Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

I would recommend using Toast for any occasion, but especially your wedding video! Julianna sent our initial edit and it was absolutely incredible.. we could have kept it as is and would have been perfectly happy! Very reliable, and collaborative throughout the whole process.

We elected for the trailer package with unedited footage and were pleased with how well our videographer, RJ, captured our day. Gail attended to our requests regarding edits closely. Highly recommend for anyone who wants video footage of their special day!

Very good communication leading up to and post-wedding. Videographer was always "behind the scenes" - never in the middle of anything and respectful - and got amazing footage. Toast even accommodated adding some curated "ad hoc" video footage from guests after the videographer had left into our highlight reel. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I have loved our experience with Toast! Our videographer was incredible and was able to capture the best day of our lives so well. Julianna was so helpful throughout the whole process. We had open communication about edits and updates on when our video would be completed! I still cry each time we watch our video!

Sharayah was very easy to work with and help navigate us through the videographer process. She was thorough with her emails and responded very quickly. We LOVED how it turned out and could not be happier with the result! I still go and watch our video back and love it more and more every time. Toast Films were great to work with! Right from the beginning the communication was great and super helpful when deciding which type of package to select. On the day of the wedding we had Larry as our videographer. Larry was professional with great direction and made my husband and I very comfortable! Our preview video and final product was delivered right in time and we were soooo thrilled with how the video came out! Would hundred percent recommend Toast Films to close friends and family! 10/10 :)

Our day of videographer was so easy to work with! He was always there capturing the shots we needed but never in the way. He did an awesome job capturing audio and video. Editing was also so seemless! We sent back our feedback and got exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend using this vendor as they take all the stress off the bride and groom and are able to deliver wonderful videos in a timely manner.

Toast was professional, had constant communication through our 2.5 year engagement, and never made us worry even though our venue was a new one for their team. We had a package with the trailer, documentary, and raw footage for a reasonable price - and even got a couple rounds of edits!!! We just received the final versions and we are so delighted. Charlie especially was an awesome liaison and we never felt anything less than confident which is #1 for a wedding!!!

We had a great experience working with Toast Wedding Films. Our coordinator was very helpful in explaining the process to us and answering our questions in a timely manner.
Day of the wedding, our videographer, Logan, was very nice and did not get in the way of our photographer which we greatly appreciated. He took a fly-on-the-wall approach and just captured moments as they happened without having to stage anything.
We appreciated Toast really taking into consideration what kind of video style we were after. We felt like we had ample say in how our final video turned out and it's great that they provide a couple rounds of video edits to craft the perfect finished product.
Price wise, Toast is expensive but their rates are comparable to any other quality videographer. You get what you pay for in the video industry and Toast delivered a beautiful recap video of our special day so it was worth every penny. Our package also included a long-form documentary edit of the wedding day so we could see special moments like first looks, the service, toasts and dances in their entirety. Not every videography company does this so definitely a big plus.
One thing to mention, Toast employs a network of videographers that sometimes need to travel to film your wedding. If this happens, there's a travel fee added to your invoice. Originally, we were told that our videographer had to travel 2 hours to get to our venue so the travel fee was added. The day of the wedding, I learned that our videographer was actually local. It seemed like an honest miscommunication and our coordinator was quick to remove the travel fee from our invoice. All that to say, never hurts to ask and double check.

I discovered Toast Wedding Films after viewing a friend of mine's wedding video. I absolutely adored their cinematic and creative wedding videos and had to book them for my wedding in September.
Toast was phenomenal on the customer service side and the videography side of business. I initially booked them for a September 2021 date, then, because of the pandemic, I had to reschedule. They were nothing but kind and accommodating and quickly worked with me to reschedule their services. They kept in touch as we got closer to the new date, and made sure I had a comprehensive list of must-haves as far as coverage and style of videos!
James Liu, my videographer, was absolutely delightful. He had such a wonderful attitude all day throughout my wedding, making sure my husband and I were smiling and having a great time as he captured some absolutely beautiful cinematic shots.
We got our wedding videos back within two months of our date -- which floored us -- and both the 5 minute highlight film and the documentary edit of our wedding day were so beautifully and masterfully filmed and edited. We couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous way to remember this incredibly special day. I highly recommend Toast Wedding Films for anyone looking for an amazing wedding film experience!

I would highly recommend Toast Wedding Films! They take into account all of the details you are looking for in a wedding video and make sure to capture them all on the wedding day. It was great to the able to have a draft of the films so that you have a say in any edits you would like to make. They are professional and timely, and the video turned out beautiful! I am so happy with the way our wedding video turned out! We made our own package with a 7 minute highlight video and the raw footage. Doan was our videographer and he was on time and captured all of our special moments. We received our video just 4 months after our wedding! I highly recommend this team.

We were on the fence about getting a videographer, but I am so glad we decided to work with Toast. They made a teaser and highlight video that captured the best parts of our day, and were able to give us the ceremony footage we wanted to remember our day. The team the day of was incredibly professional and managed to get footage without feeling intrusive. The editing team also did a fantastic job. We are very, very pleased with our videos and our experience with Toast.

Toast Wedding Films was amazing to work with! They made the process stress-free, were extremely organized and helpful, and were respectful and professional. They had me complete a very detailed questionnaire regarding my vision for the wedding film, which I loved. I truly felt like they were working hard to create a wedding film that would capture our day perfectly and how we envisioned. They sent me a preliminary version of the wedding film and allowed me to provide as much feedback as I wanted before the final product. My husband and I got to ensure that our film was exactly how we hoped. Overall, the Toast Wedding Films team was extremely accommodating, especially with all the changes we had to make due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend working with them!
