Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is far from ideal.
Nobody imagines face masks, COVID tests, shortened guest lists or rescheduled/canceled events when they are planning their Big Day. After hearing countless horror stories about brides losing deposits, rescheduling their weddings or having to cancel the event altogether, we were concerned about our ability to get married at all during this time, much less have our dream wedding.
Carley & the team at TPC Sawgrass immediately eased all of our fears. Carley treated our wedding plans with a sense of care and importance that made us feel like individuals, not just another booking. She made it clear that she would do everything within her power to create the perfect day for us, without compromising anyone’s safety. She offered a range of Covid-safe options and maintained a flexible, positive attitude that calmed all of our nerves throughout the process. She graciously met with my parents on several occasions to walk through a plan A, B, & C and her willingness to adjust accordingly to the ever-changing landscape made the planning process considerably more pleasant.
The end result was a wedding that far exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect: the atmosphere was amazing, the food to die for, and the service impeccable. The efforts of the TPC Sawgrass team made our wedding feel grand, even with an intimate guest count of 22 people. In short, Carley & the TPC Sawgrass team are truly world-class professionals and we are so grateful for each individual who helped make our wedding so memorable.

My husband and I got married at the TPC on August 17th, 2024. We booked the venue with the TPC after touring about eight months prior to the wedding date. Carley Rodriguez is the event manager and truly is world class. From the moment we booked the venue she provided a clear guideline for us in regard to decisions needing to be made, things to consider, and helped guide our lack of knowledge to the wedding planning world and all it entails. To be honest with you this is huge for me as I have a very busy schedule, and my husband is military so time and preference towards each little detail was not our style. In that we wanted a day that was worthy of our love. At other venues we visited during the booking process, I felt most planners were so seasoned in the process that I was just another number in the equation. This was the exact opposite experience at the Players Club. Everything is tailored towards your needs, and they truly try to know you as a couple and family. They accommodated each family member's concerns effectively while making sure this was fitting of my vision. The professionalism is unmatched and appreciated when making big decisions with big emotions.
The truth behind Wedding Planning ……..
Wedding planning can be stressful, I can honestly say I was the least stressed when communicating with anyone from the staff at the TPC. All accommodations were consistent and punctual down to each detail. Carley and her team helped facilitate a countless number of questions from family and vendors eight months prior. For someone who is not as experienced with social media I felt there were clear expectations and great communication with all associated parties. The week before our wedding Carley called to check in with us and told us she would love to give us a bigger room as our guest count was growing and the room happened to be open. My fiancé and I both wanted to display personal touches around the venue which the TPC was more than accommodating on and even let me keep the things at the venue a week prior so I would not have an extra thing to think about. This is rare. Let me tell you. I appreciated the extra thought that went into this as I could not possibly understand the world wind of emotions and effort that goes into planning a wedding like this.
Important small things that could be big things…
Day of we had four guests show up unannounced and Carly and her team took care of it seamlessly without me or the other guests knowing the error.
The event space is home to world class golfers and has an amazing restaurant that just so happens to be within a few feet of our ceremony space. Everyone was so kind and respectful you could hear a pin drop. In the midst of the grand space and guests everything felt so private.
The staff made every effort to make sure common wedding mistakes such as not eating were not a factor in our day. Getting ready we had the most kind and accommodating service from the staff who waited on us hand and foot.
It can be a long day prior to the ceremony and is something I worried about after going to other weddings prior. The lighting in the rooms is perfect and they have just about everything you could need or want to feel refreshed and ready after the long getting ready process. The entire venue has timeless touches and huge windows that let in the most stunning yet shaded light.
Food….
The food was the best food I’ve ever had at any wedding. Not only was it fresh, light, and tasty but they were even accommodated for those who chose “vegetarian” options. It was so sophisticated that even those who choose vegan options had certain items removed from the salad starter or certain generalized ingredients removed. This was so impressive. Not to mention the cake that is included in your price at booking. I’m already excited for our 1-year anniversary solely to eat the AMAZING cake. I was worried about food allergies and having a cake worth the event, and they hit it out of the park with both. You have a tasting prior to test out things which we both found so fun.
Final thoughts
Truly everything about the event, the staff, the implementation of making sure every detail was pristine. I couldn’t be more thankful. We truly had the wedding of our dreams at the TPC. We are so thankful to have the social membership now so we can reminisce on the best day of our lives.

