icular venue, and she consistently went to bat for us. Our stress levels stayed LOW through the whole process because we knew Tracey had our backs! She planned the reception of our dreams in just over a year, presenting vendor after vendor who knocked it out of the park. She surrounds herself with team members and vendor referrals who are nothing short of incredible. We spent the night in absolute awe, and had the opportunity to soak in every moment while Tracey and her team hustled behind the scenes. Every time a family or friend complimented how stunning the evening was, our immediate response was “thanks to our wedding planner!”. We will shout her out as much as possible, she deserves every ounce of praise and success. We love you Tracey!

perfect wedding day. From day one Tracey was professional, extremely organized, transparent, and very communicative. On top of all that she was such a pleasure to work with. She was always positive and had so much excitement for our big day. We had a vision for what we wanted our wedding to be and Tracey literally brought the vision to life in the most amazing way. The reception room reveal was one of my favorite parts of the day. We were stunned on how perfect it all was. She literally transformed a plain room into the most stunning, elegant, and sexy room I have ever seen. In addition Tracey made the day run so smoothly. She truly went above and beyond on all aspects. We can’t thank Tracey and her team enough for what they did for us, I really could go on and on. She truly made our special day so perfect and we are forever grateful! I’m already trying to find a reason to hire Tracey again!

what she does! Her love and passion for her couples and what she does for them is quite apparent. She wants nothing but the best for her couples! Everything is taken into consideration and nothing is overlooked or forgotten! I was highly impressed with just how on top of EVERYTHING, she was. From where things were, to problem solving, to orchestrating everything - she had an answer for everything and everyone. Can't say it enough - highly recommend Tracey! detail. On our wedding day, they took care of everything, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every precious moment. Tracey’s calm presence and expert coordination ensured that everything went smoothly, and we never had to worry about a thing. We felt so supported and cared for, knowing that every detail was in capable hands. Thanks to Tracey, our wedding day was perfect and unforgettable! Highly recommend booking them!

om our first session, her attention to detail was impressive, and on the big day, I felt completely at ease as she managed countless tasks behind the scenes without needing to involve me. Her calming presence and professionalism were exactly what I needed! Tracey also provided great vendor recommendations, and her esthetic was similar to mine that her opinions on florals and set up aligned with my wedding vision. One of the most thoughtful surprises from her team was a video montage, as she knew I was uncertain about hiring a videographer. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is organized, supportive, and goes above and beyond, work with Tracey! Her work ethic, communication, and true talent for event planning made her a joy to collaborate with. Thank you x1000, Tracey and team!

at every moment. She anticipated our needs and filled in where there were any unanticipated gaps. I would strongly recommend hiring Tracey and Opulent Events!

oned. Initially I think my fiancé was unsure about whether we “needed” to hire a planner/DOC but now he is fully converted and tells her friends to hire not just anyone, but to hire Tracey. She really took our crazy ideas and ran with them and went above and beyond her call of duty. She worked with us as we cancelled florist contracts only months before our wedding and found a replacement that blew our expectations out of the water. She thinks of every single detail, from logistics to design, we felt so confident with her on our team. There wasn’t anything too trivial we felt we couldn’t ask her about. The team she brings along were also so so great and attended our wedding party’s needs and made sure we were on track throughout the day. We are certain that we wouldn’t have enjoyed our day or the months and weeks leading up to it if she wasn’t part of our team. We felt like we could relax and enjoy ourselves and our guests without addressing problems or managing our other vendors. Tracey’s expert level ability to pivot and address any questions or issues that pop is exactly what any bride or groom needs in their corner. A true professional from start to finish but also so warm and funny she felt like a friend. I feel like I’ve been raving to anyone that is willing to listen to me about her and what a worthwhile investment it was. Please do not hesitate to book your event with her and please reach out if you want to hear about our experience with her. We are so thrilled, THANK YOU TRACEY!!!

detail was addressed, even those that we had not considered. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and it showed on our wedding day. I often wondered how one person could keep track of all of the details but I think it just comes naturally to her. She never skipped a beat. Tracey says that she and her staff work to make you feel so relaxed on your day that you feel like a guest at your own wedding and that is exactly what she did for us! They are the best of the best!

rst meeting, Tracey demonstrated a keen understanding of our vision and went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. Tracey's attention to detail is unparalleled. She meticulously planned every aspect of our wedding, from venue set up and vendor negotiations to the finer details like floral arrangements and seating charts. Her organizational skills ensured that nothing was overlooked, and her proactive communication kept us informed and at ease throughout the entire process, even for an A type bride like myself. One of the standout qualities of Tracey is her creativity and ability to personalize the experience. She listened to our ideas and incorporated them seamlessly into the overall design, making our wedding unique and reflective of our personalities. Her suggestions were always thoughtful and enhanced the overall aesthetic and feel of our special day. On the day of the wedding, Tracey was a calm and composed presence, managing the timeline flawlessly and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her coordination allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration without worrying about any logistical issues. Day-of snags are inevitable, but with Tracey at the helm, as the Bride I didn’t know they were happening. It wasn’t until the next day that I found out one of my bridesmaid’s dresses busted and Tracey sewed it back together, or that we ordered so much extra alcohol that it didn’t fit in our car but Tracey still found a way to get it all back to us, or that surprise guests showed up! She was also my evening hair and makeup stylist so it stayed on point, my veil and bustle expert which was no small undertaking, and most importantly our #1 hype woman. What truly sets Tracey apart is her genuine care and dedication to her couples. She loves love! You can feel it when working with her. She treated our wedding as if it were her own, and her passion for her work was evident in every detail. Her warm and friendly demeanor made working with her an absolute joy, and we always felt that we were in capable and loving hands. We are incredibly grateful to Tracey for making our wedding day perfect. Her hard work, creativity, and unwavering support made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend Tracey to anyone in need of an outstanding wedding planner and coordinator. She is truly exceptional at what she does, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to bring our vision to life. Thank you, Tracey, for everything!

r. Tracey went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had the perfect day. We were so happy with her during the process because she made sure that every single detail was covered and many of them were important small details my husband and I never thought of. Everything she did for us was so thoughtful and caring that we didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Not only did she have continuous follow up, but she also went above and beyond and had multiple venue visits before the wedding day. We are so grateful for everything Tracey and her team did for us. I know that our day was so special because of her. I would highly recommend Tracey for anyone who is looking for a wedding planner!

