About this vendor
Treasured Heart Events is a full-service wedding planning and design company based in Fort Worth, Texas, serving couples throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and beyond. With more than a decade of experience and 600+ weddings planned, our team specializes in creating celebrations that are thoughtfully designed, expertly managed, and deeply personal to each couple we serve.
Our approach pairs elevated event design with strategic budget management and financial stewardship. We believe a beautiful wedding isn't simply about spending more—it's about understanding where your investment will have the greatest impact. From the beginning of the planning process, we help our couples establish a realistic financial framework, prioritize what matters most, and make informed decisions about where to save, where to invest, and how each choice affects the bigger picture.
For our Full-Service Planning clients, we build and actively manage the wedding budget, provide budget-aligned vendor recommendations, review proposals and contracts before booking, attend vendor meetings, track spending throughout the planning process, and help navigate pricing and tradeoffs as plans evolve. Our vendor recommendations are based not only on aesthetic and creative fit, but also on personality, priorities, service expectations, and overall investment.
We don't just ask what you want to spend—we help you decide what is worth spending on. Our goal is for our couples to reach their wedding day confident not only in how their celebration looks and feels, but in how their resources were allocated to create it.
That same intentionality carries into our design process. Our team develops a cohesive visual direction for each celebration and carries it through florals, rentals, linens, paper goods, lighting, layouts, guest experience, and the details that make a wedding feel distinctly personal rather than simply beautiful.
Behind the design is comprehensive logistical planning and event production. We create detailed planning roadmaps and timelines, coordinate vendors and logistics, anticipate potential challenges, and provide the experienced team and event-day coverage necessary to execute the celebration from the first load-in through the final departure.
Our collaborative team model gives every couple the personal relationship of a dedicated Lead Planner while also benefiting from the experience, expertise, and creative perspective of our full planning team. Your Lead Planner remains your primary point of contact throughout the process, supported behind the scenes by a team that works together to thoughtfully steward every detail.
We believe clarity should come before commitment. During the consultation process, we'll talk candidly about your priorities, expectations, overall wedding investment, and the level of support you need. Our goal is for you to understand not only what our planning services cost, but how that investment fits into the larger financial picture of your celebration.