TPC Sawgrass is known as the premier venue in Ponte Vedra and the surrounding area, and it's for a very good reason. For us, TPC was a very meaningful venue as a) my wife is from Sawgrass, and b) it's also where I proposed. It was our dream to get married there, and Carley and her team turned our dream into the greatest dream imaginable. Carley is a consummate professional - organized and detail oriented, but also very friendly and understanding. We enjoyed working with her on all the prep calls, she met all of our unique requests, provided great vendor suggestions, and of course executed on wedding day. Our wedding day showed a 50/50 of storms, and Carley was nice enough to have her team fully prep for both an indoor and outdoor ceremony so we could make a last minute decision.. and we ultimately got the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. Beyond having a stunning venue both inside and out, the staff is fantastic and the food got rave reviews. Long story short, if you have the opportunity to do so, don't think twice about having your event at TPC Sawgrass. It was the best day of our lives.

Our daughter's wedding was beautiful! Carley and the entire team at TPC are top notch - You can not ask for a better venue or group of people. It is truly more than a venue, it is an experience your guests will truly appreciate. From our first visit through to the wedding, we always said that "TPC understands the assignment!" They made it so easy to work with them by structuring their wedding bundles with all of the essentials and were very responsive to our vision initially and along the way.
The wedding was spectacular and here are a few of the details that make TPC an incredible place to get maried.
THE SPACE - Indoors and outdoors, iconic photo spots (our guests could not get over the views, the staircase, etc...), the ballroom is gorgeous, the bar area functioned as a lounge area with soft seating that our guests also loved. The dedicated and private getting ready rooms with a kind and knowledgeable attendant were a must-have. And...EVERY vendor we used said how much they love it when they get to work at TPC - that says a lot right there!
THE FOOD & BAR - No banquet food at TPC. From the appetizers at cocktail hour to the main course duet to the delicious wedding cake and late night snacks...everyone was raving. Drinks were perfect - selections and pours were all on point. No stingy bartenders :)
THE NEARBY HOTELS - Having the Marriott and Hilton properties along with the other shops, bars and restaurants at Sawgrass Village so close was another huge win! Guests truly felt like they were on their own vacation, not just at a wedding.

The perfect venue for EVERY reason! Carley (Special Events Manager) was fantastic. She was organized, helpful, and ultra responsive. From the tour, arranging food tasting, providing recommendations, and orchestrating the entire event, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. The day of, we had getting ready rooms on-site where we had full use of the locker rooms for the day (7a-5p) with our personal attendant. With a storm rolling in, Carley and team were able to quickly move our cocktail area inside without any of the guests knowing anything had been changed. The clubhouse and golf course provided the most BEAUTIFUL backdrops for our pictures, and we'll display them for a lifetime. All of our guests called it the "perfect day". Truly, nothing went wrong, and we ended up with a double rainbow just before the start of the reception. I absolutely recommend TPC as a venue! And we look forward to returning for the social events and maybe even a vow renewal :) Thank you, Carley and the TPC team! You made our day everything we asked for!
The most PERFECT setting and stunning venue! Truly Carley was involved from start to finish and her calming presence and desire to make our wedding what we wanted was amazing. The entire group of people involved worked effortlessly and between the tasting and meeting the chef and the food for the reception all our guests were so complimentary! It was a 10 stars out of 5 wedding!
I could not recommend TPC Sawgrass enough as a wedding venue. The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and the entire grounds was simply stunning. TPC Sawgrass is THE place to get married! They staff that work there are incredible! They are so happy and helpful. When we scheduled to tour the venue, the allowed us to see every inch of the place. They gave us wonderful advice and ideas. Carly was incredible and made our wedding planning so easy and stress free. We had a hurricane hit 2 days before our wedding and Carly helped us fix and figure out things to make sure our day was still perfect. I could not recommend this venue enough to anyone. Its the perfect place to get married, if you are looking for perfect picture backgrounds, helpful staff, stress free planning.

I couldn’t have dreamt up a better outcome for our wedding, and it’s all thanks to the events team and staff at TPC. Not only is the venue an absolutely stunning backdrop, the entire staff are top-notch professionals…no matter what plan you might throw at them, they will execute it for you with ease! They even managed to surprise us with a few moments, like 10 minutes of alone time after photos to actually EAT before the reception 🤣. It was a nice touch that made both of us feel truly cared for amidst the chaos.
I felt very comfortable with the planning, because I knew I was in good hands. There is also a solid backup plan for rain, which would have made for an equally beautiful wedding if it came to that…one less thing to stress about!

