Tonic and Lime did a fantastic job at our wedding. Amber and her team were friendly, fast, and professional. Their client portal and their planning process were extremely detailed and helpful. We would not hesitate to hire them again!

Tonic & Lime helped bartend/assist with beverage service at my wedding at Bayview at Gallagher Farms and they did such a fabulous job! They’re thorough, fun, kind, and helpful. We ended up running out of red wine after cocktail hour and their team gladly ran out to purchase more for us with our card for the rest of the evening (our August wedding felt more like a fall day, so it was preferred over other drinks at the time). Thank you for going above and beyond!

The communication leading up to our wedding was excellent. We loved that we could access everything in an easy-to-use portal (previous communication, details about packages, contract, etc.) Stacie did a fabulous job bartending at our wedding. We would recommend Tonic and Lime and would definitely hire them again for an event.

Amber and her team did an AMAZING job at our wedding! They were so much fun and our friends couldn't get over how amazing the drinks were. We supplied the alcohol and mixers, and they were able to make drinks that we didn't even know were possible for our guests! They were efficient and patient the whole night, which I am sure could not have been easy. Leading up to our wedding, Amber sent us a very thorough document that walked us through all the quantities of alcohol, and we were really please that we didn't have too much of an abundance of leftover alcohol. We did run out, but that was near the end of the night. We can't thank you enough for all of your help and keeping the party going!!

We're so glad we went with Tonic & Lime for our wedding bartending service! Amber was kind and professional throughout, and she was very helpful with choosing how much alcohol to buy (and it ended up being a great estimate). They were very accommodating of our signature cocktails and did a great job making them, including a less common one with blackberry liqueur. In addition, Amber had worked with our venue before and her knowledge of the procedures and collaboration with them made the process run seamlessly and efficiently. Amber was always prompt and responsive to emails and even offered to provide and deliver ice to the venue because our venue doesn't supply it. Another pro of Tonic & Lime was being able to buy alcohol from a third party through them- this streamlined the process significantly! The bartenders also did a great job on the night of--all of our guests got great service.

Highly recommend Tonic and Lime. We searched extensively for bartending services for my wedding and found ourselves very impressed with everything that Tonic and Lime offers. They were very accommodating and the value of their services is unmatched. The bartender was very sweet and very quick as well. I have no complaints. Bonus if they’ve worked with your venue before too! They were able to set up, serve guests, and clean up with no questions for us.

I would HIGHLY recommend Tonic & Lime for your wedding bartending service! We provided the alcohol, and they provided all the fixings, but exceeded my expectations from ease of planning and personalizing service with Amber, to great bartenders that everyone loved at the wedding.

Amber and her team Derek and Autumn were so great! They kept the drinks flowing with minimal waiting and expert skill. They were also able work with a type of liquor which we brought that was new to them (Pisco) and was for our signature cocktail, and they executed it perfectly! All of our guests were raving about it, and it was so good, it was the first drink to run out. Professional, fun, and skilled...what more can you ask for in a bartender?

Tonic & Lime bartended our wedding recently and did a fantastic job. Art and Autumn were our bartenders and they were amazing - all of our guests loved chatting with them and they were the perfect vibe for our group! The bar was perfectly set up and organized, and they were able to keep the line moving super quickly so no one was waiting around for too long. Amber helped us craft some cool signature drinks that fit our style before the wedding, and they were a huge hit with our guests!

Amber and her team were amazing! Amber is the owner so she does not bartend every event, but she did stop by to see how things were going and made a point to say hi to us! Derek and Shannon were our primary bartenders for the night and we couldn't have had better ones! So many of our guests commented on how they were impressed that the bartenders were remembering what everyone was getting! I also heard, after the fact, that there was an issue with my father being disrespectful to them, but my guests that overheard that interaction said that they both handled him with such class and grace, I am even more impressed with them (and terribly sorry that it even happened-he has an unfortunate reputation). I was also unaware that at least 2 guests brought their own specific kinds of alcohol and had asked the bartenders to keep it cool for them. They did this, and while they did not have to, I appreciate their flexibility. Amber and I had a slight misunderstanding at one point, but she was so kind and easy to work with, it didn't even matter. The alcohol distributor that she works with didn't have one of the primary ingredients for my "Hers" drink, she spent the day before my wedding driving around to different Sam's clubs trying to find it. I know food/drinks are one of the main things that people remember from a wedding, and I am so very thankful we had these amazing people to give our guests a good time!!!

Amber was such an incredible partner in planning our wedding. From the start she was responsive and knowledgeable, helping us plan the flow of our day. We loved being able to pick out and purchase our own alcohol and trust Tonic & Lime with the rest. Amber was extremely flexible as our wedding day plans changed due to COVID, even down to a few changes we made the week of the wedding. What I loved most was the way Amber viewed herself as part of the team to ensure our wedding day was perfect, pitching in wherever needed. Multiple guests commented on how kind the bar staff were. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

Tonic & Lime come to be as a recommendation from our wedding planner - and pretty sure we booked Amber immediately! She was extremely professional and knew the area very well. Once it came down to about a month before the wedding, we requested a couple specialty cocktails of Amber - leading her to create the PERFECT espresso martini. Luckily, we bought some extras of the ingredients, and still have some weekly :) Her team was very professional and lovely to have at our wedding!

