Toast Weddings Rhode Island is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Providence, New Bedford and statewide in Rhode Island.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

We are so grateful we chose Toast Weddings to film our wedding day. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Our videographer, Sam, was absolutely incredible. He made the entire experience feel effortless. We barely noticed the camera, yet he captured every meaningful, emotional, and joyful moment. Julianna has also been a pleasure to work with and is very accommodating and sweet!
One of our biggest requests was to include our dog in the footage, and Sam did such a beautiful job of making her a part of our story. Every little detail, every laugh, every happy tear — he caught it all without making us feel like we were being filmed.
The final video brings us right back to that day. It’s something we’ll treasure forever. We can’t thank Toast Weddings enough and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, professional, and talented videographer.

A friend of mine recommended Toast after they created a beautiful film for her wedding. I'm so glad we took her advice and hired them!
The Toast team have been so lovely to work with. Sam, our videographer, was so kind. He worked seamlessly with our photographer and managed to get perfect shots without us noticing on the day. He was so subtle!
The editing team was wonderful, too. They really listened to our feedback and made all of the changes we requested. I wanted more action shots and less posed footage. They completely revamped the film and made it absolutely perfect.
I'm so happy with the quality of the highlight film they produced! Perfect transitions, great music, lovely blend of action shots and audio from key wedding moments -- just so well done :)

The entire Toast team was fantastic! Gail was super responsive and on top of all of our questions, asks, and details. Sam, our videographer, was incredible. He was super professional and was able to capture all our moments. He was extremely present, but also was able to blend into the background. He and our drone operator captured the best day of our lives and we are so grateful to have it all on film:) We would recommend this team to everyone!

Toast wedding films was the greatest decision anyone could make for their wedding. I knew from the beginning I wanted a wedding video and once I found Toast, I didn’t need to look any longer. The process leading up to my wedding with them was so professional, timely and most importantly our day-of videographer, Charlie was so amazing. Very attentive and offered great expertise in getting “the shot.” Charlie was great to work with, and made the day go so smoothly. it was a perfect day and I am so grateful that I can relive my wedding day over and over thanks to them. it was the best day ever and the raw footage we received was an added bonus!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Toast Wedding!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Toast- specifically Julianna Oates and our videographer Doan. Communication was timely, organized, and professional from the time that we set up a consultation until receiving our footage. The quality of the highlight video and the full wedding film that we purchased was beyond worth the price. If you are questioning whether or not to use a videographer at your wedding, we highly recommend looking into Toast Wedding Films because we don't have a single regret! I was the best maid at my best friend’s wedding and we absolutely loved having Toast Wedding Films Rhode Island! They made the groom’s party feel super comfortable and encouraged us to be ourselves. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that used Toast Wedding Films. They did an amazing job capturing the wedding. The resulting video is great quality and did a wonderful using audio from the wedding to punctuate different parts of the video. I also loved how they incorporated moments from the wedding and views from the venue (the Chanler), the transitions looked good/natural. Toast Films also did a great job at directing the bridal party for the more staged shots as well being open to requests for different shots (thank you for humoring the bridal party for the ring around the bride shot). I also appreciated their ability to capture candid shots on film without making it obvious they were filming them, it made the video more special to watch and it did not feel uncomfortable in the moment to be on camera. Great to work with, would recommend to other couples getting married in Rhode Island.

The team at Toast went above and beyond! Samuel came and filmed our wedding. He was on time, professional, and artistically fantastic! The B-roll that he captured in addition to all the footage of our wedding and party was spot on. Our editor worked magic with the footage. I was able to give input through a very simple system called Frame.io which I love. I left notes on things I would like changed and altered and it was all done in one edit. I cannot recommend Toast enough! Book them so you don’t have anything to worry about on the big day!

We especially loved the ability to review the video and give feedback during the editing process, and haven’t heard of any other company that does this. I had a wonderful experience with Toast Wedding Films. They were very professional through the planning process and always responded in a timely manner. On the day of, our videographer Doan was wonderful. He was attentive, worked very well with our photographers, and so kind - he even ended up giving us a ride from the first look to the venue when our day of logistics got thrown for a loop! We got married on a warm summers evening by the beach so guests were naturally spending more time outside than on the dance floor. His time was almost up and he came over to ask me if we should try to usher some folks inside to get some dance floor footage, and he asked if we could extend an hour in order to capture it all. So very thoughtful!! I was so hectic I wouldn’t have realized and been bummed under after the fact. The film editing process was easy and we love the finished products. Would highly recommend!

We could not be happier with our wedding videos from Toast Wedding Films! Not only are the videos gorgeous, but they had some of the most reasonable pricing we could find for such high quality films. The thing that sealed the deal was being able to be a part of the editing process so our videos turned out exactly as we liked. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Toast Wedding Films put this bride's mind at ease! The videographer was able to catch all of the important moments, all while being "a fly on the wall." Everyone involved from booking to approving the final product was super friendly, super professional, and had our best interests in mind. Toast Wedding Films is also very affordable for the quality of products received. We can't wait to reminisce on our videos for years and years to come. 10/10, 5-stars, would recommend every time!

A wedding film was one of those things I splurged on for my wedding day and I'm so glad I did! With Toast Films, I received a full-day video, which helps because you plan the whole day, but only get to see one aspect. Also, our highlight video is INCREDIBLE! I was worried it'd be too cheesy and not show our true, weird selves, but it's absolutely perfect and something we will cherish the rest of our lives! Highly recommend!

Zach at Toast Wedding Films was wonderful! Our original wedding videographer filmed our wedding, but didn't fulfill his contract and never made us a video. Zach took all of our raw footage and put together an amazing video! He was so easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I just wish we would have gone with Toast Wedding Films from the beginning!
