Oh my goodness, where do I even start?! Watching our wedding video for the first time (and okay, maybe a dozen times since then) has been nothing short of magical. Seriously, it’s like reliving the happiest day of our lives over and over again, and each time, I catch something new that I missed or forgot about. It’s just...wow!

Tower Studios is an absolute gem! Their ability to seamlessly blend into the background while still capturing the essence of our day was remarkable. The final video they delivered was nothing short of breathtaking, weaving together all the emotions, laughter, and tears of our wedding day into a video we’ll treasure for a lifetime.

We had our wedding video done by Tower Studios, and were amazed - right from that start, Laurie was awesome, helping us pick out the package and answering any and all questions. Baylen was our filmer, and he was super friendly and awesome to work with! And the video turned out amazing!!! We love it - I think I’ve watched it about a thousand times already!

The wedding video beautifully captured our special moments and exceeded our expectations, especially with the zooms, transitions, included messaging, drone footage, and music. However, the experience was marred by one videographer's two-hour delay due to transportation issues, causing disruptions to the schedule, which was worrisome in the moment. To our knowledge, he did not even let anyone know that he was running late. Their presence occasionally interfered with our other camera crew team, leading to a public argument on our big day, which was a little frustrating to deal with. Additionally, some interactions by the video team with family members and the wedding party felt unprofessional at times. The end product deserves high praise, but the overall experience had its share of frustrations. The review rating reflects the mixed experience. Overall, if you are willing to put up with some frustrations you will get an amazing video.

We originally booked Tower Studios for our engagement photos and wedding, but canceled shortly after our engagement photos - and we are so glad we did. From the start, we should have seen the red flags - with a lack of communication being the biggest one. We were told we would hear from our photographer no later than 2 weeks before the shoot, but we had to ask multiple times to be connected with our photographer with only a week or so before our shoot. We recieved the excuse that it was their busiest time of year. Our wedding would also be at this time of year, which raised concerns about what kind of communication we could expect then. When the forecast called for a lot of rain on our scheduled session date, we asked to move the session and were met with clear irritation. The photographer attempted to convince us to move forward with photos regardless of our wishes and concerns. Thankfully we held strong and moved the session, and it was a torrential downpour all day on the originally scheduled date. When we did have our engagement session a week later, we received a text that our photographer was changing the morning of because our original photographer decided she was "too pregnant". Understandable, but also probably could have been decided much sooner than the morning of our session. The session itself was awkward. Since it was our very first time meeting or even speaking with this photographer, we had no chemistry at all. He made some small attempts to ask us very basic questions and sort of get to know us during the shoot, but the session itself never felt relaxed or fun. In fact, it felt incredibly rushed. What was supposed to be a 2 hour engagement session only last 1 hour and 20 minutes before the photographer declared we were done. We were not really given a clear turnaround time for our photos, so we waited patiently after the shoot, expecting that we would hear from Tower Studios when the photos were done. 2 weeks afters the shoot, I was scrolling through Facebook when I suddenly see a photo of myself and my fiancé posted by the Tower Studios Facebook page. We had not heard a word from them at this point, and to make matters worse, they bizarrely chose to post our photo with a quote from Monty Python - "Bring out your dead". Ah yes - clearly the romantic line that every bride would want posted with her engagement photos. I then had to reach out to the photographer, who "thought we had received the photos". He did apologize and take the post down, but to be honest it was kind of too little too late at that point. To make matters even worse, when we finally saw the photos they were awful. Very unflattering for both of us, not the vibe we had requested at all, and we looked so awkward in each of them. A direct reflection of the fact that we didn't feel comfortable and weren't given much in the way of guidance even though we specifically called out that we needed guidance through this process. The photographer apparently couldn't even tell me to pull my shirt down in several photos, when I had no idea it was riding up. We honestly don't have a single photo out of the bunch that we are willing to use. This was the final straw, and we requested a cancelation of our contract shortly after. On the form, we put "unhappy with services" as the reason for cancelation, and still not a single person reached out. It was very clear they didn't care about our experience or what they could have done better. Overall, the extreme lack of communication, the unflattering photos, and the blatant disregard, unprofessional conduct, and disrespect we feel we experienced with Tower Studios cause me to highly recommend NOT booking this company. As we have since discovered, there are plenty of much more kind, genuine, experienced, and professional photographers in the St. Louis area to settle for this quality and treatment.