We don’t have the words to accurately depict how incredible TPC Sawgrass is! Carley is literally the best, she made everything we wanted happen. The food was simply phenomenal ! They are easy to work with, and the space is just so big! We loved that we had both an indoor and outdoor option, and the whole space (clubhouse) was really all ours. People have said we all around had the best wedding they had ever been too. We can only hope others can do the same. We thank the Sawgrass staff endlessly for making our day so special.
This venue was absolutely stunning for our wedding. Carley and the team made everything so easy. We especially loved the women's locker room for the girls getting ready room. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour with the golf course In the background. I got married on New Years Eve and we were so lucky to have the weather be sunny and 75. The reception room was the most stunning thing I've ever seen. It was incredible to walk in and see it done up exactly how I imagined. The food was incredible and our guests ate so much of it - we got many comments about how most people do not like the food at weddings, but that was certainly not the case at TPC. We had a little under 200 people at the wedding altogether and the big reception room was a great sized space. We also got the Opulance package which was certainly worth springing for as the drinks and food and service were immaculate. My only complaint is that it did not last longer!
The send off was incredible. We had 28 fireworks that lit up as we were driving by them and it made for amazing pictures and our guests were so surprised by them. TPC does a great job accommodating any request and I would highly recommend them to any bride who wants wedding planning to be easy!

We continue to have guests rave to us about how incredible our wedding was. I can not say enough AMAZING things about this venue. We had our wedding and reception here and they were more than wonderful, accommodating, and knowledgeable from the second we reached out to them inquiring about the venue to the actual day. My daughter just got married last weekend. We chose TPC Sawgrass because after our initial visit, no other venue in the area even came close. We wanted an elegant and traditional wedding, and TPC was the perfect fit. In addition, Carley, the event coordinator, made the entire process so wonderful. She was extremely professional, patient, and caring, and responded to all of our concerns in a timely manner. Our wedding was beautiful and my daughter and her new husband were just beaming on their wedding day. I'm so glad we chose TPC. It is the best!

I learned that WHERE you have your wedding is probably the single most important decision you will make. TPC was magical. It felt like a fantasy wedding being held in a castle. From the moment the guests drove up until the sparkler farewell, everything was beautiful, organized, and romantic. The staff is simply incredible. The food was amazing. It was perfection.
From the moment we took our first visit to TPC we knew it was the perfect location for our daughter's wedding. Carley greeted us with a glass of champagne and the tour just got better from there. My daughter was scheduled to get married in April of 2020 but do to COVID we were forced to change the date 3 times. The 4th date was the charm for us and it was worth the wait in every aspect. The grounds were just gorgeous with all of the flowers in bloom and the jasmine providing it's beautiful scent. The ceremony and cocktail hour were breathtaking with the golf course grounds providing a beautiful back drop. Head into the reception and again nothing but perfection. Carley and her staff provided a memorable evening for all and didn't miss one detail. The entire staff, from the moment we walked into the getting ready room on the day of the wedding, were nothing short of amazing. They went out of their way to make us all feel welcomed and special for that entire day. To Carley, thank you just isn't enough! Through all of the changes, you were there with a smile and such a positive attitude every step of the way. As for TPC itself, they showed us that they cared more about the client then their own personal gains. Through Carley they graciously allowed us to change dates along the way without hesitation or change fees. They were kind enough to wave F&B minimums to accommodate those guest that were not comfortable traveling due to COVID. They are an exception to the rule and true professionals. From all of the Castro's and Bathgate's we would like to thank all of you for making the wedding a day that we will never forget.
We got married May 2021 at TPC. We worked with Carley Rodriguez throughout the process which was a stressful one due to COVID. She was an absolute dream to work with, so kind, patient, very responsive, helpful with any requests- even helping have my dog be part of the ceremony! She really made an exciting yet stressful time much more manageable! We appreciate her so much and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!
In my mind, there is no other venue in Jacksonville that could begin to compare to TPC. Everyone we worked with was beyond accommodating and we could really feel the love and dedication to making our wedding day perfect. Carley in particular is outstanding!! Absolutely loved her.
Planning a covid wedding was extremely stressful, especially while doing so out of state. Carley and her team were so professional and worked very well with us. TPCs is willingness to be flexible was very much appreciated.
The wedding day was pure class. Their preferred vendors on the website were spot on. Everyone worked together flawlessly, even through a thunderstorm scare. Carley knew how important it was for us to do the 17th hole photos so she changed the order of things to prioritize this when the weather took a turn for the worse. We were able to get the most gorgeous photos before the rain hit.
The food was spectacular. If you are looking for a classic, elegant venue, I would recommend TPC to anyone!!!!
Carley and her team at TPC Sawgrass were beyond amazing! The whole process from the day we toured the venue to our 'I Do' day was perfect. TPC Sawgrass is a beautiful venue and the staff make you feel so special. It was the most romantic day for my husband and me. Carley was always so quick to get back to me when I had any questions or concerns. We don't have enough words to express how amazing this venue and experience was. The food was top notch, and all our guests raved about how delicious it was! The open bar had excellent liquor options. The bride receives an attendant for the day, and she was so helpful! She served us food and mimosas, steamed all of our dresses, and when my bridesmaid had a button fall off her PJs she sewed it on quickly for her! She was so sweet and made the experience even that much better! Carley will also provide a list of recommended vendors to use, and my advice is to use it! All our vendors were amazing and we have TPC's recommendations to thank for that. As any bride wants, I dreamed of a perfect day and it truly was thanks to Carley and the staff at TPC Sawgrass. If you are looking for the most beautiful venue, best staff, and the perfect day, book TPC Sawgrass!