Kendall Loft was our planner from start to finish and was absolutely AMAZING!! Super sweet and easy to work with. She was always there to answer any questions we had throughout the...
entire process. Without her and the TH Team, we wouldn’t have been able to have our dream wedding!! Literally everyone is still talking about how perfect it was and that it was THE BEST wedding they have ever been to! Even the photographer and videographer came up to tell me they had shot many times at our venue and this was the nicest wedding they had ever seen there. Thank you all so much for all you did for us.
oh em geeeee, kendall and the team were absolutely amazing. Every single thing was taken care of and with SO MUCH CARE. They truly care about you and your wedding so much, this is ...
not just a business for them. You can tell that their heart and passion goes into every wedding and event. Me and my wife are so incredibly happy we trusted them with our wedding day! Kendall is 100000/10, everyone go work with them!
Working with TH Events was the 2nd best decision I have made in my life (2nd only behind saying yes to my now husband). Addi Mendoza was incredible during this process, any time I ...
was stressed she knew exactly what to do and how to calm me down and was realistic throughout the whole process. Addi became a confidant for our family it became a frequently used phrase “ask addi she knows all” and she answered every question in a timely manner! When we fell behind on timeline due to my error she knew exactly how to make it up and always made sure that we were taken care of on wedding day. Ashley reached out multiple times during our engagement and was incredible with kindness and again a wealth of wedding knowledge. Typically weddings are incredibly stressful but Addi made wedding planning fun for me and my family. I always looked forward to our meetings together and always looked to her for input on our vendor selections. As a Dec 2025 bride when people ask for advice on how to survive wedding planning I always say “get a wedding planner and thank your momma a lot” and I will always follow it up to a recommendation to TH events. Additionally, while Addi was really helping us work out the wedding she also was always sending us advice on how to set our marriage up for success by counseling recommendation and marriage tips which is so wonderful and we loved during our engagement! Brides use TH Events I beg of you, it will be a decision you will never regret! Addi was the MVP of our wedding and will definitely be the MVP of yours! - sincerely Mia Staton 12.13.2025 bride
I saved this review for last because it is the closest to my heart. After what I thought was ten months of wedding preparation with my previous planner, we were dropped with only f...
our months to spare. We had a venue, photographer, and caterer - but nothing else. Not even an inspo board. Just a blank slate, and a whole lot of shock and pain.
In hindsight, it’s clear this is what had to happen to set me on the path to Treasured Heart, specifically Kendall. I had a few interviews that week, but no one invested the time, care, and energy that Kendall did from the very first moment. She understood the gravity of my situation and, in the most warm, loving, and supportive way, said, “I’ve got you.” I believed her wholeheartedly.
We began the adventure of planning a wedding from nothing at breakneck speed. but Kendall made it feel bite-sized. She only ever gave me one thing to focus on at a time. At our first design meeting, she presented two options for the vibe and color palette she felt best represented what I was trying to convey. When I say she absolutely nailed it… I cried. Seeing it so clearly in front of me was incredibly emotional. After feeling so lost, suddenly having vision meant the world.
Kendall has many superpowers. She is calm in the storm. She has invisible guardrails that allowed me to play and explore creatively, while almost imperceptibly guiding us to stay on course. I never felt judged or like there was a “right” answer. She said over and again that she wanted me to have what I wanted. There was no agenda besides that, which made me feel profoundly cared for in what is a stressful and vulnerable process. She is articulate, deeply heart-centered, and capable of spinning an extraordinary number of plates while making it all look effortless. We all know wedding planning is anything but easy - but I never once saw her sweat. A true embodiment of a “treasured heart.”
When it came to the wedding day itself, I took to heart the advice that my only job was to enjoy the day and let the professional team we had so carefully curated do theirs. Kendall orchestrated every vendor like a maestro. From my perspective - and from that of our guests - we never saw a single bump or stumble. Any time we needed something, someone was already there, often anticipating needs before we even knew we had them. We were tended to like royalty. It was remarkable. Every timeline transition was seamless, as if we’d done it a million times. But we only get one shot - and God, we made it count.
Kendall, you are an angel and an answer to my prayers. You gave us the wedding we deserved - one that exceeded every dream and expectation. Thank you for everything.
My experience with Treasured Hearts Events was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, their team worked tirelessly to bring my dream wedding and vision to life, and I was truly ...
blown away on my wedding day. We worked with Gracie as our lead planner, and she was such a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. My mom and I loved getting to know her because by the time the big day arrived, we knew we were in the best hands and didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Gracie’s calming spirit and industry expertise sold us from our very first meeting, and she continued to exceed our expectations every step of the way. I especially appreciated her patience and kindness, which meant so much during what can often be a stressful time for the bride and family.
There were so many thoughtful details I never would have considered on my own, which just goes to show why Treasured Hearts is one of the best in the business. Not only do they have incredible vendor recommendations, but they also truly listen to your vision and help you bring it to life seamlessly.
On the wedding day, Gracie and the entire TH team made everything run so smoothly that I was able to fully soak in each moment without an ounce of stress. We received countless compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended and that the timing of everything was perfect. Guest experience was one of our top priorities, especially since so many guests traveled from out of town, so hearing that feedback meant the world to us.
Overall, I could not recommend Treasured Hearts Events more highly. If you are looking for a planning team that will be there for you every step of the way and make your day truly unforgettable, look no further than TH.
If I could give Treasured Heart and Kendall more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My original wedding planner dropped me as a client just 10 weeks before my wedding (after over a ...
year of planning!) and I was completely devastated. Then Kendall from Treasured Heart came in and truly saved my wedding. From the moment she stepped in, she brought such calm, confidence, and creativity to every part of the process.
Kendall didn’t just pick up where someone else left off, she completely reimagined and elevated our wedding design. She redesigned our florals, linens, chairs, seating chart, dance floor, stage facade - she truly thought of everything. Her taste is immaculate and her eye for detail is unmatched. Even better, she took input from my mom and I and ensured our vision came to life.
More importantly, she went to bat for us. She reviewed the finances of our wedding when she took over and found out our last planner was keeping money from us and she was able to get it back! She also ensured our investment in the venue (Hotel Drover) was completely utilized so there was no money left on the table. She is very reliable from both the aesthetic and financial aspects.
She also went above and beyond in ways I’ll never forget by working secretly with my dad to plan a surprise appearance from Superfrog at our reception and she also made sure my husband and I didn’t miss out on our favorite appetizers by bringing them to us during cocktail hour photos which was a such a thoughtful touch that meant so much in the moment.
On the wedding day itself, Kendall was a rockstar. Everything ran seamlessly. The timeline, vendors, and flow of the day were flawless! So much so that my dad asked, “Was there anything that didn’t go well?” and none of us could come up with a single thing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and fun the night was. Several told us it was their favorite wedding ever (even over their own!).
Thanks to Kendall, I felt completely relaxed, present, and stress-free on what could have been the most overwhelming day of my life. I truly wish I had hired Treasured Heart from the very beginning. It would have saved my family so much stress and heartache. I can’t recommend Kendall and her team enough. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’ll be in the best possible hands.
Let’s be honest : wedding planning might be one of the most daunting and overwhelming things. I didn’t know much, but knew I needed a wedding planner. Gracie was my TH wedding plan...
ner for my husband and I’s short, 4.5 month engagement— happening while I was also moving across the country!! Gracie was detailed, attentive, thoughtful, professional, organized, and great at picking up what our priorities and values were for our day. She recommended amazing vendors who not only fit our personality and budget, but were also professional and reputable. I literally wouldn’t have been able to plan this wedding without TH! If you need a team who will advocate for you and help you execute your special day perfectly and professionally — LOOK NO FURTHER!! I seriously cannot recommend TH enough!
My daughter was married 4 weeks ago, and as I continue to reflect on that day, I am still in awe of how wonderful everything was. When we started the planning process, I was told ...
that hiring a wedding planner was a MUST. I reached out to Treasured Heart Events and was immediately connected with Emily. From our very first visit, I knew she was our “person”. Emily is by far the most organized, efficient, kind-hearted person I have ever had the honor of working with. Every detail (and I mean EVERY detail) was handled flawlessly - from the monthly timeline she provided at the beginning of the planning process, to the vendor coordination on the day of the wedding. The florals, the décor, the signage – we could not have put all our puzzle pieces together without her. Our guests just could not stop talking about how perfect everything was! But beyond the beautiful ceremony, and amazing reception, having Emily gave me the opportunity to enjoy the entire day with my daughter and her bridesmaids. Being able to be “present” for those precious hours was the greatest gift ever! Thank you, Emily, for giving me that gift, and thank you to the Treasured Heart Team for giving my daughter the wedding of her dreams!

