Trellis 925 is a great venue! It already came decorated for the most part, and they were willing to make any decoration ideas come true. The venue itself is a beautiful place to have a wedding. The greatest thing about this venue is the “Day of Coordinator,” Jessica. She truly made our experience the best that it could ever be. She was super attentive, easy to work with, made our day go stress-free and smoothly. Without her our day would have not been the same. If anything, when you use this venue, book the Day of Coordinator, Jessica Langford. She truly made booking this venue worth it!

The team at Trellis 925, led by our Coordinator Claire, did such a great job across the board. Our wedding was a massive success due to their hard work and her leadership. 11 out of 10, would fully recommend.

We chose this venue for our destination wedding and we could not have done better. The location was wonderful and the staff was amazing. Claire helped us with everything including all the vendors and getting all the details sorted. We do not live in the area and she did so much and went above and beyond in helping us get everything ready. She is amazing, she took a lot of the stress of planning our wedding off of us!! Her lists of preferred vendors really helped us get everything we needed and they were amazing as well, she really does have an excellent eye for good vendors that take time and care about helping. One of the best decisions I made in wedding planning was choosing this vendor. Kathryn was amazing to work with and super helpful. She was key to setting up my timeline and making sure my day went perfectly (which it did). I would recommend Trellis to anyone, but especially to someone who has a busy schedule and can't drop everything to plan a wedding. It's a beautiful venue and they let you pick from a lot of decorations, so you can save lots of time by not having to DIY. They also have various packages and they wind up doing a lot of the things for you if you get the right package. For example, they provide and work with a catering company. All we had to do was go to a tasting. The venue is also very beautiful. My guests and I loved it. Having a fully indoor venue was a must for me with weather that could've been unpredictable. It was the perfect backdrop to my photos and there's even a lake we took pictures by. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this venue. Worked mainly with Kathryn Rawlings who was our Day Of Coordinator. Communication was great. All our questions were answered very promptly. The place is stunning and was awesome for our wedding (which was on the smaller size; less than 80 guests).

We had an amazing time celebrating our Grandmothers birthday with Trellis! Kathryn was an absolute gem and made the party everything we hoped it would be!

Trellis was great! Our wedding planner was Emily. She was on top of the schedule of the ceremony and made the planning process so easy. She took care of the decoration of the venue and was very clear with her explanation. You will know exactly what will happen and how it is going to happen. She was very professional handling our little requests and was in charge of creating good transitions between events during our wedding. We loved the venue; it was romantic and also ready for a party.

Kathryn and the entire team helped us in coordinating our Company Christmas Party. Everything was perfect and their attention to detail made our event a success!

Trellis was the first venue we toured when we got engaged and right away we knew that it was our dream venue. Not only is it a beautiful venue that I imagine can be decorated to fit a thousand different themes, but the whole team that works there is unmatched. They were kind, patient, super laid back yet professional and easy to work with. We had about a million questions during the planning process and they were always quick to answer a phone call or email. A couple other huge bonuses: it’s a family owned business, and really close to a ton of hotels, restaurants, theme parks etc for out of town guests. It also fit our almost 80 guests very comfortably. Our package included a day of coordinator and we had a really great experience with Kathryn! It’s hard handing off a huge project to someone after you’ve been working so hard on it for over a year, but on the day of when the wedding was officially out of our hands we knew we had nothing to worry about thanks to her. We also reserved the bridal suite and grooms suite- we really enjoyed both of them, but my bridesmaids and I especially loved the hidden book case door in the brides suite! We had the most beautiful, fun and stress free day we could have asked for and are truly so thankful for everyone at Trellis who made it happen.

Kathryn and Claire are literally angels! I booked with this venue Oct 2020 when the world was unsure if people would still be able to have weddings. From the very beginning they answered every question I had and walked me through the process. They made sure my wedding went off without any issues. I am so grateful for them and will proudly recommend them for any and all events.

