Our Photo Booth attendant was very friendly and helpful. Got along with all of our guests, and encouraged people to take advantage of the booth. Great experience and value. I would recommend to to everyone.

I highly recommend Top Notch! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! they where affordable and everything turned out perfect! my guest loved it! I got a copy of everyones photos and it was so fun seeing everyone have such a good time and i think just about all of my 150 guest where in there at least once!

Top Notch Photo Booth was awesome. Worked with Amanda most of the time and she was very professional and made sure EVERYTHING was in order. I was very impressed with Top Notch Photo Booth. We had them at our wedding in June 2017 and the staff was kind, the props were fun and the memories made were endless. I loved the options to have my very own logo created to add to the pictures for the guests and also the photo book that was created with messages from our friends and family. I would recommend Top Notch to anyone.

Michael was extremely helpful and open to my ideas when designing the prints! My only complaint is that the photo booth was having difficulty during the reception so they kept having to shut it down and restart it. I know this happened at least 3 times in a 4 hour reception which shortened the length of time guests could take pictures by about 30-40 minutes.

Our experience with Top Notch was great. They are kind, flexible, and a truly good company to work with. Michael, in particular, is just flat out a nice person. We ended up canceling the wedding to elope so we weren't able to use their service, but I recommend them to anyone who goes through the wedding planning process. They are easily the nicest, most understanding vendor we worked with.

Excellent photo booth and very reasonably priced. They were on time, got set up fast and provided a lot of fun pros for our guest who had a great time with the photo booth

I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any event. We had them for our wedding and everyone RAVED!

Staff was super helpful during the whole process! They always got back to us and answered all of our questions. My only thing was a lot of our pictures turned out very very dark and blurred. It would have been nice if maybe they gave us a heads up to use a lighter back drop or something. So many of our pics were unclear and super dark. :( and at the end of the night our copies were just put in our gift box. They weren't in a envelope or anything so some of them got squished and bent. Just something to be aware of. But over all there customer service was great!

They did a great job at our wedding. Communication and payment was very easy. Which that was especially nice because I live in Chicago and got married in St. Louis so communication was very important to me. The attendant Ian was very helpful and everybody liked him. Prices were very reasonable. Lots of variety for props and for photo layout. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this is the only vendor I was displeased with at my wedding reception. However, I still have good things to say about the company. I worked with Michael prior to my wedding event and he was very helpful and easy to work with! I chose a more detailed picture layout and Michael/Sharon worked very hard on getting me the exact design I dreamed of. I can only give this vendor 2 stars because of their performance at the reception. We were unable to use the photo booth at all because the program and printer were not communicating. They tried several different things but they were not working. They brought new equipment that hadn't been used together before. I understand there is technology issuers; however, it is very important to test technology before using it at someones reception. This did not ruin the reception. But it is a family tradition to take pictures in a photo booth at weddings and now we will not have these photos from our wedding :( Fortunately, they refunded all of our money and we are thankful for that!

A photo booth was not in our budget. My fiance really wanted one. Luckily, I received an unexpected bonus at work. I didn't tell her about this and instead called for a booth. This was a last minute decision. With 1 week to go I was excited. Unfortunately I called 2 companies before this one. 1 told me on short notice it would be $150 more! The other said they don't do requests less than 10 days prior. I was so happy when I called Top Notch. When the guy answered the phone on a Sunday I was ecstatic. I told him my story and his answer was, (I wrote it down so this is a quote) "I am sorry to hear that the other companies couldn't help you. I am glad you called us. We would be more than happy to take care of you". It was they way he said "take care of me" that struck a cord. Everything would be okay. It was such an easy process. The lady I worked with was so helpful. Paperwork, payment and options available done in 1 call (Monday) 2 emails later, the layout was set (Tuesday) 2 emails more (Wednesday) everything was set for Saturday. She was very happy. Our guests were happy. I didn't tell my mother in law about the booth (brownie points!) They did a great job! The guy working was so cool, he talked to our guests, made our scrapbook for us, made sure the DJ knew when he needed more people to take pictures and even offered to stay a little longer to get the stragglers taken care of. I would highly recommend this company!!!!! Thank you guys!!!

Unfortunately, this was the only vendor at my wedding that I was highly displeased by. From the very beginning, there were signs. To start, the "lost" my check somehow in the mail, caused this whole debacle of having me send another check, only to then "stumble" across my original check in accounting. Then, they offered me a refund and had me cancel the new check. THEN they said they offered the refund in error and I had to send YET another check in the mail. I spoke with the owner several times on this issue and she was less than helpful. She barely wanted to admit that they had made an error. Yet instead, threw in my face how they are the "top photo booth in St. Louis". Begrudgingly, we proceeded with their services since we had already paid. Flash forward to the wedding..... The photo booth looked like a high school student set it up. The props were less than impressive and the photos were extremely blurry. I had expressed my concern to the account manager about some of the examples she had shown me when designing my layout and design (I take that back, I wound up 100% designing my layout on photoshop because they could not handle a VERY simple design). She told me that those were old photos when they had a previous owner. FALSE. The photos were awful. I really wish that I could attach an example on this review. Sure, this company is budget friendly. But it you want a DECENT Photo Booth, spend an extra $300 and go somewhere else. Poor quality, poor employee assistance, poor customer service.

