I have worked and lived all over the world, mostly in the military and the telecommunications industry. I have been professionally photographing weddings for over 20 years and have worked in numerous locations around the country. Since we are based out of Maryland, we do most of our work in the DC/Balt/MD/VA area but enjoy traveling anywhere to do a wedding shoot. Because I am basically a people person, people photography is my heartfelt interest, and especially wedding photography. I have a great team of creative professionals, and our style is spontaneous, candid, and fun

Tom is a fabulous photographer who clearly loves shooting weddings. He was wonderful to work with from the initial contact until delivery of the finished product. I appreciated his calm demeanor as it helped me stay calm on my wedding day. He goes way above and beyond just taking standard photos as he provides a video of the ceremony and gives you a beautiful photo album filled with amazing photos from your wedding day. Tom Bennett and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are very easy to work with and help take the stress off of you during the planning. As a bride, that is something I treasured the most. He was very professional through all of the meetings and he did great at directing me and all of my guest during our Ceremony and Reception. He kept me on time, communicated with all of my other vendors, and arrived early at the venue to make sure everything was set up. I received MULTIPLE great pictures, I get a hard back book of the top pictures as a keepsake, and he livestreamed my Ceremony and Formalities for those who could not be there (which I also get to keep now as well!). My Husband and I could not have asked for a better photographer! Thank you so much for all that you did!

If we could give Tom more than 5 stars we would. He is very thorough. Tom went to the venue before the wedding day to make sure they had good internet speed to livestream our ceremony and to look for places to take pictures. He attended our rehearsal and planned out every moment of our special day and we couldn’t be any happier with his work. Working with him was so fun too! We can’t wait to see the pictures soon because we are 100% sure they’ll be fantastic!

Tom was absolutely wonderful. We decided to go with Tom because his story on how he got to being a wedding photographer, the time he took meeting us and talking about everything, offering advice through other areas of the wedding and overall personality. We were a 2020 wedding that had to be canceled but he still worked with us to have a small photo session. We changed times because of rain and was accommodating the entire time. We liked we could put our money towards someone with inclusivity to all couples with professionalism. He worked with us the entire time our wedding was canceled and did everything he could to make it worth it for us since we already put a deposit down. We highly recommend him to everyone and will be using him for future photography needs.

We used Tom for our engagement and wedding photos. Tom was very flexible and adjusted to everything we threw at him. We had to change up our wedding venue a couple months before the wedding due to COVID and Tom was fantastic about it. If you’re looking for an adventurous photographer Tom is your guy. Tom Bennett was absolutely all that we had hoped for, for our intimate wedding! His friendly nature made it a very comfortable experience for our small gathering. Tom was extremely easy to communicate with via email and phone, and was affordable in our tight budget.
He truly captured the emotion of the day, and because of him, we now have keepsakes that we will cherish for a lifetime. We will definitely be using him for any future life events we want captured.

Tom’s level of professionalism is top notch. He met with us where we live to discuss details before ever booking with him. He showed us all of his sample work and told us how he operates. Even though I had a short period of time to plan my wedding and the venue was tricky, he met with me twice before the big day and took time to explain everything, to get to know me and what we wanted and made sure every detail was figured out beforehand so that day everything ran smoothly.

Tom did a beautiful job on the photos for our wedding. I knew I wanted to hire him from the moment I met him. He showed up early and coordinated with our DJ to make sure he was ready for all the important shots. His photos were beautiful and his pricing was straightforward. I have already recomended him Tom to my friends.
