Would leave 6/5 starts if I could! Toast was wonderful to deal with from start to finish through our wedding process. They were professional, responsive, and most importantly - they executed everything with phenomenal service the weekend of our wedding. If you're reading this review and considering other providers - do yourself a favor and skip the stress...Toast is the way to go! For reference, we worked with Ashley (day-of coordinator), Aliesha (photographer), and Allie (videographer).

Our coordinator Jackie was an absolute dream to work with. She anticipated our every need so much so that there was nothing left for me to do on wedding day, but to enjoy and soak it all in. Also, her husband was a big help, too. In fact, they did all our set up when I specifically told the venue that we would. Seriously, they were a dream to work with. Ten out of ten, I highly recommend hiring them.

We were paired with Quenton and he was great from start to finish. He really listened to what we wanted during the consultation and kept the dance floor packed all night. Couldn’t recommend him and Toast enough

DJ Trev was phenomenal! Excellent service, great communication, knew exactly the type of music we wanted. He was so kind, we loved having him a part of our big day! Everything ran so smoothly! Thank you Trev!

Our Wedding Coordinator - Ashley Rust truly met all of our needs and more. She was so intentional and attentive with us from the very beginning. She remained on top of all of the details and presented herself calmly and joyfully. We highly recommend her!

Our photographer Steve was perfect and amazing in every way! The Knot helped us book Steve for both our engagement and our wedding day and it was wonderful to have the same photographer both days. Steve went above and beyond for us, even climbing a literal mountain to be in the perfect spot to get the shot for our engagement photos! On the wedding day he was an expert in coordinating individual and group photos and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time and looking good in the photos. Could not recommend enough!

We used Toast for our day of coordinator, photographer, videographer, and DJ and would highly recommend their services! 5 Stars! Ashely was on top of this wedding from start to finish. She kept us constantly informed and communicated very well with all the vendors. The wedding was incredibly smooth and couldn’t have gone any better! William was a fantastic DJ. He was easy to communicate scheduling. He made our wedding a great party! Victoria (Photographer) and Allie (Videographer) did a with and made great suggestions in terms of music and fantastic job capturing the memory of our wedding.

We had Ashley as our coordinator for our wedding... Where do I start. She was literally our fairy godmother. I hired her as a day-of coordinator with the "Essential Coordination" package from TOAST. Beginning months before the wedding date, Ashely made herself very available, jumped right in, and immediately started sharing her insight and getting acquainted with the wedding. She went above and beyond at every point in the planning process and even on the wedding day. She has a great demeanor that helps smooth things out during the wedding chaos. If you're worried about being assigned a coordinator by TOAST, I would definitely recommend spending the extra couple hundred dollars to specifically request Ashely. We also had William B from TOAST as our DJ. My husband and I had some specific ideas for our music and William was very good at accommodating our requests. He shared his experience based knowledge and answered all of our questions. I did feel like it would have been nicer to get in touch with our DJ more than 1 month out, but that's TOASTS policy, and nothing to do with the quality of William as a DJ :) TOAST as a company was great, too. The concierge service was helpful and they kept a very organized and simple client portal. All in all, zero regrets with hiring Ashley and William to be apart of our wedding.

Ashley, our wedding coordinator, went above and beyond, orchestrating a flawless and memorable wedding day. Her planning ensured every detail was perfect, from coordinating our homemade decorations to managing everyone day of. Ashley's calm and reassuring approach made the entire process stress-free. Her hard work brought our vision to life. Ashley's dedication and professionalism were evident throughout, contributing significantly to the success of our special day. We are grateful for her outstanding efforts, making our wedding truly exceptional.

If I could give 10 stars to Ashley, I would. Words cannot even begin to describe how thankful I am to have Ashley as our coordinator. From the start she was so kind and helpful, answering all the silly questions I had. What really stood out to me was her effort the few days before the wedding. Unfortunately we had some bumps in the road with my wedding venue but Ashley was right there to take care of it, even at midnight. She truly went above and beyond on our wedding day and I cannot recommend her enough. Book Ashley as your coordinator! You will not regret it!

