If I could give Torrick Events 1,000 🌟 stars i would!! My rehearsal time got changed & i completely forgot to notify the reverend 🥴 thank goodness Sarah Torres was able to step in & take over! She really knew her stuff & didn't hesitate in taking over to make sure everything went smoothly!! I honestly wouldn't have made it through all this without her! The day of i had the pleasure of having Heather coordinate the day! She knew exactly what to do & i was beyond pleased with how everything turned out! Thank you ladies for EVERYTHING!!

We hired Torrick for wedding rehearsal and wedding day of coordination. Consultations started about 6 weeks from wedding which was an awesome perk to the package. Ended up speaking with 4 different people which were all great but none of those people worked our wedding. We had random decorations on our dinner tables that were only supposed to be on the bar and accessory tables only. Also our wedding cake never got served, probably our venues fault but our coordinators should have caught that and did something about it. If you hire this vendor make sure they are clear about who will be working your event and if those are the same people that are clarifying direction during consults. I was under the impression the owner would be at our wedding since that is what we were told at the trade show when we hired them. They did a good job with most of the wedding clean up, setting up decorations and the wedding rehearsal coordination was fantastic.

If I could give Sarah and her team 10 stars I would! WOW! Sarah went above and beyond for me during my wedding. She was absolutely the best thing we spent money on for that day. Sarah and her team showed us so much love and care on our wedding day and even before with the phone calls I shared with her as the day approached. She set up every decoration, tore everything down, made sure we were taken care of and advocated for us as needed with any errors or family issues that happened (cause there is always family drama lol). So all I have to say is HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY. I promise that you will not regret this decision at all.

Torrick Events is AMAZING and you will not regret hiring them!!! If I could give 100/10 stars, I would. These girls do not mess around when it comes to your big day. They listen to you and take your vision and really make it come to life. I referred Torrick Events to my best friend for her wedding back in November 2022 after booking them for my own wedding which wasn't happening until June 10, 2023. Mariah jumped right into action the moment she got there and she did not disappoint at all. There was a power outage with the venue due to a storm that day and Mariah did not let that stop the bride and groom from continuing their wedding night. My wedding just passed and let me tell you when I say that the decision to hire Torrick Events is by far one of the best decisions I made throughout my entire wedding planning process. Mariah worked my wedding again and she called us the week before and got an idea of the vision and vibe we wanted. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our wedding dreams happen. She even took it upon herself to use flowers to decorate my wedding cake to make it look EVEN better than the photo I showed her. She noticed the DJ was having some technical issues and messing up our vibe and she spoke with him and turned it all around. Her team cleaned up the venue and packed everything up and had it ready to go on carts for us the following Monday. Mariah even delivered our guestbook along with some stuff she thought we'd want to look at the wedding night to our hotel room after cleaning up. It was such a relief knowing we were in such good hands after a long day. If you are still hesitating on whether you should hire a wedding coordinator, this is your sign!!! You won't regret it!!!

We are so lucky to have been introduced to Sarah, owner of, Torrick Events . A family emergency forced my fiancé and I to make last minute changes to our big day, and Sarah was so supportive and understanding. She helped us prioritize and keep organized. Sarah has amazing communication skills that we’re paramount to our wedding day success. We could not have done it without her. Sarah and her team are not just professionals, they are great people and I could not recommend their services more. Thank you so much, Sarah and Nevaeh!! Our wedding day was the best day of our lives thanks to Torrick Events.

What a beautiful day that was made even better because of Sarah and Heather! I cannot express enough, the expertise, kindness, professionalism, and just overall excellence, that these two portrayed the entire day of the wedding. They had two different venues to take care of between the ceremony and reception and everything was flawless at both. Thanks so much ladies for making my daughter and son-in-law‘s wedding even better than we expected.

I am just a witness to what this amazing woman and her team will do. I didn’t meet her personally but from what I’ve heard.. WOW! The owner of this company went above and beyond for a client AFTER the event ended like two days later! A floral bouquet was missing and she not only came back to the location to get the flowers but when they couldn’t be found she went through the dumpster to find them. She didn’t even go alone. She had a friend volunteer to come help her and they went to town. Like they went into every individual bag that was in the trash and then properly reloaded the dumpster afterwards so the property didn’t have to do so. The cops were even threatened to be called which was an error because they had permission to be there but they still kept going. She didn’t give up! The flowers were then found a day later in a different location and she still came back to the hotel to pick them up for her client to deliver them. I’m not sure what happened after that but if this doesn’t show the DEDICATION and LOVE she has for not only her job but the people she works with then I don’t know what else does. HIRE THEM. Shoot, if I wasn’t already married ID HIRE THEM. What a great soul.

Sarah and Nevaeh were wonderful on our wedding day. They were attentive and caring and made our day exceptionally smooth!