She was detail oriented, organized, worked diligently to provide multiple options for vendors that worked within our budget and truly made my vision come to life! I would not change a single thing from my experience working with Tracey and hope to work with her again in the future!

She even went above and beyond, making sure our guests were comfortable and happy. Stop reading this review and just book her now. You will not regret it! We cannot recommend Tracey enough. She is an incredible coordinator and an even more incredible person. We are so grateful to have had her on our team and will never forget how amazing she made our wedding day.

nal details. Tracey is detail-oriented and very organized, which was extremely helpful during the planning process. During our wedding day, Tracey and her team did an incredible job at making sure everything ran smoothly and keeping us on track. Tracey, Sarah, and the rest of the Opulent Events team are very personable and we enjoyed working with them very much. We couldn't have done this wedding without Tracey and couldn't recommend her and the Opulent Events team more highly!

execution was flawless. Tracey was very easy to work with and the most competent in the industry. I had Tracey and her team for an entire weekend event, and I could not have asked for a better coordinator/planner. Everyone was so accommodating, professional, and pleasant. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and strong communication skills. I was able to be a guest and not worry. She delivered on all promises with such grace and ease. By far one of the best in Columbus, OH.

sts which required a lot of coordinating and moving parts! Tracey handled it flawlessly, both the many many hours of planning in the months prior to every little detail the wedding weekend required. She coordinated all the vendors, payments, bridal party, and more without even one hiccup! I truly enjoyed the whole process with Zero stress thanks to her. She helped bring my vision to life and it was everything I dreamed of and more. My family and I want to throw another event just to use her and her staff again! Absolute perfection. THANK YOU TRACEY! Xoxo

and responsive from the start, and thought of so many things that I would have never known needed planned on my own. While she was technically just hired for “month-of” coordination, Tracey came with us to every final meeting (starting 3 months before the wedding) and served as the point person for all of my questions long before we actually got to the wedding month. The timeline she created for the day was absolutely seamless. I went into the wedding with the mindset that “something” would go wrong (as everyone always tells you), and that it would be okay when it did. But the day was without even the smallest of hiccups, and it was entirely due to Tracey and her team. They were attentive but not overbearing and had incredible attention to detail. As an example, my mom’s corsage had a few flowers that had started to wilt due to the heat, and Tracey + Anne were immediately on it to get a replacement before the florist left. They also took the time to help a guest find somewhere private to pump. Many seemingly small things like this made all the difference in the night for not just us, but our guests. I can’t recommend Tracey enough.

me tell you, Tracey knocked this one out of the park! Her professionalism was evident from the first Zoom call we had together with the couple prior to their wedding. Tracey was very thorough in covering everything ahead of time. At the wedding, she was incredible to work with. Very coordinated and had everything organized. Since I am very much the same in what I do, I appreciated her efforts in making the wedding day PERFECT for this couple! A perfect wedding starts with a team of hired professionals that are willing to work together as a team for the benefit of the couple. Tracey clearly understands this, which is why I would highly recommend Tracey and her crew to anyone, and would love the opportunity to work with her again sometime.

yone was safe but still having an unforgettable time during our big day. Cannot thank her enough for all she did to make our day so incredibly special. Don't think twice, book her as your wedding planner, you won't regret it!

ily to help us celebrate. I wasn’t sure if I even needed a planner but after the initial phone call I decided to give it a shot. She was so well organized and walked us through everything start to finish - she left no stone unturned and helped to creat an amazing and beautiful day beyond our wildest dreams. She thought of so many details and added such a personal touch for everyone. She arrived early for set up and , guided us through the menu, seating. Table decorations, desserts, timeline of events, and saw it through to the end with cleaning up! She removed all the stress off of us so that we could just simply enjoy our day with our loved ones. She is a true gem and I would recommend her for your event big or small!

and that’s because Tracey was taking care of everything so we could enjoy our big day.

ion of something but I told Tracey here is the items I wanted and just let her take the lead and let her execute it since I had full faith in her. She was patient, understanding, listened and made my dream wedding a reality! Everything was perfect and put all the items out there and made it come to life. Family and friends said how amazing the wedding was including how amazing Tracey was of making sure everyone was pleased with everything. Stuff behind the scenes I had no idea and got so many amazing reviews from family/friends. If you need a wedding coordinator she is your gal ❤️ 1000 recommend.

tations with her to ensure everything was organized and ready for our big day. She was there with a full team the night of our rehearsal dinner to keep everything on track and start setting up. On the day of our wedding, she was with her team again finalizing setup and checking in on us to ensure we were doing okay. She communicated with our vendors before and day of the wedding to make sure they had everything they needed to make their part run smoothly. By hiring Tracey I got to enjoy my wedding weekend completely stress-free, I knew she would have everything under control and she did! I could fully be present with my husband and enjoy time with our guests the whole evening! Tracey and her team at Opulent Events are wonderful and I will recommend them over and over to anyone getting married or having a large event that needs planning!

decided I wanted a different kind of experience... and it was the BEST DECISION EVER!! I almost felt like a guest at my own wedding - because Tracey was running the show!!
