as a referral and we wanted to support local shops in Texas. Biggest regret. Wish we never had worked with her. We were clearly not a priority to her and a waste of her time.

Awesome place to get anything from wedding, wedding party to engagement gifts! I went in to get something for my friend that's getting engaged this weekend, and they're able to make her a customized "future mrs. last name" burlap makeup bag and stemless wine glass in gold glitter. They even had the "I'm Engaged -->" coffee cup! Can't wait to pick up my customized pieces in 2 days and be back for any future presents needed.
