Tracy’s Union Events & Services offers a range of wedding-related services that can be customized to fit every client's needs. However, she has created a proven method in which she helps her clients create the least amount of stress and nothing feels like it's "at the last minute". This service is called Event/Wedding Management and starts at the 4 month out mark to be sure that details are talked about and planned before they need to be done so all planning stays ahead of the game.

We cannot express enough how grateful and impressed we were with Tracy's knowledge and professionalism! We first met Tracy at an open house 2 years before our wedding and after getting to know her, we instantly knew we were going to book her! We could see she was very enthusiastic and detailed about her work. She always was very honest and available for any questions. She made it easy to put our trust in her recommendations and even when my anxiety was getting the best of me, she reassured me everything would be okay. Our wedding ran smoothly despite uncooperative weather the day of, and we had compliments from our guests and other vendors on how good our coordinator was handling everything. Tracy was truly a god-send and there can never be enough thank yous to express our gratitude!
Tracy did an awesome job! I can’t thank her enough for setting up and tearing down our wedding event. She was great to work with and saw my vision just how I wanted everything!

I can't say enough about Tracy and wanted to write a review even though she is moving out of our area. She is the reason that I could concentrate on myself and what I needed on the day of my wedding. I knew she would handle everything else and she did. A savior for sure! Tracy, I wish you so much success in your new city because you truly deserve it!
I was recommended by my catering to get Tracy. That was one of the best recommendations we got throughout this process. She was there helping from 3 months out with deadlines and checking we had everything. We had phone calls and one zoom meeting that we were able to cover for the day of. At first my father was skeptical on getting a coordinator but I knew we needed one. When we were at rehearsal dinner, everything went so smoothly and never was a panic. The day of the wedding I never once stressed about anything!!! (This is coming from someone that has to do everything herself and very type A). I can not recommend Tracy enough. She was absolutely amazing to work with. Even one of my bridesmaids that’s getting married in a few months didn’t want to get a day of coordinator but saw what Tracy did for us at the rehearsal dinner and wedding. She went up to Tracy asking for her or any recommendations for a day of coordinator and currently getting a day of coordinator for her big day. I can not thank Tracy enough for everything for our wedding!!! If you are needing a day of coordinator, contact Tracy!!!!!!
Tracy was so wonderful to work with! She was so professional, kind, and fun. I cannot imagine having the wedding without her--she brought all of our plans together so that we could enjoy our day worry-free! Thanks Tracy for everything!!
There are not enough words for me to describe on how thankful and grateful I am that Tracy’s Union Events & Services came into my life and made my wedding so fabulous! Tracy was absolutely amazing, she was so awesome to work with and she went above and beyond expectations. She was very involved from the minute me and my now husband met with her. Having her there to oversee everything and make sure that all the elements and personal touches were in place and all the vendors were on point made our day so relaxing. Tracy created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and was the key person to implement it which allowed me and my husband the luxury of soaking everything in and really enjoying our special day. In the end, we felt like guests at our own wedding; knowing that someone else was taking care of everything allowed not only me and my husband, but our entire bridal party and our family and friends to have an amazing stress free day. I would highly recommend hiring Tracy to facilitate the day of the wedding. It was one of the best decisions my husband and I made!
Tracy is the literal queen!! She is kind, funny and she made our day run smoothly! She was organized, and so on top of everything with setting up. The emails and worksheets she sends leading up to the wedding helped me keep everything together and gave me some super helpful dates of when I needed to have things done by. She seriously helped me relax because I knew I could trust her 100%. I wish I could have a wedding day again so I could hire Tracy!
Tracy was so organized about every detail of our event. All the details I would’ve never thought of! She made the process easy and smooth so I could enjoy my special day.
Tracy is so great! I would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day as much as I did if it wasn’t for her. She kept the night rolling on schedule and even accommodated last min requests from family. She went above and beyond and we’re so appreciative of all the hard work she put in for our special day.
Tracy made the WHOLE wedding process seamless! She was extremely kind, helpful and patient! She is extremely responsive and very informative with vendors, questions and concerns.
Honestly I don’t think I would have made it to the wedding without her help! I had little to no vision of what my big day would look like and it was absolutely perfect with her help. Tracy assisted with planning decor, giving timelines, contacting vendors, THE WORKS!