We couldn't have had a more special day at TPC Sawgrass! The staff went above and beyond and our day was better than we could have asked or imagined! Carley, the event planner, was so involved, supportive, and understanding as we had to re-schedule our wedding and change plans multiple times due to the pandemic. She saw our vision and helped make it happen! We had a last minute change from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor one due to rain and the staff had everything moved and the room looked gorgeous in the shortest amount of time. Guests were blown away that that wasn't the original plan. We will carry our special day with us for the rest of our lives and are so thankful that we chose to do our wedding at TPC. We wouldn't have it any other way!
We can't say enough good things about our experience with TPC. Carley and the team at TPC were so accommodating. We never had any issues with communication, they were always one step ahead of us and anticipated everything we'd need for our day. With the pandemic we had a lot of changes and TPC never missed a beat. We were nervous moving forward with the wedding with COVID on the rise, especially considering my husband and I, and many of our guests being in the medical field. TPC took protective measures and at no point did we feel unsafe. We highly recommend holding your even at TPC Sawgrass. It's the best decision we made regarding our wedding.

TPC Sawgrass went above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process. They had every detail down to perfection and each staff member was so helpful, professional, and organized. I would never get married anywhere else in the Jacksonville area! We love Carley!!! The day off, Colleen helped all of us so much and was so calming for what was a stressful morning.

