I got all my flowers, and two overlays through TopThatEvent, and they turned out full and beautiful! I provided pictures that showed what I wanted and they were able to ge as close as possible with my budget. Would recommend!
We had Cassie and her team at Top That Event serve as our wedding planner and creative masterminds for our big day back in October at Cornman Farms. She did such an amazing job coordinating a long and beautiful day (we had two ceremonies followed by a reception). And everything was just beyond beautiful and just as we had imagined it to be.
During the planning process, Cassie was available to meet with me whenever I asked to go over designs and ideas. If there was something specific I wanted, she found a way to make it happen. For example, we had an outdoor tent at our venue and were planning ceiling treatments. My sister had come up with an idea to have a greenery chandelier to add something special. Cassie and her team made a sketch and built it for us to use, and it came out exactly as I had imagined it to be. It just showed me how much above and beyond she went to make our day special. Cassie was also the most easy going person to work with and never pushed ideas on me. She allowed me to be as creative as I wanted and make certain elements for the reception, which she then transported in her own car and setup for me the day of. Her heart is just really into what she does for her clients. I can’t say that about every vendor I met or worked with throughout the process.
I highly recommend Cassie and her team to future clients - you’ll be in great hands!
Cassie and her team helped me plan both my wedding and my sister-in-law's baby shower. Decorations for both of these events were absolutely beautiful! We were particularly impressed by the stunning florals and, in the case of the baby shower, her creative take on our fairytale theme. Cassie remained so friendly and professional throughout the year I worked with her leading up to my wedding- she always responded promptly and remained accessible whenever I had last minute questions. Despite some minor concerns regarding sticking to our timeline and attention to a few day-of details, she made sure our event went smoothly. We really appreciated all of Cassie and her team's hard work and dedication to making sure everyone had a great time at our wedding!

To make things easy, I was trying to find a one-stop-shop for most of our wedding stuff & TopThat definitely provided that. They were super helpful right off the bat & I could tell they knew their stuff. They were a bit pricey but seemed worth it for the expertise & convenience. We ended up using them for ceremony décor, linens, centerpieces, backdrop, lighting & floral.
I first started working with Kristen, one of the top event managers. She was so great, quick to respond & helped me design every detail. Sadly, she left a few months later. I started working with Amber & she was also great to work with. Sadly, she left as well, two weeks before my wedding. Three transitions in ten months was tough because some details were lost during the transitions, so I had to reconfirm many details multiple times (including days before my wedding which was added stress during a stressful time). The flowers were beautiful. I had concerns about the size/weight of my bouquet after my sample showing, but final bouquet was perfect. Team did a great job setting up ceremony decor, centerpieces, backdrop & lighting – centerpieces were very pretty & the lightening really transformed the room. Everything was delivered early so it was all ready by the time I arrived to the venue which was very nice. There were a few things that went wrong (lanterns were the wrong size, mom's corsage was broken - metal piece holding the flower on detached from the band so she couldn't wear it, cleanup timing), but TopThat reached out to me after the event to apologize for any issues, which I really appreciated. In the end many things turned out great, but there were a few things missed & some added stress. If it wasn’t for the multiple transitions I’m sure things would have been perfect & easy. I know transitions happen, but the little details can add up which is why I can’t give 5 stars.
Cassie was the event coordinator and decorator for our wedding ceremony and reception. She and her team went above and beyond for us that day making sure everything ran smoothly! She was there throughout the entire event from early morning to midnight taking care of every detail. Our entire day felt stress-free because Cassie was behind the scenes making sure nothing went wrong. In fact, our second makeup artist canceled early the morning of, but Cassie was able to find a replacement that could come very quickly. She saved the day! The décor was beautiful, and we loved the way everything turned out! Choosing Cassie and Top That Event was one of our best decisions, and we could not have asked for anyone better! We 100% recommend her for event coordination and planning!
Working with Amber at Top That! was an incredible experience. Not only was the quality of the decorations top notch (no pun intended), but Amber was quick to answer all my emails and questions. I felt that she was genuinely invested in my wedding and went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect and delivered on all of her promises! When a previous event damaged the center pieces we had initially reserved for our wedding, Amber quickly came up with a solution that we were thrilled with and avoided all panic. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out for my wedding and will recommend Top That! to everyone I know!
I am not sure how we would have made it through our wedding without the help of Cassie and Top That! Event. Cassie played a huge role in preparing for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day while also making sure that everything (and everyone!) was in the right place at the right time. We would have been a mess without her professional recommendations, preparation, and day-of coordination. We highly recommend Cassie for ensuring a smooth and effortless wedding day for the bride and groom!