I worked with Brittany H for my wedding day-of coordinator and she was AMAZING. So diligent, so organized, so sweet, and really understood the vibe of our fun "backyard" style wedding. I can't thank her enough for everything she did, much of which I barely noticed on the day of because she did everything so quickly, discretely, and professionally. She made the day feel magical. Toast was easy to work with as a company and so affordable. Thank you!! Hire Toast!!

So happy I stumbled upon toast entertainment for my wedding on 12/1/23! The coordinators were so communicative during the process of assigning me my coordinator, I never felt out of touch with the process. We were assigned Teresa as our coordinator and she did not dissapoint. Although she was only hired as a weekend of coordinator she went above and beyond to help me in any way I needed during the process. She came to my final details meeting with me and made sure everything was in line for the day of exactly how I wanted it. She set up the reception area while we were all in hair and makeup all day and did an INCREDIBLE job. She had little to no direction and absolutely killed it. She set up my photobooth wall and it was the star of the wedding for sure. So happy I found toast entertainment and would recommend them to any bride going through the planning process!

Ashley R was above and beyond helpful for planning our wedding from out of state. As a day of coordinator, I did not expect her to put in nearly the time and effort in the months leading up to it as she did. She made herself available so often to talk to me and help create timelines, lists, and decor ideas. She even offered to bring some of her own decorations to help me minimize what all I was having to travel with. Ashley was so knowledgeable about Austin, our venue (Garey House), and other vendors we worked with, and it was so reassuring having someone who could truly help us with it all, since we are not from the area. On the day of our wedding it unexpectedly poured rain, and Ashley calmly and quickly helped us create a plan for moving tables and seating, while keeping the flow of the day the same. We would have been lost without her!!

We booked a Day of Coordinator for our wedding day through Toast Entertainment. Our first consultation call with Brittany was right as the stress of wedding planning was peaking, and as soon as we spoke with her, I instantly felt better. She was so personable, reassuring, and clearly wanted to be a helping hand on what can be a very hectic day! She posed questions to us on things I otherwise would have only realized at the last minute, which gave us time to think and sort out our plans. Brittany came with us on a venue tour, offered helpful advice, asked questions we would have missed, and coordinated with all of our vendors. Our day went perfectly and it is without a doubt because of Brittany! Anytime we needed her for anything she was right there, and often times she had already taken care of what we were about to ask! We are so grateful for her and cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us leading up to and on our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about anything. She thought of literally everything, things we never would have, and every detail she catered to made our day that much more smooth and perfect! If you aren’t sure about hiring a Day of Coordinator, DO IT. The amount of stress and time it saves you is so worth it and lets you focus on the day instead of worrying about details, especially if you get someone who truly cares like Brittany.

Ashley was our coordinator from Toast and was amazing! Leading up to our wedding she was super helpful in keeping us organized and contacting vendors for arrivals and setups. Day of she was exceptional and made sure both of us were not stressed as the night went on. 10/10, she is the best!!

Ashley R was our coordinator through Toast and she was so great! She was so very patient with my fiance and I and she made time to meet up with us twice at the venue before the wedding to help us plan our vision. We also did a walk-through the day before the wedding and we practiced our ceremony until we couldn't get it wrong! The day of the wedding she made a small adjustment to our schedule in the interest of a smooth dinner service and it couldn't have gone better. Definitely book your wedding services through Toast and when you do, request Ashley to be your coordinator!

Lacy was our coordinator from Toast and was a God sent angel to me. She truly helped me while any and all questions or concerns I had. We used her for our rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. She kept our day on track and my nerves on track. I would use her 1,000 times over again!

I had a fantastic experience with Alyssa as my day of coordinator. This was her first time coordinating a wedding at our venue, Angel Springs, and there were no hiccups, even with multiple vendors arriving at the same time. She knew what she was doing and I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. She helped me prepare with our meetings leading up to the special day, and was very kind, thoughtful, communicative, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her services to others. I am so thankful to have been paired with her.