We loved our wedding videography experience with Tower Studios! Andrew was so helpful during the planning process - he was communicative, flexible, and asked all the right questions. The day of our wedding, our videographer, Parker, was a blast to be around! So kind, so obviously good at his job, and an all-around great presence to have in our space on our wedding day. The final wedding videos were beautifully edited, delivered in a timely manner, and transported us back to the best day of our lives. We are so grateful to have chosen Tower Studios - the product is excellent and professional, and the price can't be beat.

Used for photo and video! Haven’t gotten the video or photos yet since our wedding was only 2 weeks ago, but Auggie and Rebecca were amazing all day!! We had a good amount of family Photos and they were very efficient the whole day! Also had a lot of suggestions so we wouldn’t die of heat or blinded by the sun in pictures. Andrew (one of the owners) was very great to work with as well!

We really enjoyed having Tower Studios as our videographer for our wedding. Our videographer's name was Reid and from the beginning he was very attentive in capturing various moments of our day. He worked well with our photographer to ensure we got all of our shots. We cannot wait to see the video!

Our videographers were great to us the day of the wedding! They arrived early and got tons of shots throughout the day prior to the wedding even starting. They got some great footage of the day and I cannot wait to see the video!

He worked seamlessly with our photographers to get some awesome shots. Everyone from the company was polite and helpful in communication and planning. For the price point, Tower can't be beat. I was referred Tower Studios by a friend. We booked them for our engagement session and wedding (the legend package). The owners at Tower Studios really care about their business and ensure your day is what you want. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. We were impressed by the team that showed up on our wedding day. They were prepared and all showed pride in their work. The photographers saught out our parents to introduce themselves and they worked well with our other vendors that day.

Tower Studios was great to work with, and my wife and I are so glad we picked them! The highlight video and raw footage we received from our wedding day was awesome! At first, we were a little hesitant to pay for videography, but we are so glad we did. A special shout-out to Danny who was our videographer on the day of. He is super talented and did an amazing job capturing both the big and small moments of the day.

Andrew Kleewein was amazing! He showed up excited and ready to go! He had so many fun ideas and knew exactly what to do. I definitely appreciated that!! He had a positive attitude throughout the whole day, even though it was over 100 degrees outside. He and my photographer worked really well together, which added to the overall success of the day. 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing quality for a very reasonable price. I booked Tower Studios the week of Thanksgiving and got $500 off. Our videographer was there the entire day capturing every moment. We not only got a highlight video but also the entire day on a USB drive for us. Highly recommend!

I was waiting to review Tower Studios until I received my wedding video, and wow. Nicklaus, our videographer, was a quiet and strong presence and a key part of the day. After viewing our video, I found it hard to believe that he was a new team member. He clearly knows what he is doing and was a kind member of the crew with us through the day, to whom we will be forever grateful for making it so special and capturing all the magic. The video was a perfect capsule of beautiful moments. Romantic, sweeping, and bite-size. I also just sent a USB directly to Tower Studios for the whole footage (the only thing I would recommend is just to include that from the beginning and provide a USB) and can’t wait to watch longer takes of our wedding. I would highly recommend Tower, and the price point for the incredible product and lovely staff cannot be beat.

They did a great job for our hindu wedding. They had multiple cameras and wireless mics and the videographer was easy to work with. We were happy with the way it turned out and it was great editing job done by them on the video. We would recommend them if they can send the videographers who worked with us on our hindu wedding day.