We used Top That Event for floral and lighting for our wedding. The bouquets and all the centerpieces came out beautiful! They were my favorite part of the room! Amber was so patient with us with all the millions of questions we had and details to organize throughout the process. She even had delivered all of our bridal party floral the day of, making sure it got to the right hands. I would definitely recommend using them. Their floral was also really affordable!
Let me start by saying, CHECK YOUR SPAM MAIL! So my fiance and I had a great initial consultation here and left thinking we could mark off many of our vendors with just this one stop. Our quote was sent two days after our consultation but was sent to spam mail, that we didn't catch until a month later. Luckily our consultant contacted us via phone to follow-up, otherwise we would've never found the quote! Cassie has been very pleasant and understanding- we look forward to working with her and the company for our wedding in September!
I loved working with Cassie from Top That Events! We used them for our wedding linens and all florals. From the moment we met I felt as if we understood each other and she knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish with the theme of our wedding. She was professional, timely, and her experience speaks for itself. I knew I was in good hands with Cassie and I am very grateful for having the opportunity to work with her.

I was a bit disappointed that the place cards and pamphlets were designed only 4 days before the wedding, leaving no room for change, but they ended up working out.
We gave free reign with flowers, only noting we wanted succulents, and they turned out lovely. The tablecloths and chairs were beautiful.
TopThat! was a fantastic company to work with. It was so nice to use one company for both our floral and rental. Cassie was very professional, friendly, and accommodating when planning our perfect day. I live in Virginia, so it was hard to long-distance plan, but Cassie made sure it all worked out exactly how I wanted it!

Working with Randi on everything but stationary was such a great experience. She was very responsive to emails and always got back to me in a really timely manner. She was kind, considerate, so helpful with ideas, listened to me and really helped me pull everything together. She was the one who made sure my vision came to life and it was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! She even left us a card in our card box on our wedding day. I cannot say enough nice things.
Working with Jeremy in stationary was equally as awesome. He was great at hearing what I was looking for and making elegant and amazing stationary.
Top That Event is truly a one-stop-shop if you are looking to get all of your wedding decor, floral, and rentals from one place. They will customize/build anything you come up with. They have lots of Indian wedding options (i.e. mandaps, sangeet decor/backdrops, horse rentals, and religious pieces) that were essential for our wedding. Randi and her team from Top That were awesome! She quickly figured out our vision and made it come together better than we could have imagined. Randi made great suggestions, which was so helpful when making tons of decisions on overwhelming details. She helped blend all of our family's requests while making sure that the decor represented us as a couple. We could not have gotten through all of our wedding events without them!
We hired Top That Event for our chuppah. It was beautiful. They even moved the chuppah into the reception room within a very short period of time and it was executed flawlessly. Their staff was excellent to work with and answered all our questions. highly recommended.
We used Top That! Event for all our floral needs. The flowers they provided were absolutely stunning. They even went out of their way to find hops to put in the boutonnieres for the groom and the groomsmen. We also used them for our set up. They took care of all the set up without me having to worry about it. I highly recommend their services and their flowers. They were absolutely stunning!
I planned my wedding at the Fox Hills Golf Course in Plymouth, MI without having visited the venue. I live in California and travel for business so, even though I had a year to plan my wedding, my time and availability was significantly limited by timezone and work schedule and the busy-ness of planning a wedding. Top That was recommended by Fox Hills and I contacted them with a huge list of items I needed help with. Cassie, from Top That, immediately reached out via email and let me know she was working on my requests. I had waited much too late to contact a planner, and with less than 6 weeks to the wedding, Cassie accommodated every single request and concern I had and everything else on my checklist (plus more!)! She was the BEST! We were on a 3 hour timezone difference, so much of our collaboration was via email and her wonderful photo snapshots (to provide me options). We spoke less than 5 times and each time she was so respectful of my limited schedule and was busy *making it all happen* in between conversations. To say that Top That (most importantly, Cassie!) was the most helpful part of my wedding planning doesn't quite explain how valuable and impacting she was.... I worked with the best vendor in every aspect of my wedding event (thanks to Fox Hills and their recommendations)... But Cassie was definitely the glue that pulled it all together. She arrived hours before their scheduled time, had everything completely set up by the time the bridal party arrived (hours prior, due to hair/make-up girly stuff), and stayed late just to make sure every corsage and boutonniere was properly pinned. Cassie's suggestions and recommendations (along with emailed photos for comparisons), and her initiative in reaching out to work directly with our venue, escalated their service to top-tier 5-star-plus status. Thank you, Cassie, and Top That, for a wedding of my dreams. I am forever grateful!