Tonic and Lime was great to work with. I had a wedding of about 200 guests. Tonic and Lime was very helpful when it came to what our budget could provide for our guests. As well as their service and organization on the big day. I have no complaints from my experience. Tonic and lime even surprised us with a small wedding gift and made their own sign for the drinks. They provided the little details that made our special day a little bit sweeter.

Amber was great to work with! Her prices were very reasonable and she went above and beyond by creating two specialty drinks for our reception.

Amber and the Tonic and Lime team were incredible! We had a pretty non traditional wedding and they helped us recreate our favorite cocktail from our time living in Washington, DC among other things and even went as far as letting us do a fun tasting of it a few weeks before the wedding! It involved some pretty specialty ingredients like hibiscus simple syrup and they created and provided all of it! We used these cocktails instead of a champaign toast and it worked out perfectly. Everything went perfectly smoothly, there was never any waiting, everyone was able to get the drinks they wanted both during the cocktail hour and reception. They really went above and beyond! As the person doing a lot of the coordinating I found the team easy to connect with, they answered all our questions in a timely manner, and during the event they truly took care of everything - I didn't once have to think about our bar service except when they were serving me a drink :). You definitely want them as part of your Up North wedding dream team!

Amber (owner of Tonic and Lime) was professional and thorough! Her staff was excellent and they accommodated our unique requests and setting. This was an outdoor wedding set in the woods (and rain!) and Tonic and Lime helped make it magical.

She was amazing!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!! She was very easy to talk to and helped out so much. She gave excellent input on drinks, quantities and recipes, even before we hired her. She was there early and stayed as long as we wanted to. Even when the bridal party was the only ones left at the hall, she stayed to make us drinks, even if it was after the scheduled ending of our wedding reception. She was great. I would definitely use her service again and recommend her to anyone!!

DO NOT go with this beverage company for your bar services. There was hardly any communication unless i was reaching out for it. The day of the wedding part of my bridal party had to organize and ice drinks because our bartender was there only about 20 minutes before the time they were supposed to be. Our bartender removed and swapped out our taps because she couldn’t figure out how to operate them cross contaminating beer, and in term ruining one of our kegs. We paid additional funds for ice to be provided and there were only 3 small bags brought for an entire evening of festivities, if we had not spent $25 on bags of ice drinks would have been warm. Totes or tubs were supposed to be provided and only 3 small ones were. Bottles of wine that supposedly were empty were taken for what purpose I’m not sure. Last but not least the day of the wedding not even an hour before the ceremony my husband had to run to the store (which we were out in the middle of nowhere) to get plastic cups because the plastic cups that we had on the tables i had spent hundreds of dollars on were someone not plastic enough?! But that was NEVER discussed in any email or contracts, AND the bartender ended up using those after a couple hours ANYWAYS. Absolutely do not recommended this beverage company to ANYONE probably why they changed their name not long ago.

Tonic & Lime did an amazing job at our reception. Amber was very communicative in helping us plan and made helpful recommendations about types and quantities of liquor to order. She also created a cute bar menu to help guests decide on what to order. Our bartender Heather was awesome and several guests commented to me about what a great job she did. Highly recommended!

Amber is an expert at setting up and staffing her events, and not only are Tonic & Lime's bars well organized, but stock is managed and maintained throughout the night so guests are served efficiently and you never have to worry about running out of anything. Tonic & Lime's staff are professional, super nice, and were always willing to lend a hand with other parts of food and beverage service throughout the evening, which is above and beyond their role! Clean up and tear down of events is effortless and simple, and this service alone is well worth the value in hiring quality bartending services. We used Tonic & Lime as the bartending service for our September wedding at Castle Farms and we were so happy we did! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Amber Jaeger (owner) was so great about communicating and helping us plan. We chose the option to purchase all of the alcohol ourselves, while they provided all of the mixers and bartending staff. It all worked out so great! They were very accommodating. As an example, we had our cocktail hour outdoors. They were very flexible about setting up an outdoor bar for the cocktail hour and then transitioned to an indoor bar for the actual reception. They are true professionals and did a wonderful job at our wedding. If you are looking for a bartending service that is reliable and great at what they do, use Tonic & Lime!

Amber and her whole team were amazing to work with for our August outdoor wedding. Amber was super communicative and provided great insight about quantities and set up, and even went above and beyond and came out for a site visit to get the lay of the land in advance. It was perfect to be be able to buy exactly what we wanted to serve, and her team stepped in and served it all right up! Her team was super attentive during cocktail hour and the reception, and when the weather took a turn for "downpour" they took it in stride with smiles on their faces the whole time. I used With a Twist for my wedding reception in downtown Traverse City in August 2017. Working with them was a great experience. They were professional and timely with quotes and answers to the questions we had. The alcohol service at our reception was a little unorthodox, as we had several batches of home brewed beer and cases of wine from local wineries to serve. Our bartender took it all in stride and did a great job. At one point on my way back to the bar I got stuck talking with some guests. A few minutes later, the bartender was at my side with a refill of wine. She just nodded and smiled to me, and went back to the bar. I was incredibly grateful for her attentiveness in that moment, and for the good spirit she showed our guests all evening. Would definitely recommend for wedding in the Traverse City area!
