Tracy managed an insane amount of contracts for me. She did research of many options before we settled on each vendor. I always valued her opinion on who would be the best person to work with. The day of was like a well oiled machine because of her incredible planning. She was so much more than a wedding planner. She was my hype girl, my rock, and an empathetic listener through everything. I wish I could work with Tracy again and again and again. The wedding day was beyond perfect, all because of Tracy and her team. I could never thank them enough.

ything begin so seamlessly. Our original wedding day was scheduled for June 6, 2020, and all us brides know how that went. During so many unknowns, replanning and contemplating, Brittany and Tracy were flexible, understanding and supportive in all the ways I could’ve asked for. We ended up postponing our wedding to May 29, 2021 where we had Trace Events for Month of/Day of coordination. I can SAFELY & HONESTLY say we got well more than our money’s worth. Our team for that time was Brittany and Sydney who put in so much work mentally and physically to make for a worry free day on our end. We literally did not worry about a single detail from the moment we woke up to the moment we went to sleep (they also pack away all the decor at the end of the night- and TRUST ME you’ll want/need that). I don’t know what I would’ve done without them (& surely would’ve forgotten many things!). Brittany, Sydney and Tracy are an incredible team who is genuinely so nice and compassionate, and wanting the absolute best for your day. I love you each & could not recommend this team more!!

after talking to a couple others we just knew they were the team we needed! We had month of/day of coordination as well as partial planning. Tracy went above and beyond in what I felt she was "obligated" to do. She was always 2 steps ahead of us, and keeping us and our vendors on track. We postponed our wedding due to Covid and they worked around it no problem. I felt like I had known Tracy forever when we finally met on wedding day. I was able to relax and enjoy the day with friends knowing Tracy, Brittany and Sydney had it handled. We had our wedding & ceremony in 2 separate places (and 2 separate hotels) which always adds to more logistics with transportation, and Tracy was a huge help here. I was able to email or text with any question, concern or minor bride meltdown. Tracy was always understanding and solution forward. I would 1,000% recommend them to anyone in need of a wedding planner. I would've been a mess without them!

my husband was skeptical if we needed a Day of Coordinator because of this. After having to reschedule the event multiple times due to COVID, we contacted Trace Events about their services. For the entire month leading up to the wedding, my husband would comment at least once a day about how great of a decision it was to work with Brittany. She answered every question we had promptly, helped us figure out all of the details you never even think of, and did a wonderful job communicating with us and our vendors. We no longer live in the Detroit area and she put every concern I had about planning a wedding from across the county at ease. Our day was perfect and all of the details were executed exactly as we discussed. Besides being great at what they do event wise, Brittany is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She calmed me down, while still making sure everything was going according to plan. My only regret is not working with Trace Events sooner, they are absolutely wonderful!

In the morning/afternoon of we were able to relax and be present with our friends and family. o closely with her was a dream. We hired Tracy for full coordination of our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. From our very first conversation with Trace Events we knew they were the planner for us because of their calm confidence and also because their excitement helped us get excited for our own wedding! In addition to all being lovely people, the Trace Events team are wonderful at their job and extremely professional. Given we were working with a five-hour time difference we especially appreciated how quickly they picked up on how to best work with us and were able to be available at times that worked for us. After just a couple of conversations Tracy took a very high-level wedding ambition from us, turned it into a stunning design, and then closely collaborated with all of the vendors to make sure everything aligned with this design. It was so nice being able to fully delegate such a significant activity and 100% trust in the final product. Trace Events were incredible at doing all of the logistical heavy lifting and then presenting us with decision points when our input was needed, while also at making sure we always felt like we were in the loop. From our side it was such a good feeling knowing that all we had to do was ask the team something or mention a concern and we would know it would be handled. Tracy and her team always responded promptly to any feedback. We loved every catch up we had with Tracy as you could always feel her passion for her profession. That was such a wonderful feeling at the end of a long day and helped keep us excited throughout the whole process. It was so special to not have to worry about venue set-up, tear down, or any of the running logistics at any point during the buildup and the day itself because that meant we got to spend so much more time with our friends and families while fully trusting the Trace Events team to handle everything else. We strongly, strongly recommend Trace Events for your wedding. We are so thankful we did.

he schedule was a bit complicated - we had a picnic planned for lunch at a park about 30 min away and an evening party at our house. Tracy and her team worked with us on planning starting about 6 weeks before the event - her advice was invaluable, especially since there were a ton of moving parts. And of course our region had probably the worst weather of the summer on the day of our event - we had a heatwave in the afternoon followed by high winds, a torrential downpour, massive power outages, downed wires, etc. in the evening. Tracy and her team were on top of it, putting up, moving, and then putting back decorations, switching out the linens that were soaked, drying off chairs, etc. all while making sure my husband and I were taken care of at all times. Ultimately, everyone had a great time! My only regret is that I wish I’d hired her for full service planning. (I was just entering my second trimester when we had the reception and man that exhaustion is no joke!) Either way, you cannot go wrong with Tracy - she’s fabulous!