ider myself a hot mess express bride. I needed multiple reminders and help through the whole process. Treasured Hearts creates incredible timelines, to-do lists, and budget sheets to help you with everything! They also make a payment schedule to help keep your payments on track. As well as 1 million other things you do not even realize go into planning a wedding! My amazing wedding planner, Emily, was indeed a godsend! She took all of my crazy ideas and put them together into one incredible day! When I told her that entertainment and a good party were my top priority. She truly delivered and found the best band I could’ve asked for! She was also so incredibly sweet and helpful on problems that happened during the wedding planning process.
Treasured hearts made the day of the wedding seamless. I was not even aware of the issues that come with a wedding day! Treasured Hearts ensured that any problem was handled without anyone knowing! Choosing Treasured Hearts was the best decision we made for our wedding. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable, and the result was beyond our wildest dreams.
Thank you so much, Emily and the whole TH Team!!
Treasured Heart Events, Ashlee, Kendall, Ashley, Addi and the WHOLE team is the most genuine wedding planning team in the business. My now husband and I were truly petrified when s...
tarting to navigate a bigger wedding in the DFW metroplex and very quickly got overwhelmed with so many opinions and google searches. We wanted our wedding to be fun, intentional and feel small even though, based on our dear friends and family it was going to likely be larger than expected. Treasured Hearts’ intentionality, love for what they do, and love for Jesus shines in the most beautiful, genuine, and fun way. My husband and I are truly better people, the wedding was above our wildest dreams aesthetically but was also so rooted in what really mattered - intentionality, Jesus, marriage counseling, exactly what we wished, AMAZING, HONEST, FUN, TALENTED vendors, etc. etc. It was an absolute gorgeous, BLAST. I tell people all the time that because of Treasured Hearts and Kendall, truly, we had the very BEST team. When vendors and strangers are the people that keep the bride and groom sane, grounded, prayed for, and having fun more so than other more familiar people in their lives and friends and family - that is truly unheard of. However, that is what Treasured Hearts brought and that was our experience especially with every other team member that they referred to be a part of our wedding. We genuinely miss talking to them every day - this has been the most sincere process and we are truly still coming down from it, and want to live in it forever. We, along with every guest at our wedding are truly SO blown away, and never thought we could actually walk away from a big wedding with core memories and it feeling this special considering there are always so many different variables and a wedding day goes so fast. If there is EVER anything we can do for Treasured Heart Events, we will be there to do it! We love you all!

