Travis Dean Photography is based in Urbandale, IA and is passionate about weddings! Travis Dean Photography operates throughout Iowa (without travel fees) and neighboring states. Travis loves to travel the state and learn about everyone he meets. This trait allows Travis to create a story that is uniquely yours through his photography. Travis doesn’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to wedding photography. He takes the time to get to know each couple and their journey. This allows him to develop concepts to capture their wedding day and your engagement too (if included in the package). Travis's photography style is based on his three main themes of emotion, glamor, and celebration. He feels this is the near perfect way to capture their wedding day story. With an array of wedding packages available, you are free to choose how you want your day documented. Whether it’s half-day or full-day coverage, Travis strives to deliver a fun and relaxed service through his photo-journalistic style of photography.

On the actual day of the wedding, Travis was quite literally my “hype man”. With every picture, he was able to make me feel so comfortable and confident! It was a great feeling and I never felt like I didn’t know what to do. He was willing to let my husband and I take the reigns and decide where to go and what to do, but also had so many incredible ideas of his own. My husband and I truly knew we picked the right photographer when Travis even got emotional over a few pictures we took, which meant so much to us and showed us just how passionate he truly is. I could not recommend Travis more if I tried. He truly was awesome (plus his pricing is phenomenal) ☺️

I have lived in Central Iowa for 30+ years. I have enjoyed meeting people from all corners of the state, and exchanging stories of each other's life experiences. No story is too big nor too small. Each is special. This is the part of our Midwest values that I enjoy so much; treating new faces as friends. You have many choices in deciding on a photographer. Your choices are vast, and your decision is tough.
