I can’t even put into words how amazing and perfectly smooth our wedding day was!! Alyssa and her staff are out of this world!!! We dropped off all our decor the week of the wedding and the staff put everything out even better than I imagined. My guests kept repeating how delicious the food was and how nice the staff (especially the bartenders) were!! Thank you so much for making our wedding PERFECT! I wish we could do it all over again!!

Absolutely amazing wedding venue! My husband and I looked at many different venues and when we went to Traditions nothing came close! The venue is beautiful inside and out, the food was truly DELICIOUS, the staff went above and beyond, and move of all Alyssa was amazing to work with. She was there to help every step of the way and made everything so much easier and had answers to all of my questions along the way! If i had to do it all over again i would 100% chose Traditions again! We’ve had so many compliments— from the food to the venue to the wonderful staff!

What more can you ask for from a venue that provides delicious food (with plenty of options), beautiful scenic landscapes, a wonderfully designed ballroom, an excellent coordinator, Alyssa and overall an attentive and friendly staff. If you want a relatively stress-free experience to planning your wedding, this is absolutely the place to book. Not only did they work with me to get the exact menu and signature drink I wanted, they helped set up my various decorations, were extra attentive to my now-husband and I the entire day of the wedding, I am STILL getting told how amazing the food was by my guests and Alyssa even helped me with my complicated bustle! I am SO happy I booked with Traditions, it truly made an already fantastic day even more memorable.

My husband and I recently got married here. It was absolutely the perfect day! Alyssa is the onsite wedding coordinator and she is so great. She made things very effortless and enjoyable. The grounds and reception hall are gorgeous. They gave us limo golf carts to ride around in and take pictures, which was great. The food was AMAZING. There was so much to choose from and it all tastes amazing.

We had our ceremony and reception at Traditions a few weeks ago. We could not be more pleased with this venue!!! We received so many compliments from our guests about how perfect the venue was. Two bars, outside firepits, and a GORGEOUS venue for the ceremony itself. The staff at Traditions were on top of everything that day and we could not have been more happy with how everything turned out.

We held our wedding reception at Traditions at the Links. Our day could not have been more perfect, more beautiful. The day of staff was wonderful, our guests commented on the delicious food (especially the cocktail hour), and the space looked beautiful. They were extremely accommodating with our menu - we served apple pie a la mode instead of cake and they were great about catering to our guests with special dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, low salt). The staff planning everything really knew what they were doing and were on point with all my questions. There were TWO things I really was unhappy with: 1. It was almost impossible for me to get in touch with anyone to get an answer about anything. They were poor at best responding to emails and if I wasn't on top of them for an answer, I may have never received one. Only until about 2 weeks before my wedding did someone actually pay attention to me. 2. Every. Single. Invoice. came back differently. We would discuss one price and the prices would keep changing each. and. every. time. This isn't a problem as long as you have written proof of all numbers (and important details) that are discussed and you CHECK everything before you sign or send in a check. Don't let that discourage you from a beautiful venue - just be prepared.

Traditions at the Links was the best decision we made! They were involved with us every step of the way, and handled everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day! The staff even danced with us for the last song! Such a wonderful and fun bunch of people who catered to our every need. HIGHLY recommend them!!

The service was great and the place is beautiful......but I was not very happy when we left, i asked for the top of my cake, but instead of them cutting my sheet cake they cut my top and sent me home with the sheet.

Well if we had been scared off at the beginning, we would have definitely missed out. To start, we were told our name would be penciled in and we would receive a call if there was other interest in our date. Well, when we showed up with a check to give our deposit and they told us they had booked a dinner banquet that same date... It didn't make us feel great. It took my father stopping in personally (because my fiancé and I are in the Buffalo area) to finally get the issue resolved and get us our date that we had already booked the church for. Once that was fixed and we were working with them regularly, I admit they were a little scatter-brained and hard to get in contact with. Phone calls weren't returned, we called and didn't reach a person multiple times! However when it's all said and done, the wedding night was amazing. The food was phenomenal, the venue was beautiful and we had not one glitch the day of. I think there is something to be said when your DJ is vouching for the venue! One downside- they did not want us to have our DJ use his own up-lighting, they wanted to do it themselves (and charge us about $300 more!). We had already paid our DJ to take care of it so it wasn't an issue, but that was definitely a negative in my book!

The venue was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and easy to work with.

We loved using Traditions at the Links for our wedding venue. The ballroom is beautiful, tye food was delicious and our guests had so much space. They were flexible with our plans and willing to work with us every step of the way to have out dream wedding.

Traditions had amazing food and great service. We had a couple of misshaps but not anything that couldn't be fixed in a matter of minutes. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with great food, then go here.

Traditions was a beautiful site for our wedding reception. The room has a beautiful rock fireplace and is spacious and accommodating. The staff set up the room exactly as I was hoping and they were very easy to work with. We added an extra hour which is a must-- the night goes way too fast. The food was fantastic and the service was great. My only complaint was that since our wedding was a Friday night, we had to share the golf course with a large group participating in a golf league. Unfortunately, they seem to be given priority over our huge wedding party and guests, which was frustrating. I would have liked to have spent less time waiting for groups of men to golf and get past us in order for us to do pictures, and more time with family and friends in the reception hall. However, overall, I was very happy and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a large and lovely wedding reception site.

Traditions was very accommodating to us. They were very helpful with answering all questions and the day if te wedding were amazing. If you want a venue with a beautiful room that is spacious go here! The Food was great and they let us change the menu up a bit.

I absolutely loved my venue, this was the first place I looked at and did not want to look anywhere else. The huge window and fireplace was excatly what I wanted. The staff was great, especially Kim. Everytime I called someone was available to answer all my questions. I was out-of-state so I was limited to mainly calls, but everytime I visited they were so nice and very accomodating to my needs and wants. The food was fantatstic and all my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and the great food. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting married in the Syracuse area
