Toast Weddings Portland is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Portland and statewide in Oregon.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

We hired Toast to cover our wedding. They did a great job covering the big and small moments. We opted for the highlight and documentary edits. Both films turned out great.

My son and his bride-to-be weren't sure they wanted a videographer after seeing how the costs of vendors kept adding up. They were mindful of all that we were spending for the weekend, but I encouraged them to reconsider a videographer since professional videos would be just as important as pictures. We already had a contract with a great photographer, so I set them on the task of finding a highly-rated videographer. We met with Toast Wedding Films out of Portland and immediately were impressed. And they clearly DID NOT disappoint. In fact, they exceeded our expectations in their professional manner, their service, and ultimately the product. I've seen the highlight and documentary reels several times. Each time, I get teary-eyed as I relive the magical weekend again and again. They captured the most beautiful & poignant elements of every aspect of the wedding ceremony and celebration with perfect voiceovers and song overlays. You'd be making a mistake if you didn't secure them for your memorable event. We were all extremely pleased!

Incredibly happy with Toast Wedding Films, Julianna and Graham for their professionalism, creativity, friendliness and responsiveness from lead up to the wedding to the review and edits of the final product. Highly recommend paying for the complete raw footage in addition to the professionally edited video. We loved that they offered this because it was great to watch all of the candid moments of our guests that we didn't get to experience in the moment.

We really enjoyed working with Toast. Throughout our wedding, the videographer was always in the right place but never in the way. He was respectful and professional and captured all the key moments, including beautiful candid moments. We were also very happy with the editing process and had very few notes. The energy, music, and story told in our wedding film were great.

I have watched my wedding video close to 1000 times since receiving it! Toast did a amazing job capturing our wedding and putting it all together in a video that not only my husband and I enjoy watching regularly but will be able to one day show our kids. If you are hesitant on booking a videographer JUST DO IT AND BOOK WITH TOAST! I promise you won’t regret

Without a doubt, you should choose Toast for your wedding videography. Due to financial constraints, I decided to forego a videographer-- however, my bridal party wasn't having that. They gave me Toast as a wedding gift. It was seriously the best gift we recieved.
Julianna & the team at toast are excellent. They are dedicated, responsive, and really personalize the video to characteristics that the bride & groom choose-- from music, to length, to style. Everything was excellent! In addition to receiving all of your raw footage in a gorgeous usb, they choose what they believe are the best portions of the wedding and then allow you to add, remove pieces as you desire. You can even send them your favorite footage from guests and they seemlessly integrate it into theirs. People who have viewed our short film, say that it literally looks like a preview that belongs in a movie theater. I would 1000% choose Toast for any and all video related things in future. Thank you so much to them for creating such an amazing keepsake of our wedding-- its immaterial and I cant put a price on their great service and great product.

Finding the “perfect” videographer for your perfect day can be so daunting. Reading the reviews helps tremendously! We had Jeremy for our special day and he was a tad late but in his fairness he was coming from a different state and the place we got married was tucked away in a country club. Anyways, that was the only hiccup and I wouldn’t even say it was a big deal. He was FUN! He got all the right clips and when it came time to view our short film, you could tell time and thought was put into it. Juliana was hands down the most amazing customer service help ever. She let us edit our video so many times before it was JUST RIGHT! I would choose this company again and again. I highly recommend them to all my friends and I would recommend them to you. If you’ve heard the saying, “you get what you pay for,” apply that to this company. Their prices are up there but so is the quality you’re expecting!

Zach and his team are amazing. On the day of, the videographers were not intrusive and were very "go-with-the-flow." They captured everything so well, and it truly showed in the video. The final video that Zach edited blew us away! When showing our friends and family, everyone has been so impressed by the quality of videography and how he truly captured the emotions of the day. Thank you Toast for helping us remember one of the most special days of our lives.
