I enjoyed working with Kayla! She was perfect for my wedding needs as I already had a good sense of what I wanted to for the wedding, but she was great to bounce ideas off of and talk through things like timing and traditions. She is very organized and was prompt to all of our scheduled calls. As an event planner myself, I was thankful to have Kayla and her team on site to take care of all of the details on the day-of!

Kayla is well-organized, kind, and extremely professional. She is so helpful and knows a lot about the industry, and she is willing to do whatever is needed to make sure you enjoy your day. I could not recommend her more!!!! Transformed Events is the way to go, and her prices are extremely fair for the services provided. I used her day of coordination as well as her planner on retainer for 6 months, so I got the most of what I needed and more. Thank you Kayla for everything!!!

Kayla was an absolute star in the lead up to our wedding. We did an almost entirely DIY wedding, which a lot of coordinators aren't equipped for. Kayla took everything we threw at her in stride without breaking a sweat, from limited set up times to completely homemade decor. We met with her about 8 months before our wedding to go over some of our expectations and needs. Since Kayla specializes in DIY weddings, she took a step back and let us handle the planning up until about 6 weeks out, where she jumped in with both feet to wrangle everything together. At our first month-of meeting, she went over and brought up so many small but VERY important details that we hadn't even thought of and worked with us to build a timeline that worked for us and our venue. Kayla also took over contacting vendors and coordinating arrival times. Since our wedding was DIY and we only had about an hour to get everything set up, we enlisted the help of family and friends to get most of the decor set up. She was able to direct and delegate tasks to different people, so that all we had to do was arrive at the venue and be merry. Throughout the reception, she worked behind the scenes to make sure things were running smoothly, acting as the go between for all the other vendors, ensuring that things we running on time, and making sure that we ate (a BIG thing on the day, really!). She also suggested we provide her with any tips for the vendors so that she could give them out and we would not need to worry about it. At the end of the night, Kayla gathered all of our gifts and cards, decor, leftover cake, etc, etc and put them together for us to collect the next day. Some things went into cars before we left so we didn't need to worry about them. That was one of the best things she did, because we were both absolutely exhausted by the end of the night. It was very nice to be able to focus on the day without needing to be worried about if things were running smoothly. From the moment she arrived on the day of, she took over and ensured everything that needed to happen, happened. We really really enjoyed working with Kayla. She was extremely professional and a calming presence even throughout an anxious set up. If you are having a DIY wedding, you NEED to hire Kayla as your day-of coordinator. You and your family may be the ones handling the DIY, but you should not be doing-it-yourself when it comes to coordinating on the day of. Let the professional handle it and focus on the love of your spouse.

We hired Kayla to be our day of coordinator and for extra assistance for decoration for our wedding celebration. There are no amount of words to describe how amazing she was. If I ever have an opportunity to hire her again, I definitely would love to! She made our day special from start to finish because she was ALWAYS warm and just a pleasant soul to be around during meetings and wedding day. She was able to fix issues that I never even knew about to ensure I had no worries. One example was when I had no time to put my seating chart together and was panicking, somehow she created a beautiful one out of what supplies I did have while still running around coordinating the wedding at the same time! Our meetings leading up to the wedding were so helpful because she was able to help me ensure every aspect of the wedding was covered from communicating with our vendors, planning our timeline, pulling our ideas together for a seamless wedding and sooo much more! Her ability to be completely detail orientated and ensure our timeline was met and all of our special details were apart of our day ensured that our day was exactly what we hoped for because of her! Hire her! You will not regret it.

Kayla was incredible to work with! She helped us with day of set up and décor, and she was truly a life saver! She was very detailed and organized, and everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned it! Due to our venues rules, she also only had a short time frame for set up, but she was able to get it all done and rocked it! Definitely recommend working with Transformed Events!
