when I booked toast I was nervous and with all things that come during planning a wedding can be stressful but I can not express enough how AMAZING everybody on the toast team was!!!! Special shoutout to my coordinator, Ashley, my family and bridal party could not stop saying how amazing she was the entire night! I was stress free all night!!! Allie (videographer) and Steve(photographer) did a wonderful job too I can’t not wait to see how videos and photos came out!! Also Thomas was awesome we got the Photo Booth pics back in about two days (so fast!!) and Mark was a STUNNING DJ - knew how to read the room and kept a lot of us on the dance floor all night.
It was truly the best night of my life and I have to give thanks to the toast team to attributing to it! I will forever relive this night in my head.
I truly think the difference was that the toast team all had familiarity with working with each other and having that made all the difference.. they made my night unforgettable in the best ways and my wedding guests were astonished as well!

I cannot speak highly enough of Toast Entertainment, specifically Ashley (day of coordinator) and Bruce (DJ/MC). They made our day run SOOO smoothly in ways we couldn't have even predicted- so many small things we didn't even consider or think about, they had covered. Ashley was so responsive not only the week of but months prior, which was absolutely not expected as a day of coordinator (rather than full wedding planner). She went above and beyond. A lot of our wedding was DIY, and I proposed getting a DOC to help things run smoother since we didn't have true staff. My fiance at the time was saying "what does a DOC even do?" We now joke about this, now understanding how absolutely NECESSARY Ashley was for our day to run seamless. Bruce was also incredibly helpful, setting up 1.5 hours early to avoid commotion during our ceremony itself. We left a few details out of our form by accident, and he made last minute changes without an issue. He was an amazing MC/DJ, and he made the atmosphere so much fun. We were hesitant because the cost was so much lower than competitors, but there truly is no catch. We would book with Toast Entertainment over and over again. Thank you Bruce and Ashley!!!

Ashley: She was the absolute best! Almost every married woman I talked to prior to our wedding said expect things to go wrong on your wedding day, this was absolutely not the case because of Ashley. She ensured our day went perfectly. She is the reason the advice I will be giving to future brides is “make sure you have a day of coordinator, make sure you have an Ashley”. It was completely stress-free and I just got to be a bride and enjoy my wedding day! She was fabulous on our wedding day, ensuring everything went perfectly (and it definitely did) and she was wonderful during the planning process. She was able to provide so much insight during planning and was able to ask the questions I wouldn’t have even thought of. She even found us our after party venue! From serving as a sounding board for planning to the nitty gritty logistics to executing on the day of, Ashley was a life saver and absolutely wonderful!!
Lance: We went back and forth a lot on if we should have done a live band or a DJ. We are so incredibly happy we went with a DJ and even happier we got Lance. With having to tie up so many last minute details the week of our wedding, music was one thing we didn’t have to worry about. One phone call with Lance and we were set! He was able to translate the requested vibes perfectly!

At most weddings we've been to, there have been lulls where the dance floor empties out, but at ours, the dance floor stayed packed all night (even around things like the bouquet toss)! VanRod is truly a professional and worked with the rest of the vendors to help us be focused on enjoying ourselves, not worrying about a timeline. He was awesome!

ings could have easily felt chaotic, but Ashley stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and grace. She went above and beyond, helping us navigate a very difficult (and at times clueless) manager. She made sure the venue honored what was outlined in our contract and caught details that were almost “omitted.” I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. She truly ensured our wedding day ran smoothly.
Reno was fantastic! He was so organized and thoughtful in his communication leading up to and during the event. He arrived early to make sure everything was set up properly, and I’m pretty sure he even helped fix some table décor once he was finished. He absolutely went above and beyond.
And the Photo Booth was such a hit! Jessica was so patient — especially with kiddos and a few very enthusiastic (and slightly drunk 😂) relatives. Everyone loved it, and the photos are amazing. They’re something we’ll truly cherish forever.
Thank you all for being such a huge part of making our day so special. We are so grateful. I will definitely be recommending Toast!