Trellis 925 was the absolute best for our wedding day! Kathryn, our wedding day-of coordinator, was fantastic and easy to reach in the month leading up to our wedding, even for the smallest questions. On the day of she made sure everything went smoothly and dealt with any issues quickly and quietly. The space was stunning and since the new construction, held all 128 of our guests comfortably. We had originally planned on having an outdoor reception at a different location, but when a hurricane forced us to change our plans just two weeks before the wedding day, Trellis stepped in and was happy to host our ceremony, even on such late notice, which I cannot be more thankful for! They are also great with LGBT couples and never made us feel any different, which we were so grateful for. We did have some issues with coordinating between their preferred caterer (Cocktails) and Trellis. We got a package from Trellis that included a meal from one of their preferred caterers, but the details of what was included were not super clear and we received different answers from the caterers and from Trellis. This caused some surprises on our bill and a lot for going back and forth in the month before our wedding which was stressful, but Trellis worked with us and helped to fix the issues. Overall, it seemed like the problem was more on the caterers, but since it was included in our package, we definitely would have liked if the communication between the two was better. In the end, my wife and I were so happy we went with Trellis 925. I would recommend their space to any of my friends getting married and I would tell them to ask for Kathryn as their coordinator, since she was so helpful every step of the way!

I could not have been more satisfied with how my wedding day came out! They were the more helpful and wonderful people to work with. Every single person I worked with from Christine to Kathryn really made it all so easy. The packages are totally worth it and they work with some great vendors. First off, I'd like to say that our entire event was perfect. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and pleasant. The venue itself was beautiful as well. It's the perfect space for a smaller, more intimate wedding feel. Our day-of Wedding Coordinator was Claire, and she was amazing. She was definitely available to us as needed and helped us plan things in advance. She felt like much more than just someone to assist on the day of the event. We can't say enough nice things about Trellis 925 and the staff.

Trellis 925 immediately caught my attention when reviewing Venue spots on the knot! We scheduled a tour and were viewing the venue the next day. We [as I’m sure others] were thrown off by the location of the venue but we immediately fell in love with the venue for the aesthetics upon walking in. This mid-sized, family-owned venue quickly turned into the location of our dreams and comfortably hosted all 70 of our wedding guests. We loved that this venue space could be transformed into any theme you would like- rustic, bohemian, industrial, dark/romantic, modern, garden, vintage. The possibilities are truly endless at this venue. Once booking with Trellis925, the entire wedding planning process became so easy. Their packages helped us determine our caterers, bartenders, décor, rehearsal dinner locations, and so on. We ended up going with Premier Events for our caterer and were blown away by their menu, professionalism, and wait staff the day of. The caterer had appointed individuals to solely wait on my husband and I to ensure that we were eating/drinking/and having fun. In addition to the caterer, entire team at Trellis 925 was incredible to work from finance all the way to our coordinator. We were fortunate enough to have Kathryn as our coordinator who exceeded all my expectations and was always there for me to answer any questions day or night. Given that I was planning a wedding without any family local- Kathryn was always there to provide insight on not only the logistics of Trellis 925 but standard wedding etiquette. My husband and I are so thankful we had Kathryn’s support throughout the planning process and the day of. I genuinely believe that the wedding would not have run anywhere near as smooth as it did without her! Trellis925 provided me with the wedding of my dreams and if I had to do it again, I would pick this venue every single time.

We used Trellis as our wedding venue this past weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped for. We purchased their all inclusive package which allowed us a wedding planner Claire, day of coordinator Kathryn, and booking of all of our vendors through the venue. Claire did such an amazing job with helping us choose our vendors, we were NEVER disappointed. They were quick to reply to emails and made sure everything went smoothly from the day we booked until the end of our wedding. Claire and Kathryn are absolutely phenomenal and brought our wedding to life in ways we would have never thought imaginable. We have received nothing but positive feedback from all of our guests. The best decision we made was hiring this venue & if you want an amazing stress free experience for your wedding, or any event for that matter, this is definitely the place for you! They deserve way more than just 5 stars.