Hiring Tracy was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! She was so amazing and extremely helpful. She was available for questions and advice. I provided her with our vendors and she took care of the rest! Our timeline was one thing I was most anxious about. We’ve all been to weddings where it just doesn’t flow… I didn’t want that for ours! And because of Tracy everything was perfect for us!! I didn’t have to worry about anything. I got to enjoy every minute of our wedding. I can’t thank Tracy enough. I highly recommend her. She is the best and you won’t regret working with her!
If you are looking for a fabulous wedding planning who is as thorough as she is enjoyable, Tracy is the planner for you! Her experience will give you tons of confidence in every decision you need to make and she'll prompt you (tactfully) to ensure you meet all your deadlines. She keeps on eye on helping you stay within budget while making every effort to give you the wedding of your dreams. The day of the wedding was phenomenal. Her team took care of every detail, was organized and helpful, and tended to both the needs of the wedding party and venue as well. Having planned large events, I was a bit unsure as to whether or not I needed a wedding planner. I DID. There are just so many demands on your time and so many small and large decisions to make, having someone to guide you as needed and keep you on track, especially from a timing standpoint, was crucial. This was the best money I spent on the wedding! I highly recommend Tracy for your wedding needs ~ you'll enjoy working with her throughout the event! Finally, her communication is outstanding ~ she responds to questions promptly and always takes the time to call if an issue needs discussion which really helped with our busy schedules. Customer Service here is superb ~ 5 stars+!
I am so thankful to have found Tracy! I only booked some rental items with her, but she made everything so enjoyable and easy! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and had everything I wanted! I loved working with her and highly recommend her!
Tracy was a dream to work with from day one through our big day--including all the ups and downs of changing dates multiple times due to COVID. She was so prompt and organized and professional and flexible and really listened to what I was envisioning as well as guided me through the process. Her centerpieces were flawless, beautiful, and classy and they didn't cost an arm and a leg. You will not regret hiring her--really!
The two best decisions of my life are saying yes to my now husband and hiring Tracy to coordinate our wedding. She made everything so easy and FUN. She did a great job of navigating what everyone wanted, even when there were strong differing opinions. She was always quick to respond, professional, and thought outside of the box when we had hiccups during the planning process. We had difficulties with one of our vendors, and Tracy smoothed everything out so that we everyone was able to be satisfied. She coordinated with all of our vendors, made the timeline for day of, and a timeline for when we needed to get stuff done (i.e. hire vendors, send notes, etc.) Day of, she kept everything running smoothly and everyone calm and happy. My mom owns her own business and my husband and I work full time, so I have no idea how we would have been able to get everything done on our own.
She also had beautiful items to rent. We didn't particularly like the table cloths at Hidden Falls or their chargers, but Tracy has a plethora of options that went with our color scheme. She also had great advice for what looked good in our venue. If you are booking with Hidden Falls, I even MORE highly recommend booking Tracy because she has had a lot of experience there and could give us really great insight about the location.
She did an amazing job and I would recommend her time and time again.
We used Tracy for our linen and some center price rentals and she was more than amazing! Had we not already had a coordinator we would of used her for that as well! She was so attentive to details and did more than enough just for the rentals! I can only image how fantastic she would be for coordination!
Tracy was so amazing and recommended such gorgeous tablecloths for a great value! They looked perfect after her installation! Such an easy experience...,she’s the best!
Tracy was amazing to work with. Being a pandemic bride certainly added extra stress and anxiety to the planning process. Not to mention having a fiancé in the military and stationed across the country. Tracy helped calm my worries and was so supportive. She always responded even when we were more than a year out, to any question that I had and was always so patient with me. I truly appreciate Tracy and her kindness. She helped create the most romantic and intimate pandemic wedding. Even though it was rainy all day she was able to help me bring to life the wedding of my dreams and kept everything rolling and everyone happy. I truly can not thank her enough for al of her hard work. I highly recommend using Tracy for planning and decor rental services. It makes your whole wedding so much easier and stress free.
Tracy is the sweetest ! She was recommended by my wedding planner, and I'm so glad she did. I was freaking out on how to decorate the tables, but she did an amazing job taking my ideas and executing it. Her attention to detail took a load of my plate.
If you’re in need of a planner/coordinator for your wedding or event, look no more Tracy is your gal!! Wedding planning can be stressful but Tracy kept us on track and organized through the whole process. She also takes the time to get to know you and what you want for your event. Her way of planning in steps with getting things done a little at a time made it SO much less stressful and helped get every detail down. All her knowledge and helpful tips were a huge help. She went above and beyond! Our wedding day would have not gone as smoothly and perfect if it wasn’t for Tracy. She took care of SO much and made sure everything was on schedule and went as planned from rehearsal to wedding day. She is also the sweetest person and wonderful to work with. Her love and passion for working in weddings definitely showed. If anyone asks for wedding advice, I say booking a coordinator is a must and you won’t regret it! Tracy was absolutely phenomenal. She was highly recommended by our venue and went above and beyond in every day. She met with us at the venue weeks before our event to go over what table linens we needed and in what colors etc. She offered so so much helpful advice and spent so much time helping us figure out a lot of details. She was extremely timely, and the linens were in perfect condition and looked beautiful for our big day. Although we only rented linens, she has a beautiful inventory of decor and would be a fantastic coordinator. I will be recommending her to all of my bride friends! You can’t go wrong booking with Tracy’s Union Events & Services!
AMAZING!! Tracy is the best! She made our life so much easier. Planning a wedding is stressful but Tracy helps to ease that stress. She helped to keep me on track and answered any and all questions during the planning. I did not worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew I had Tracy on my team to take care of things. I also rented table clothes, napkins, and a few other things from her. All the rentals were great as well. I would 100% recommend Tracy! Seriously the best!
Tracy was absolutely amazing to work with. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted/needed and made it all come to life. She was so patient when I postponed and then changed my mind on some decorations. She also was great and checking in and making sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend her!!
STOP RIGHT NOW AND GO BOOK TRACY!!! Tracy was absolutely amazing!! The best money I spent for my entire wedding. She was so on top of everything, first one at the venue and last one out. Being a Covid bride was difficult and Tracy helped me on multiple occasions help me when I was beyond stressed. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner.
Currently working with Tracy on my daughter’s wedding. Due to Covid & the fact my daughter is living abroad, we are now on date #3. Through it all Tracy has been a great resource, and wonderfully supportive. I knew from our first phone call (that lasted over an hour!) I would want and trust her to handle all of our “day o”f needs. She’s already been so much more than that! Great resource and attention to detail. I can’t wait for our date to finally get here but in the meantime, I highly recommend her services.