They messed up our wedding day live stream and didn’t do anything they promised on their website like multiple cameras, no wireless mics. They gave a refund but our wedding is not going to happen again and all those moments were missed. Very unprofessional and very poor quality work. We were extremely disappointed with such sloppy work. We wouldn’t recommend anyone unless they improve their work ethics and quality.

James was our videographer for our wedding and WOW! He went above and beyond to capture every special moment during the entire day. He made sure to work side by side with our photographer and help tell the story of our wedding perfectly. Our completed wedding video arrived within 6 weeks after the wedding and we were blown away. I could not recommend Tower Studios and James enough!

Where do I even begin?! From the very first email I sent to Tower Studios with 1000 questions, to wedding day and after, it was an incredible experience! The entire team is extremely friendly! We did lots of research on who to use for photography/videography, and after watching many videos, we decided to go with Tower Studios. Watching their incredible work made me feel confident in my decision to use them, but I had no idea they would completely surpass my expectations! Ben, Rayne, and Cody were so fun on our wedding day and made all of our stress go away! Quite a few people who said they would be attending our wedding, did not show last minute, and as the bride, it made me feel upset- they pulled me aside and let me vent to them and I truly felt like I was talking to family members, or someone I’ve known my whole life! We received email updates on the progress/timeframe on when we would get our photos and video back- great customer service! Our copy of the videography came in the most amazing packaging! It looks like a legit movie packaging you would buy from a store! As we watched the video, I cried and was so thankful to have the amazing memory to look back on forever, and all the credit goes to Tower Studios! They will truly cater to what you are wanting, and it will turn out absolutely stunning! Thank you Tower Studios- we highly recommend you all to anyone and everyone who is in need of photography/videography!

I am extremely disappointed in Tower Studios' services. I was initially impressed and excited to have them cover my wedding. However, I was devastated when I saw the results after the wedding. They forgot to bring the drone that I paid for, they didn't get any footage of my husband's father, and they videotaped the best man instead of the groom as I walked down the aisle. Not to mention the video footage itself isn't the quality I thought I was paying for. The audio is terrible. You can't even hear the music for our first dance. All you can hear is people talking in the background. And on top of that, some of the footage is blurry. I am so sad this moment is over and I'll forever be stuck with a poor quality video of our special day.

We booked Tower Studios for our August wedding. I was on the fence about having a videographer at all, due to the typical cost associated with one. My husband found Tower Studios and the price was very reasonable. The video they created of our wedding was perfect and I instantly knew my husband was right in booking not only a videographer, but Tower Studios! The quality was fantastic and they caught such meaningful moments. Our videographer, Dylan, was great as well. He was easy going, organized and very prompt. Tower Studios was great to work with and I would highly recommend them!

We loved working with Tower Studios! We got married during the pandemic and they were so flexible and accommodating. I loved that they made our family and friends feel like they were there. My favorite thing about them was that they were great about blending in and capturing what I asked them to capture. Things weren't staged and I barely noticed they were there.

We used Tower Studios for videography for our wedding on September 13th, 2019. Videography was something I was on the fence about, but ultimately decided to do because Tower was so affordable. It ended up being the best money we spent on our entire wedding. We had Preston who was courteous, considerate, and a total pleasure to work with. I actually got really sick on the day of the wedding while we took photos in the heat. The party bus that we were using had left to take some of the dates of the bridal party to the bathroom, so I couldn’t get back in to cool off. Preston turned on his car and let me sit in it while I cooled off and tried feeling better. He did not have to do this, it was not in his job description, but he did it because he cared. Because of my illness, we had to completely change the order of events of the wedding (cocktail hour and dinner became before the ceremony, then we went back to the reception space to finish off the night with the typical first dance, cake cutting, etc). However, Preston rolled with it and ended up catching the best, most beautiful moments of the day. He stayed with us for 12+ hours and even asked me before he left if there was anything else I wanted him to record. Furthermore, whoever edited the video did a fabulous job at using the perfect footage and exactly how I requested it to be used. I was blown away. I ordered a flash drive for the raw footage. They loaded it on for me and sent it back immediately. I can’t say enough about our experience with Tower Studios. Thank you!