When I first saw this venue I was kind of thrown off that it was in a strip mall, albeit a pretty one! But once you’re inside the venue itself you are transported to a beautiful building full of character and charm. The moment my now husband and I walked in, we were greeted as if we were family. Claire, our day of coordinator was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! She took our vision and love of travel and turned an already charming building into something magical and even better than visioned. All of the employees were warm and friendly, but Claire went above and beyond to make sure my now husband and I were relaxed and happy, and when we needed a moment of peace, Claire made sure nobody bothered us! Claire even made sure the catering came down to us by the dock to give us some appetizers and drinks. I honestly couldn’t think of anybody better to have been our number one on our special, emotional day. Thank you to the whole Trellis family! 20/10!

I had my wedding at Trellis 925, and I can’t even start by saying how great the staff at trellis is, they are responsive and detailed oriented. I was so happy with how attentive they were to every detailed for my day. The venue is beautiful and you can decorate it on so many ways. My day coordinator Kathryn, was the best. She was patient and attentive to how I wanted my day to be, and she went beyond and above. She was so aware and on top of everything, and her personality was the so cheerful and welcoming. On the day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about anything, her and the team made sure my day was great and beautiful.

This venue was amazing and my wedding was flawless. I could not speak highly enough of them, especially Emily, our wedding planner. We honestly could not have done it without her. She made everything so much easier than I could have anticipated. We were the first couple to be married at the Enclave Location. It was absolutely breath taking. The layout is perfect. Everything was beautiful, we weren’t able to be on site to plan the wedding so Claire had to do everything and she KILLED IT! The staff was super attentive and friendly and they made sure our day was perfect.

The Trellis is an amazing venue for a small to mid-sized wedding. Eclectic but modern setting in a versatile and innovative space that lends itself well to an intimate evening. The staff are invested and attentive and really do know how to pull off the perfect wedding no matter how many curveballs or specific requests you throw at them (and we did). The space can be segmented and flipped to accommodate all sorts of event flows and the team really know how to orchestrate memorable evenings. While an unassuming location for such a venue, the plaza setting offers surprisingly picturesque lakeside views for photos and a terrific courtyard for pictures. We didn’t know what to expect when we went up to the Trellis for the first time but as soon as we stepped in the doors we were blown away with the unique appeal inside. The place is bursting with its own character and is the perfect setting for a modern, eclectic wedding. We are very pleased we chose them for ours. The bundled price points and packages took a lot of guesswork out of planning the wedding and our coordinator helped us through every step of the process to make sure we had a ceremony that truly was one of a kind. We had lots of options, but not too many. And it really didn’t seem like we could go wrong. The vendor partners were all fantastic and clearly well selected. From florals and cake to catering and DJ, everyone we spoke to via the Trellis were the best in their fields and an absolute delight to work with. The built-in wedding planner and day-of coordinator is a brilliant approach that took the pressure off of my wife and I and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our big day without the need to bring in an additional event planner. All of our guests voiced how impressed they were with the ceremony and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. I strongly recommend considering the Trellis for your wedding if you want something that’s modern, eclectic, and intimate. It’s a great space for a fun crowd and the team is made up of some of the most professional and enthusiastic people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

She was super patient with my ever changing needs, super professional & very knowledgeable. Communication was also very amazing. We were so happy with Claire and the Trellis 925 team. The venue is such a unique space that my husband and I really fell in love with it. We originally had a 2020 date that we decided to postpone until 2021 and the team was so great at working with us and putting us as ease. When it came time to finalize all the details Claire was great and so easy to work with! She offered her expertise and helped us develop the timeline and make sure all the details had been accounted for, there we’re definitely things I hadn’t thought of until that point. The day of she and the team really brought our vision to life. It was more than we could have imagined and we really could not be more happy with how the entire evening went.

