Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

Gail was amazing to work with as she sent friendly reminders throughout the process of due dates and answered al questions. Our videographer also was super friendly to work with the day of and produced a high quality video that we loved.

Toast was great! Our videographer day-of was so sweet and friendly. He made us feel so much more relaxed on our day. We worked with Gail throughout the entire process, and she was great! She sent helpful reminders and was great at answering questions. We also had some edits that they were able to make and were flexible with additional edits (although we did pay a little extra for things outside our contract). Their pricing is great for the hours and editing services.

I used Toast Wedding Films Columbus as the videographer for my wedding and had a wonderful experience. All package options and prices are laid out very clearly, and my client experience specialist Gail Cooper made the entire process from start to finish such a breeze! Gail was always quick to respond and was knowledgable about everything we needed from the time we first inquired with Toast Films until we received our final products from them. Our videographer Josh was amazing and very pleasant to work with the day of our wedding, we still can’t believe how well a job he did capturing our big day! In terms of what to capture at a wedding, he truly thought of everything and we are beyond happy with his work. As for our final product, the design team did such a phenomenal job creating the most special highlight film for us. They are true professionals, our film was like a short movie production - we cried when we watched it! I highly recommend using Toast Films!

Very professional, super easy to work with, fun day of the wedding and helped make our day so special. Our videographer even went out of his way to get us drinks while we were taking photos. I’d recommend toast to any couples looking for a videographer!

I had a really great experience working with Toast for our wedding film. Not only were they're prices reasonable, the product was more than worth it. We were blown away with the final product of our wedding videos and felt like movie stars. The option to get documentary edits of all the important moments is something I know we will be SO thankful to have in the future. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful, their customer service is great. I feel like it was the vendor I stressed, or even had the think about, the least! We were even able to ask for edits on the film, which wasn't something I necessarily expected to have the ability to do. I highly reccoment Toast for your big day!

From the moment I reached out to Toast Wedding Films to the moment we received our final copy of our wedding main film & documentary edit film they were perfect! All members of the Toast Wedding Film team were super professional, insightful, and fun. Special shot out to our day of videographer, Rashad, he was amazing! Toast Wedding Films allowed us to have everything we wanted in a wedding video, and the final product was just gorgeous. The process involved a thorough questionnaire that made sure we got exactly what we wanted out of our wedding video and the staff was phenomenal. They were friendly and considerate on our big day, being both helpful and discrete at the same time. When we finally saw the highlight footage it was just gorgeous, with beautiful shots of our wedding set to music and to audio from our vows. We even missed emails about our completed video and responded after the 90 day review period for some additions and they still worked with us to get it done, which was a major relief for us and speaks to their commitment to their clients. The raw footage from our wedding came on a beautiful USB drive that was metal and etched glass, and the footage itself was just wonderful to have. We highly recommend getting both the highlight footage and the raw footage from your wedding day from Toast, we had an amazing experience working with them! Thank you so much to the whole team for sharing our wedding day with us!

They were fantastic! We LOVE our video- editing and communication was fast and easy. The Videographer was professional and when we didn't need to "see" him, he was so discrete I didn't notice him. Highly Recommend!

INCREDIBLE! I was nervous at first to use a large company for my films as I did not meet my videographer until the day of my wedding, but I am so happy now that I did! They provided me with a contact/coordinator, Julianna, that I worked with throughout the planning process. She helped everything go smoothly and answered all of my questions. My videographer did an amazing job at putting together my videos! I also loved that their packages- gave me 60 second, 5 minute, and 1 hour edited films AND gave me the raw footage! I would absolutely recommend their services to friends and family.

Best wedding decision we made! We had to cancel our 200 person reception due to covid 19 and had a small wedding with about 50 people. Being able to share our wedding video with our loved ones feels amazing!! Toast was so accommodating and super quick to communicate back and forth with. We loved our videographer! He was super nice and not over bearing at all. If you’re on the fence with hiring toast for a videographer- do it!

Julianna and her team are awesome!! After filling out the questionnaire they knew exactly what we wanted in our wedding film and were always quick in their responses. Every time we watch our wedding film back now it’s like we’re reliving the day all over again. They captured every moment beautifully. Also, compared to other videographers we looked into their prices were great especially for what you get. Highly recommend!

HIRE TOAST WEDDING FILMS! Not only were they incredibly organized and responsive, they were also a pleasure to work with. The entire process was flawless from beginning to end. Their questionnaire was so comprehensive, there was little to no room for any error! The videographer was so helpful and directive throughout our special day to ensure perfect shots and amazing raw footage. The outcome was beyond what we could have hoped for AND they even did some extra editing for us to ensure we loved our film and it was exactly what we were looking for. JUST HIRE TOAST! You will not be disappointed!

My wedding film turned out perfect! I chose the option where you get a “social media teaser”, an edited film, and a raw footage film. So much bang for your buck. Not only are they extremely affordable but their work exceeded my expectations. I appreciate all their hard work put into making my film so special. It is also nice to get the raw footage because being the bride there’s little parts you miss while waiting to walk down the isle, such as my grandmothers being escorted. Nice footage to have. Julianna organizing everything was a breeze to work with, and Chrystal the videographer was so talented and such a calming presence - which was nice to have on site on such a big day!! 10/10 would highly recommend!
