I'm so happy with the way my hair and makeup looked for my wedding. Brenda (makeup) and Kathy (hair) both did a great job. I'm someone who wears no makeup and hair up in a bun everyday, so I was a little outside my comfort zone, but both artists really listened to my concerns and I still felt like myself with the final look.

I loved working with Total Image. My hair and make-up artists arrived right on time the morning of my wedding and were very flexible, adding services that were requested last-minute. They did a great job on hair and make-up, even redoing my hair a few times when I changed my mind. Price was very affordable, too.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only was the owner great with communicating but when a problem arose with the original makeup artist, she had another on standby that was 10x better. Our makeup was gorgeous and done so quickly! 10/10 recommended!!!

The team arrived with quick and non-intrusive set up, especially given it was at my home and not a hotel. They were flexible to our specific style requests and worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and I would book again.

I am so happy I chose Total Image for hair and make up for my wedding in July 2023. Christa was fantastic to coordinate with and her team of talented artists were fun to spend the morning of my wedding with. Mine was the 4th wedding I've been to (second one I was in), where the hair and makeup team was Total Image. Anyone in Chicagoland looking for hair and makeup teams, I highly recommend Total Image!

Love all of our hair and makeup!!! Every single girl was super happy! Turned out Beautiful and Cathy (hair) Lexie (makeup) were super talented and fun! The only reason i dropped 1 star is because we were unaware of the $15 up-charge for having long hair….until each girl sat down to get their hair done. And anything past your shoulders basically counted as “long hair”. It wasn’t a big deal but we weren’t told ahead of time that was going to be a thing so nobody came prepared with more money that’s all! So we had to venmo. But besides that everything turned out beautiful!

Can’t say enough good things, such a great hair and makeup team, professional, and calming personalities on a stressful day! They made everyone feel so beautiful!!

They were on point with what we wanted and when we ran into an issue after they left, someone was back out to help us within minutes. I had 9 people get makeup and 7 hair, everyone looked great! My only con was for myself, I just didn’t like my hair and makeup as much as I did at the trials. The woman who did my makeup trial wasn’t at the event and I wasn’t informed of this beforehand. All the artists were super nice, worked efficiently, and made getting ready fun. Everyone looked great and this is the most reasonable pricing I have seen so I would recommend!

Christa and her team were amazing! When ever I had a question, I would get a response quickly. I had an add on to my party for hair and they made it possible. Everyone loved their hair and more importantly I loved all their hair styles. 💕 highly recommend for your event.

Would highly recommend! The team worked diligently with many VERY PARTICULAR bridesmaids to make everyone feel their absolute best. Every single lady in our entire wedding party was pleased with the results. They were professional, stayed on schedule and had a very calming presence.

Total image is great to work with! Christa was super responsive to my questions and helped ensure we had the best team for hair and makeup for my wedding. The hair stylists were all amazing and made us all feel super special. For makeup, I would recommend requesting to work with Angela, she was amazing! My makeup and hair stayed flawless all day and night! One tip is to be prepared to have tips prepared separately for each person (versus one tip all together) on the day-of, that will be easier.

Christa and her team are a truly talented crew! After spending a chunk of money on a trial that left me with heavy make-up, a sad attempt at a half up, half down hairstyle and not looking like myself, I was SO happy to discover Total Image. They were easy to communicate with, listened to my hair + make-up preferences and definitely delivered on wedding day. I loved that they use air brush foundation (feels incredibly light and looks super natural - exactly what I was looking for!) and traveled to our getting ready spot, for a very reasonable price, too. Eight ladies, including myself, got their hair + make-up done and not only did it look so professional, but everything was wrapped up on schedule and just in time for our pictures. I'm so thankful for this team and all the effort they put in to make us feel BEAUTIFUL!!

Christa and her team were such a pleasure to work with!! We had a change of date come up and she was quick to respond and super flexible :) her team was super knowledgeable and worked well with the array of different faces we had, giving recommendations and guidance when it came to the looks. The airbrush finish was light and fresh! The gals looked flawless, would definitely use them again!