Considering our wedding planning was done in 2-3 weeks, we made it happen with the help of Claire, our coordinator. She has been fantastic with answering questions and remained professional. There are times when I feel like maybe I was asking too many questions, but she remained respectful. Trellis 925 venue was perfect. They really have a great place. It is the ambiance/theme we were going for our wedding. We also got the caterer package with them, and it is so convenient. They even have an all inclusive package! Although we didn’t get that one. Too short notice. But they did let us bring our own vendors. As long as they have COI. I just wished they were more specific with the head count questionnaire. That was a little confusing. I ended up paying for more people than necessary. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have changed my wedding venue. I would still choose Trellis 925.

Trellis 925 is the perfect venue for a wedding. The layout and decor create a romantic atmosphere. My coordinator, Claire, is responsive, helpful, and reliable. She was phenomenal at setting up the decor, keeping us on time, supporting me when I needed it, and making sure our day was magical. I recommend this venue to anyone; you will be so happy that you chose Trellis 925. We loved every second and had the most fantastic day. Thank you so much, Claire and Trellis 925. (bonuses are that the coordinator, catering, bartender, tables, linens, dining ware, and some decor are included in the cost, which made it convenient and affordable. It was worth every penny, and I would do it all over again.)

Worst experience ever, the owner is clearly all about money. This has been just awful and I paid full for my wedding, but due to the pandemic it’s been hard to actually plan not only were they giving me a hard time but actually tried to charge me 75 dollars from last year when it was already waived, worst costumer service ever that even though it’s paid I will not have my wedding day there, owner is a joke

The team at Trellis 925, especially my coordinator Mariana, were a dream to work with. They were so responsive to all my questions during the planning process and especially leading up to the big day. The packages were so affordable and included a wide variety of options. Again, I can't thank Mariana enough for her support on the day of the wedding, it would not have been the same without her. I would absolutely recommend Trellis 925 for your wedding or special event!

My fiancé and I toured this venue while planning our wedding. It is located in a shopping center on restaurant row off of Sandlake road. I want to say Kaylee or Kelie was the name of the young lady who took care of us. When we first got to the venue she sat us down and asked what other venues have we toured. She commented on the dynamics of the venues we’ve seen and I was impressed by her knowledge of the other locations. The venue utilizes its space with an industrial theme with prominent brickwork. There are some other quirky aspects of design used to make this venue unique. The space consists of two main rooms using an “open” concept that gets divided by a garage, with a third room used mainly for the buffet. This garage door is used because a “flip” is done where the ceremony and dinner are in the same room so guest go to the other side to enjoy cocktail hour where part of the space outside is roped off for wedding guests. The bar is a nice size and dance floor moderate. Do not be fooled by the looks, the space is larger than appears. Trellis 925 offers a very nice package for weddings that I think also include floral. This aspect stayed on our mind, but in the long run Trellis 925 wasn’t the vision for our day, but I’m fairly confident that if we had, we would have been very well taken care of. Because we didn’t choose this venue is the only reason I didn’t give it a five star. Don’t think it would be a fair rating without the full experience.

Trellis 925 is such a unique venue. As soon as we walked in we knew that was where we wanted to get married. It was a cool, loft vibe that matched our personalities perfectly. We got so many compliments on it. It is a smaller venue and I was a little worried it might be too small but with our 80 guests it was perfect. I’d say up to 100 would work well here. Everything went perfect the day of the wedding and was stunning. Kathryn, one of their coordinators, was so nice and easy to work with!

This venue is a hidden gem. I was the wedding planner for a wedding last week. Mariana, Claire and Sarah were an absolute pleasure to work with! These ladies were always available to answer any questions. Even during these stressful times and me being (located) in NJ, they made the planning process that much easier. The venue is unique and has a great ambience. The staff is so accommodating with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommended this venue.

My husband and I had our wedding and everything went great! Despite having a wedding during a pandemic, Cathy and Claire made sure our special day was perfect! They had so many safety features around the venue to assure everyone felt comfortable. From the start, Trellis was the only venue we even toured & truly wanted our wedding hosted in. The venue is warm & inviting and had the modern industrial loft vibes we were going for. Our guests are still raving about the venue & shocked that such an adorable place can be found tucked into a shopping center. COVID threw us as few curve balls, but Kathryn was always quick to communicate & assist with any questions we had. I owe a huge thank you to her for making the entire vision come to life and being such a rockstar.

