Tracey and her staff were amazing from start to finish. Fantastic in every way. Easy to work with. Responsive to needs/questions. Excellent in interactions with vendors. Every detail was addressed, even those that we had not considered. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and it showed on our wedding day. I often wondered how one person could keep track of all of the details but I think it just comes naturally to her. She never skipped a beat. We recently had the pleasure of working with Tracey as our wedding planner over a span of six months, and we cannot express enough how exceptional her service was. Day-of snags are inevitable, but with Tracey at the helm, as the Bride I didn’t know they were happening. It wasn’t until the next day that I found out one of my bridesmaid’s dresses busted and Tracey sewed it back together, or that we ordered so much extra alcohol that it didn’t fit in our car but Tracey still found a way to get it all back to us, or that surprise guests showed up! She was also my evening hair and makeup stylist so it stayed on point, my veil and bustle expert which was no small undertaking, and most importantly our #1 hype woman. What truly sets Tracey apart is her genuine care and dedication to her couples. She loves love! You can feel it when working with her. She treated our wedding as if it were her own, and her passion for her work was evident in every detail. Her warm and friendly demeanor made working with her an absolute joy, and we always felt that we were in capable and loving hands. We are incredibly grateful to Tracey for making our wedding day perfect. Her hard work, creativity, and unwavering support made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. My husband and I hired Tracey because we were stressed out trying to plan our own wedding and we were hoping to make our planning process easier. Wow did Tracey and her team deliver. Tracey went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had the perfect day. We were so happy with her during the process because she made sure that every single detail was covered and many of them were important small details my husband and I never thought of. Tracey is OUTSTANDING!!!! I cannot recommend Opulent Events enough! Tracey and her staff did an amazing job with my wedding. We did a tented wedding at my parents with over 250 guests which required a lot of coordinating and moving parts! Tracey handled it flawlessly, both the many many hours of planning in the months prior to every little detail the wedding weekend required. She coordinated all the vendors, payments, bridal party, and more without even one hiccup! I truly enjoyed the whole process with Zero stress thanks to her. As someone who initially hesitated on hiring a month-of wedding coordinator, I can confidently say that you NEED Tracey & her team at your wedding. Tracey was incredibly organized and responsive from the start, and thought of so many things that I would have never known needed planned on my own. While she was technically just hired for “month-of” coordination, Tracey came with us to every final meeting (starting 3 months before the wedding) and served as the point person for all of my questions long before we actually got to the wedding month. The timeline she created for the day was absolutely seamless. I went into the wedding with the mindset that “something” would go wrong (as everyone always tells you), and that it would be okay when it did. But the day was without even the smallest of hiccups, and it was entirely due to Tracey and her team. They were attentive but not overbearing and had incredible attention to detail. As an example, my mom’s corsage had a few flowers that had started to wilt due to the heat, and Tracey + Anne were immediately on it to get a replacement before the florist left. They also took the time to help a guest find somewhere private to pump. Many seemingly small things like this made all the difference in the night for not just us, but our guests. I can’t recommend Tracey enough.

I am a wedding DJ who had the opportunity to work with Tracey at a recent wedding ceremony & reception. I have worked with several planners and coordinators in the past , and let me tell you, Tracey knocked this one out of the park! Her professionalism was evident from the first Zoom call we had together with the couple prior to their wedding. Tracey was very thorough in covering everything ahead of time. At the wedding, she was incredible to work with. Very coordinated and had everything organized. Since I am very much the same in what I do, I appreciated her efforts in making the wedding day PERFECT for this couple! A perfect wedding starts with a team of hired professionals that are willing to work together as a team for the benefit of the couple. Tracey clearly understands this, which is why I would highly recommend Tracey and her crew to anyone, and would love the opportunity to work with her again sometime.

I can’t say enough good things about Tracey and her crew! My husband and I had a private destination wedding and were wanting to have a small reception/luncheon for friends and family to help us celebrate. I wasn’t sure if I even needed a planner but after the initial phone call I decided to give it a shot. She was so well organized and walked us through everything start to finish - she left no stone unturned and helped to creat an amazing and beautiful day beyond our wildest dreams. She thought of so many details and added such a personal touch for everyone. She arrived early for set up and , guided us through the menu, seating. Table decorations, desserts, timeline of events, and saw it through to the end with cleaning up! She removed all the stress off of us so that we could just simply enjoy our day with our loved ones. She is a true gem and I would recommend her for your event big or small!

Tracey was absolutely wonderful. As a pandemic bride I was pretty stressed out with everything not sure of what would happen, how things would look etc . But truthfully I had a vision of something but I told Tracey here is the items I wanted and just let her take the lead and let her execute it since I had full faith in her. She was patient, understanding, listened and made my dream wedding a reality! Everything was perfect and put all the items out there and made it come to life. Family and friends said how amazing the wedding was including how amazing Tracey was of making sure everyone was pleased with everything. Tracey and her team at Opulent Events were amazing to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Pre-wedding we had multiple consultations with her to ensure everything was organized and ready for our big day. She was there with a full team the night of our rehearsal dinner to keep everything on track and start setting up. On the day of our wedding, she was with her team again finalizing setup and checking in on us to ensure we were doing okay. She communicated with our vendors before and day of the wedding to make sure they had everything they needed to make their part run smoothly. By hiring Tracey I got to enjoy my wedding weekend completely stress-free, I knew she would have everything under control and she did! I could fully be present with my husband and enjoy time with our guests the whole evening!