We could not have asked for a better DJ or service! Our DJ, Ben, and Toast Entertainment made sure that our wedding reception was everything that we wanted. They went above and beyond to give suggestions, meet our expectations, and provide exceptional service to make sure we had a great time with as little stress and worry about detail on our part; they took care of everything. There is no question that we will recommend 10/10 times in the future.

We hired Jackie from Toast entertainment to plan our Austin Tx Wedding. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all of our many, many inquiries. She had our big day run flawlessly from the time we walked the aisle until our grand exit. It was a wonderful day and that was in very large part due to Jackie and Toast Entertainment!

AMAZING!! Super easy to work with and responds quick! We hired our day of coordinator and DJ through toast and were not disappointed! Teresa, our coordinator, went above and beyond!! She helped us even days before the wedding. She came to the reception hall the day before and helped us set up! We absolutely LOVED Teresa!!! We could not have imagined our wedding going as smoothly as it did without her! She handled everything so well and I definitely would have been super stressed and even freaking out if she didn't step in and handle last-minute problems. She helped keep me calm as she dealt with some difficult-to-work with vendors. She helped guests, family members, and other vendors. She even made sure our ceremony went on well and was organized even though the church coordinator that was rushing things. We can never thank her enough!! It's 100/10 from us!! Henry, our DJ, was so easy to work with and replied instantly to all our emails! He got all our songs down even when I emailed some to him instead of using the portal (my fault!!) He gave us complete privacy for our last dance, which we loved! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TOAST ENTERTAINMENT FOR A STRESS FREE WEDDING DAY!!

Our planner Ashley was just amazing! She made the day stress free for us and was really on top of everything. She always answered any questions I had, weeks leading up to the wedding. All of my family really liked her as well and said she was awesome. I would definitely recommend!

We went with the Just a DJ package and everything went super smoothly. Our DJ stuck to our requested songs and genres, and was even able to accommodate last minute changes/requests without a hitch. Toast always responded to our questions quickly and were super friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Note: they also do the “Crazy Hour” (La Hora Loca) Maximo was OUTSTANDING. Not just he made it on time, dressed appropriately, played the songs requested. He is a GREAT entertainer. Also very accommodating, since I had sent him my last request at the very last: “La Hora Loca” (the crazy hour), very used at parties in my homeland, Venezuela, and lately spread out to Colombia, and the state of Florida, but I know it’s challenging if you are not familiar with it. He did it like a pro, just like if he had done it before! Everybody had fun, some people who had left earlier and saw the videos regretted not staying longer. The groom’s brothers were so happy because initially they thought it would not be that much going on, but then they had a blast! I am recommending Toast Entertainment and Maximo to all my friends. Teresa was absolutely perfect from start to finish! She really listened to my daughter from day 1, kept in close contact, and worked well with everyone involved. From decorating the chapel and reception area to arranging cleanup, she was a blur, handling all details the entire day of the wedding. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your coordinator, you won’t be disappointed! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

I just used Toast Entertainment for both my Day Of Wedding Coordintaor and my Photographer and they were simply amazing. My coordinator was wonderful to work with and I couldn’t have pulled everything off without her. She made my day totally stress free and the price couldn’t be beat. The photographer was also great and did everything I asked without hesitation. I was able to stay within my budget and still have top notch help to make my day perfect. I will definitely use Toast again for any future large events I’m planning!!

Ashley was very attentive and on point with making sure everything was going on schedule. She was able to pivot when sections ran longer than planned. We had time for everything! She made sure that we both ate and were comfortable.

Alex, our DJ was amazing! Besides being a very happy and friendly person, he rolled with the punches, was very accommodating, provided suggestions and actually got people on the dance floor. There aren’t words to describe how much of a difference Teresa made for our wedding. I hired her as a day-of coordinator, and from day one of communicating, she totally understood our vision. So proactive, easy to talk to, and she was a champion for all of our ideas, and helped to execute them quickly and perfectly. I felt beyond comfortable putting many wedding details in her hands, she was always open to new ideas, and was even kind enough to offer some various items that she had collected from previous brides. There was nothing she couldn’t do, even when she had to track down our caterer when they didn’t arrive on time, and made sure they did a complete job with clean up. She was able to handle things without me even knowing anything was not going according to plan (probably because she was able to find a solution before news even got back to me). One of the best decisions I ever made, and probably our best decision in planning our wedding was hiring Teresa.

