They made the process super easy for getting my wedding dress and getting alterations done. My shopping appointment was really laid back and personal. I felt like Bonnie listened t...
o everything I said and pulled a dress that I absolutely loved. Both alterations appointments went super smoothly, and I can’t recommend them enough.
The shop was lovely. They followed everything I asked for and were so helpful. They were very up front with the price range of the store, and prices of the gowns were displayed, so...
there were no surprises. The shop assistants were all super lovely. Everyone was very easy to talk to and converse with. The shop had a ton of varieties as well. May come back for other formal dresses.
I found my perfect dress here.
We have a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door till the day we walked out with my daughter's wedding dress! Bonnie spent so much time with my daughter, helping ...
her try on quite a few dresses till she arrived at "the one." She was joyful and seemed genuinely interested in helping my daughter find her dress. When asked, she offered her perspective, but never pushed about which dress was right, allowing for a most pleasant experience. The wedding gowns in Treasures are just gorgeous, and I'm not surprised my daughter found the dress just perfect for her. Every visit and communication with the gals at Treasures has been wonderful! And my daughter looked so lovely on her wedding day!
The women who run this salon are a disaster. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my mother of the bride dress from them.
I ordered a $1200 dress on February 15, 2024 for...
my daughter’s wedding in July.
I paid a rush fee and a logistics fee. The owner, Vickie, only measured my rib cage for a column dress. She told me the dress would be in in May. I asked if May was a rush because it was only February.
There was never any communication about the expected delivery date and I was very patient. On May 16th I called to ask about the expected delivery date for my dress. After they told me there was no date, just May, they said they would check on it. Then I was told it would be here in two weeks.
The dress finally showed up on May 25th and I tried it on and it was way too big for me. I took it to one of their recommended seamstresses who was dismayed at how big the dress was on me. She said she had never seen a situation like that - where the measurements were not taken and a dress was ordered and was 3 sizes too big.
When I took the dress back to the store, they blamed the seamstress and called her a liar.
I am 7 weeks from my daughter’s wedding and I don’t have a dress to wear. So now I have to spend my time looking for a dress that I can get in time.
It’s absolutely heartbreaking and so frustrating.
These women, Vickie and her daughters, are very defensive and have no interest in helping or making the situation right.
Do yourself a favor and don’t even go to this shop. You don’t want to deal with these rude and cruel women.
Rude staff and would not let my 8 yr old daughter in to watch her sister look for a dress. I asked if she could sit at the front door and they refused. They did however suggest ...
she go to the car and video in.
The team here is so caring and supportive as you try on SO MANY dresses. They had an amazing selection and nailed my taste on quite literally the first dress I tried on. I tried on...
that first dress and said that's the one! I came back to it and that's what I went with. Alterations were quick and the team was so responsive and on top of communication. Amazing job!
Worst Customer Service! Purchased an $800 mother of bride dress that was ordered too large based on designer's recommendations. Owners asked us to get seamstress to alter the dress...
. ALL 3 seamstresses we visited (including the boutique's own master seamstress) refused to make alterations because the dress was simply too large. Store owner refused to refund or exchange the dress and threw their own seamstresses under the bus blaming language barriers. I would NEVER purchase anything from this boutique again and would not recommend to anyone else.
From day one, Treasures Formal and Bridal was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only do they have an amazing selection of beautiful dresses, but their staff is incredibly frie...
ndly, professional, and communicative. I also have to mention how wonderful their seamstress is. Since I was out of town, I was only able to make one fitting, and they made the dress fit me perfectly and even added straps to make it more comfortable for me. They made my wedding dress completely my own and I appreciate their help so much! I could not recommend you shopping here for your special day more!
I was so blessed to find Treasures! Bonnie was an amazing consultant! She listened to what I was looking for and in the end it was a dressed that she had pulled for me that ended u...

her salons, but Bonnie was patient and listened to what I liked or didn't like about each gown. Alterations were easy as well and everything came in on time. Couldn't recommend them more!

