Toast Weddings Vermont is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Burlington, Plattsburgh, & statewide in Vermont.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

I really enjoyed working with Toast for my wedding video. They had great communication and planned all the logistics seamlessly and I loved the final product. Would definitely recommend them.
Final product and communication were great. More affordable than other vendors, got exactly what we were looking for!

Working with Toast was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding process. I was unsure if I wanted to hire a videographer for my budget, but after working with them I recommend it as a must-do, especially with Toast. They made the editing process seamless and really make sure that it's edited to what your vision is. The team was so professional on the wedding day and even helped me with my own timeline I messed up, which they did not have to do. They were more than accommodating during the entire process and were responsive and kind. If all of this wasn't enough, the finished products were exactly what I envisioned, and are true pieces of art. Everyone I show it to says they can feel the day of the wedding in the video, I don't know how they did it but it's true! My husband and family will treasure this for the rest of our days. 12/10 recommend to anyone considering a videographer!

We hired toast for our wedding and couldn't be happier with the results. The cameraman was on time and very professional. The turnaround on the finished video was quick. The quality was amazing. I fully recommend their services.

Toast was extraordinary to work with! At first my husband and I weren't sure if we needed a videographer in addition to a photographer. So when we decided we did want to document our day with video as well, I was nervous it was too late to find a good quality videographer. Toast responded promptly, took time to learn about how desires for the day and who we are as a couple, kept communication constant while pairing us with the right videographer, and found the perfect person to capture our big day. Our videographer was extremely kind and worked seamlessly with our other vendors (specifically our photographer as they worked most of the day side by side). We cannot wait to see our wedding video! If you're debating between hiring a videographer or not, just do it! We had a good amount of friends and family who couldn't make it to our wedding but we can't wait to show them our video. And it's something we'll cherish forever. Something we'll show to our kids one day.

My customer service rep, Molly, was FABULOUS! She was so attentive and responsive and really patient with me during rounds of review (which I love that Toast lets you do - I know that's not the case for every videography company). Our day-of videographer was great, too. My one issue was that the camera used gave the video a filter-like tint that I didn't love and we weren't able to fully correct in post-processing. I wish I'd understood sooner that the raw footage wouldn't be true-to-life color, but I really appreciated that the team was willing to try to adjust to be closer to my ideal footage.

Toast was professional, responsive and captured a wonderful wedding video! They considered all of our preferences about what we wanted our video to be like and followed that guidance. They made the editing process easy and made changes/included other footage that we wanted. Highly recommend!

For a company that was headquartered across the country from where my wedding was taking place, you would have never known with the constant communication I received. Working with first Jaynani, then Irene, and Julianna before my wedding was extremely helpful. They helped me navigate through the process and what I was looking for in a videographer. My videographer the day of my wedding was fantastic and very go with the flow. After receiving both my raw wedding video and my documentary edit I was extremely emotional with what a beautiful job the team at Toast Wedding Films did.

I was blown away with how easy Toast made this whole process. Their process felt very personal, which was very nice and helped put my mind at ease. My videographer Stephanie was just incredible. She executed the entire day flawlessly, and was so nice and willing to go above and beyond for us. She was involved in the day, but let it unfold naturally. I can’t stop raving about how amazing she was. The editing process was a breeze and they captured everything so beautifully, I didn’t have many edits! Overall, I love this company! A special thank you to Stephanie for capturing our wedding so beautifully. I love that I get to watch the day back and relive all these memories!

Working with Toast Wedding Films was such a breeze in the middle of all of the wedding planning chaos. Right from contract signature nearly a year before the wedding, we had an assigned client success agent to guide us through. We filled out very extensive questionnaires on our style and what specifically we wanted to be captured. On the day of, our videographer Jaymee moved easily between the two getting ready locations, and was able to capture perfect footage while blending in seamlessly with the crowd. Post-wedding, we were able to be active participants in the video editing process, and helped refine our highlight video to a point where everyone who watches it tears up! Loved the whole experience of working with Jaymee, Irene, Julianna, and everyone at Toast!

Toast was outstanding! The wedding film that was produced came out even better than I could have hoped for! Aside from the amazing end result, even from the beginning, their team was responsive, patient, beyond kind, and unequivocally professional. I knew from the start that I was working with the right team and that they were going to capture my wedding the way I wanted it to be done. I could not have asked for anyone better, and I highly recommend them to any bride in need of their services!

Toast was absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish! They gave us plenty of options for inclusions and timing prior to our day, the videographer we worked with offered tons of different options for how to do things on our day but was completely respectful of anything we wanted, and they were willing to make any and all edits that we requested on the films after our day. They were very prompt in responding to us and very thorough in their responses. The best part of it all, though, was our films were incredible! Everyone has said how beautiful the teaser, the main wedding film, and the documentary that Toast put together for us are, and many people have said how the films brought them to tears. Toast did a fantastic job of capturing all of the important moments that seemed to pass so quickly, helping us remember it better and for the rest of our lives. I would recommend them a zillion times over!

Our videographer did an amazing job capturing all the special moments in our outdoor wedding at Avon Gardens. We were so happy with our video!
We were so impressed with the gentleman that came out to video our daughter's wedding. He was very professional and attentive to the bride and the groom, getting to know their personalities and their families. In watching the video, it brought tears to my eyes to see how well he edited the video to the vows, the speeches, and the other special moments with the music. We're thankful that he captured a lot of special little moments that we may not have seen throughout the night. We would gladly recommend Toast to any other couple that is getting married.

I am wedding obsessed and always have been! When I was a child I played wedding. Not where I was getting married, but where I was planning a giant party :D When I'm not thinking about wedding trends, video ideas, or the perfect down-the-aisle song, I spend time with my husband and our rescue dog.
On weekends when I'm not working a wedding, I love to do projects (I always have paint or sawdust on me), work in the garden, and spend time by the ocean. I'm always just a few feet away from a cup of coffee and a salty snack: salty > sweet.
