TPC Sawgrass

My husband and I got married at the TPC on August 17th, 2024. We booked the venue with the TPC after touring about eight months prior to the wedding date. Carley Rodriguez is the event manager and truly is world class. From the moment we booked the venue she provided a clear guideline for us in regard to decisions needing to be made, things to consider, and helped guide our lack of knowledge to the wedding planning world and all it entails. To be honest with you this is huge for me as I have a very busy schedule, and my husband is military so time and preference towards each little detail was not our style. In that we wanted a day that was worthy of our love. At other venues we visited during the booking process, I felt most planners were so seasoned in the process that I was just another number in the equation. This was the exact opposite experience at the Players Club. Everything is tailored towards your needs, and they truly try to know you as a couple and family. They accommodated each family member's concerns effectively while making sure this was fitting of my vision. The professionalism is unmatched and appreciated when making big decisions with big emotions. The truth behind Wedding Planning …….. Wedding planning can be stressful, I can honestly say I was the least stressed when communicating with anyone from the staff at the TPC. All accommodations were consistent and punctual down to each detail. Carley and her team helped facilitate a countless number of questions from family and vendors eight months prior. For someone who is not as experienced with social media I felt there were clear expectations and great communication with all associated parties. The week before our wedding Carley called to check in with us and told us she would love to give us a bigger room as our guest count was growing and the room happened to be open. My fiancé and I both wanted to display personal touches around the venue which the TPC was more than accommodating on and even let me keep the things at the venue a week prior so I would not have an extra thing to think about. This is rare. Let me tell you. I appreciated the extra thought that went into this as I could not possibly understand the world wind of emotions and effort that goes into planning a wedding like this. Important small things that could be big things… Day of we had four guests show up unannounced and Carly and her team took care of it seamlessly without me or the other guests knowing the error. The event space is home to world class golfers and has an amazing restaurant that just so happens to be within a few feet of our ceremony space. Everyone was so kind and respectful you could hear a pin drop. In the midst of the grand space and guests everything felt so private. The staff made every effort to make sure common wedding mistakes such as not eating were not a factor in our day. Getting ready we had the most kind and accommodating service from the staff who waited on us hand and foot. It can be a long day prior to the ceremony and is something I worried about after going to other weddings prior. The lighting in the rooms is perfect and they have just about everything you could need or want to feel refreshed and ready after the long getting ready process. The entire venue has timeless touches and huge windows that let in the most stunning yet shaded light. Food…. The food was the best food I’ve ever had at any wedding. Not only was it fresh, light, and tasty but they were even accommodated for those who chose “vegetarian” options. It was so sophisticated that even those who choose vegan options had certain items removed from the salad starter or certain generalized ingredients removed. This was so impressive. Not to mention the cake that is included in your price at booking. I’m already excited for our 1-year anniversary solely to eat the AMAZING cake. I was worried about food allergies and having a cake worth the event, and they hit it out of the park with both. You have a tasting prior to test out things which we both found so fun. Final thoughts Truly everything about the event, the staff, the implementation of making sure every detail was pristine. I couldn’t be more thankful. We truly had the wedding of our dreams at the TPC. We are so thankful to have the social membership now so we can reminisce on the best day of our lives.

The entire TPC team made my wedding dreams come true! Carley was amazing and helped guide us through every step of the way. TPC was the perfect venue to have my wedding and the views are amazing! Our daughter's wedding was beautiful! Carley and the entire team at TPC are top notch - You can not ask for a better venue or group of people. It is truly more than a venue, it is an experience your guests will truly appreciate. From our first visit through to the wedding, we always said that "TPC understands the assignment!" They made it so easy to work with them by structuring their wedding bundles with all of the essentials and were very responsive to our vision initially and along the way. The wedding was spectacular and here are a few of the details that make TPC an incredible place to get maried. THE SPACE - Indoors and outdoors, iconic photo spots (our guests could not get over the views, the staircase, etc...), the ballroom is gorgeous, the bar area functioned as a lounge area with soft seating that our guests also loved. The dedicated and private getting ready rooms with a kind and knowledgeable attendant were a must-have. And...EVERY vendor we used said how much they love it when they get to work at TPC - that says a lot right there! THE FOOD & BAR - No banquet food at TPC. From the appetizers at cocktail hour to the main course duet to the delicious wedding cake and late night snacks...everyone was raving. Drinks were perfect - selections and pours were all on point. No stingy bartenders :) THE NEARBY HOTELS - Having the Marriott and Hilton properties along with the other shops, bars and restaurants at Sawgrass Village so close was another huge win!