Our wedding was on August 22, 2020 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach and it was one of the best experiences we could have wished for on our wedding day. Our wedding coordinator Carley Rodriguez absolutely was awesome! Our personalities clicked with her from the onset of our first meeting which was almost a year from when our actual reception would take place. Carley was the 3rd coordinator we had and she was by far the best. We were so fortunate to have her as she not only listened to what our vision was, but she also was able to provide ideas that tied it all together. We hadn't yet selected a wedding coordinator at this time so her being able to provide some additional ideas to us was great! With us having to deal with the pandemic and having to change our wedding date from spring to summer TPC did everything to ensure we secured another date that we wanted. As for the stellar service we received on the day of our wedding I honestly can't put all into words. The venue itself was stunning, food was beyond amazing and all of our guest were attended to like they were the only ones there. If you're planning a wedding in Northeast Florida, there is no better venue than TPC Sawgrass.
At any time of year or in any circumstance, the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse is a beautiful venue for a wedding. But the staff really demonstrated their caring and professionalism this year, when my daughter was one of the many brides forced to postpone her long-planned wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions.
It was a particularly difficult year for our family. After losing my mother (and nearly losing my father) to Coronavirus, and then having to cancel my daughter's bridesmaids' cruise and reschedule her shower (three times!), it was so disappointing to have to postpone the wedding itself. And as the summer wore on -- with no end in sight to the COVID concerns -- we began to fear that her wedding would either have to be postponed again or scaled back to the point that it was not what we wanted for her wedding day.
Throughout all of these trials and delays, however, TPC's event manager and wedding coordinator were an absolute pleasure to work with. At every step, they kept us informed and reassured us that they would do everything they could to help us achieve our original vision while still adhering to all required safety and social distancing precautions.
Thanks to their guidance and support, my daughter's wedding turned out exactly as we envisioned. From the venue to the food to the reception, every detail was perfection -- so much so, that for days after the wedding we received rave reviews from guests, who said it was the loveliest wedding they had ever attended. ("Classy," "Elegant" and "First Class" were among the compliments we received.)
We can't thank TPC Sawgrass enough for all that they did to make our daughter's special day one that we will always cherish and remember.
Where do I start. Not only is TPC Sawgrass an incredible venue, but the staff is second to none. When we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19, Carley and her team were willing to work with us and we’re incredibly supportive of our decision. Cancelling our big day was heartbreaking not only because we were not going to have the wedding we had originally dreamed of, but because we were not going to get to work with the staff at TPC to make our dreams come true. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience and would recommend this venue to anyone!
I can not express enough how accommodating this Venue’s Staff is.
After having to change our original plans with them due to the Pandemic we went from 200 guests to 16 so my daughter had her original wedding date and the venue .
They were so helpful in all of our replanning .
I know most girls dream of their wedding day .
Who knew this would happen after almost a year of planning.
I have to say even tho we missed sharing it with friends and family she had the most beautiful and fun wedding day.

My husband and I chose TPC Sawgrass as our wedding venue due to his longstanding love of golf and the beauty of the clubhouse. We initially were planning a 200 guest May 2020 wedding, however due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 we knew we would not be able to carry out our original plan due to the Florida shutdown. Carley and her staff were more than accommodating in making sure we were still able to have the TPC experience. We were offered multiple dates later in the year to reschedule, but also was offered the option of keeping our original date with a smaller guest list. We elected to have a 16 guest wedding which was in compliance with the state COVID restrictions. Carley helped coordinate with our vendors and went above and beyond to help us pull off this new plan in just two weeks. She personally drove my husband and I across the property with our photographer so that we could have all of the pictures we wanted. She arranged an intimate reception that was complete with a cocktail hour, open bar, and plated dinner from the private dining menu. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was spectacular! Even though it was not what we had originally envisioned, we would not change a thing! We would highly recommend TPC Sawgrass to any couple planning a wedding, either large or small. :)
TPC Sawgrass is a stunning venue and working with the entire team there was a pure joy! Carley and her staff were professional, accommodating and just truly a pleasure to work with. All details were ironed out way in advance of the wedding date which made us feel at ease leading up. We don't live in the area so through phone calls and email communications we were able to manage - overall blown away on how everything turned out. The staff during the wedding was on time and all of our guests couldn't speak more highly about the what an incredible wedding it was. There is no better place to have your wedding in the Jacksonville area than TPC Sawgrass. This venue is absolutely stunning both inside and outside and the service you will receive is impeccable. There is no question that TPC simply just knows what they are doing, and they know how to do it right. We worked with both Molly and Carley at TPC who are both professional, organized and personally invest in their weddings to make you feel as if you are their only one. Everything about working with TPC was incredible. From our first walk through, our tasting to the wedding day. Even the morning of the wedding the bridesmaids and groomsmen all got ready at TPC and were treated to incredible food and service. I cannot say enough good things about TPC Sawgrass and their wedding team! Having our reception at TPC was the best decision!
TPC is an absolutely beautiful venue! Our wedding day was over and above our wildest expectations!
We planned the event with the help of Carley Rodriguez. She was responsive to all our needs, communicated effectively and cordially with all our vendors and worked to create an exceptionally extraordinary event. Our wedding day was extraordinary! The property is spectacular, and our guests enjoyed doing family photo shoots on the grand staircase and the lawn overlooking the 17th hole! In spite of the overcast day, our photos are incredible due to the lovely architecture and the natural beauty of the grounds.
Carley worked tirelessly with me to create the perfect atmosphere for our affair. She accommodated the needs of our remarkable DJ, Frederick Hart, LLC, to maximize the reception hall for elegant dining and optimum dance space. She was diligent to attend to the details we envisioned and ensured that both the ceremony and reception were beyond our expectations. Since our event was a destination wedding for much of our family and friends, Carley recommended lodging options at the Hilton Garden Inn that far exceeded our expectations. It is apparent that the relationships the venue staff has made with the surrounding businesses will fully enhance any event you plan at TPC.
The food was exceptional. Steak was cooked perfectly, served hot and presentation was outstanding. The Chicken Florentine was brilliant! Wine service was outstanding. We had quite a few guests with allergies and the kitchen staff was particularly attentive to each of their needs and the servers focused carefully to ensure they were well cared for. Our guests were spoiled with great dinner and wine service.
My two major disappointments were during cocktail hour and the close of the celebration. During the cocktail hour the appetizers were scarce and many of our guests never saw a tray passed before them. For a crowd of 200 people, trays of only six appetizers do not go far. The service staff did not get to the bulk of the guests before having to refill their trays, and only the guests closest to the door of the bar area were served and the majority of guests on the interior went without appetizers. Additionally, at the end of the evening, the service staff in their eagerness to clean, took full beverages from our guest tables before the event was complete. Since the bar closed an hour before the event ended, guests did not get the opportunity to fully enjoy their beer and cocktails. The considerable expense of these services warrants better training. The staff should be aware that each guest should be respected and served properly. If four different appetizers were served, each guest should have the opportunity to experience every option. It doesn’t matter how good the appetizers and drinks are if the staff limits the opportunity to taste them.
Because every bit of service outside of those two exceptions, was over and above a five-star experience, I still would rate TPC Sawgrass a Five Star Experience! Our guests raved about the venue, food and atmosphere. I am forever grateful for the perfect wedding day that Carley helped to create. Everyone in attendance will cherish the memories of celebrating our wedding day and dancing the night away at TPC Sawgrass!

