He met with us more times than I can count to go over things that had nothing to do with flowers: bridesmaids dress colors, tablecloths, table display, etc...the list goes on and on. Our vision came to life and came together because Ken took the time to make sure all of the details of our wedding were cohesive and beautiful. The finished product was nothing short of amazing. There’s a reason why Trapp is still so prominent after so many years in KC! If you are looking for a florist who will put together beautiful arrangements but also make sure your whole vision is captured, book Ken from Trapp!!!

d have yet to hear back (again it's been a month). If you like lack of communication then this company is for you. Otherwise I'd recommend going with a company who can take the time to reply to an email.

consultation with them to discuss the flowers we wanted for our ceremony space. When I finally received the estimated cost from them, they had not listened at all. They listed our pew flowers as the flower I did not want at all and the flower I told them we were basing all flowers around was not included in our pew flowers or wreath. It was a struggle to get them to change the estimate to reflect the flowers we specifically asked for. Then we never heard from them. We had to double check they were coming to the ceremony the week of our wedding and told them when they needed to be there. The day of our wedding, they finally emailed back a response letting me know they'd be at the ceremony space four hours after we needed the flowers set up. It took phone calls to get it fixed. Then, our flowers still weren't right. The pew flowers and wreath still has the flowers I told them definitely no to and barely any of our main flower. Needless to say, they were the only vendor to cause us stress during our planning and on our wedding day.