Christa and her team were among the best vendors I had for my wedding. I was intimidated by the prospect of hiring hair and makeup, given how costly they can be and what a huge impact they can have on your day (your look will be immortalized in photos!!). But Christa put me at ease, her website's gallery was comprehensive (I noticed other east Asian brides in her gallery and they looked stunning), and her pricing was the most reasonable amongst all the hair and makeup teams I spoke to. Before I signed with Christa, I spoke to her on the phone. But after the call, naturally I had questions I forgot to ask, so I texted her. She was prompt and responded to text messages within a few hours, which is awesome. Scheduling the hair and makeup trial was relatively easy; her team is very efficient and accommodated my difficult schedule. They were able to schedule me on a Saturday afternoon after they finished other weddings in the morning. On the day of, her team showed up on time and were finished within the estimated time of 2 hours. (4 stylists, doing 5 bridesmaids + 1 bride). My bridesmaids all felt pampered and they loved their looks! For the most part, my bridesmaids and I are not normally makeup-wearers and hair-doers and have trouble describing how we like to look. We just showed the team pictures of celebrities we want to look like and the team did a great job working off of those! I highly recommend Christa and her team!

I worked with Christa thanks to a friend’s referral. My hairdresser for my trial and wedding day was Carla and let me tell you, she was INCREDIBLE. She joked saying she was making a masterpiece with my hair and I can only agree with that statement. I’ve always Ben very shy and was nervous about it and not only did she make me feel incredibly comfortable, but she also did a wonderful job and I’m planning on seeing her again to work with me whenever I have the occasion. Thank you for your incredible work Carla!!!! (And she was 5-10 minutes early - which is perfect - the day of my wedding so no stress there. And thanks Christa for making sure everything would go smoothly.

Total image hair and makeup did full hair / makeup services for two bridesmaids and the bride. All three of us were happy with how the hair and makeup stayed for the whole evening, and they were punctual for the wedding day appointment and finished ahead of time. The monetary value of the package system is reasonably priced in comparison to any local competitors. Plus they travel to you if that is what you need. The only reason I cannot give a full 5 stars to the business is because it was difficult to set up the initial trial appointment and their responsiveness to questions was not within the same day because they are in such a high demand. So if you have time and patience at your disposal, they are worth the wait.

I hired this company because they did a great job at my sister's wedding, and the same held true for mine 3 years later! They were easy to communicate with and great at making sure everyone was happy with how they looked. I've never felt prettier!

Christa and her team were flawless! I went in for my trial for my wedding to determine whether I would use their services. I brought in pictures of what I liked and they were able to recreate exactly what I was picturing and MORE! They were gracious and easy to reschedule with after the COVID-19 pandemic, and made for a perfect day on our wedding. They were able to get 5 women's hair and makeup services done in under 2 hours and made sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. The quality of their products is also unmatched - my airbrush makeup needed no touch ups throughout the night! I also want to mention that their prices and beyond fair when you are comparing with others. I would use this team again in a heartbeat!

Christa and her team where amazing! They made my whole bridal team look stunning! I went there with ideas but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. I showed them a few pic ideas and they knew exactly what to do! I loved my hair and makeup! My maid of honor never wears makeup and when she was done I was so shocked on how amazing she looked! Even my mom she never does her her just leaves it down and when she was done I loved it! They are professional and very sweet people! There pricing was very reasonable comparing to a lot of places! Throughout my wedding night everyone was commenting on how beautiful I looked and how they loved it! I would recommend them to anyone! I just had my elopement wedding this Saturday and didn’t have a lot of planning or advanced notice, yet Christa was very easy to work with. She was very responsive, answered all my questions, followed up with me and made sure the stylist that took care of me could do both hair and make up so that my cost was still manageable knowing that I didn’t have a bridal party (I was the only one getting ready). Julie was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! She asked me about the styles I was going for and brought that vision to life for both hair and make-up perfectly! Thank YOU Christa and Julie! You made me feel beautiful and confident on a very important day!