lection of Mother of the Bride dresses as well. The alternations were done in store and were wonderful. I highly recommend Treasures for a stress-free and enjoyable dress shopping experience.
Great to work with from the initial appointment, to alterations, to pickup!!
My dress was everything I could've hoped for! I worked mainly with Bonnie throughout the process of finding my perfect wedding dress. She was very friendly, outgoing, always upbeat...
and most importantly...honest. I asked a lot of questions about what looks right and which accessories would go best and she was 100% honest. I really appreciated that. The staff in general at Treasures were very communicative and quickly responded to all my emails and sent reminders for appointments. Bonnie was kind enough to wrap up my dress and walk it to my car when I finally took it home before the big day. Thank you all, again!
I initially was not going to have my appointment at Treasures, but rather another bridal store. However, the first bridal store turned out to not have the dresses I planned on tryi...
ng on. At almost the last minute I made the appointment with Treasures and they had an opening (which was especially good because we would be traveling a few hours). They were very sweet to make an appointment with! When we showed up, the staff was very nice and very helpful. I thoroughly appreciated the woman who helped me. They were easy to communicate with once receiving my dress in their store and shipping to my house.
Would not recommend them to any bride especially if you have a pregnant bridesmaid. Very unhelpful. Encouraged me to buy a dress 5 sizes bigger and now I’m having to pay more money...
in alterations than I paid for the dress after I told her that I thought that was just too big before ordering. But her response was she’s a “professional” and “thats what she knows from experience”. When I called to let them know how big it was and hoping for them to make the situation right... her response was pretty much sorry, that’s what I know from experience. Now I have a $400+ bridesmaid dress that should have been maybe $250 with alterations. Very unimpressed by their customer service.
BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS! I had an emergency and had to find my wedding dress the DAY BEFORE my wedding...no joke. When we arrived in a panic and explained the situatio...
n they were so nice and helpful. The lady that helped me was so sweet and asked what I was looking for. Literally the very first dress I tried on fit me like a glove and it was absolutely perfect! It was the most gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress that I had been dreaming of...and it was on sale! I couldn’t believe it! They called their go-to alterations business and right after buying the dress we went straight to alterations and it was ready at noon the next day...the ceremony started at 4pm! I got my dream dress hours before my wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. Treasures saved my life I can’t thank them enough!
I visited probably a dozen bridal salons in the Atlanta area and Treasures was hands down the best experience I had of all of them. Lauren was amazing. She's got great taste, was v...
ery open and honest about how dresses looked on my frame and then went out of her way to get a dress I had been searching all over for through their 'borrow' program with designer Maggie Sotterro. The appointments felt very personal, not rushed and she really took the time to get an idea of the kinds of gowns I was loving. I ended up getting my dress here and I am so happy I did! love supporting great local businesses that really treat their customers well.
My experience with Treasures Formals & Bridal was wonderful! It was the first and only place that I tried on wedding dresses. I found my perfect wedding gown right away thanks to t...
he helpful and knowledgeable Lauren. Both Lauren and Bonnie did a great job of staying in touch and helping me throughout the fittings. Jenny did a fabulous job altering my dress and making it perfect for my wedding day!
I was definitely more than a little nervous for when my bridal gown came in because I swore up and down I would never even consider wearing a strapless because I was so worried abo...
ut it sinking. But, I fell in love with the Sophia Tolli gown I tried on there (no other salon in the area carried that designer so I had to cancel all my other appointments because I knew I had to wear one of her dresses). The dress came in big to compensate for my chest size, which absolutely terrified me BUT the alterations lady did an absolutely perfect job fitting the gown to me in the most flattering way possible despite my waist measurement's correlating size being three sizes under my chest measurement's correlating size. I still get complements over my dress almost a month later, and the sisters there made my experience special by working with me since I'm an out of state student and was only able to come home from Texas for appointments during specific weekends. I look back at my pictures and still cannot believe how amazing the dress looked!!!
I absolutely adored my experience at Treasures! Their bridal consultants were very knowledgeable about each of their gowns and really listened to me when I expressed what I wanted....
They never showed me a gown outside of my budget, and they didn't pressure me to buy. They also worked with the designer when I wanted to make some changes to the design of the dress. Bonnie was present during my alterations and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She also steamed and pressed my dress for wedding day. It was perfect!
Upon walking into Treasures Formals and Bridal with my mother we met Bonnie. Bonnie was incredibly helpful as we shopped for bridesmaid dresses. She was patient as I tried on many ...
different styles as my bridesmaids do not live in town. She also gave great feedback on things to consider when looking for dresses and was knowledgeable about pricing. We were able to find the bridesmaid dresses at treasures and Bonnie provided all the information she would need to order the girls dresses. She kept me informed throughout the process as to when the dresses would ship to the store and also provided tracking numbers as soon as she shipped the dresses to the girls. She was also was quick to answer any questions that I had about the dresses via email or phone. The dresses were beautiful and received many compliments both from my bridesmaids and by other guests at the ceremony. Working with Bonnie was a great experience and I would recommend her and Treasures Formals and Bridal to anyone looking for wedding or bridesmaid dresses.
My mom got her Mother of the Bride dress here and it turned out gorgeous! They by far had the best selection for mother of the bride dresses we saw. My mom hates shopping and was w...
orried about finding a dress but they were so professional and helpful we had a hard time just choosing one! Her dress was by far the SECOND prettiest dress at the wedding. The alterations lady did an amazing job as well! We enjoyed shopping with them so much and would recommend them to anyone!