I love photo booths! And they did not disappoint. All my guests loved being able to take home pictures and I love that I got to have some copies for myself! They were easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

We used Top Notch Photo Booth for our wedding. The price was excellent and the reviews were great. Everything up until the wedding was fantastic. They were all very quick with responding to emails and answering my questions. The night of I was a little upset with the photo booth. The selection of props was terrible. There was hardly anything to choose from (way less than any other photo booth I've seen at weddings). The attendant was also very anti social. Not once did she speak to us or mention her name. I would think she would have been a bit more friendly considering her position. Overall not a terrible experience, but I was hoping for better. The photos turned out great and everyone who used the photo booth seemed to enjoy themselves, but I was expecting a bit more.

Top Notch was very affordable and we were able to customize our photobooth by placing it inside a cool jail cell that was at our venue. They also have personalized photo strips which makes the wedding more memorable. The props were fun, but we should have brought our own personalized props.

We recently used Top Notch, and were thrilled with how well it went! - Sharon bent over backwards to provide the 'beach party' themed props my daughter wanted. The staff was terrific from setup to takedown, the price was very reasonable and most importantly my baby girl was so happy with the pics! Well done Top Notch and we would not hesitate to use your services again!

We had Top Notch at our event last month and they were AMAZING! From the beginning to the end they were easy to work with, professional, and handled every detail. Our guests loved all of the props they had to choose from and our scrapbook turned out wonderfully! I tell everyone I know that is having an event to call them!

I cannot even give this company a one star. They were easy to work with initially, but then communication lagged. They were late to our reception, the employee left/quit during our reception and there was no back up. The photo booth quit working and we and our guests never received the print or digital photos we were promised. The company was not apologetic. I would not hire them for your event!

Our guests loved getting in there and doing their thing. The booth attendant Michael was amazing! If you are looking for a booth of entertainment for your guests at any event I would highly recommend! They were amazing from start to finish! It is well worth the money you will spend. We are so glad we decided to have a photobooth at our wedding! Very reasonably priced and the attendant was great! Everyone loved it! The attendant had our guests write a message for us in the scrapbook we provided along with their picture! A great keepsake to have for meme rotors!

We met with Kelly Wilding in person and she was very nice! She worked with us to make our photo booth named the way we life and the attendants printed and cut the photos as they were being taken. The attendants were great, very attentive and appeared to enjoy what they do. They brought all the props and equipment, all our guests had to do was enjoy! Thank you for a fun and wonderful night!

having a Photo Booth really made a difference at our wedding. guests absolutely love it. had a lot of fun and added a unique element. the price was realllllly right and that makes this a good option. the graphics on the bottom of the pictures are elementary, which is totally fine with us!

Once I found out about Top Notch. Everything from that point went smooth- as far as planning out what myself and husband wanted for our reception in October. I could call or email pretty much at any time and someone always got back to me in a timely manner. They worked with us on the design and layout we wanted, and were patient with us at all times. I will most def be using them again or recommending them to others that I know. The price is also reasonable! - A happy bride

I attended my friend Jenny's wedding last weekend and we all had a blast! The props were so much fun and we could not stop taking pictures! The guy working the booth was very nice and made it easy for everyone! Definitely going to use them in the future!

We used Top Notch at my son's wedding this past weekend. The gentleman who was handling the photo booth went to the wrong facility (even though he was given complete directions to the reception hall) and arrived 45 minutes late. He brought with him approximately 9 different costume pieces of which half were torn or broken. We were extremely disappointed with Top Notch and would not recommend this vendor especially given the amount of money we paid

I research many photos companies to have at my sons wedding, due to the wedding being about 90 miles from a major city I was looking for someone willing to travel without costing an arm and a leg. Well Top Notch was great from the very first phone conversation. They arrived on time and were set up before the reception started. The worker was extremely professional and help all the guest not only with photos but also having the guest put a photo and write a message in the guest book. This company is awesome! They were professional throughout the entire process. They let me help design the template for the printouts. The staff was a lot of fun and everyone loved them. Plus they put together a book for me - all I had to do was bring a blank scrapbook. They were the cheapest I could find in St Louis and provided everything we wanted out of the service. Highly recommended!

So great! We hired Top Notch for our wedding at Rocking J Ranch and it was hands-down amazing! We had lots of fun with the unlimited instant prints. The attendant even let my golden retriever join me in the photo booth. Cannot wait to see all of these photos. Best idea ever to hire these guys!