Sarah was absolutely amazing. keeping things as calm as they can be during a wedding and making sure that things ran smoothly. it was wonderful. She would check in with both the bride and groom and make sure that everyone else was doing okay while helping out with almost every aspect of the wedding. Half of my bridal party had no idea how she teleported throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Sarah for any wedding planning!

The best decision I made in wedding planning was hiring Torrick Events! The day went by so smoothly and I had no idea of any mishaps from missing candles or anything! Sarah made sure all the portraits were taken and that our wedding was exactly as we had envisioned the day!!

I hired Torrick Events for my wedding next June and recommended them to my best friend's wedding on 11/05/22. They were AMAZING. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure everything to set up perfectly. The power went out at the venue due to a storm, they handled everything so well. They found solutions and options for the bride and groom to make sure they could still have their first dances done. They were sooo kind and sweet the entire time. I am sooooo glad I have them booked for my wedding next year. I feel so relieved already knowing that my wedding is going to be in great hands! Torrick events went above and beyond! They made sure our day was completely stress free and made my dreams become reality!! 1 hour before my ceremony I got a call tht I placed my cake and cupcake order at the wrong location and they drove an hour away to pick it up for us. I cannot recommend them enough. The countless emails messages and phone calls for even the smallest things, they were nothing but helpful. 10/10 recommend😍

We used Torrick Events for our August 2022 wedding and were very happy with their services. We had 1 pre-wedding call and also opted to add on the rehearsal time, which I highly recommend doing. Mariah and her assistant did a great job setting up our venue space. I had gone crafting overboard with centerpieces and other decor, and honestly I couldn’t have done the set up better myself. Some timeline/logistic aspects didn’t run 100% smoothly, but this was mostly due to miscommunications with the venue coordinator (and honestly, these things always happen). If you’re looking for an extra hand on the big day for a great price, I would highly recommend!!

Hands down Torrick Events we’re the stars of my wedding vendors. Mariah and her assistant Kayla are literal angels. Among the many things they handled for my day, I really want to highlight how well they executed the decor setup for my event. I gave them a little information about my vision and they made it come to life and then some. My venue looked like a fairy tale. Mariah made my day so stress free. She directed my vendors, helped coordinate my ceremony, kept everyone on track with the days time line, handled any questions for the day so I didn’t even have to think about anything other than getting married. She took pictures, cleaned up at the of the night and even kept track of my lipstick for me when I needed touch ups. I could go on and on about the things she did for us to make our day perfect but I’ll probably run out of room. I highly recommend hiring Torrick for your coordination needs, they truly are the best.

Sarah and Mariah made sure our entire wedding planning process was smooth!! I reached out originally to Sarah and she was a gem to work with for the planning portion. I’m pretty hands on with the details and Sarah was there each step of the way to make sure I got help if I needed it, especially when vendors cancelled. Leading up to the wedding, there were in depth timeline plans to make sure there was no stress on my end for the big day. Mariah made sure the flow and process of our day was smooth! I still have family members who comment on her professionalism! We also had a few bumps the day off with things not fitting and Mariah hopped right in and came up with great solutions. If you’re debating between working with Torrick Events or another vendor, don’t! Literally book them now you won’t regret it!!

I found Sarah through a facebook group about two months before our big day and I am not kidding when I say hiring her was the BEST decision I made during our planning process. I was really struggling with the fact that I would not be able to be at the venue setting it up on our wedding day to ensure that everything went according to plan, but with Sarah, Mariah, and Jason, there was absolutely nothing for me to worry about. The only thing that I know of going wrong during the day was our tealight cupcake stands not working, and Jason went out of his way to find a replacement. Mariah also helped fix one of my bridesmaids dresses before the ceremony. I almost cried when I saw the venue set up because it was even better than I imagined it being thanks to Sarah and her team. In addition, Jason and my husband became the best of pals by the end of the night, and Jason and Sarah went out of their way to drop off items we couldn't fit in our cars back at our hotel - just to show you the type of people that they are. I highly recommend working with Torrick Events!

I don't have the words to describe how happy we were with Torrick Events last weekend! They made our wedding go off without a hitch, making our day stress free, organized, and to many, one of the best weddings that some of our guests had ever been to. The Torrick Events team made sure that any issues encountered (including dress snafus that some of our bridal party members were tended to!) were taken care of so as not to inhibit our day from going as planned. They were flexible, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and can I say again, organized! If you are looking for a team that will make sure that you day goes off without a hitch, definitely go with Torrick Events to meet your wedding day needs.

