oned. Initially I think my fiancé was unsure about whether we “needed” to hire a planner/DOC but now he is fully converted and tells her friends to hire not just anyone, but to hire Tracey. She really took our crazy ideas and ran with them and went above and beyond her call of duty. She worked with us as we cancelled florist contracts only months before our wedding and found a replacement that blew our expectations out of the water. She thinks of every single detail, from logistics to design, we felt so confident with her on our team. There wasn’t anything too trivial we felt we couldn’t ask her about. The team she brings along were also so so great and attended our wedding party’s needs and made sure we were on track throughout the day. We are certain that we wouldn’t have enjoyed our day or the months and weeks leading up to it if she wasn’t part of our team. She was also my evening hair and makeup stylist so it stayed on point, my veil and bustle expert which was no small undertaking, and most importantly our #1 hype woman. What truly sets Tracey apart is her genuine care and dedication to her couples. She loves love! You can feel it when working with her. She treated our wedding as if it were her own, and her passion for her work was evident in every detail. Her warm and friendly demeanor made working with her an absolute joy, and we always felt that we were in capable and loving hands. and responsive from the start, and thought of so many things that I would have never known needed planned on my own. While she was technically just hired for “month-of” coordination, Tracey came with us to every final meeting (starting 3 months before the wedding) and served as the point person for all of my questions long before we actually got to the wedding month. The timeline she created for the day was absolutely seamless. I went into the wedding with the mindset that “something” would go wrong (as everyone always tells you), and that it would be okay when it did. But the day was without even the smallest of hiccups, and it was entirely due to Tracey and her team. They were attentive but not overbearing and had incredible attention to detail. As an example, my mom’s corsage had a few flowers that had started to wilt due to the heat, and Tracey + Anne were immediately on it to get a replacement before the florist left. They also took the time to help a guest find somewhere private to pump. Many seemingly small things like this made all the difference in the night for not just us, but our guests. I can’t recommend Tracey enough.

She was so well organized and walked us through everything start to finish - she left no stone unturned and helped to creat an amazing and beautiful day beyond our wildest dreams.