We had the very best experience using Total Image for wedding hair and makeup. Christa was responsive to my first request, and several follow up questions (of which I had many). I ultimately made the decision to book them because they don’t upcharge the bride! I didn’t do a trial because of so many moving parts & changing details due to COVID, but they were still able to do my hair and makeup exactly the way I wanted. I brought my own hairpiece, and they were able to use it without any problem. All my girls showed the artist an "inspiration pic" and everyone was pleased with their final results! The $10 lashes are WORTH IT. They are comfortable, lightweight, and really help finish the look. Their team was professional and friendly and took several safety precautions. For 8 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride, and 1 bride, we had 2 makeup artists and 2 hair stylists. They were so efficient, but took their time to make sure everybody felt beautiful. My bridal party looked absolutely GORGEOUS. Our hair and makeup lasted the entire day, and it was a hot one! Fantastic service at a fantastic price.

I cannot say enough about Total Image! I got more compliments on my hair and make up than I can count on my wedding day, and my bridesmaids and moms loved their hair and makeup as well! I went for a trial (that I also loved) a few months back, and Jen (hair) and Alex (make up) used the photo I had to create the exact look for my day of! Unfortunately, my husband and I had to plan our wedding three times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But each time, Christa and her team were so flexible and accommodating to our ever changing plans and numbers of people wanting to get their hair and make up done. For the third and final plan, Christa and her team went above and beyond and took a three hour trip from their home base to come do our hair and make up for the wedding day! Thank you all so much, you did a beautiful job, were ahead of the schedule you gave me in terms of getting everyone done on time, and were even fun to hang out with on the morning of my wedding day. I would highly recommend Total Image Bridal for your next event!

Christa and her team were amazing to work with! Christa was fast to communicate throughout the entire process and was very accommodating with all the changes I had to make due to Covid 19. They were able to get hair and makeup done for 7 women ahead of schedule! They did a fantastic job and were very reasonably priced! I could not recommend them enough!

I used their services for my wedding and could not be happier! The team did a wonderful job. My hair and makeup looked amazing, and held for the entire day. The ladies were on time (even early!), friendly, and professional. Pricing was reasonable and all employees at this company have 20+ years of experience, so you know you are safe in their hands. They did 6 bridesmaids' hair & 4 makeup in addition to my own. My bridesmaids finished on time but my hair & makeup did take longer than expected (probably because I changed my mind a bit on what I originally wanted). So just make sure to have someone keeping an eye on the time for you. Overall though very happy & highly recommend!

These artists are amazing. All my girls loved their hair and makeup, they looked beautiful. Angela and Julie were so sweet and fun to hang out with has they made us look pretty! Really enjoyed my whole experience with Christa and her team!

We used Total Image for our June 1st wedding, and we could not have been happier! We chose one of the larger packages to include my future MIL as well as my bridesmaids. I had scheduled a trial about a month out to ensure I liked the hair and makeup as well as learn any dos and don'ts. I worked with Jen and Angela on both occasions and they were incredible! I had a very specific hairstyle that I wanted and had no idea what I wanted for makeup. All of my bridesmaids had some assortment of this as well, but both of these women are true professionals and helped us choose the best hair/makeup. I look back at photos from the day, and I am so grateful I went with these ladies! Christa the owner has always been quick with responses, professional, and helpful. It was a HUGE bonus that they were willing to come to the house and it saved us a lot of time and hassle! I HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Jen and Angela!

We had three artists do hair and make up for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Serena did my hair and make up for my trial and on the day of. I could not have been happier with how it turned out. She really made sure that I looked and felt my best. I highly recommend her and the company!

The owner Christa was great at answering all our questions ahead of time. The same person who did my daughter’s and my hair for our trial did our hair and makeup for the wedding. It was so relaxing having them come to our house and it was nice to have 4 stylists/artists doing the hair and makeup for the bridal party, bride, MOB and MOG. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked amazing. They all did such a good job of producing exactly what each girl wanted. Everyone looked great but they also looked likes themselves, not too made up. The airbrush was fantastic! I even kept the eye makeup on for the next days activities! My daughter, the bride, looked perfect! I would definitely use Total Image again.