I cannot rave about our coordinator through Toast enough! Teresa was professional, efficient, amazing, friendly, creative, organized, and all of the things you would want in a day of coordinator! She went above and beyond for me to make sure our wedding was all that we wanted and we are so grateful!!!!

Toast did an amazing job! We had Nicole for our day of coordinator and she kept me from losing my mind! Any little issue that popped up, she was on top of it. She even had to run to the store for forks when it was time to serve cake because my venue neglected to tell me they wouldn't give us forks for the cake. She was worth every penny and a pleasure to be around!

Daniel did a great job. I watch the highlight film at least once a day because it is so good. Tanner loved him. He also worked well with our photographers who we got from a different company.

We had a great experience using Toast Entertainment for the DJ and uplighting at our wedding. The Concierge service was super responsive in the months leading up to our wedding, and the online planning tools were helpful in building our perfect playlist. Our DJ for the wedding day, Eric G, met with us the month of our wedding to go over details and make sure he had the right versions of our special songs. On our wedding day, Eric did a great job of cueing the music during our ceremony and keeping the party going on the dance floor! We highly recommend Toast Entertainment!

This company was so easy to work with. Our DJ VanRod was awesome. He made sure our night ran smoothly and the dance floor hopping! I would recommend them over and over again!

I couldn't have asked for a better turnout. Robbie the DJ was so attentive and incredibly thoughtful in each and every step. He listened, but also made suggestions from our song list on the most appropriate time to play them. He did everything we asked and more! As a matter of fact, I have friends I referred to Toast for a December wedding and they intend to request Robbie. Jen, our photographer, was also great. We LOVED our day of planner! ASK for NEA, she was absolutely fantastic! I regret not paying to have her at the rehearsal, but our chapel said they had a coordinator, and did not (another fun change with COVID). Nea was responsive to all of my calls/texts/emails, and came into the chapel day of and organized everything perfectly. She then went to the reception venue and helped organize and ensure everything was exactly, if not better, then discussed! Everything was PERFECT! She was on top of everything the whole night, and keeping (roughly at our discretion) to the timeline established! It was amazing. Toast has honestly been the easiest company to communicate and move dates around during this pandemic. We were supposed to be married 4/4/2020, and pushed to July because of the shelter in place order. Then Dallas opened to 75% in June, and dropped to 50% beginning of July, with COVID cases skyrocketing, so we pushed to November. I have heard horror stories of brides trying to push, and having SO much push back, but WE HAD NO PUSH BACK or were given any sort of a hard time for moving our date! The flexibility and compassion shown while coming to terms with what it means to get married during a pandemic was heartwarming. Honestly, when we went through with it, our day better than we ever could have imaged, and our vendors have EVERYTHING to do with that!

Toast Entertainment was amazing and was able to work with me despite COVID-19 and the fact I had to change venues three times! I ended up only using their photography package and Jen, the photographer was amazing also! They responded promptly to emails and had no problem explaining or answering questions! I would highly recommend them!

Our coordinator, Janice Tan, was FANTASTIC! She was extremely professional and friendly and spend the entire day making sure every last detail was perfect. We were really impressed with the level of service we received from her. She took charge of our event from the minute she arrived and it was very clear that she had put a lot of hours into planning and preparing for our event. Janice really made it a stress free event for us! I highly recommend using Toast.

We couldn’t be happier with Toast! We used toast for our 2 photographers, Videoagrapher, DJ, and day of coordinator. We were extremely pleased with all 5 people assigned to us. Our wedding coordinator Nicole was great and made the day stress-free and provided all the help I needed to make our day perfect. Hunter our DJ went above and beyond and really got the party going. We had a blast! Our photographer Jen and second shooter Jordan were awesome and did such a great job capturing the moments and working with our big family. Andre our videographer was very professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. We can’t wait to get the footage! We’re a rowdy bunch and they all were able to wrangle us when needed and let us have our fun too! I definitely recommend Toast!