Emily also created a design board with floral options, table decor, cake designs, etc. Emily had a very calming presence on our wedding day, which kept us calm and happy. All of our friends and family raved about our wedding.

ls and problem-solving that the day of the event felt hurries and somewhat disappointing because I missed seeing the bride and groom enjoy the the day.
With the second wedding, we hired Treasures Hearts and did the full service package. The experience was tremendous. Kendall listened intently to my daughter’s input and executed a plan that perfectly encapsulated her vision as well as incorporating my budget.
Logistically there were no flaws - not one! I didn’t have a piece of paper in my hand with a timeline. I just simply enjoyed the day knowing she had it all under control. I could not have imagined it was possible.
If you are concerned about financials, she kept me on budget and only presented options that worked for me. At one point she caught a $10k mistake with rentals and essentially paid for her services.
Kendall became such a sweet part of our family through the planning process that my daughter and I will miss the meetings, texts, emails and talks. When we hired her, I never dreamed the experience would be this good. They keep God at the center of what they do and represent Him with excellence and it shows.

s very responsive and was excellent with communicating with me. As a full time law student who had a final exam 10 days before our wedding, it was SUCH a relief to have everything turned over to Jaimie and know that all I had to do was enjoy the wedding weekend. We also added her services for our welcome party/rehearsal dinner which I highly recommend. The entire weekend went off without a hitch and it is 100% due to Jaimie and Treasured Heart Events. They are true professionals and worth every penny you spend. Thank you for making my wedding day a dream come true.

r the most special day of our lives, and Kendall and the Treasured Heart team made all of our dreams come true. Not only was Kendall an absolute joy to work with, but she was also very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and highly communicative throughout our wedding planning process. Through all of the ups, downs, and stressful moments that happen while planning a wedding, Kendall consistently helped to keep us grounded. She pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best ways possible, and she helped bring our wedding vision to fruition while also showing us new ideas and perspectives along the way.
The day of our wedding truly could not have gone any smoother! My wedding party, my family, and I were able to relax and enjoy the day, and we did not have to worry about one thing thanks to Kendall. We trusted her throughout our wedding planning process, and she executed the day seamlessly.
From start to finish, we could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond our wildest expectations, and we cannot recommend Kendall and the Treasured Heart Events team enough!