Everyone that came to help was so professional, and patient with all the women getting hair and makeup done. They do the BEST job, and it was a no brainer for me to pick them to do hair and makeup on our wedding day.

My hair and makeup turned out amazing for my wedding on May 17th! I had extensions placed as well, which were not noticeable at all. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup!

Super easy to work with and very responsive. They were able to send a team of 4 stylists (2 for hair, 2 for make up) for the total of 12 people the morning of the wedding so things moved quickly and we weren't rush. Another plus of such a large team coming to the hotel was that no one had to get up super early! We were all able to hang out and rotate through, keeping the morning relaxed and fun. Everyone looked great and loved the way the hair / make up turned out. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large number of hair/make up needs!

I am extremely pleased with the hair and makeup services that we received. Christa was very responsive and helpful since the beginning. The airbrush makeup is flawless, stays in place all day and looks amazing in photos! The team arrived to our hotel downrown on time and all everyone loved their hair and makeup! I also liked being able to schedule a trial for my hair and makeup a few months prior to the wedding. They also have extensive experience in Indian weddings and this aspect was very important to me. I would highly reccomend!

Loved! Jess did make up for me, my four bridesmaids, and my mother in law. I also had my trial with her. Prices were reasonable, and everyone looked amazing. Jess was also very personable and easy to deal with. Christa made it easy to make all of my payments over the phone, and even add a person to my group after signing my contract. I had my make up done at a previous wedding, and it was super heavy. I was very concerned about picking the right group for my own wedding. After my trial, I knew Jess was right. The make up felt light, stayed all day, and just enhanced my natural look instead of trying to cover it. I had a cold sore that came up the Saturday before my wedding, and Jess was able to cover it so it was barely noticeable. This was a huge relief to me. Would definitely recommend!

Every one that I worked with or spoke with at Total Image was so nice and accommodating! I was set on air brush make up, and they delivered! The make up lasted all day, and the make up artist I had on my wedding day was so nice and efficient! For my bridal hair, I decided on a low up do with a braid on the side. I loved my trial, however, my hair began falling throughout the day. I let my stylist know on my wedding day, however, my hair did not hold at all. My bridesmaids had to keep pinning it back, and it ended up looking like I just had a bun and didn't even have my hair professionally done. In my wedding pictures, you couldn't even see the braid as it ended up being so small and in the back. I wish I had known this would haven't looked noticeable on the day of, as I would have made sure to tell the stylist this on my big day. I would have given 5 stars as everyone was so nice and everyone else seemed to look their hair! But as the bride, I wanted to love my hair and just having it keep falling and not look what I wanted was somewhat disappointing.

I used Total Image Bridal for my wedding this August and was so happy with the results. Christa was easy to reach and her prices were reasonable. We used the Platinum package and added on a few girls for a total of 8. I worked with Andrea for my trial as well as my day-of hair and makeup. She made me look beautiful and she was such a great person to work with. A team of 3 hair and makeup artists traveled out to Oak Park to work with us. They did not charge extra for travel. The only add on price is $10 for optional lashes. My bridesmaids all looked amazing. I would absolutely recommend Total Image Bridal and use them again.

Christa and her team were the lifesaver I needed for my wedding. We had a noon ceremony, I had 8 bridesmaids and 3 mother, and everyone had either their hair or makeup done. I was worried that to be ready for our ceremony we would have to get start getting ready at 5 am. That was not the case! Christa sent out three stylists (1 for makeup, 2 for hair) and they were there and ready to go right at 7:30 when I arrived to start getting ready. The team listened to all of my bridesmaid's request when they talked about the look each of them were going for. They also took the feedback that I gave them from my trial and executed it perfectly! All three of the stylists were professional and easy to chat with while getting ready. As someone who is not used to wearing a full face of make up (usually mascara, eyeliner, and lip stain only) I have to say that the airbrush make up was perfect!! It was in the mid 80s for my wedding and the make up held up through the heat and all the way through the night. Same for my hair, my up-do probably would have held up over night if I tried. All in all, I am so glad that I chose to work with Christa and her team for my wedding. Everything from the initial inquiry to the day of logistics was simple and easy. I would highly recommend the team to everyone!