anny rave enough about. And they are expanding their store! My dress had some custom elements, and Treasures was so reasonable and their seamstress does absolutely amazing, quality work. I ended up, truly, with my perfect dress.... And we didn't break the bank.
I had the BEST time searching for my dress at Treasures. Lauren and Bonnie were so great to work with throughout the entire process (as well as the rest of the ladies)! I am taking...

d truly did everything to make sure that I was completely happy with whatever choice I made. There was no pressure to purchase and they did a fantastic job about telling me about lead times for dresses, as well as what alterations were possible with maintaining the true quality of the dresses.
Another aspect I was really impressed with at Treaseures was the quality of product they carried for the price. All other store I've been to truly paled in comparison, their dresses had the highest quality fabrics, beading, and details I've seen anywhere for the price.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Lauren, Bonnie, and the Treasures Team. That truly made wedding shopping an enjoyable and personal experience.
Horrible. I ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses and 1 mother of the bride dress from Vicky and Bonnie. The mother of the bride dress was so ill-fitted even with alterations the dress was ...
unwearable. A total waste of money. Another dress had to be purchased last minute from Nordstrom.
The dresses were over a month late arriving and all but two bridesmaid dresses were completely the wrong size. 7 bridesmaids had to pay over $100 each in alterations due to incorrect sizes being ordered and the dresses being delivered so late.
Bonnie and Vicky were never available to talk and I always got an answering machine, I would leave a message and get a return message saying everything was fine, but things were not fine. My bridal party and I were extremely stressed out about the dresses being so late and when they arrived they were all so large (we feel bonnie and vicky ordered larger size dresses than necessary to upcharge some bridesmaids into a larger priced size category and have alteration charges to make money off of). I requested at least rush shipping on the dresses be paid by Treasures but no ownership, understanding or help was extended. It was a horrible experience and I would hate for anyone else to be treated so neglectfully and be taken advantage of by this shop.
I went to Treasures formal with intentions of running in and running out. The second i put on my dress I was sold. They did not rush me out of the store instead they made me feel l...
ike a princess. Each time I came in they were so encouraging and welcomed me so well. I would highly recommend this bridal shop for anyone looking. My dress was a Tiana by David Tutera. This shop was the only who had my dream dress in stock! Thank you ladies for helping make my dream come true.