highly highly recommend tower studios for videography! our videographer showed up bright and early and was great with our entire wedding party! most of the time you didnt even know he was there because he wanted to blend in and make everything feel natural. our wedding was october 12 and we just got the video back today (january 10). it did take a bit to get back but i had to expect that with the busy wedding season and the holidays. I cannot thank them enough for capturing our day and giving us a memory to watch forever. i cried like a baby watching it and it was just perfect

Everyone at Tower Studios was so easy to communicate with and were very responsive! Dylan was the videographer we worked with and he was awesome!! He was always sure to get the best shot and was so nice and friendly throughout the entire day! So glad we decided to get a videographer and chose Tower Studios!

At the last minute (about 3-4 weeks before the wedding), we decided to get a videographer because many people were telling us that we would regret it if we didn't. Even though we had already reached the max on our budget, we decided to go ahead and spend an extra $1595 for a video and went with Tower Studios based on reviews, last minute availability, and price. Wow! We could not be more pleased with our decision. I called the company and they answered the phone and got the paperwork and planning forms over to me immediately. We did not get to chose our own videographer, which made us a bit nervous, but they assured us that all of their staff was well trained and would do a great job. We ended up getting Dylan, who was absolutely awesome! He showed up early in the morning around 8 am when we were getting ready to get those shots and then stayed with us for the entire day (at least 12 hours). He fit right in with the wedding party and was incredibly respectful of our day while capturing all of the great moments unobtrusively! He even rode the bus with us (there was room) to video those exciting moments as well. To my surprise, Dylan seemed as though he was enjoying our wedding day as much as we were, and truly wanted to make sure that he did his job to our satisfaction. We could not have asked for anyone better to video our wedding even if we started planning months in advance. We got the Rapunzel video which was perfect for us. We were very pleased with the music selection to chose from. The video arrived in the mail just a few weeks after the wedding and turned out beautiful! We sent it to all of our family and friends and received many complements! I sent the company two flash drives and they promptly sent me all of the raw footage unedited of the wedding for both or PC and mac. The company was great to work with! Thank you Tower Studios and Dylan! We really appreciate you capturing our wedding so that we can reminisce for years to come!

My husband and I are so happy we booked with Tower Studios. The whole process of booking and setting everything up for the wedding day was very easy and stress free. Everyone we communicated with was super nice and our filmer David was super laid back and easy to work with! We hardly even knew he was there (which is honestly exactly what you want on your wedding day)...especially if you’re like us and don’t typically love all the attention and cameras making you feel awkward! We did not even have to worry about any of that with Tower Studios! I cannot wait to get back our wedding video. I am leaving a 5 star review before we have even seen it because I am 100% confident it will be everything we want it to be. If you are debating getting a videographer, definitely go for it! They are super reasonably priced and I know we made the right decision by spending the extra money. Thank you Tower Studios!

The best videographer we could have hoped for. Also had them do photography and couldn’t be happier with who we picked. Not only are their videos and shots creative and unique but they are the greatest people to get along with on your wedding day. I can guarantee no other videographer and photographer will give you a better experience all around.

We used Tower Studios for our wedding last year and had an amazing experience! Cody was our videographer - we didn't get a chance to meet him before the wedding, but he was super nice and fun! He made us feel at ease in front of the camera, and I'm a little camera shy - my husband is VERY camera shy. We got our video almost 3 months after the wedding, and it was AWESOME! I still watch the highlights every other week or so! :)

We got our highlights video, loved it, but wasn't super excited about the song. I totally forgot to call them until this year.... but they were super nice, and made the change for free! Seriously, the easiest vendor to work with!

We hired Tower Studios for our wedding video and had an amazing experience! James was our videographer, and he was super helpful and friendly. He was there all day and even stayed for our send off, which I had totally forgotten to tell him about. Once we received our video, it was AWESOME! I had one small request to change, and they were super fast, and had the change back to me the following week!