the advice to expect a couple of things to not go as as planned and it was a blessing to us that our day was seamless and perfect. I truly believe this is because our planner, Morgan, went above and beyond in all communication prior to the wedding. We booked Treasured Heart Events a year out from our wedding and all communication throughout the year with the team was genuine, professional and loving. My husband and I will always remember the intentionality of each team member who made our special day feel like a fairytale.

am for years and loved the completeness and genuineness of their team as well as their overall message of family and MARRIAGE > the wedding party itself. That being said, Kendall was my lead planner and over 11 months, helped to make my wedding party a dream. Though I probably could have been less involved (I had the full package) I was an anxious bride so I did do some of the legwork so I probably could have just done the design package. I absolutely wouldn't have found half my vendors or thought of half the details without her. They also gave me a social media gal for my day since I had done some marriage prep - anxiously awaiting this turnout! It is after my wedding and I am still bugging Kendall about a few loose ends, and she is being so gracious.

s with our overall design and feel for the wedding. Overall, the reception looked amazing and everything ran smoothly. We got so many compliments that our wedding was the most organized wedding people have been to. If anything was off on the day of the wedding, we are completely unaware. As a type A personality, I have a hard time letting go. But, Emily was there to help every step of the way, and was always happy to take things off my plate. Thank you Emily and THE!
Treasured Heart Events, we can’t thank you enough for how amazing working with you all this past month and weekend was. Addi was SO amazing through out this whole process and espec...
ially on the wedding day. We got married at the Monroe Pearson this past weekend and to say our venue was a mess with their staff would be an understatement but Addi handled everything like a champ. My husband and I both know we would have never made it though the wedding with out her calm energy, attention to detail, patience with all of our stress/ family and so much more. I will be recommending your services to everyone and anyone I know getting married. THANK YOU
Out of all of my amazing vendors, I think I have recommended Treasured Hearts the most to my engaged friends! They were everything I could have asked for and more, and so many of ...
the other vendors I hired or inquired with already knew them and were thrilled to work with them! Without family in the area to help me plan I knew I needed a planner I could trust & rely on to be responsive, calm & knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the day, detailed & organized, and godly - Addi was perfect throughout the whole process, from design board to send off! You will LOVE this team.
Treasured Heart planned and coordinated our wedding last October. I absolutely loved working with Treasured Heart. Coming from a background in coordination and planning I knew two ...
things. One, I was without a doubt going to hire someone to execute our wedding day. Two, I needed to a company I trusted and that still prioritizes the fundamentals of marriage. Treasured Heart is transparent with their customers, provide an exceptional level of service, and were very intentional in making us feel excited about our day but also continued to remind us what the actual goal was, getting married with our morals, values, beliefs and faith at the forefront. When I was searching for planners, I was drawn to Treasured Heart because each employee seems like they could be your best friend and because they donate a portion of your deposit to one of their selected non-profits (that you get to choose from!). This was something I had never seen coming from the industry and was blown away. We worked specifically with Addi. She was incredibly kind, organized, on-top-of-it and fun. She put up with a former wedding planner without ever making me feel like I was being over the top or picky. She created a beautiful design board that we were able to run with and make our day to be exactly what we imagined. From the second we booked and met Addi, I knew that I could trust that our wedding would run flawlessly and even better, IT DID! I kept asking family and friends after the fact what went wrong, knowing mostly that something always goes wrong on wedding day and they came up with nothing. Not one thing! It was this former coordinator's dream come true. I can’t thank Treasured Heart and Addi enough for giving us the most seamless, stress free wedding any bride, groom, mother of the bride or family member could ever ask for! Guests are still telling us how wonderfully executed our day was and I know that is entirely owed to Treasured Heart Events!
The team at Treasured Heart Events is above and beyond what I could have imagined for my wedding planner, specifically my wonderful planner, Gracie!
She was not only super communi...
cative, but also was SO gracious and somehow was able to bring my vision to life (even when I was less than helpful with explaining things)! I could literally come to her with the most vague sense of direction and she'd be able to perfectly execute every detail (in a handy powerpoint & shared excel sheet) & point me to the right vendors, contacts, and everything in-between.
Basically, she always ended up saving the day! She is so patient and SO fun to work with. She was a dream throughout every meeting we had, and even more of a rockstar on my actual wedding day!
If I could recommend anyone 10x over, it would be Gracie! Everyone should be able to experience this level of care when planning their dream wedding :)
The Treasured Hearts team are hands down the best. These ladies will love on you, be there to encourage you, and flat out make decisions for you when you need it! They’re awesome. ...
On my wedding day, we had 3 TH girlies there!! 3!! Our main planner, Emily was AMAZING. Ashley, her day of assistant, was so helpful as well and Kendall, our social media gal pal was so fun. I want to be friends with her…I want to be friends with them all!! They’re so lovely and such a great resource through out the entire planning process. Also, it’s your wedding day!! Invest in this process. It’s totally worth it!!