ppened by on a whim, and the very first dress I tried on was the one I purchased!
I went through many gowns, and many different locations, and Treasure's is by far a superior store. They are not commission based, are a family owned and opereated store, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I ended up having three alterations to make sure the dress was just right, and they packed the gown so carefully! It looked perfect for my wedding day, and I received tons of compliments on the gown, as well as the custom made jewelery and garter I purchased. ( The garter that I chose was a beautiful brocade broach with old Victorian lace, and unlike many others, did not have a companion. Their amazing seamstress, sensing my distress, made a throw-away garter for the reception, which was also stunning!)
My entire experience with Treasure's was phenomenal! Bonnie and Lauren were so sweet and wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them!
WOW. The girls are Treasure's are probably the sweetest girls EVERRRR. They know how important your wedding dress is and they do everything in their power to make everything perfec...
t. From picking out dresses and trying them on, to actually walking down the aisle. They are so knowledgeable about their dresses too! I loved how they let my voice be heard and made sure MY dress was what I wanted. Treasure's is the place to go!!
You must check out this dress shop. This family owned business is there to make their brides happy & it shows. Until I found this place, I was not enjoying dress shopping. It is a ...
small, beautiful shop that takes their time, has no dress limit, and is the friendliest place I went! At other places, I felt pressured to buy, limited in how many dresses you could try on, and I was getting discouraged & told if I didn't order a dress IMMEDIATELY (4 months out) I'd never have one in time. THEN I FOUND TREASURES. I was thrilled just to find my dress & was shocked at how reasonable the price was! It got better from there, my veil was only $90, and alterations cost under $50. What topped it all off was 2 days before my wedding, I wanted my dress taken in again. The seamstress did it, while I waited!! She also handmade gorgeous straps to match my dress. The entire experience there was above & beyond. I was very particular about the way my dress fit & they were patient & accommodating. LOVE THIS PLACE!
I went to school for fashion design so I was very picky about my dress. Treasures was wonderful because they had a very good assortment of dresses to choose from, but also they car...
ried the designer I liked Sophia tolli! They were very comforting and on my final visit had just what I needed to complete my look with jewelry and garters! I plan to go back to them when I am in need of a formal gown in the future.
i loved going to see the ladies of Treasures Formals and Bridal - mom and three sisters! what a welcoming store and great service! dresses were beautiful and affordable.
This family owned place was the last of 4 wedding dress stores I went to. While I think I could have gone back to 2 of the other ones and found something I found "the dress" at th...
is store. They don't do discounts even when you buy bridesmaid or mother of the bride dresses there too. I was very happy with the alterations to my dress (taking off the length and turning the top into modified sweetheart) The only problem I had was with the bustle, there were ties and snaps and the snaps kept coming undone.
I read the reviews of treasures online and they seemed to be mixed. However I had a friend who had a great experience so I went and they were great. Bonnie was so helpful and eve...

Bonnie Williams was definitely the key to helping unlock the dress of my daughter's dreams! No complaints here! Not only helpful, but everything was as promised!

ving appointments for anything dress related, they are professional, thorough, and friendly. I could have easily chosen a number of dresses from their selection that were beautiful and met my pricing needs. Just make sure to give yourself about four months for them to get your actual dress in after you place the order. Nothing off the rack here!

The ladies at Treasures are all really great, and I had a good experience overall. My dress looked $10,000 with almost a 10th of the price tag. It was gorgeous. But when my dress c...
ame in, it was too short. I'm only 5'7", but my long, formal dress was the right length with flip flops on. I wanted to wear heels, and a girl at the store told me to buy a pair of their heels, which she said would be an okay length. I thought my dress was too short, but I was trying to listen to the professional. When I took my dress to get altered (they don't have an alteration place in the store- you have to take your dress elsewhere), the woman asked me why my dress was way too short. So I tried to return my just-bought, never-worn 1.75" heels to Treasures, but they wouldn't take them, even though it was their fault my dress was too short. When I had bought the dress, they had told me I was the perfect height for the size they ordered for me, and I wasn't. I had to buy another pair of flat shoes so that my dress would look okay. So basically Treasures has $90 of my money that they don't deserve, and I have a pair of shoes I'll never wear. It was a sad, disappointing day.
They had excellent service, and my wife was satisfied with them and loved her dress. However the dress delivery came down to the wire. Wy wife ordered the dress 8 months before th...