Absolutely amazing! Start to finish, our experience with Toast Entertainment was flawless. From the audio system at our outdoor ceremony sight to the very cool uplighting and excellent sound quality of our indoor reception we could not have been happier. Our DJ was Garrick Hutch and he was wonderful. We received so many compliments from our guests. In fact, a couple of our close friends that are getting married next year asked for his contact info so hopefully we will see him again. As a same sex couple it was very important for us to have vendors that are inclusive. Toast was not just open to work our same sex wedding but they were genuinely excited to be a part of our special day and we could not have been happier with them. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We booked Toast's DJ services at the bridal expo and I'm so happy that we did. Looking for a DJ was a little overwhelming and we weren't sure exactly what to look for, but we found the best one. The music was fantastic. They played basically everything that we were hoping for and none of what we didn't want to hear. People were dancing all night and having a great time. The transitions were smooth and seamless and our DJ checked in with us multiple times before and after the wedding. We're so happy that we hired them.

Last minute a few months before my wedding, my husband and I decided we wanted to hire a videographer. As medical students, we were following a tight budget and we were not sure if we could accommodate a videographer... until along came Toast Entertainment and the wonderful Daniel Ka. This affordable videography and entertainment services was such a blessing to find. I was familiar with Daniel after watching every wedding video that had ever been recorded at Canyonwood Ridge, many who were recorded by him. It was a seamless process to book Toast and the day of the wedding Daniel arrived early and was present during the entire event. He was around, but almost unnoticeable which I suppose is a good trait for a videographer. We really enjoyed his presence and would recommend his services to anyone looking for an awesome videographer!

We were very satisfied with our DJ services for the event. Ang was a wonderful and attentive DJ. It was clear that she read all of our notes and special requests. We were very happy using Toast as it was easy to select in advance the songs that we wanted played and it was wonderful to hear our favorite songs at the perfect time throughout the evening!

We had Toast Entertainment DJ our July 6, 2019 wedding at House on the Hill in Austin, Texas. I can't give them enough praise. Ang was our DJ and was there right on time and had everything she needed to keep the party going all night. The concierge was super helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout my planning process and didn't make me feel uncomfortable asking about a hundred different questions. The dance floor was full all night and everyone loved the music!

We hired Toast Entertainment for our wedding reception because their prices were extremely reasonable compared to others and because of the great reviews. Well, they did not disappoint! Our DJ was Mike, and we was so cool and so much fun! I don’t think the dance floor was ever empty. He kept our guests entertained and was professional in making announcements. Mike guided us through the process and even helped us with making song selections. We also hired a photo booth from Toast Entertainment, which everyone loved. We also hired a day-of wedding coordinator, Janice, who did an amazing job of guiding us through the day and making sure everything went off without a hitch!

We booked Toast Entertainment as our DJ & photo booth and we are so happy we did! Jayson was our DJ and he did a great job for the ceremony music, as well as keeping the party/dancing going during the reception. Our guests had so much fun and he had a great mixture of music all night. The photo booth was great as well and everyone really enjoyed having that. We added on the album for people to put their pictures & sign next to it. It will make for a fun memento for us to look back on for years to come! Sharing the online album for guests was also a huge plus side.

DJ John was OUTSTANDING! Our wedding was on June 22nd in Austin, and many of our guests both during and after the reception came up to us to say how incredible he was. My partner and I had a lot of songs we wanted to hear during our cocktail hour and reception, including some that were fairly obscure, and DJ John knew exactly when to play them. His timing was impeccable, he announced everything without us even having to confer with him, and he was just so dang sweet! He checked in with both of us to ask if we needed anything throughout the night, and he made sure our friends and family giving speeches and toasts were prepared. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better DJ than John!