TPC Sawgrass was amazing! We had no worries the day of the wedding and they helped tremendously leading up to keep us organized and helped plan, especially since we were planning from Tennessee. Molly was fantastic and very organized.

TPC Sawgrass was a DREAM wedding venue. We worked with Molly Mieras Kirk, and the whole experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Molly made every little thing we wanted happen with any issues. She made the planning process so easy for us and stress free!! Not only is the venue itself gorgeous, but the staff is the most incredible I have ever come across; there are so attentive to their guests. I could not imagine having held my wedding anywhere else! We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding reception! The space was large, the views were spectacular, planning was painless, and the food and cake were AMAZING! Molly and her team truly took care of everything and I am so thankful for that.
After attending The Player's Championship we fell in love with the beauty of the Clubhouse. Never actually thinking we could get married there, we decided to check out the venue anyways. After inquiring, Molly became our contact, we quickly scheduled a meeting to tour the facility, and from there our dreams became a reality! From the very beginning Molly was amazing to work with. She was really personable, always answered my (many) questions- quickly, and was always willing to help out and give any input or advice when asked! The day of the wedding she truly went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we had everything we needed, she even helped steam my dress- which blew me away, and she helped make sure we were able to get all the photos taken that we wanted- even when construction or sprinklers posed a challenge. Reading reviews everyone raved about the food, and now I understand why. Every one of our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was.. A month later and they are still talking about it! It was really that good! And the cake, which is included in the wedding package, from Classic Cakes was phenomenal! I can't wait to eat the top layer on our anniversary!! The venue as a whole is just amazing. They take care of so much for you and it's just so beautiful. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside on the lawn overlooking the 18th hole, our reception was inside in the Sunset Room, and it was all perfect. Everything went so smoothly and it was honestly the best day of my life.
My husband I just got married at TPC on March 5, 2016 and we had an absolutely beautiful wedding there. I started wedding planning about 1.5 years ago and during that time, I worked very closely with Danielle time and she was truly wonderful to work with. I absolutely love Danielle. We emailed back and forth constantly and she was always very quick in responding and always answered all my questions. She was extremely sweet and helpful and it was always easy to schedule an appointment to meet with her in person as well. In addition, TPC makes wedding planning easy with how much is already included in the package. TPC is a BEAUTIFUL place to have a wedding. My guests and family loved the venue and kept telling me how beautiful the wedding was. The food was delicious and dinner was served in a very timely manner. The servers were prompt and very professional. The entire TPC staff was extremely helpful, kind, nice, and very professional. Throughout the evening, the staff members all insured that my husband and I were doing well and asked if there was anything they could help with. We had the wedding of our dreams at TPC Sawgrass and I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