the set-up, etc. I know that the week of the wedding I had sent Jessica pictures of everything that was going to be brought to the reception so she could do her thing and bring my vision to life besides her handling the whole day. When I walked in and saw how everything was set up, I was amazed. She did so well and I just love how she of course handled people, me, the timeline, etc. And to be able to handle that many people is astonishing! I remember when she was calling tables to go to the buffet line, you know, some people don't listen... LOL. She handled that so well. Throughout the night I just kept thinking, this day turned out so well, and if it weren't for her help this wouldn't be here. She's the best. By the way, I did hire her for day of coordinator, but she was seriously so helpful before the wedding, our meetings we had were fantastic, she made sure everything was spot-on the day of. I couldn't be more thankful.

plate, so I knew that I wanted to put someone experienced in charge of making my wedding day flow perfectly.
From our first conversation on the phone, I knew Bobbie was perfect for me and the wedding I envisioned! Bobbie is energetic, experienced, creative, and took the time to get to know us as a couple. She eased all of my concerns about timelines and logistics- I was so happy to hand these over to an expert. She helped us design some beautiful and unique wedding items that were true to us as a couple and helped me understand many details of the wedding day. During our site visit, she took her time understanding the aesthetic we wanted and moments we wanted captured with the photographer.
She went above and beyond by helping us create a small private space for the two of us to sneak away to after the ceremony so we could celebrate our reunion and eat! She arranged a special snack bar created by the hotel chef. When guests arrived late, she easily adjusted the wedding parties arrival times and worked with the photographer to make my first look with my Dad extra special in the lobby.
To my surprise, I was completely calm during wedding week and the wedding day because I knew everything was handled. After the ceremony, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything except joining our guests on the dance floor and enjoying the gorgeous venue because Bobbie handled everything!

ion to add on a photo guest book where our guests were able to put their photo strip in the book and sign it. Carsyn was great as well - when guests just took pics and left, she put those photo strips in the book for us anyway. For our day-of coordinator, we had Lacy, who was also amazing. We were a bit nervous due to the fact that our wedding was a destination, but she handled everything like a boss. We had a few meetings before the wedding and she kept us looped in on emails where she was coordinating and finalizing last details with the other vendors. She kept everything on schedule and running smoothly. She also picked up slack here and there that we were not expecting at all (ie sweeping up the flower petals thrown by the flower girl that were required by the venue to be cleaned up immediately after the ceremony). She also got an AMAZING picture of me and my step dad right before I was about to walk down the aisle. AND when I kept almost crying while waiting to walk down, she was keeping me calm. I highly recommend using Toast Entertainment. :)

We had Ashley as our coordinator for our wedding... Where do I start. She was literally our fairy godmother. I hired her as a day-of coordinator with the "Essential Coordination" ...
package from TOAST. Beginning months before the wedding date, Ashely made herself very available, jumped right in, and immediately started sharing her insight and getting acquainted with the wedding. She went above and beyond at every point in the planning process and even on the wedding day. She has a great demeanor that helps smooth things out during the wedding chaos. If you're worried about being assigned a coordinator by TOAST, I would definitely recommend spending the extra couple hundred dollars to specifically request Ashely.
We also had William B from TOAST as our DJ. My husband and I had some specific ideas for our music and William was very good at accommodating our requests. He shared his experience based knowledge and answered all of our questions. I did feel like it would have been nicer to get in touch with our DJ more than 1 month out, but that's TOASTS policy, and nothing to do with the quality of William as a DJ :)
TOAST as a company was great, too. The concierge service was helpful and they kept a very organized and simple client portal.
All in all, zero regrets with hiring Ashley and William to be apart of our wedding.

