Where do I even start?! Kelsea is absolutely wonderful to work with. Her eye for design and attention to detail is unbeatable. Kelsea made the entire planning process so fun, go smooth and stress free! I loved talking through all of my design details with her and figuring out how to make my vision come to life. She was always there when I wanted to talk through an idea with someone or simply just needed help picking out my napkin color because I was indecisive.
Kelsea went above and beyond to make my wedding everything I dreamed of. The florals she created were stunning, I was in awe of all of the arrangements, small details and color choices. All of the decor she used fit perfectly into my vision. She of course exceeded my expectations and her florals made my wedding all come together and perfect. I have had so many guests comment on how beautiful all of her flowers were!
Kelsea also did all of the flowers for our rehearsal dinner. We told her we wanted them to mix well with our wedding florals, but be slightly different. She had creative freedom to make what she thought would look best and WOW! She turned our rehearsal space into a mini wedding, it was better than I could have imagined.
I 100% recommend anyone getting married in the hill country to work with Touch of Whimsy. Kelsea is creative, supportive and dedicated to her work and clients! I will definitely reach out to her with all of my future floral needs! She is the BEST!
I hired TOW for my wedding florals. I just did a pickup order with 2 arrangements, the bouquets, and the boutonnieres. I was the absolute most indecisive person when it came to picking a florist as well as what I wanted for flowers. Kelsea was so patient and kind and worked with me to figure out what I wanted. She was so organized and took good notes during our meetings. Then, come wedding time, she knocked it out of the park! I loved my flowers. I never could vision what I wanted in my flowers, but Kelsea did and I loved them!
Kelsea was so amazing to work with and she helped me design my dream wedding flowers within my budget! The florals were absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend her for your weddings!
Kelsea and her team were an absolute DELIGHT to work with, and not to mention, extremely talented!! I adored my flowers and their team was just so accommodating and informative the whole way through. Kelsea, Kayleigh, and the ToW team were incredible! From the beginning, Kelsea understood my vision and had the best recommendations to make it happen. She and Kayleigh were encouraging, supportive, professional, and creative. All of our guests agreed that it was the BEST reception they have been to. Kelsea and Sophie of Touch of Whimsey are some of the most lovely people I’ve ever met!! I used them for both the flowers at my wedding and for wedding planning, and I am SO glad I did. I was one of those brides that thought I could plan it by myself and realized the stress of everything. They stepped in and made my day exactly how I pictured in my head, if not better!! Florals were one of the biggest parts of our wedding. I knew what I wanted and was able to show pictures. Kelsea and her team literally made the pinterest photos come to LIFE! Walking into the venue I was completely speechless. Not only is her floral skills amazing but simply her as a person. Everytime I needed something she was there to help, even when she was on maternity leave!!! She went above and beyond throughout planning and the day of!!!
Planning a wedding in 2020 is STRESSFUL, but I am so glad I had Sophie and the Touch of Whimsy team to help alleviate some of the stress!! They were so helpful throughout the process by giving me the tools I needed to feel prepared, helping with vendor recommendations, and answering all of my questions. Sophie helped make my vision come to life by coordinating all of the last minute details, helping with reception design and creating a very detailed timeline for the weekend!! There were so many moving parts the day of the wedding and everything came together seamlessly because of all of the hard work behind the scenes. I cannot imagine the day without Touch of Whimsy!!

Planning for a wedding and all the minor details involves so so much and can feel overwhelming. The ToW family was there every step of the way which was beyond comforting! Kelsea had our trust that we would have the ToW family’s undivided attention from our first email exchanges and zoom meeting (we were so impressed that they were virtual before it became the “new norm”). Leading up to our wedding they took so much stress off our plates by re-confirming timing will all our vendors and I loved the ease of communication with the ToW family and having documents all in one place.
For as detail oriented and as organized as we are, one of our main concerns was our family and bridal party not being able to fully enjoy the moment and feel rushed if they were assigned key tasks throughout the ceremony and reception. Cheyanne and the ToW family took care of EVERYTHING to keep our wedding day running smoothly and our family and guests had an absolute blast (and of course we did too!). Kelsea had gorgeous and fresh floral arrangements that we could gaze at all day long!!!