Great quatity for the price. Love their style of overlaying words from throughout the day over the video (so it is more than just music or long scenes). The videographer was pleasant and unobtrusive the day of the wedding. One thing I wish they would change is you have to select your video music prior to you wedding. I ran out of time, so they selected it for me. I don't love the music they selected. I know I waved the right to select mine own, but wish I had had time after the wedding to select it.

I was lucky enough to have won a free wedding video from Tower Studios for my wedding at Silver Oaks Chateau. I met James the morning of our wedding and he made me instantly feel at ease. He was very genuine, creative and matched my style perfectly. My mom pulled me out of the bridal suite several times to show me what James was working on because she was in awe. James did an amazing job at capturing our wedding. The video that he put together perfectly summed up our amazing day and highlighted every single event. I love our video and can’t stop watching it! I wish I would have upgraded to a full length video because man I am impressed. I am very pleased with the work that James did for my husband and I. We can’t thank him enough for giving us an opportunity to watch the best day of our lives over and over again.

One of the best decisions we made while wedding planning was to book Tower Studios to film our day. From the moment I reached out to them for a quote, to planning what parts of our day were most important to have on our film, Tower Studios made the process easy and enjoyable. The videographer they sent to shoot our wedding day was such a great addition to our day and made everyone comfortable in front of the camera. We just received our video highlight and are completely obsessed with how it turned out! If you are on the fence about getting a video of your wedding day, I highly recommend getting one so you can relive the magic of your day and there’s no one better to trust than Tower Studios!

We booked Tower Studios not for videography, but for photography only. My only regret is NOT booking Tower Studios for both! Jeanette was our photographer and my entire wedding party adored her! She is funny, quick, confidant and extremely talented, and we could not be happier with our wedding photos and the experience. Whenever the wedding party started getting sidetracked, I only had to ask Jeanette quietly to get them in line and she took care of it like a boss (but nicely)! My husband and I LOVE working with Tower Studios!! They did our wedding video and it was beyond our expectations. So, when we found out we were pregnant we asked them to do a pregnancy announcement for us and of course they blew it out of the water! We highly recommend using Tower Studios!!

Wonderful experience! I found Tower Studios at a bridal show and in comparing other vendors I kept coming back to Tower's website - I was drawn to their work because it wasn't too overdone/cheesy, had quality images, felt classic but incorporated modern technology. We booked and our wedding video turned out amazing! Because of a sale going on we were able to add drone footage and upgrade to the All-Inclusive package. Our videographers were professional and blended into the scenery of the day. Communication was always clear and timely, which I appreciated especially after the wedding. In addition to the digital copy, we received 3 DVDs/Bu-Rays for the package, which was nice to keep one and gift to both sides of the family. They were always flexible with our requests and communicated expectations every step of the way. Our video is beautiful and something we will cherish forever! Thank you Tower Studios!!

My experience with Tower Studios was extremely disappointing and it left me feeling like I wasted a large portion of our wedding budget. When I first contacted Tower Studios, the customer service was excellent and I was excited that they were going to be doing our videography and photography. We do not have any photos or video of the girls getting ready because they were late on the day of our wedding. I was told our photos would be ready 4-6 weeks after our wedding but our photos came 9 weeks after our wedding, and I love maybe five photos out of over 400 photos. We purchased the drone upgrade but when we received our videos the drone footage was not in the video. I contacted them after we received our videos and asked them to edit the video and add the drone footage. They said they would check on it. I had to contact them again a month later because they never got back to me. The second time they told me they couldn’t get the drone footage from the filmer and had been trying for months. Why didn’t someone tell me that months ago then? I feel like that should have at least been a phone call, but that’s just me! While I am happy to have the memories, I do not love the finished products and can’t help but feel disappointed when I see the photos and videos.

Worth it!! I will love and cherish my wedding videos for the rest if my life. They did such a good job!

