We had looked at a number of venues, but found most of them to be quite industrial, urban and not what we envisioned for our special day. Then, all of a sudden we saw greenery and ...a magical forest, and knew we had hit the jackpot.
The day we had set to tour Treehouse Point, we had a 2nd venue tour booked for later in the day. As soon as we stepped foot on site, we knew we were going to be cancelling the 2nd tour.
From top to bottom this place is fantastic. Abbey and Patricia were gracious and communicative especially in the early days of our planning. They even advised us each time one was going to be out of office from the time we signed the contract to our wedding day. We never had to worry about a thing.
From the start, we knew it was a risk to attempt an outdoor wedding in the PNW. We were reassured that, even if it did end up raining, we would have a magical day, and they came through in every way possible! No backup plan was required, fortunately, but it was a comfort nonetheless.
Our family still talks about how magical the wedding was, and then the overnight stay in the treehouses. It really is the stuff of fairy tales. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, it felt like a mini family vacation.
All in all, we could not have asked for a better venue that not only fit us personality-wise but also pulled out all the stops to make our day as special as possible. If you are looking for something truly Pacific Northwest, or something perhaps a little magical, Treehouse Point will do you no wrong.