Brittany oversaw everything on the day of my wedding and she was phenomenal! She was such a trooper even helping with our dog who was part of the ceremony! She watched her and fed her treats to make sure she behaved. She was continually checking on my husband and I, asking if we needed anything! She even brought us drinks when we were low, saving us trips to the bar. She was the first one there and the last one to leave. At the end of the night she made sure we got into our Uber and I had not a single worry that everything was taken care of because of her! I can’t express enough the relief it was to have her!!! I would highly recommend Trace events!!!!

Even when I was stressed before the ceremony because of something uncontrollable with a bridal party member having a medical emergency, they just rolled with everything and were so patient. The day even stayed on schedule thanks to all vendors involved! But I think I was a little crazy and anxious appearing probably during those moments and they still were reassuring and helpful. y enjoy the day with zero worries, Tracy was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process! A lot of people wonder if they need a venue coordinator AND a day-of/month-of coordinator, and let this review convince you, yes you do! If you value keeping calm and having help from a pro when something inevitably doesn't go as planned, (believe me, it will), you'll want someone that can handle all of the moving pieces that come with a wedding, vs. just someone who deals with the venue (catering, etc.). I had ordered a seating chart from Etsy and it just never showed up, and was a big part of the flow (and look) of the event. With less than 48 hours to mitigate, Tracy stepped up and got us something very similar to what we had custom-made, and it was gorgeous and it's like the issue never happened! Tracy and her team are true professionals, and honestly we couldn't recommend her enough. We're excited to see her business grow!

as a partial coordinator. From the very first phone call I had with Tracy to the last hug we had at the end of my crazy wedding day, she was incredibly caring and accommodating. She did everything she possibly could to make sure that I was not stressed leading up to the day and on the big day. I could not be happier with how the entire day went. Tracy and Brittany made sure that all the vendors were where they needed to be and that they were paid. They also made sure that we stuck to the time line of the day to the T. I honestly would have been lost without them. There was a point where Tracy said alright time to go cut the cake. On the way over to the cake, I saw a family member that I had not seen in over five years because of family drama and I broke down while hugging him. Tracy came over and very nicely, but also very to the point told me that I needed to get myself together because my husband and I needed to cut the cake before the photographer had to leave. I am beyond grateful for all the hard work they did for my husband and me. Because of their amazing work I was able to relax and enjoy every second of marrying my man and the celebration afterwards. Tracy is a very hardworking and passionate person who runs an amazing wedding planning service!!

lanning my wedding I knew my mom and I could handle it. But quickly I found that with everything that goes into planning a wedding it was vital for my mom and me to have some help the month of the wedding, so we both could actually enjoy the wedding day and not have to worry about anything but enjoying the day. Tracy was just what we needed! We hired her about 7 months before the wedding, and even though her responsibilities were not contracted to kick-in until 6 weeks before the wedding if I ever had a question or needed a recommendation Tracy was there to give me her input, and she always responded super quick. When it came time to the wedding month Tracy guided my mom and me through everything and made sure we had everything squared away for the wedding week. The week of the wedding Tracy handled reaching out to all of our vendors to coordinate the day of wedding details which was so nice because I could not have imagined handling that the week of the wedding with everything else going on. I was able to completely relax an enjoy (which is not always easy for my type-A self to do) all of the wedding festivities and knew that Tracy had everything covered and would bring our wedding vision to life. That she did!! Our breath was taken away when we walked into the Colony Club, and I can not thank Tracy and her team enough for everything they did to make our wedding the best day of our lives. If you can not tell by now, both my husband, myself, and my entire family can not recommend Tracy enough. She was amazing, and 100% needed. If you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator and think it is not needed I can tell you from my experience that it is needed. They are able to bring your vision to life on the day of the wedding so you can enjoy all of the time with your husband, friends, and family. Thank you so much, Tracy & Team! ed make sure to keep me on track as I planned my wedding and gave me some great vendor recommendations when I got stuck. Tracy perfectly timed out our meetings through the planning process to ensure that I didn't feel overwhelmed and that I was getting everything completed in time. In between our touchpoints she was always available to answer my one-off questions and to talk me off any ledges. From questions about invitation wording and timing, to realigning my hair and makeup timeline, she was always there and ready to help. She was extremely organized and helped everything the day of our wedding run smoothly. On the day of the wedding , she ran to the store to pick up covers for my heels so my shoes wouldn't dig into the ground, when I wasn't sure about the size of the boutonniere for the groom, she quickly called up the florist and had them bring a new one, and my husband and I never had an empty drink the entire night. From when we signed the marriage license to when they closed the bar, she made sure that we always had a drink in hand. My photographer even made a point to comment and thank Tracy, as she was the first wedding planner she had worked with that came around and helped with the bride's train during photos. When I freaked out that I signed the marriage license incorrectly, she calmed me down and made sure I enjoyed the evening and didn't focus on it. Although I was not there for the clean-up and loading, I received multiple positive comments about how quickly they were able to tear down and get everything into the cars at the end of the night. I only listed a couple things in my review, but I could easily write hundreds of things that they helped with throughout the day and night (and I'm sure even hundreds more that I don't even know about). Thank y'all so much! Once again, I cannot thank Tracy and Brittany enough for all of the time and effort they put into my wedding. They made my day truly special and perfect!