Ian shot our wedding about 6 months ago. I cannot stop watching our highlight video from the big day! Ian did such an amazing job!! He perfectly captured every magical moment on camera. We just got our wedding video back and it is incredible. The Tower Studios team did an amazing job capturing our wedding day from start to finish. We really wanted to include the ceremony and speeches, as well as the small details and the video beautifully incorporates all the personal moments from our wedding day. Additionally, Tower Studios was easy to work with - they had great communication with us and our photographers, helped us organize the timing of the day, and listened/catered to our preferences. I was originally on-the-fence about hiring a videographer. On a whim, I booked Tower Studios after a recommendation from my hair stylist. I have ZERO regrets about working with Tower Studios! Their packages and costs are straightforward and I had no issues working with them. Our videographer the day-of was truly wonderful. He did such an amazing job of capturing moments while also blending into the background. The quality and artistry of the video is truly beautiful. The captured the essence of my day and I couldn't have asked for more from a vendor!

For the price we paid and for what we were told we were going to receive in quality, we were very disappointed. We are still waiting on our wedding video, our wedding was over a year ago, and we are missing almost all of our wedding party coming down the aisle. There is also only one view used throughout the ceremony and the vendor cannot retrieve the additional footage from his contracted help (or it never ended up being taken). Our photos are much the same, in that we only have one view for the majority of the shots and we do not have a photo of the entire wedding party during the ceremony without one of the videographers blocking someone. We paid the extra for the drone and only about 5 seconds was included in any of our footage or pictures. Overall, I know they have the potential to be very good and their reviews and examples show this, but we were very let down by the overall product we received. They were gracious in their efforts to make it right, but we cannot go back and redo our special day.

I am so incredibly happy with the work that was done for us on our wedding day. We used Tower Studios for our photography and videography, and EVERYTHING turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. My wedding party had a blast taking photos and loved the ideas they came up with. Even my groomsmen said they didn't thing taking pictures could have been more fun! My bridesmaids were wondering where I found them because they were willing to stand on chairs or lay on the ground just to make sure they got the shot. My memories will be forever cherished because of the talented team at Tower Studios. I cannot thank them enough!!

WoW! Tower Studios and their team were fantastic. As our photo vendor, the entire process was fun and stress-free. Booking a photographer can be one of the hardest choices to make when planning a wedding. Our choice was easily Tower Studios once my fiancé & I look over photos/videos on their website. We were given quick responses with any questions and full disclosure on what our photo package included. The Big Day was fill with more joy than stress thanks to Jeanette and her Dream Team. We just received our pictures and video from tower studios and we are just thrilled with everything! On the actual wedding day, Jeanette and Elijah went above and beyond to make the day fun and relaxing for us! We also did the photobooth and it was one of the highlights of the reception! I was very picky on what kind of video I wanted - for gosh sakes, you’re paying A LOT of money for just an edited song or two! But this place, Tower Studios, made us feel like we didn’t pay enough. The videographer was always around, even during pictures, and got amazing shots and gave us the PERFECT video. I won’t lie, I had to talk my now-husband into a videographer - it took weeks - but now that we’ve watched it probably a hundred times he’s still blown away. They got EVERYTHING we wanted and we are now able to relive that amazing (though it was stressful and FLEW by) over and over again. I can’t praise these guys enough.

We weren't sure if we were going to do a video or not at first but I'm so happy we decided to! They were very affordable and our video turned out perfect! I needed them to make a change to some of the video and they did it without any hesitation. I would 100% recommend them for your wedding.

We enjoyed working with Tower Studios. We had booked them over a year out from our wedding and learned Rickie would be our videographer that day. Rickie was very professional and worked side by side with our photographer to capture the whole day. He made a point to be in the background to get the most candid moments throughout the wedding day. Tower Studios provided great footage of our wedding. However, they forgot the drone. Unfortunately, they acted like they just forgot to include it in the footage. They sent us new DVDs with the drone footage but not one person from the wedding was included. If they would have just been honest and told us that they forgot to take drone footage I would have been more understanding. Instead, they went back to the winery and took the footage at a later date.

