Nancy & Kelly are absolute wedding PROS! I can’t express enough how amazing these two are to have as wedding coordinators, and their vintage rentals put the perfect touch of elegance and charm at the venue. Every step of the way in the wedding process, they were there for me to answer questions and make decision making easier. The day-of they always were two steps ahead making the whole day a breeze. Best decision you could do is to hire these two!! Everyone said our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I can definitely say it was thanks to Nancy and Kelly 😄

I’ve used touched by time for rentals for my wedding as well as wedding that I’ve coordinated. For my wedding I rented some beautiful farm style tables and couple of lounge areas, as well as decor for the sweetheart table, dessert table ect. Kelly and her mom were so helpful during my time of stressed and came up with some beautiful unique ideas for my BoHo theme wedding. Upon arrival they set everything thing up the way I envisioned it. They were Reliable and trustable and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their rentals are always the talk of everyone celebration.

Nancy and Kelly were a dream to work with. We happened to catch them when they were in transition between two warehouses, but even with that, they were responsive, helpful and so sweet. We got an adorable lounge set for the outdoor part of our reception. Not only was it a hit, but we and our guests got such beautiful photos on it. Better than just regular photos! They accessorized the furniture beautifully, and they really know what they are doing. Highly recommend these two ladies :)

My experience with Touched by Time Vintage Rentals was great! I was planning a wedding for my daughter who lives out of state and they were so patient and helpful going over details and helping us decide on the pieces to use. Everything looked absolutely gorgeous at the reception. My daughter was so happy with it all!

Nancy and her team were EVERYTHING! They made our wedding pop with the most beautiful center pieces I have ever seen! I can not express how happy I am to have found Touched by Time Vintage Rentals! Nancy and Kelly were so on point! They were very communicative and super sweet! They helped me out so much even when I just added their sweetheart setup in less than a week before my wedding day. Out of all the vendors I had for my wedding day Touched By Time were the best!! I used four different rental companies because I had very specific needs. Touched by Time was my favorite. They make it more personal, like they're friends helping you with your wedding. They didn't have something that I needed in all the right sizes so they made more of them. They set up all their items at the venue exactly how you need them. Everything turned out perfect!

Touched by Time was our favorite vendor to work with. This dynamic duo completely captured our vision and by far exceeded our expectations of how we wanted everything to look. From the bohemian rugs we rented for the ceremony aisle, to the 3 differently styled lounge setups, to the guest book table, to the sweetheart table, every single detail was truly extraordinary! We have gotten so many compliments on the decor for our wedding, and so much of that was due to this awesome business. Kelly and Nancy are an incredible duo. Their whole family took part in making our day so very special. Their decor options seem endless. They really are the perfect mix of profession and passion. Every detail was perfect. I am not the kind of person who can easily “let the reigns go” but after meeting with them to talk it through, I knew we were in great hands. Book them now! Working with Nancy & Kelly was by FAR the best decision I made in wedding planning. We had 180 people at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook on April 27, 2019. When we met, I only had the venue picked, no other vendors, and was having a tough time communicating my vision to the venue. I really wanted a more laid-back experience for our guests - not a formal sit down and not a banquet style. Nancy & Kelly's stunning vintage pieces throughout the venue really made the whole thing come together. They listened carefully and thoroughly. They wrote everything down and didn't forget one detail. I shopped around another vendor or two for rental furniture in the Temecula area - Touched By Time is very reasonable & includes all of the decor pieces with the lounge set-ups. I was so happy with them that I also signed on for Kelly coordinating 6-weeks out before the wedding. Best decision!! They really made everything go so seamlessly and even helped me change into my "after party" boots as we left the venue. They went above & beyond and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out.