My daughter’s wedding was on October 3rd, 2020. Touch of Whimsy was exceptional with every aspect of the wedding. From the planning stage all the way through the wedding! And the flowers Kelsea created were breathtaking! All of our guests were stunned with the beauty of it all. They said everything was gorgeous!! And it was!! A rustic yet elegant wedding. The whole evening flowed perfectly with every detail taken into account. A mother wants everything to be so perfect for their daughter’s wedding day. And it was! A true fairytale wedding. From the first email I received from Kelsea with Touch of Whimsy containing my proposal, I was BLOWN AWAY! The amount of detail that went into presenting a proposal to us was incredible. Kelsea continuously rolled with the changes from working with our budget, constantly changing design ideas, rescheduling our April wedding to July and helping us achieve such a gorgeous setting for our wedding. Everyone raved on the beauty of each aspect of our floral design and there were tears in my eyes when I saw it all come together. Monarch Event Rentals, recently had the pleasure of working with Kelsea for a styled shoot at Shiraz Gardens. Her florals designed matched the theme of the shoot perfectly. When my first daughter got married, we met Kelsea and fell in love. Then when my second daughter got engaged, I was so excited because I knew Kelsea would make all her dreams come true. She delivered! The wedding had 7 groomsmen and 7 bridesmaids and 5 children in the party. I was so worried that we would have problems getting this many people organized. Kelsea came in and within minutes had the party organized with a beautiful presentation. We ran out of time for getting all our flowers placed and set up. Kelsea jumped in and decorated the church and the isles with all our gorgeous flowers. Kelsea took the stress off us by staying in touch with us during the wedding day and greeting staff, bar tenders, cake, hair and makeup, DJ, all the wonderful people who make your day special. She is intuitive and detail oriented and has so much experience she took the worry out of planning and the result is I enjoyed the party! Kelsea even recommended where I could find a perfect mother of the bride dress. When #3 is ready to get married, Kelsea will be there, and we will have a great day! This is the second time we have used Kelsea with Touch of Whimsy. We HIGHLY recommend her! She makes the planning process so much easier with her organization, ideas, knowledge and creativity! She helped us with florals and décor also. My daughter had a décor look she wanted but we weren't sure how to pull it off. Kelsea came to the rescue and it looked beautiful! We also had some challenges at the last minute which were out of our control but we all knew Kelsea would make sure everything went off smoothly and she did. Kelsea puts her all in everything she does and is an incredible person! I wouldn't want to plan a wedding without her!

We hired A Touch of Whimsy for month of coordination and florals, and it was the best decision we could have made. I still get teary eyed thinking of how beautiful and perfect our wedding truly was and we owe that all to Kelsea and her team. It was so nice being able to fully enjoy the day and not have to worry about timelines or pesky decorations, because we knew Kelsea was on it. Touch of Whimsy was my saving grace during my recent Memorial Day Weekend wedding! Even though we only had about 100 guests, it seemed like there were endless amounts of details that I was worried about. Kelsea never batted a nervous eye during the planning process or the day of. In the midst of helping me nail down all of the last minute plans, she also created all of our BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements. I simply gave her a couple of Pinterest examples and a color palette and she did the rest. I was blown away and received numerous comments about how great everything was tied together. From the buckets of decorations I gave her, that she then turned into a magical ballroom, to handling every question, concern and issue that arose with ease (and I was never aware of anything other than a perfect and stress-free day) she was a huge asset from start to finish. I highly recommend Kelsea and her team to help plan and coordinate your wedding or create a floral/design vision for the big day!
As a fellow wedding vendor, Officiant, it is imperative that the wedding planner has control of the situation and everything buttoned down. My hubby and I just got married March 9. We used Touch of Whimsy's "Day-of coordination" services. I honestly don't know what I would have done without their help! Planning a wedding is such an exhaustive business. We had a relatively small, easy going wedding, but it was still so much work! Sydney (my TOW coordinator) was there to answer my questions throughout the entire process, but she really stepped up in the last few weeks. I was floored when I saw my bouquet - it was SOOOOO beautiful!! Kelsea used my pinterest board to create exactly what I had in mind!! I was short a couple of center pieces and Kelsea came through last minute to save the day. The flowers are still smelling amazing after almost 4 days :)
I am so glad that my now husband convinced me to hire a month of coordinator and we couldn't have picked a better one! I felt that the owner Kelsey genuinely cared about me from the beginning and followed up with any questions I had. My month of coordinator was Sydney and she went above and beyond. She was always available to answer my questions from the day I signed the contract, and made the final month before our wedding stress free. The rehearsal and wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. When I hired a day of coordinator expected help on the day of but they answered each and every question I had for them for months leading up to the wedding and completely took over dealing with all of the vendors the month of the wedding. The whole month/day I didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew Katie had it under control! The floral was absolutely beautiful and was so much better than what I could have imagined! WOW, just wow! Touch of Whimsy is the main reason our wedding was so spectacular. From the initial meeting with the owner, Kelsea, up until the big day, the communication, design and great attitude were exactly what we were looking for with our wedding planner.
We opted for the full-service package and it was worth every single penny. TOW did our florals (GORGEOUS!), overall decor and design and coordinated with all of our vendors before and on the day. During one of our initial planning meetings, Kelsea scoured all of the resources I provided her and she presented us with two incredible design proposals. We chose a lovely jewel-toned theme and TOW nailed every aspect of it.
Kelsea was there for us every step of the way including meeting with vendors and assisting with our rehearsal dinner in which she coordinated florals, calligraphy, and catering. The wedding day was above and beyond what we were expecting. The layout was flawless, the timeline of the evening was organized and smooth and the overall atmosphere was out of this world. Our guests were raving all night about how beautiful and fun the night was.