The whole process with these guys was great. Our booth attendant was really nice, and did a great job putting together our scrapbook. Such a great thing to have! Everyone loved the booth and all the props, and had so much fun (especially our grandmas)! Would definitely recommend them :)

I wish I could have given them a 5 but our pics came out poorly. We noticed it in the beg. of the night and mentioned something to the booth attendant who said he would try and fix it. When I went back at the end of the night he apparently couldn't. It's nothing terrible but the lighting in the pics made most of them come out tinted blue. When I emailed Top Notch when we came back from the honeymoon they were apologetic and concerned that it happened. I understand mistakes happen and they were great in terms of communication with me during planning and were friendly the whole time, 5 stars for customer service. Their prices are pretty fair too.

I am happy they offer a multitude of options when it comes to hours needed, choosing the design on your photo booth prints, the number of pictures on each strip, the props, etc. I enjoy that the photos are also posted online for me and my guests to be able to access. I love the photobooth book, mine is such a fun thing to look at. You bring a scrapbook and I made my own pages and the photo booth attendant, mine was Stephen, put copies of each photo strip in the book. I also brought acid free adhesive to put the strips on the pages and acid free pens for my guests to add a message next to their photo if they wanted to. I believe they provide paper and glue usually, but being a perfectionist and scrapbooker, I wanted the pages my friends and I decorated on one of our craft days. The only reason the service got 4 star instead of 5 was because it took several emails (and about a week) before I got to see my proof, as I was told several times they were busy. When I asked for one thing edited on the proof, they did, and it was the way I wanted it, but I didn't get that until a day or two before the wedding. Ultimately it turned out wonderfully, but it concerned me. Other than that minor hiccup, it was wonderful. The day of went smoothly and the photo booth attendant, who is different than who I have been emailing, was wonderful. He came up to me before leaving to see if we wanted to take anymore pictures. I told him we were okay, I now wish I did more, but that's not because of lack of opportunity, it was me being busy and not thinking about only having one photo strip that I too, with my husband, and we didn't even use props. That was the only time my husband used the photo booth. My guests LOVED the photo booth. I got many compliments on it and the pictures show how much fun people were having. I highly recommend this company.

We used Top Notch for our wedding reception this past weekend and it was a huge success! Everyone loved the photo booth and even the older crowd was getting involved. It was fun and really easy to use. The printing time was also very quick. The attendant was super helpful and patient (we had a lot of young kids at the wedding) and made sure everyone got their turn before closing time. He then stayed to put together our scrap book. We were very impressed and happy with the service!

The price was great - this was my main selling point of the company. We used a photobooth for a photo guest book our guest could create and also as a way for them to take home a little memento. The person running the booth was helpful. TopNotch let me create my own graphic to put on the photo strips. Overall great value!

Top Notch Photo Booth was very fun and professional. Our guests had a blast trying on all of the props and taking silly photos! Everything went smoothly, Stephen was our attendant and he was fun, prompt and helpful with our guests. The photos were a tiny bit pixelated, but this photobooth was quite a bit cheaper than other ones we looked at so we were still really pleased with the results. We will recommend them to all of our friends!

I attended a wedding that used Top Notch and was very impressed with the quality! I had used another company for my own wedding and was very disappointed with the outcome. However, Top Notch was fantastic! I highly recommend using them! In fact, I will be using Top Notch for my sons 1st birthday party this fall!!

Ryan and I got engaged on Monday, September 2nd which was Labor Day. It has been a whirlwind of excitement as well as stessful, but we have been looking forward to getting married for quite sometime. For the month that we have been engaged it has been magical, everyone has surrounded us with positive words and encouragement. Since we are on cloud 9, we decided that we only wanted to work with people who were just as excited about our wedding as we are, and vendors that did not just treat us as a "client". In our search to have the perfect wedding, I have met with several companies, including photo booth companies. We have always known that we have wanted a photo booth at our wedding because in the past weddings we have been to, they have been a blast. After meeting with at least 8 other photo booth companies, we finally chose Top Notch Photo Booth. The time that we have spent with them so far has been impeccable to any other company we have met with. After we decided to use their company, they did not just leave us hanging and act like we will see them April 5th, 2014. They have been with Ryan and I every step of the way, and have offered there assitance in any way possible. My dream was to have everyone on the same page, and they have been along for the ride very graciously. They have made picking out a photo booth company very easy-going and less stressful, with all of our other wedding bliss that we have to attend to. Top Notch has been nothing but extraordinary toward Ryan and I. They have made us feel so special even though we know that they have hundreds of other clients. They always keep the door open and if we need anything at all, they are always there to attend to us. They have made us look forward to our wedding day even more than we already are, and have made this process for us so exciting!! As a wedding coordinator, I love TNPB! They are always professional and on time. They have excellent props as well. They did a photo booth at my wedding last month and did an amazing job. Everyone had a great time and they were able to design a personalized layout in just 2 days! I would highly recommend them!

This was one of the best things we could of done for our guests at the reception! People whom I thought would never dress up and take silly pictures did!! Everyone made sure to get in the booth at least once! I am still getting messages and texts about how much fun the photo booth was! Michael was AWESOME and super nice!!