This was the best quote I found and was a little worried about how good they'd be because I didn't have a personal recommendation. I found them on knot.com, where they were highly rated. THEY. WERE. PHENOMENAL! Our DJ was Hunter H - if you go this way, definitely ask for him specifically. He was so attentive and read the vibe so well... always had the right music going and had almost as much fun as we did! You'll love their client portal, where you can access a huge database of music to create exactly the mood you want on your big day!

We were not originally going to hire a day-of coordinator, just to save on cost. Thankfully my lovely bridesmaid understood the idiocy of that decision and offered to pay for one as our wedding gift. That decision, more than any other, made our wedding day a success. We hired Emily through Toast Entertainment and from the very first interaction we had, all the way through post-wedding questions, she was a consummate professional. My husband and I are very organized and detail-oriented and we were already feeling frustrated with the wedding process involving messaging 5 different people for each task. When Emily came on board she took it upon herself to arrange everything with all of our vendors and act as a buffer between all of the craziness and my husband and me. I was messaging her about a million different questions beforehand through email and text and every single one she responded to promptly and took care of. I did not have to repeat myself at all. The day of, she went above and beyond even her job description, ensuring that everything went smoothly and we could just enjoy ourselves and have fun. We cannot recommend Toast Entertainment, and specifically Emily, highly enough. I am so so grateful that we hired her.

Our wedding was June 15 and we used Toast for a DJ and photographer. For me it was hard to plan my wedding bc I wasn’t sure what to expect and how a photographer/DJ would work timeline wise, set up etc. My DJ Cory and photographer Bonnie were so great though! There were no issues. Bonnie was super flexible but gave direction when needed. Cory was awesome the music was great I gave him pretty vague instructions (bc again, wasn’t sure what I was doing lol) and he totally nailed it! Everyone commented on how great the music was, and how much fun they all had. I definitely recommend Cory for DJ. It turned out to be way less stressful than I expected...thank you Cory and Bonnie!!

I cannot begin to express our gratitude and appreciation for Toast Entertainment throughout this entire wedding planning process. From the communication, affordability, to the flexibility of the varied packages, it was perfectly suited for my now WIFE and I to take in our special day without worrying about photography or videography, knowing we were in great hands. I appreciated the ability to view various photographer portfolios within one portal and of them all, we kept getting drawn back to Heather Wise's. She is a savant when it comes to photography. Though our first in-person interaction wasn't until the actual wedding day, her personality and demeanor made us feel at ease, almost as if we've worked together in the past, allowing her to capture those candid and intimate moments we'll cherish forever. Her attention to detail is apparent in her approach in how she critically thinks and envisions on the fly for any scenario you throw at her. Her ability to adapt and coordinate exceptionally well with others is something to be admired. Photographers with her skill set are hard to come by. Heather's assistant photographer, Tammy Arnold, is a master at her craft in her own right. Her and Heather go together like lamb and tuna fish (Big Daddy reference in case that sounded absurd). But really, Tammy and Heather made a great duo and they were on the same page since upon arrival, to the end of the evening. Tammy was able to capture the pre-ceremony moments with the groomsmen and I, as well as my dad making sure my tie was on straight. She helped a great deal with Gaby's train, so it would not bunch up on her and kept it in it's out-splayed state. Tammy's lively personality and thoughtfulness towards her approach made for a perfect pairing for Gaby and I to be relaxed and let them take care of the rest. For Videography, Daniel Ka was assigned to our wedding about a month out from the wedding. He was a pleasure to coordinate with leading up to our wedding day. He was thoughtful in our conversations over the phone and quick to respond to emails. He was very considerate of our time from beginning to end and had great ideas / suggestions on what and where to get a good shot. He was a keen eye for not only capturing key moments throughout the day, but capturing the emotion behind something as profound as a wedding, which sets his work apart from others. His professionalism and attention to detail will not go unnoticed, Daniel is awesome! All three musketeers worked like a symphony and were in harmony with each other with their still shots, to production film. Not just our immediate family members, but almost every guest we spoke to acknowledged their efforts in how professional and courteous they were. Can't wait to show them the end product behind it all! THANK YOU TOAST ENTERTAINMENT for not just being in intricate component to the best day of our lives, but being the PLATFORM that will allow us to relive that special day for the rest of our lives, and you for that, we are both truly grateful. My husband and I got married earlier this month and used toast for our DJ and Photographer. Alyssa was our photographer and I highly recommend her! She had several photos to us the morning after our wedding. She did a phenomenal job! She was quick with group photos and know when the lighting was just right. Hunter was our DJ and I can not say enough great things about him! Hunter was incredible and extremely helpful! He made sure my day was absolutely perfect and helped in any way possible.. even if it was out side of his DJing duties. He is simply the best and catered to all of our needs. Toast will not disappoint!