The girls at TOW where so helpful and so nice from the beginning! I worked directly with Sydney. She provided a lot of guideance to know what to do since I booked all vendors on my own. But all throughout it was nice knowing that I could always contact her for any help! Our wedding could not have turned out any better. Katie was an amazing coordinator! My only regret is not hiring her sooner. We did the Final Touches package and Katie really made the time leading up to the wedding more relaxing for me. I didn't have to check up on vendors, because I knew she already had it covered. Our venue was not the best at communicating, but Katie totally put my mind at ease because I knew that at the end of the day, she knew exactly what my vision was and would do whatever it takes to make it happen! On the wedding day, she was everywhere handling every little detail. All of our vendors gave her high praise and said how great she was to work with, and my husband, myself and our families can all agree with that! She had a smile on her face at all times! No situation is too difficult for her to handle, no task is left undone. We booked Kelsea a month into our engagement. It was apparent early on that weddings are where her heart is. Kelsea is passionate about her work, and it shows!
The one thing Nathan & I absolutely loved was that if there were 'hiccups" during the wedding (and I'm sure there were) we had no idea! She took every measure to make sure our wedding ran as smooth as possible.
As most brides do, I stressed so much preparing for our big day. So when that day finally came it felt really good to hand decorations over to Kelsea knowing she would do an amazing job with them.

Kelsea is very detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. Kelsea made a trip to view all facilities prior to the event so she knew the layout and could also offer suggestions/advice. She not only provided “Day of” services but led rehearsal and did all of our flowers for church, reception, bouquets, etc. She is very good about reusing decorations when moving from church to reception- nothing is wasted! Kelsea followed up with all vendors and coordinated their arrival times. She also has a very good list of recommended vendors. Kelsea was the “go to” person at the wedding, freeing family to enjoy the event. She was a blessing indeed !!

Kelsea is the perfect wedding planner/coordinator and we are so grateful that we chose to work with Touch of Whimsy. We were planning our wedding from out of state, in North Carolina, which made good and simple communication important. And Kelsea was consistently communicative and responsive and worked around our schedule when we briefly were in San Antonio. She strikes the right balance between being cheerful and calming but also straight forward and gets down to business. We received compliments throughout our wedding weekend on how great Kelsea seemed, from when she ran the rehearsal to how she was a wonderful day of coordinator (working with my frazzled mother, aunts, and cousins) to make our warehouse wedding venue come together. Our vision for our wedding was a modern spring wedding with colorful fiesta influences and she really helped this dream come to reality! We chose the partial planning package which means we found vendors and worked on big details but she worked with us on timelines, our "vision", recorded RSVPs, and most importantly coordinated all the vendors and helped forsee and then fix problems in the weeks leading up to our big day. She also created a beautiful welcome chalk board! We were uncertain if we wanted to use an event planner and, now, we can't imagine having NOT had one. You can't go wrong choosing Touch of Whimsy!!
Touch of Whimsy was a great help while I was planning my wedding! Kelsey was always available by email/phone to answer all of my questions. And her design meeting really helped me get organized and figure out what I wanted my wedding to look like. We chose the "Final Touches Package" in which TOW took over during the last month of planning and day-of. Kelsey was really great at coordinating with all of my other vendors and was a phenomenal help on the actual day of my wedding. She kept everything running smoothly and according to plan. She really helped make the day less stressful so that I could relax and enjoy it!
Sydney was fantastic! From the time first time I talked to her to saying our goodbyes at the end of the night. She made sure I didn't have to lift a finger or tell anyone anything. She IS the reason my day was the best day of my life and why everything was absolutely perfect!! I would recommend Touch of Whimsy to anyone, hands down.