I had Top That! Events do all of the decorations for my wedding which included centerpieces, bouquets, linens, and table settings. Depending on what you are looking for, they can get pricey but it is definitely worth it and they will also work with you to help you get your dream wedding on a budget! I also used TTE for a 'day of coordinator', and Rachel was AMAZING! She was always in contact with me and made sure everything was perfect. We had a small mishap during rehearsal (which she also attended) and she was there to calm me and make sure it all worked out.. which it did! (THANK YOU RACHEL!!)
Everything turned out perfect. And veryone was oo-ing and ahh-ing over the beautiful flower arrangements! All of the staff that I delt with were also very attentive to my needs and helpful, and my calls were always quickly handled. I would refer them to any bride! I do not have any complaints!

While I often thought they were a bit expensive, if you're a bride you wants a fantasy wedding, or just don't have many helping hands of your own, they are perfect. I made my final order a few weeks before the wedding, skipped the sample showing, and everyone was oo-ing and ahh-ing over all my beautiful flowers! Everything else was great as well, despite a couple errors that were understandable due to the rushed order. All of the staff that I delt with were also very attentive to my needs and helpful, and my calls were always quickly handled.
They were incredible. I let our coordinator take reigns with the flowers, and I had no idea what they would look like until the day of, and they were perfect! I would recommend them just for the flowers!
I had made an appointment with them for my upcoming wedding this year. Our wedding is consisting of a minimum of 80 guests. Well, I was advised by EMAIL without any phone call that they were cancelling the appointment, after I made all necessary preparations with my company so that I would not be leaving anyone high and dry if assistance was needed that day. Well the email stated "Cancelled" nothing else was written. But if you scrolled down it stated "can you please take this? she only has 80 guests". I would not have minded so much but managing a service desk, I find it so unprofessional that I did not even receive a phone call. I have thus went with Christopher and Company and will highly recommend them!
I absolute LOVE Top That! Event. I worked with Mark, Hannah, and Shylah, and they were fabulous. They completed the decor and floral arrangements for the ceremony, as well as the linens, decor, floral arrangements, and drapery for the cocktail hour and reception. They executed my vision for my ceremony and reception perfectly. From the organza down the aisle to the ceiling drapery I couldn't have been more pleased. They are so willing to do everything in their power to make your day absolutely perfect. When I couldn't find the crystal layered cake stand of my dreams, they actually had it custom made! Shylah made my cake topper and the team found the perfect jeweled ribbon and broach for my cake. Hannah is so wonderful that she even delivered it to my baker for me! They even made the broom that my hubby and I jumped at our wedding. And when I saw my bouquet wrapped with lace from my mother's wedding dress I was overjoyed. Each and every detail that they were responsible for was executed to perfection. They are more than worth the cost. My guests are still calling me about how much they loved Top That! Event's work weeks after the big day. I can't wait to work with this fabulous team again for my next event!
My husband and I picked a wedding venue that was rather "blah" on the inside because we loved the idea of getting married in a tent that we could make completely our own. We used TopThat for all of our lighting and table decor (chairs, linens, centerpiece holders, napkins, etc) and couldn't have been happier. Dawn Baldini was especially amazing and was always responsive and organized. Over the two years of planning our wedding we made a lot of changes and she never missed a beat! I do think the cost was slightly higher than necessary (although I can't be sure because I have never planned a wedding before) but I would do it all over again because it was beautiful and working with Dawn was completely stress free!
My husband and I chose a venue with a bit to be desired on the inside. We got a great price and we loved the outdoor ceremony space. We were a bit skeptical of what could be done with the inside. We put our faith in Dawn and Mark at Top That! Event to fix up the place a bit. It was unbelievable. The up lighting, the linens, the centerpieces, the bouquets...everything was gorgeous. We got rave reviews from our guests on the transformation of the venue.
I really could not be happier with Top That Events and Dawn Baldini, in particular. She responded immediately to all of my calls and emails and was happy to accommodate my many requests and decision changes. She worked with me every step of the way and kept tweaking all of the decor until it was absolutely PERFECT. Dawn is the type of planner every bride needs- she does whatever it takes to make your vision come to life and to get you exactly what you want without making you feel like you're being a bridezilla. She sincerely wants to make your day perfect and is there for you every step of the way. The planning, decor, and flowers were stunning. I am in love with my flowers- they look like they are right out of the pages of a chic bridal magazine. Oh, and they also helped me stay budget conscious throughout and were happy to incorporate some DIY details I added to save a little money, which is another huge plus. Top That was definitely the best vendor choice I made and I highly recommend them.