We decided to move up our wedding date and change venues. We just wanted to be married. Trellis was very prompt in helping us plan our day in little over a month and really made wedding planning simple. We went with the intimate package so we got cake, floral, officiant, coordinator and photographer. We switched out photographer for a videography but we had to get a separate insurance plan for our photographer and pay a $150 change fee. It really was a hassle! We suggest you stick with the vendors they provide. Though this can be a hit or miss. We loved our officiant and floral but weren't the biggest fans of our bakery. Other than that it was beautiful and we had a lovely day.

I loved the space so much. It was absolutely gorgeous. It had a good amount of room but was also small enough that a wedding of 14 people like mine, worked out great. Kellie the coordinator was super helpful and on top of things. She got me in touch with the caterer, helped me find a last minute hair and makeup artist (right next door, highly recommend as well), and also got me hooked up with a great violinist who played during ceremony and cocktail hour. Everything went smoothly. There weren’t any hiccups. All vendors involved were fantastic. Good location for wedding photos as well.

When I 1st saw this place I feel in love and wanted my wedding here..today 7/31/2020 I have asked for a postponement of the wedding date because my best friend that is my matron of honor has breast cancer, my fiancee family suffered a tragic death, one of the 3 fisherman in frostfroof was murdered. Im sure everyone had seen the news. The other reason my guest and bridal party are from out of state not willing to travel cause of covid and some of my family suffered lost due to covid. This had been a traumatic year so far. All we asked was to postpone our March 28th 2021 wedding date to the following year. They have refused to do so. What kind of customer service is this place providing in not supporting there brides. They are basically saying get married on the date you booked or cancel which we would lose all we have paid so far. I will never again do business or recommend this venue to anyone.

Trellis 925 was a perfect venue for our wedding - it has so many amazing qualities! It is modular AND attractive AND unique! Kathryn and the team really worked with us to find the best way to utilize the space for our needs. Our ceremony space was transformed into a dance floor (complete with a 6-member band) during the cocktail hour, the “bridal suite” turned into a buffet spread, and we were able to include a photo booth and beautiful cake spread. The styling of the venue meant that decorations were only needed to supplement the space as opposed to transform it. We received so many compliments regarding how “us” the wedding was! It offers you the chance for amazing outdoor photos without having the stress of worrying about an outdoor wedding in Florida. I would have loved an outdoor wedding but I knew that the stress of worrying about what to expect from the Florida weather at any time of year would have been overwhelming. We loved Trellis 925 when we toured it, and I was ready to give up on having any outdoor photos when we were walked back to see Little Sand Lake behind the venue! The setting made for stunning photos and really offered the best of both worlds regarding indoor versus outdoor space. While they have many vendor suggestions, you are not locked into having to pick any specific vendors from a preset list. Additionally, you can bring your own alcohol. This allowed us to get everything we needed at Total Wine which was a HUGE cost savings, and we were able to return the leftovers! It is dog friendly! This was one of our number one priorities when selecting a venue. It is conveniently located. Because it is right in the middle of Restaurant Row we did an after dinner ceremony with hors d'oeuvres and let our guests eat whatever they wanted for dinner. We were able to grab some last minute fruits for the sangria from the Publix two doors over as well! In summary, if you want to host a unique wedding with minimal stress involved in planning, I highly recommend Trellis 925!

Trellis 925 exceeded any expectations we could have had for our wedding day! My Husband and I felt like royalty on our wedding day thanks to Claire and her team. There was a bit of delay because emails were going to our spam folder, but the team did an excellent job getting everything done just a few weeks before our big day! Planning was seamless with all of our vendors, and the team anticipated things we didn’t even think we needed. Our guest loved the ambiance and I’m sure it made for amazing pictures.