I chose to use Toast Entertainment at my wedding because they had DJ'ed one of my best friend's weddings and did an excellent job. They did NOT disappoint this time around, either. Ben did an awesome job keeping the dance floor full at our wedding. He went above and beyond by making sure to include some a-typical songs on our "must play" list were played at the appropriate time (the Donkey Kong theme song is not normally requested). Communication with Toast was very easy and we were provided with everything that we needed, plus some. Their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to their competition and they do a tremendous job. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in San Antonio.

The entertainment packages Toast offers was perfect for our wedding. We were able to get a day-of coordinator, DJ, videographer, and a photo booth all through Toast, which was so convenient to find all in one place. The package prices are quite fair and pretty customizable. We don't know what we would've done without our day-of coordinator Harley! Despite being somewhat hard to reach before the wedding, she was organized, cheerful, and hardworking on our wedding day, and because of her everything went smoothly. She was absolutely essential! Daniel, our videographer, was sweet, made sure to capture not only the important moments but also the small intimate moments, and worked with us to expedite the video so we could show it at a party two weeks later. The process for choosing our music playlist for the DJ was easy, and our DJ seemed to know exactly what we were hoping for. Many of our guests even commented on how fun all the songs were and got people out on the dance floor. The photo booth we got was open, not an enclosed “booth”, which was not what I expected, but it did end up feeling like the groups of people taking photos were all still part of the party. All in all, Toast is a great place to find enthusiastic vendors in one convenient location.

Hunter and Ashley were amazing. Knew exactly when things should happen and rolled with any last minute changes. My husband asked Hunter to change our first dance song with something else but midway through the original (as a surprise to me) and Hunter did it perfectly. I was completely surprised. Ashely and her team were so thoughtful and understanding when I needed to pause pictures to go to the restroom haha. I would recommend Toast Entertainment to any bride and groom.

Our DJ with Toast Entertainment was amazing! We needed him to have mics and a speaker set up indoors at the last minute, and he figured it out and made it happen. He was so friendly and easy to work with!

We had a destination wedding in New Orleans. Toast was great and easy to work with, I highly recommend! We had no issues or stress through the entire process. They had quick response times from the start. Customer portal was a helpful tool to stay organized. They were good at following up with us to make sure they got the necessary information, even if we were a little late at times. Our DJ, Bennett, showed up on time, was kind, professional, and self-sufficient. Bennett did a wonderful job playing our requested music along with playing songs to match the vibe of our wedding and guest's recommendations. We made a few late changes to the ceremony music days before the wedding and he was able to accommodate the changes with no issues. We would pick Toast if we had to do it again!

Anthony was beyond amazing, I could not have asked for a better experience with him!! Be played music to keep every guest happy and on the dance floor! I am so happy I picked this company and got assigned him. It was worth every single dollar!! We had an outdoor wedding and they worked with us through the entire process. I think the unlimited package is the best deal around.

We used Toast Entertainment for our wedding day and it was a great decision. They make the process extremely stress free and the client login to select music and timeline was very helpful. Our DJ, Ben was super cool- couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

We used Toast for DJ, Videographer and Photobooth. Ross, our DJ, did a great job of grabbing everyone's attention when needed and kept the party going. Ryan, the videographer, was so out of the way that many of our guests didn't even realize we had one (which is what we wanted). I could always tell he was around getting great shots though - can't wait to see the final product! The photo booth came with an album with notes from the guests next to their photo strips as well as a digital album!