Kelsea was the first planner to respond to my query (she called me less than 10 mins after I emailed her!) she was very professional, sincere, and a complete southern sweetheart. I knew after our first conversation I could trust her to do a fabulous job! From that moment I essentially left the wedding in Kelsea's hands...I showed her pictures here and there but other than that she had it all under control. She will let you be as hands on or off as you want! I was able to show up on my wedding day and not worry about a darn thing! I was able to be fully present in the moment, 100% confident kelsea had taken care of all the details. She even handled all the flowers and decorations and did an absolutely stunning job. She hand tied all our bouquets and even made a beautiful custom seating chart for us! I couldn't have done it without her...she's an absolute rockstar. I feel so fortunate to have worked with a Touch of Whimsy; they will definitely put in the extra effort to make your day memorable and unique to you and your spouse!
I am so glad my daughter found Kelsea with Touch of Whimsy! Kelsea has an easy going personality but she gets things done! Liz was impressed with how quickly Kelsea responded to her questions and concerns. She always gave practical, helpful advice and is very organized. We used her as our month-of coordinator and we felt extremely comfortable turning everything over to her. She also worked with my daughter to plan the décor for the wedding and reception. Not only is Kelsea a fantastic planner, she also did a wonderful job making the venue look beautiful! She was there every step of the way. She blended in so beautifully with the family that it felt very natural to have her running the show! She was on her feet from 9am to midnight and she still had a smile on her face and so gracious! I never had to give her direction or check up on her, which is how a wedding planner should be! They were worth every penny! I could not have made a better choice!
I had such a wonderful experience with Kelsea and her team at Touch of Whimsy. I met them at a Bridal Fair, and immediately fell in love with her style. From communication to follow through to execution, I always felt like I was in good hands and was made a priority. I worked with her sister in law, Nichole, and she really made my vision come through.

I got married in October of 2016, and my mom and I hired Kelsea and her crew for their day of the wedding package - we are so glad we did! Kelsea and her staff are very professional, courteous, and suggested multiple things that my family and I would never have even thought to ask or do. My mom and I had had most of the vendors and everything else pretty much nailed down, and Touch of Whimsy came on board about 1-2 months prior to the wedding. The transition was seamless (following up with vendors, filling in gaps in the wedding timeline, making sure transportation including pickups and drop-offs were easy, double checking last minute items, etc). My dad and I arrived to the venue via river barge, and Kelsea and her team timed the wedding processional perfectly, which in this circumstance, was tricky. Everything went off without a hitch (no pun intended), and Kelsea was kind enough to pickup and sew my train to the back of my dress during the reception as it had gotten cumbersome. Also during the cocktail hour/reception, she made sure everything moved along easily on schedule and that everyone was where they were supposed to be at the correct time. She got along wonderfully with my other vendors and even helped me to host a spa party prior to the wedding for me, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. I highly recommend Touch of Whimsy. My flowers & decor were beautiful; I got tons of compliments on it. & she was my saving grace the day of...If something went wrong I still don't know about it! I definitely recommend Touch of Whimsy!
If I could, I would give Kelsea 6 stars on this review. We chose hire Kelsea for month-of coordination, and when that day came, she was like an angel sent from heaven. I was able to email Kelsea with questions and she would get back to me right away with help and suggestions. At our venue walk through, she helped us lay out our perfect day and made recommendations for some adjustments along the way. Her professionalism is outstanding and at the same time, she’s a joy to be around. On the day of, she was there every step of the way and honestly it was such a relief to have her there. Our wedding day was PERFECT and couldn't have gone smoother, and we truly owe that to Kelsea. Weddings are STRESSFUL, and I have no idea how we would have done it without Touch of Whimsy!

Our daughter was able to tell her exactly what she had in mind and Kelsea was able to put it together and make it a reality. Kelsea was a lifesaver for our wedding! Our wedding was done on a property that has never hosted a wedding, so we needed someone to help guide us as a couple while creating our dream wedding out of a blank canvas. Once we did our initial meeting with Kelsea, I was confident that she would make our day the way we envisioned it. She reviewed our Pinterest board, and helped us come up with the overall theme, colors, centerpieces, décor, and timeline. She also took care of all of our flowers. Kelsea Vaughan did an amazing job handling the moving parts of my wedding. I love that we were in constant communication (she was very much on top of that) and since my wedding was held outside, she had a plan b if the weather was not cooperating. She also handled the floral arrangements and decor; it was stunning. I can honestly say as a bride it was wonderful to have Kelsea in my corner to handle the last minute details that can come up. She was patient, very professional, worked with my set budget and the work was amazing. I would highly recommend her services to family and friends!

Kelsea is so sweet, very professional, good person, will be there for you kind of person, and gets the job done! After meeting with her with my mom to discuss having her as our coordinator for the day of the wedding, I felt a huge weight come off my shoulders knowing she was going to help take care of everything. She had no problem stepping in and taking over and allowing our day be the best day ever! More importantly letting my mom that worked so hard be able to relax and enjoy the night as well. I could not have imagined things going any better!!

My husband and I married in April, I was so lost with so much of the wedding coordination, decorations and all. I contacted Kelsea and within a day I got a response from her to meet up to discuss all of our ideas! She has been so helpful and a blessing to our planning process.