Working with this vendor was my worst nightmare. The initial appointment, the owner will tell you anything you want to hear. If you are meeting with him, make sure to bring pictures of what you want. I hired them to do all of my flowers, lighting, invitations.. pretty much most of my wedding.
It all started when I had my first centerpiece showing. I brought pictures to our initial appointment and that is what he based our price off of. However, when we went to see our centerpieces, there were about 5% flowers and 95% green leaves (the opposite of what we wanted). He said that was what we could get for that price, when he was the one to give me the initial quote and said it could be done.
Then, 3 days before my wedding, the owner and person I was working with was "out of town" and could not meet to discuss final details, and informed me another girl would be doing my wedding whom I had never met. I went in to meet with her, and she had a binder full of maybe 8 different bouquet pictures, different centerpieces, etc. I asked her which one was the one I had chosen and they will be making, and she had no idea. Mid-way through my appointment, the owner who I had been working with who was "out of town" and couldn't take my phone calls, showed up in the office and avoided me completely.
This was the most unprofessional service and company I have ever worked with. I have a very large family and lots of friends getting married, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST this company! I cannot say that enough. WALK AWAY!
Top That Event made our wedding day a breeze. Everything was thought out and planned. During our consultation we went over EVERYTHING. Things I never thought of were brought up, and I appreciated that. We chose to go with flowers and linens. Our wedding space and reception was beautiful! I was not a girl that was crazy about spending a billion dollars on flowers, and we didn’t, but what made our quote nice (and easier to swallow) was that everything was broken down. “X” amount was for each centerpiece, for each bouquet, and boutonniere, etc. On the day of our wedding everything ran smoothly. Everything was where it was supposed to be and early. It was do detailed that even our personal flowers had each of our names on them for easy distribution. Everything was perfect. I could not have asked for more!

I only used Top That! since I had my wedding at Crystal Gardens and this is their vendor they work with. I used this vendor for just my linens. When I met with a rep at their Madison Heights location, I was pleased with all the linens they had to offer. Right away the rep was pulling things, well, we never were asked our price point or told how much anything is so we ended up picking very expensive linens. A few weeks later when I got a tentative invoice that was VERY VERY expensive (over $1000) I had to call and say I have to re-change my linens since when I asked prices at my appointment the woman kept saying Crystal Gardens would give me the list (sounds a bit silly.) Luckily I had an amazing Crystal Gardens rep who worked with me to fix this issue with linens.
The day before my wedding, I was at Crystal Gardens to help set up other items and they had two young men (mid 20's) set up the chair covers and linens (head table, guest table, cake table). The guys were a bit unprofessional and were irritated I was there to monitor their work. If I wasn't there, they would have been more sloppy than what I saw. They put the chair covers on, missed a few, and they were all sloppy with the bows and the bottom chair legs showing. The whole point of a chair cover is so you don't see ANY part of the chair, and it goes down to the floor. I had to go around myself and fix the chairs. One of the guys was trying to swag the head table (I was charged swagging fee's) and he did is so sloppy and incorrect, I asked him to change it to a certain way I was shown it would be at my consultation. He gave me a hard time saying he couldn't do that and it just won't be swagged. I told him I paid for extra fabric and swagging fee's so it should be what I was shown. He didn't do it properly and bolted. The day of my wedding, I had ONE swag and the rest were just hanging over the bottom layer. I was very upset - so I paid for extra fabric that just hung and I paid swagging fee's when there was only 1 swag.
My advice - make sure you deliver quality results..... your linen rentals are very expensive and it's disappointing your staff doesn't follow through with your vision as a company to deliver exquisite results. I was very disappointed after the fact with the sloppy work, and knowing I could have got the same linens a lot cheaper other places.
We had a year and a half to plan and worked within a pretty large budget so it boggles my mind how many problems we had with them. Starting with the stationary, they printed on the wrong envelopes, left all of the plannin to the last week of the wedding, had to go through several revisions of the final information even after we sent it correctly originally, and even after all of that, they showed up very late to set up and did not have enough places for people to sit (even the ones that RSVPed that we had discussed) no one was there to fix the mistake. It was unnecessarily stressful and still no one has reached out to appopigize. It was frustrating to spend thousands of dollars
Top That Event was the best choice I ever made for this wedding. They did everything from my amazing flowers, invitations, all stationary and table linens. They were there to deal with my crazy mother and all of her requests, as well as meet me ASAP when I was having a bridal meltdown haha. They made everything so easy, and made it all come together beautifully.