I am so happy that we chose touched by time vintage rentals to set up our beautiful wedding decor. They were so amazing from day one. When we first booked them the communication was awesome. I either text ,called or emailed them. Anytime I had a question or they added little things to my order that would complete my decor it was flawless. They even added things with out charging me. I feel it was such a great price and the beauty of my wedding was due to them. The farm tables, my amazing sweetheart table, omg my donut wall was sooooo cute ! My lounge area that everyone loved and sat at, my gorgeous entry doors and galvanized buckets with my baby’s breath. Everything was just so amazing and beautiful. They were so helpful day of wedding , setting everything up and making sure it was perfect for us.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kelly and Nancy were to work with in planning my August 31st wedding at Temecula Creek Inn! These two helped a lost and confused bride (me) figure out what I liked and didn’t like and pulled my vision together into the most perfect day! I started with just an inquiry, unsure of what I wanted in regards to rentals and without any design aesthetic myself, I had no idea what colors I wanted. I described things that felt whimsical and looked soft and romantic and Nancy and Kelly took my words and send me photos of some wonderful pieces they had. They both worked closely with me to help me narrow down my vision and even expand on it. They sourced the most PERFECT donut wall that was even better than I dreamed of. They had the frame, a wonderful vintage find, and worked with Nancy’s husband to put a peg backing on it and had him make matching dowels to display even more donuts on for me! I was blown away! They tied it together with a fun marquee “DONUTS” sign and beautiful glass and gold cake stands, blush pearl beading and gold mercury votives. It was the prettiest dessert display that lured our guests into the Stone House for some delicious sweets! Additionally, once I got my vision together, Kelly knew I wanted a soft blush couch, one way or another. She kept an eye out as they are always adding new pieces to their collection or refurbishing old ones, and she sent me photos of lots of choices until we found the most perfect look! I couldn’t be happier! We did two lounges, one inside the Stone House and one outside. Each had blush elements and kept with the whimsical vibe by adding glamours decanters and gold mismatched picture frames or stacked trunks and a crystal chandelier lamp. It was a dream come true and all our guests could not stop saying how it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever seen. I needed to rent an Arbor or something to stand by for our ceremony. Nancy and Kelly had the most perfect arch and paired it with a crystal chandelier to add a little glitz and glam to our special moment. It was perfect! Our sweetheart table was another creative vision. I wanted nothing distracting from my hubby and I but still wanted the romantic vibe there too. Kelly pulled he most comfortable wing back white chairs with a soft fur plush white and glitter pillows. She decorated the table with beautiful vintage china, charger plates, gold and crystal goblets a darling “Mr. & Mrs.” sign and blush pearl beads for a romantic touch. It was stunning and made our first meal as husband and wife so special. The entire team that supports Nancy and Kelly at Touched by Time deserves 10 Stars if I could give them. We were over the moon with how our wedding day turned out and it would not have been possible with this wonderful team of vendors at Touched by Time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Nancy and Kelly are just amazing! They helped us figure what just wanted we wanted for rentals. I feel like I was very much scatter-brained and they helped steer us towards the things we were looking for. All of their furniture and decor is very magical and just fun. It makes such a difference to the feel and theme of your wedding just by adding a few things. I would definitely recommend them for your big day! 😊

This mother daughtwr duo were beyond helpful for our big day! They kept in contact and made sure to make the process super easy! They were wonderful to work with and definitely became friends throughout the process with. They helped bring my imagination to reality and Went beyond my expectations! She is so knowledgable of design and layout and helped me with the outdoor lounge set for our wedding. My wife Vidya and I just had our wedding yesterday, and had Touched by Time provide both our photo booth and a large assortment of decorations. Simply put, even five stars doesn't feel adequate. We had an emergency need for a wedding coordinator, and Nancy and Kelly went FAR above and beyond by stepping in to fill this void without hesitation. In addition to operating the photo booth (which was a HUGE hit with our guests), they made sure my new wife and I were taken care of during dinner, cut our cake and ensured that it was served, and came out the next morning to tear down right on schedule. They were absolute champions throughout, significantly lowered our stress levels, and were also just wonderful to be around - smiling and calm the entire time. Use Touched by Time. Period. Vidya and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely loved everything about them! They were extremely nice and very professional! I had certain ideas that I was hoping to have for my wedding, and they made my every wish come true! Everything was so beautiful and they set everything up so nice! Any question that I had, they responded back to me right away. They made everything so easy and was very considerate in catering everything towards what I wanted. My wedding turned out so perfect and they were a huge part of that!

If you want a gorgeous wedding, look no further. The pieces that Kelly and Nancy offer are so unique and gorgeous. They took my vision and made it into so much more. From the candle sticks, to the suitcases, to the lounge furniture- everything was so impeccably selected and placed in a way that made me feel like I was in some kind of editorial photo shoot. Kelly and Nancy were always so accommodating and helpful with all of my ideas, and they really went above and beyond in creating our dream wedding. I could go on for days about this Mother/Daughter Team! Nancy and Kelly are AMAZING! I booked my venue and package with them in March 2015, and although my wedding wasn't until October 2017 they still catered to me as if my wedding were just days away. They become our friends (more like family) and I know my day would have never been the day it was without them! I have to say as a photographer, I am so extremely impressed by the eye that Nancy and Kelly have for quality and beauty and unique finds. All of the items they provided for the wedding were stunning, and I received so many compliments from guests about the styling of everything that was done. From the antique rugs during the ceremony, to the rustically setup barn for cocktail hour, to the reception area with long farm tables, mismatched china and goblets, lounge area, and our adorable sweetheart table! It was all GORGEOUS. I'm literally over the moon about everything they did!