Emily helped us plan our wedding for over a year, and we could not have done it without her. She is organized, creative, adaptive, and a quick problem solver. Emily is always willing to help, and you will not find a sweeter and more organized wedding planner than her! Everyone warns you to be ready for something to go wrong on your wedding day, but everything was perfect with Emily! Our wedding would not have been the same without Emily and the TH team.

Now the day of - HOLY COW! I can't say enough. Jaimie was diligent about making sure I was doing well. She would check in as often as I needed, and made sure that nothing was overwhelming me. The control freak that I am needed to be able to see what was going on, and Jaimie was incredibly accommodating to let me check it all out while also keeping me on schedule (and keeping me from feeling overwhelmed). During the reception Jaimie took care of everything behind the scenes. Additionally, (while I wasn't there to witness it) I was told that Jaimie made the clean-up process work beautifully. I really can't say enough about the beautiful team at TH Events (and Jaimie!)!
My husband and I are over the moon with how well our wedding ceremony and reception went. It would not have been possible without Emily Boren! We did the Sapphire package, so she s...
tepped in at the six-week mark to reconfirm our vendors, put together our day-of schedule, take a lot of stress off my plate and manage tons of other behind the scenes details. She was a reassuring presence during that crucial time, and on the actual day she and her team were amazing and so organized. We received comments from guests about how “well run” our wedding was. We cannot recommend Emily and the Treasured Hearts team enough!
These ladies are so friendly and encouraging and ON TOP OF IT. The best decision I could have made for my wedding is having a day-of coordinator. With Morgan's help, I did not have...
to worry about a single detail on the day - which is saying something about my type-A personality. She and Ashley helped move everything along. One thing that really impressed me was moving my parents to the front of the food line, which meant the world to my parents. They even dealt with the rogue dj. I hope they stay in business forever so I can work with them again for a vow renewal.

st time she put my mind at ease and made me feel so confident that everything would be taken care of for my wedding day. She is incredibly detailed and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the wedding day. Anything I needed Leading up to the big day, I would just text or call her and she took care of it. My wedding day went so smoothly because of her and all her hard work in communicating with all our vendors to make sure everything was seamless. She truly doesn’t miss a single detail. I cannot recommend treasured hearts enough!!!! They are amazing people who care so much about your wedding day!

red Heart! We did the Pearl Package Design & Management. It helped direct our steps and Emily did a beautiful job of bringing my daughter’s vision to life. But Emily really earned her keep 5 days before the wedding when our vendor for renting a lounge set went missing on us! She found suitable alternatives and secured another vendor for us. On wedding day, she and assistant Carrie went above and beyond to work out some technical difficulties with a video slideshow at the venue. Seeing the amount of work it took to bring the reception hall come to life, I never would have enjoyed the day without Emily to handle the details! We are so thankful for all she did!

ons before we thought to ask them. She handled details from vendors to contractors to groomsmen with skill and grace. Gracie is a great communicator, a skilled planner, and her experiences with events showed in many, many ways. But the greatest gift she gave was TRUST. Once we turned ALL THE THINGS over to her, we trusted that she would execute everything to our wishes. She did, and it was MAGIC. Couldn't have done it without you, Gracie!