This is almost as hard as writing my wedding vows - can I give 100 stars!!?? We hired Sarah and her team for their day-of services, and I can’t imagine the day without them there. She did everything I asked of her (way better than I could have imagined) plus so much more. It was so nice to have someone that goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done smoothly. You need a hard-working reliable coordinator, and that is Sarah and her team x 100! Just one example of the things she did for us: at the end of the night (way past the time she was done working), we had an issue with the guest shuttle and Sarah was in the lobby helping guests without me even asking!! (That’s one of her great qualities - she is a go-getter!) I feel so lucky that we had them supporting us on the biggest day of our lives. You need to book them now! Cannot thank them enough :)

Sarah and her team are extremely detail-oriented and hard working. More importantly, they genuinely want the day to be special. Most couples do not understand the substantial time commitment required to plan a wedding nor the importance of having a dedicated coordinator for the big day. I highly recommend a wedding planner and I highly recommend Torrick Events.

Torrick events 10/10! Would highly recommend them to any one planning a wedding or any other event. They helped me and my husband plan the wedding of our dreams, they recommended and asked questions I would have never thought of if it was not for them, questions and recommendations that made our special day run so smooth and took a humongous weight of our shoulders! I felt like having Sarah and her team help me before and at the day of was the smartest decision I have made other than marrying my soul mate! This company was so helpful when it came to planning. We didn't use them on the day of our wedding but we did use them to help with our design and color scheme as well as timelines, menus, save the dates and invitations. They actually labeled all of my envelopes for me, printed my STD's and invites and mailed them out for me. They don't advertise this but it was a custom package the owner made with me since I didn't need help with much. It seemed so much cheaper than going to multiple companies and was way more helpful only having to communicate with one person. Don't forget to ask about custom packages. They will work with you on pretty much anything!

The owner of Torrick Events, Sarah, is very professional, on top of everything, and has a solution for anything that happens! She is very knowledgeable, and has made my wedding planning so easy thus far!

I was at one of Sarah’s events this past spring and had an absolute blast! Every little detail was well thought out and you could tell the time it took to craft each item. There were personalized drinks for the groom and bride which we could order at the bar which was an amazing personal touch! The dance floor was lively and the food was amazing. I would recommend Sarah & Torrick Events all day long for any event under the sun! She is the best! ❤️

Sarah Knick hosted a party and she was very professional, caring and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves at the party. She made sure everything came out right and that the party went as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend her to host my parties and future parties going forward. There arent many out there as professional as she is when it comes to planning out weddings, parties and events. She definitely will be a part of my parties going forward and hopefully for others parties as well. Overall 5 stars!

I've attended a couple Torrick Events and each one has been amazing! The staff is so detail oriented and well organized. It's actually hard for something to go wrong! The owner is a fun, energetic person and a great listener. She can definitely help make your dreams come true!

I was married before Sarah opened her own business, but I can say from experience that she is a hard worker and very dedicated to everything she puts her mind to. As a guest of a few of her social gatherings, I know that she is incredibly detail oriented and does her best to make sure that each and every guest is comfortable, taken care of, and having a good time. She has the foresight to anticipate problems before they can happen, and takes every opportunity to make her guests happy. She has years of experience in the wedding/events industry, and I know that she will make sure that every couple she works with can say that their wedding was the best day of their life.

I attended a torrick event back in April of last year and let me tell you, it was the most well organized and magnificent wedding I’ve ever went to. There were no problems at all. Sarah and Jasons wedding was wonderful. It rained out and they had a plan B, they didn’t stress about that. Sarah was a wonderful coordinator for her wedding. I’d definitely use her in the future for my wedding! There wedding took place in Charlevoix MI at Castle Farms and it definitely exceeded a lot of expectations!

I worked under Sarah for a few years and I must say she does a great job not only as a boss but as an event coordinator. She gives her full heart to every every she plans and coordinates. She treats her employees with so much love and respect and she is a great person. I highly recommend her and her staff to help you plan your special day. You will not regret it

The organization from the owner is amazing. She makes herself available to you at any time of the day - morning, afternoon, nights and sometimes I'd even get responses past midnight! My wedding was absolutely beautiful. They take the time to really figure out your vision and get it all perfect. One month before my event she sent me a questionnaire to fill out to help keep her organized on the event day and it was so thorough. I highly recommend Sarah and her team to any future brides and grooms.

Sarah is such an upbeat, positive person, I couldn’t think of a better person to handle such a big, and important event. When stress hits this woman she handles it with such grace! And she’s a hell of a party planner!

Before she was doing weddings Sarah and her sister helped us with our baby shower. They did a great job communicating and helping us get everything we needed done. Highly recommend !!

Sarah helped me plan out and execute the perfect fairytale wedding. COVID caused us to postpone twice and she was always there ready to talk me down from my bridezilla moments and move forward contacting vendors for the change. She was available at all times of the day and did everything she could to make my day special.