We used Top That! Event for flowers, lighting, linens, invitations/stationary, wedding planning ect ect..We worked with the owner of the company. He is a very nice guy and good at reassurance but not so good at planning/organizing weddings. The Flowers and other decor were beautiful but the wedding planning portion was really poor, disorganized and totally unprepared. As far as flowers I would recommend getting a fully detailed print out of what exactly would be in the floral arrangements and bouquets so everyone is on the same page. He never made time to go over ceremony decor and gave me the run around about it. It turned out nice but It wasnt what I thought or expected to see. Their center pieces are gorgeous but some of the flowers we agreed on weren't included and some we weren't wanting were in there. I would hire them for flowers but I would demand things be more clear. I would NOT recommend them for event planning. I did everything my self in this department with little to no direction which is what we hired them to handle. They were always super busy and made me feel like I was bothering them. They failed to contact my vendors and lied saying they did. I actually was giving vendors direction and times the night before the wedding! Top that was suppose to handle these things because they failed to do so I was frazzled stuck on the phone and late to my rehearsal dinner. This should have been my time to relax since we had a "planner"! The day of the wedding things were running behind which happens but again we had a planner and I shouldnt have been waiting in the limo behind the church for 15m because I had no instruction. The Groom shouldnt be in a panic about where our marriage license was located before walking down the aisle.(among other things/details that put the timing off). You pay a wedding planner so that you dont have to worry about the details so much. If you are looking for decor experts these are your guys! Their work is beautiful and breath taking. As far as wedding planning is concerned this company needs to bow out! And NOT offer that as a service. I wish I would have shopped around a bit for that portion. They need to stick to what they are good at which is creating beautiful ceremonies and receptions with their extensive decor.
We used Top That! Event for our July 2012 wedding for flowers, linens and stationary. The biggest issue was with the service provided by the employees. When I first starting working with them I had one person as my direct contact. But when that woman quit, I was not given a new direct contact so every time I called I had to speak to a different person, no one knew exactly what was going on with my wedding, they often could not answer my questions and failed to call me back. It was extremely frustrating and of all my vendors I worried about them the most. They were unorganized, under staffed and too busy to show individual attention. Thankfully, they somehow managed to do everything as I specified so my flowers and decorations turned out beautifully. Once the wedding was over I was happy that I did not have to deal with them anymore. But I was so wrong. A week after our wedding I got an email saying I had a remaining balance for items they forgot to order. It seemed impossible that they would "forget" to order something when I had gone over my order with them at least 10 times with at least 5 different people. How could they fail to notice that they were not ordering enough linens for our head table when they plan weddings for a living? When I got the email I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii and informed them that I would contact them about the situation when I returned. Instead of respecting the fact that I should not have to deal with this situation on my Honeymoon, they went ahead and charged my husband's debit card for the items without our consent! Thankfully he had enough money in his account to cover it and did not incur an overdraft fee. I was so furious that I called and demanded that they remove the charge. They told me that they could put the charge on a different card but we had to pay for it no matter what. No where in their terms and conditions does it say that the customer is responsible for paying for items THEY forget to order and no where does it say they have the right to charge your card without your approval.
I would NEVER recommend Top That! Event to anyone. Save yourself the headache and use a different vendor.
I was happy that they were able to produce what I had in mind for the centerpieces and also made good suggestions for the bouquets and boutonnieres. They were a bit hard to get a hold of for appointments but we were able to meet in person twice. My only hang up is that they were expensive, but thankfully the end product was very nice.
I am thrilled with the service that I have received from this company. I came in for an appointment with ideas only in my head and they were able to help me express those ideas which they took and have started to put into a clear vision for me. The sample they put together for my centerpieces was more than I imagined. I have confidence that my dream wedding will be fulfilled. I look forward to working with Top That! Event
I worked with the team at Top That Event and could not have been happier. They made my wedding a dream come true. When meeting with them I had a hard time explaining what I wanted but they completely understood. The design was beyond anything I could even imagine and I still get compliments to this day on my wedding.

Top That Event completed my wedding flowers. We started by having a 'sample' done so they could order the flowers we were interested in and make mock centerpieces and bouquets. I like this because you get to see what you like and don't like. The flowers were great quality and loked beautiful on my big day. Even when issues arised, Top That Event did everything they could to make us happy, great customer service!