Unfortunately we had some bumps in the road with my wedding venue but Ashley was right there to take care of it, even at midnight. f touch with the process. We were assigned Teresa as our coordinator and she did not dissapoint. Although she was only hired as a weekend of coordinator she went above and beyond to help me in any way I needed during the process. She came to my final details meeting with me and made sure everything was in line for the day of exactly how I wanted it. She set up the reception area while we were all in hair and makeup all day and did an INCREDIBLE job. She had little to no direction and absolutely killed it. She set up my photobooth wall and it was the star of the wedding for sure. So happy I found toast entertainment and would recommend them to any bride going through the planning process!

eading up to it as she did. She made herself available so often to talk to me and help create timelines, lists, and decor ideas. She even offered to bring some of her own decorations to help me minimize what all I was having to travel with. Ashley was so knowledgeable about Austin, our venue (Garey House), and other vendors we worked with, and it was so reassuring having someone who could truly help us with it all, since we are not from the area. On the day of our wedding it unexpectedly poured rain, and Ashley calmly and quickly helped us create a plan for moving tables and seating, while keeping the flow of the day the same. We would have been lost without her!!

nd as soon as we spoke with her, I instantly felt better. She was so personable, reassuring, and clearly wanted to be a helping hand on what can be a very hectic day! She posed questions to us on things I otherwise would have only realized at the last minute, which gave us time to think and sort out our plans. Brittany came with us on a venue tour, offered helpful advice, asked questions we would have missed, and coordinated with all of our vendors. Our day went perfectly and it is without a doubt because of Brittany! Anytime we needed her for anything she was right there, and often times she had already taken care of what we were about to ask! We are so grateful for her and cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us leading up to and on our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about anything. She thought of literally everything, things we never would have, and every detail she catered to made our day that much more smooth and perfect! If you aren’t sure about hiring a Day of Coordinator, DO IT. The amount of stress and time it saves you is so worth it and lets you focus on the day instead of worrying about details, especially if you get someone who truly cares like Brittany.

d!! She helped us even days before the wedding. She came to the reception hall the day before and helped us set up! We absolutely LOVED Teresa!!! We could not have imagined our wedding going as smoothly as it did without her! She handled everything so well and I definitely would have been super stressed and even freaking out if she didn't step in and handle last-minute problems. She helped keep me calm as she dealt with some difficult-to-work with vendors. She helped guests, family members, and other vendors. She even made sure our ceremony went on well and was organized even though the church coordinator that was rushing things. We can never thank her enough!! It's 100/10 from us!!
Henry, our DJ, was so easy to work with and replied instantly to all our emails! He got all our songs down even when I emailed some to him instead of using the portal (my fault!!) He gave us complete privacy for our last dance, which we loved!
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TOAST ENTERTAINMENT FOR A STRESS FREE WEDDING DAY!!

Maximo was OUTSTANDING. Not just he made it on time, dressed appropriately, played the songs requested. He is a GREAT entertainer...

Also very accommodating, since I had sent him my last request at the very last: “La Hora Loca” (the crazy hour), very used at parties in my homeland, Venezuela, and lately spread out to Colombia, and the state of Florida, but I know it’s challenging if you are not familiar with it. He did it like a pro, just like if he had done it before! Everybody had fun, some people who had left earlier and saw the videos regretted not staying longer. The groom’s brothers were so happy because initially they thought it would not be that much going on, but then they had a blast!
I am recommending Toast Entertainment and Maximo to all my friends.

There aren’t words to describe how much of a difference Teresa made for our wedding. I hired her as a day-of coordinator, and from day one of communicating, she totally understood ...
our vision. So proactive, easy to talk to, and she was a champion for all of our ideas, and helped to execute them quickly and perfectly. I felt beyond comfortable putting many wedding details in her hands, she was always open to new ideas, and was even kind enough to offer some various items that she had collected from previous brides. There was nothing she couldn’t do, even when she had to track down our caterer when they didn’t arrive on time, and made sure they did a complete job with clean up. She was able to handle things without me even knowing anything was not going according to plan (probably because she was able to find a solution before news even got back to me). One of the best decisions I ever made, and probably our best decision in planning our wedding was hiring Teresa.