One stop shop is the best way to describe my experience at TPC Sawgrass! Danielle Chalmers was incredible to work with and she along with the rest of the staff made planning my wedding there as easy as possible. The venue, food and service at the TPC are top notch and what you get for the price is hard to find anywhere else!! They really do a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.
My daughter got married here over Labor Day. Danielle Chalmers was our wedding coordinator. We could not have had a better experience. Everyone raved about the food, the service and the venue. We had to move the wedding indoors at the last minute due to the weather but the staff did this seamlessly. I could not have been more pleased.
My husband and I had a perfect wedding at TPC Sawgrass. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The food was delicious, there was on one guest that didn't like the food. Molly, the special event and catering manager, was so helpful. She made all our decisions easy, she never rushed us, she ensured that our ceremony and wedding ran smoothly, she made sure we got a "to go" bag of food for after the reception. The venue itself is beautiful and being able to take some of wedding pictures on the 17th hole was priceless.
We held our rehearsal dinner at TPC and I wish we would have had the wedding and reception here as well! The coordinator was on top of everything and the whole event went very smooth. Could not have been happier!

The cake, food, ceremony, reception, chairs, and tables with linens are all included with the price. The food was fantastic! Of course we chose to have a plated dinner for our guests, which did not disappoint. We were told that we had the best food out of any wedding that any of our guests had been to. We were also told of how beautiful everything was, and how wonderful the wedding flowed.
I have to say a special thanks to Molly Mieras, our wedding specialist at TPC Sawgrass, because without her, all of my dreams would not have come true. She was always there, checking in on how I was doing with vendors and gathering everything for the wedding. When I had concerns, she always helped me through them and always gave the best advice. On my wedding day, we had our own personal staff waiting on us throughout the day while we were getting ready, and Molly even came in to check on our progress and made sure I was feeling okay. During the reception Molly helped me with my dress, because of course from all the dancing, the bustle broke. She was ready to help with pins to pin it back in place for the remainder of the reception. I just absolutely loved how generous she was with everything, and it really helped make everything seem like a fairytale.
I promise to any bride interested in having their wedding at TPC Sawgrass that they will not be disappointed. It was an absolutely beautiful venue, and I would not have done it anywhere else.

Molly Mieras and the TPC staff did an outstanding job for our wedding October 4, 2014. I met with Molly 1 year leading up to the wedding and there wasn't one aspect of the ceremony or wedding that was overlooked. She took care of all my needs big and small, communicated with my vendors, gave me great recommendations, and worked with me on every little detail. There was also not one email or phone call that wasn't responded to right away. She is friendly, organized, direct, attentive, responsible, fun and easy to relate with. She puts the bride at ease in every situation. Everyone raved about the staff, food, venue, cake (that comes with your TPC package) and sparkler exit. 5 stars all around!!

I could never say enough great things about TPC Sawgrass and the event coordinator, Molly Mieras. She made all of our choices and decisions easy and PERFECT! We held the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception at TPC Sawgrass and it was stunningly beautiful and perfect! The food was the best ever! The service was wonderful. Everything was exactly as we planned it. Even last minute decisions like a videographer, snacks in the locker rooms, etc. were handled calmly and with such professionalism! I don't think you could find a more perfect wedding venue.

We chose TPC Sawgrass about a year and a half in advance because we were having a June wedding and knew the dates could book up fast. They made the entire process seem seamless. Chris Hoffman was great at coordinating everything with my wedding planner. The actual wedding night was fantastic.. everything went off without a hitch. The food was great, the drinks were flowing, and the staff were soo accomodating! If you want a place that doesn't miss a beat, this is your place! Very professional personnel. Would have another event here in a heartbeat.

I just recently had my wedding at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse and couldn't have dreamed of a better venue. The staff is exceptional. Wedding coordinator Christine Hoffmann is truly proficient in event planning/coordinating. The waitstaff & chef are elite and the aesthetics of the venue itself are gorgeous and photograph well.
TPC Sawgrass was a great venue and great staff for my husband and I. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside and in typical Florida June fashion it rained during our ceremony. The staff, mainly the wedding coordinator, Chris made the back up plan look amazing and the process went so smoothly I didn't have to do a thing. They catered to us and our families all night long. 10 star staff!