I am SO happy we booked Tower Studios for our wedding! From the day we booked them to our wedding day, they made everything so easy. They allowed us to customize a package for our specific needs, and at such an amazing price compared to the competition. We had 2 photographers and 1 videographer with us all day, and they were all a true joy to work with. They made everyone feel so comfortable and made sure we got everything we wanted photographed and filmed. Our wedding and photographs took place outdoors in extremely hot weather, and despite being in long pants and toting heavy equipment they never showed the least sign of discomfort or impatience. One photographer even fanned me (the bride) in between photos to try and keep me from getting too sweaty! Talk about commitment. They truly made our photos a fun experience for the whole bridal party. I can't say enough good things about this company. Personalities, A+. Punctuality, A+. Professionalism, A+. I am absolutely DYING to see the final products soon, and I have no doubt that everything will beautiful! Seriously, book Tower Studios!

Our videographer, Cody, was amazing! He was so friendly, and he was patient with us when we didn't stay completely focused or on track. We haven't gotten our video back yet, but if it's anything like the service we got that day, it will be great! He went above and beyond for us. He got some shots of my husband and his groomsmen when our second photographer fell through. He also offered to stay later than planned so we could get shots of our exit! We were very impressed by how he worked with us that day. I highly recommend Cody from Tower Studios!!

The best videography company in Nashville, TN. I looked around for months and decided to not have a video. I contemplated this for awhile and finally decided to hire them after looking back on their videos basically everyday up until 2 weeks before my wedding. I booked them only 2 weeks before and they still made everything perfect in such quick time. They were absolutely amazing. Very kind, courteous, prompt, and all around great to work with. My video was back to me earlier than they had projected, which made me even more excited! My video turned out so amazing. Everything I had asked to be put into the video was, plus more. I am still in disbelief of how perfect, emotional and sentimental it turned out to be. Everyone loves it and I have had many compliments. My husband and I used Tower Studios for pictures and videos. We got married 5/26/18 and I will say this...they are amazing! Looking for a photographer for our wedding was stressful. I went to a couple of wedding shows and that is how I found Tower Studios. I knew I wanted them for video but I had no idea they also did photos. It is the one stop shop. When dealing with multiple vendors it can get complicated. This made my wedding process so much easier just having to deal with one company. They were with us for our engagement session and then they were there on our big day. Andrew & Jeannette are so easy to work with and they have an amazing staff. Brooke was one of our photographers for engagement and she was there at the wedding. She was amazing! My husband and I enjoyed working with her. We had 2 people taking photos and 2 people taking video the day of and all 4 people were on top of everything! They captured our whole day. Your wedding day is probably the fastest day of your life so the pictures and videos are so important so you can hold on to those memories forever. Tower Studios did that for us.

Tower Studios did suck an Amazon job at our wedding!! I am so in love with the photos and video we received!! We had 2 locations out in the country in the middle of nowhere and they came out and did a great job!! They were so great to work with and were a great addition to the festivities. They completely understood what we wanted to capture and were very patient with our giant Great Dane mixes we wanted to include. Would use again, 11/10!! Can’t stress enough how happy we were with the outcome!!

I’m super disappointed with Tower Studios. I booked them for my wedding in Johnson City. I was up front about the location and Laurie confirmed the location prior to booking. I paid my $300 deposit to secure their services for my wedding and I was told two days later that I would have to pay and additional $350 for travel that was never mentioned prior to booking. I ended up cancelling their services because I felt like I had been lied to. I wouldn’t want to use someone who was not honest with their pricing up front. I would not recommend this vendor due to the hidden costs that were not divulged prior to booking. You just don’t do business that way - it’s like paying for your groceries and then getting a bill in the mail for an extra cost - you just don’t run a business that way!
