The drivers I had were Michael and Steve and they both were very kind and patient with me and my bridal party. I can not thank them enough. They both showed up on time and called me when they were on location and were friendly. The limo was clean, and the driver drove extremely well. Thank you for helping to make my wedding day a SUCCESS. I can’t thank you enough!

way specifically for party buses because it is a wedding venue!! That took us another 20 minutes to find somewhere to turn around. We get there and she says we were 30 minutes over our time and had to pay an additional $150 right there on the spot. I’m standing there in my wedding dress dealing with this instead of going inside and starting the night. My father-in-law paid because he knew I wasn’t happy I would have argued to the death that the 30 minutes over was because of her. Then she YELLS from the bus “where’s MY envelope?” (We gave tips in envelopes to thank COURTEOUSNESS and phenomenal job). Needless to say she need not receive an envelope from US. Still not happy my father-in-law paid I wish we would had dealt with it a day later. Oh well

eally don't respond well to email at all. Every time I sent an email I had to pick up the phone and call because I wouldn't get a response. The lady who answers the phone was not able to help with anything, just pass the call over to the owner, so if he was busy you have to wait a while. It made me skeptical about their services, but my day of experience went smoothly so no complaints. The Escalade was clean and air conditioned and my bridal party was very happy.

was our driver and we are greatly indebted to his professional service the day of our wedding. He was patient and took the time to help me in and out of the limo with my poofy ball gown dress. We found out after the wedding that he even helped our wedding coordinator hand our programs before the mass. We knew that this package came with a red carpet and champagne toast, but our guests (as well as my husband and I) were shocked/impressed when we walked out of the church for the receiving line to find the limo parked in front with chilled champagne and two glasses waiting for us to toast as husband and wife for the first time. We had just assumed that this would be a toast once inside the limo, so he completely blew us away! It made for a great photo shoot and a nice time to toast in front of our friends and family before the reception. I would recommend Town Limo to anyone... be sure to ask for Troy!!!!

Bob the driver had called me 2 days before the wedding to confirm details. Thee nicest man. Even told me he would help me with my dress/train and vail the day of so my family could sit back and enjoy watching me come down the aisle. A terrific driver and then some!! He was attentive to the church details so as to make sure that was OK. Yes, I am still talking about the limo driver. I was so impressed. He was cool, calm and collected, which is the kind of energy you want before you head down the aisle. Limo was great. Clean, air conditioned and timely with a champagne toast after. NO issues from beginning to end. Thank you Town Limo!!!!!

. Lenny drove first the guys and then me and the girls to the Church in the Cadillac.. He was always on top of carrying my train (a service I didn't even expect him to provide). And I am eternally grateful to him for helping with my entrance to the Church. No joke, the night before the wedding, I laid awake worrying about who would open the doors for my "grand" entrance. I resigned to just stand off to the side and then enter when it was my time. But he stepped in to help close the doors and open them for my entrance (at his suggestion!). Wow. So nice. He forever impacted my day. Ralph drove me and my husband to the venue in the Rolls Royce, and it was such a pleasure talking to him. What a gentleman. It did rain during our exit from the church, but they came prepared with umbrellas and rolled with the punches when we nixed our plans to have photos in the park. When everyone was at the church and we were all setting up to start walking down the aisle, the party bus driver was fanning me, fixing my train and my veil, and took the role very seriously. When our ceremony was over he was outside waiting for us with a champagne bottle and glasses. As for the conditions of both the limo and the party bus, they were immaculate. My groom and I missed our own cocktail hour (we were supposed to take pictures, have our own private time to eat during cocktail hour, and then go mingle the rest of the time - we never saw our family and friends in cocktail hour). When calling the next few days about the incident, the owner was extremely rude and unapologetic. He told us nothing was wrong with the car and that it was impossible that we missed our cocktail hour. Then why did I sit in a supermarket parking lot in the pouring rain? Thank God we had a PERFECT venue and DJ who extended their hands to help us with this mess. I will never recommend town limo to anyone.

I got two different stories as to why they were late 1) they were unable to find the location 2) the ignition key broke. Other than that the limo driver was very apologetic and nice but that cannot change the stress that they have put me through. I strongly advise all future brides to check with their limos to make sure they're on their way. I put all my trust in them thinking they will be on time.

! Our driver, Steve, was amazing! A true gentleman that takes pride in his job! He was very helpful with the handling of umbrellas (it was raining in the morning), and with photos! He told me where to hold my bouquet so that I could get a better picture! Unbelievable service and I would highly recommend. My only pet peeve was the paperwork because they did nothing by email. It's all phone and fax, which made me anxious since there was no email communication prior to the day of the wedding.

He helped me feel more comfortable by making jokes :) He also took a specific route we requested back to the reception from the church. I would definitely recommend Town Limousine! and the driver, Bob, was helpful and patient getting them in and out. I recommend them highly. I thought we were going to go into overtime, which is in the contract because it does happen, but the drivers worked so well with the photographer that we made it to the hall in time for cocktail hour!

he had no idea which venue he needed to take us to which definitely made me upset because I gave his company all of that information ahead of time. To make matters worse, after I gave him the venue name he came back to us with his cell phone and asked to confirm if that's the place. Very unprofessional. Other than this inconvenience we did get everywhere on time so I have to say that this part was positive, that's why I deducted one star.

. The limos were cleaned and well kept. They were very formal, punctual and courteous. However, on our way to the reception our bridal party's 18 passenger limo broke down. It was very unfortunate and it set us back an hour behind schedule. The company had to provide paid transportation for my bridal party because their company was about an hour away and it would take too long to send out another limo. My bridal party arrived in taxi's. It was quite a disappointment but the drivers tried to handle the situation they best they could. They assured us this doesn't happen frequently.

After the ceremony was over we wanted to take some pictures in front of the church and both limo drivers insisted that we leave immediately or they would have to charge us overtime. They were very very insistent that we leave promptly. The limo driver for myself and my husband drove us through a pretty "ghetto" neighborhood to get to our venue. Once we got to the venue he quickly escorted us into the banquet hall not checking to see if we left anything behind. Indeed my husband left his sunglasses in the limo. Overall I would rate town limo as average. It was pretty costly for the amount of time although the service was good there were some things I would have changed.
