Toast Weddings Baltimore is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Maryland & Delaware regions.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

The toast team did an amazing job at our wedding! Julianna was very helpful throughout our process and we loved our engagement shoot + Wedding Photo and Video! The team is very easy to work with and have quality photographers and videographers.

I knew I did not want the standard wedding video and not only to toast but specifically Gail catered exactly to my weird brand. I mean for months in advance they were doing extensive homework and research on what my interest were and after they are still as dedicated to getting the right product that you want to You! And this is not limited to their communication being swift always top tier efficient and just generally good vibes but also it’s in the details that take extra time that they are willing to spend on you as the couple is so personal and so very clearly valued it’s a huge relief to have all of the raw materials as well as the well curated videos they create!?! Just no draw backs!!

We loved our wedding video! We did the documentary film edit (ceremony + reception highlights) and a 2-minute highlights film.
The videographer was polite, worked well with our photographer and had a good eye for the shots that worked for our video. We also appreciated how responsive and quick they were when we had edits to the draft videos. We feel like we got an excellent product for a good price.

Working with Toast Films was amazing, thanks to Gail and Josh.
Gail, the Client Experience Specialist, was fantastic. Always quick to respond, she made sure every detail was perfect. Gail's guidance made us feel heard and valued.
Now, Josh, the videographer, was like a ninja with a camera. He captured everything without being in the way. The final videos were top-notch, capturing our wedding day beautifully.

Toast is very professional and deliver excellent video quality. They listen and make sure that the couple gets exactly what they're looking for. You can customize your package with Toast and choose what you want to add or what you want to cut down on; the minutes on your highlight video for example. We also added drone to our package and it was amazing! Thank you Toast for being part of our wedding.

My husband and I love toast wedding. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They communicated with us whenever there was a change on their team. Molly who is the client specialist was great! So friendly and very quick to respond via email. We were able to do a form about the things we wanted for our video before the big day. We got multiple rounds of edits before our final film was sent to us. And our videographer jorge was great! So friendly and was such a great asset to our vendor team.
Our final film was beautiful. Well worth the money spent

Our videographer Paul was great! He did an excellent job capturing footage and following our photographer’s lead while being minimally intrusive- I often didn’t even notice I was being filmed. Paul also did a great job managing his own equipment and preemptively moving it around to ensure coverage, even though we accidentally didn’t have parking prepared for him. Our coordinator Gail was also very responsive and sent over a lot of helpful resources for us to look over when we were deciding on what the feel of our video should be. We appreciate both of them for capturing our wedding and accommodating our requests!

Toast Wedding Films did an amazing job throughout the whole process. I was a little worried about there being multiple points of contact through the planning, wedding day, and editing process; however, they did a great job of keeping everybody informed and were very responsive when we had questions. Although they are widespread throughout the US, I always felt like we were always given the attention we needed (as if they were a local business). It was truly a joy to work with them!
Our videographer was very nice and worked extremely well with our photographer which I really appreciated. The editors also took into consideration all of our preferences for the video and really made it into the video we had always hoped for. I know we will cherish it forever. Thank you!

Toast weddings was one of the first vendors I hired because I knew I wanted our wedding captured in video to remember the day. But also a video that showed artful skill and uniqueness. Not just an ordinary, plain recap. Well they’ve delivered with that and more!! As soon as the teaser hit my inbox, we must’ve watched it a dozen times before we went to bed that night and called our families to come over next morning so that we could all watch it. Even with it just being the teaser at that point! It is clear that Toast takes time and devotion into putting together a loving piece of work for you and whoever you want to share the joy with. They watch the footage, listen to it, edit the perfect shots together if you’re the bride like me, who lives for the wedding highlight reels, with the most touching sound clips of your wedding. And the quality is INSANE!!! Even some friends who are professional filmmakers themselves were impressed by the quality and asked who made it. We are getting a beautiful memento of our wedding that is being cherished by us and our loved ones who also lived that day with us. Thank you so much Julianna and the rest of the team at Toast Weddings, we loved our wedding experience with you.
