Having fantastic food at our wedding was something we wanted from the start. When our wedding planner recommended Tres LA we knew we had to use them. Their food was the best wedding food we have ever had and we heard this from many guests too. From service, to appetizers, dinner, drinks everything was A++++. We are so happy we hired them to provide the food and the drinks for our wedding. They were so accommodating to everything we threw at them and we appreciated that so much. If you want the best wedding food and service, please hire Tres LA. You will not regret it.

During the wedding planning process, the most important vendor to me was the food. I have been to plenty of weddings before and have never been overly impressed with the food. I always thought that there was no way to have top tier food when you cook for so many people. I was dead wrong. TresLA has the best food. We are thrilled and so happy that we hired TresLA as our caterer for our wedding. The food came out just the way it was at the tasting and their service was top-notch. We were beyond impressed with TresLA. I cannot suggest TresLA enough if you are planning your own wedding.

Rob Pausmith, Elise Prizzi, and their team are absolutely amazing. We are so beyond thankful to have them as our caterers for our wedding, especially during the pandemic. The service was impeccable and they were really on top of making things happen. They did way more than we thought they would and exceeded our expectations. Rob really came through for us and made sure our wedding was going to happen and happen exactly as we dreamed. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and it’s all because of Rob and his team!

Hands down, the best wedding food you will ever have. Everything on their menu is so delicious. Rob, Megan, Elise and the rest of the team are so easy to work with, and they helped us curate the perfect menu for our wedding day! Thank you, Tres L.A.!!

Easy to work with, professional, and the food was delicious!!

We were fortunate enough to get to work with Rob Pausmith and the folks at Tres LA for our recent wedding and let me just start by saying that Rob is the most kind, sincere, and wonderful human being we've ever been fortunate enough to work with. Rob not only handled the food, but also handled the venue that we chose (Cielo Farms), so we got to interact with him a lot. He is EXTREMELY good at his job and extremely personable. Every time we got a chance to interact with him, we left feeling good - because he makes you feel like every little detail is taken care of. He rocks. Now onto Tres LA's food and service. One word: WOW. Every single thing that they have to offer is out of this world. We thought that when we did the tasting itself, the food would be way better than the day of. They're trying to suck you in at that point, and then they phone it in the day of, right? Wrong. The food at the wedding itself was just as good as the tasting, and by good I mean incredible. Michelin star type stuff. Working with them to create a menu was easy, everything we tried was phenomenal, and the experience of working with their staff (and Rob of course) on the day of was perfection. People rarely remember too many details about your wedding (thanks to the free booze), but one thing they never forget is the food. And our guests will be raving about ours for a looooong time.

If you're getting married at Carondelet , don't look further than their extraordinary catering team at Tres LA. (Or if you need a caterer for your venue!) Every drink and every bite of food was amazing. And they were so flexible to work with - accommodating every change we threw their way. It was a breath of fresh air to not have to worry about anything on the day and the Tres LA team made sure that was possible. Plus, every person that worked the event was so nice! Thank you, thank you!

I got married at Carondelet House on October 7, 2018 and the staff at Tres LA, particularly Jennifer, were beyond exceptional. Nice, professional, on the ball and SO attentive. On the day of our wedding they had a designated server for my husband and me, which was lovely. They helped us plan so many details of the wedding and the food was off-the-charts delicious. Truly good and we are foodies. We went to a tasting ahead of the wedding and were blown away by how good it was. I didn't think it would be quite as good on the actual wedding day (when they would be serving a much larger group) and it was just as good if not better. Many of my guests talked about the food and service. Tres LA were wonderful!

My husband and I got married at Carondelet House on April 7th. We would highly recommend Carondelet House and Tres LA for weddings and events. Our wedding food and drinks were amazing! It was incredibly easy to work with Morgan and Francesca at Tres LA. They answered many questions for me and my husband when we researching caterers - very professional and responsive. It was an easy decision to go with Tres LA for our wedding at Carondelet House. We thought Tres LA provided exceptional food at reasonable prices, and the Tres LA team has tons of experience working at Carondelet House. Food and drinks came out on time, servers knew exactly what to do, etc. We received many "best wedding food ever" comments. Even picky eaters at our wedding commented how amazing the food was. Truly exceptional and a very memorable part of our wedding.

If you are looking for a caterer that not only provides amazing food and incredible service, TresLA is your answer. My husband and I recently got married Labor Day weekend (woo!) at The Ebell in Long Beach with TresLA as our caterer. Sharen and her outstanding team make the entire process fun, exciting and they are all so helpful and personable. When we arrived at our tasting, we were blown away with the service and complete professionalism of the staff. It felt like we should have been dressed for a white tie event because they went above and beyond to make it special all the way through. Saying that the food is delicious is an understatement. It is plated beautifully and tastes extraordinary. During our reception, we didn't even need to ask for a fresh drink or a bite of food because they anticipated our every need. Every time we went back to our sweetheart table, our champagne glasses had been filled, our food and cocktails had been refreshed. My father-in-law did not get a piece of our wedding cake when it was served but the staff went into the back and found a piece and plated it for him right away. They even made our meals on our wedding day special to us with my husband getting upgraded to a Filet Mignon and he was extremely pleased. Our guests were blown away with everything that was presented from the tray passed hors d'oeuvres to the main course and the desserts were delectable! Our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed their meals! We had a plated dinner with three meal choices: a New York Steak, Herb Crusted Chicken and Jumbo Stuffed Pasta Shells. I saw guests passing plates around so everyone could try each choice. They truly make it an experience with the ballet service - servers circling the table and dropping the plates at the same time. It was beautiful to watch and our guests were definitely impressed. The chef prepares each menu with the perfect seasonal flare as well as tailoring it to the couple's interests. My husband is from Kansas City and I am from the Bay Area so we wanted to incorporate food that paid homage our hometowns. We had pulled pork sliders, bacon wrapped dates, and different charcuterie that TresLA recommended to us. My husband and I one-thousand percent recommend TresLA for all your catering needs. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Sharen and your amazing team for helping our wedding be a dream come true!

Delicious. The best work I can describe Tres L.A.'s food. We recently hired them to cater our cocktail hour and reception and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about the food. Everyone loved every bite and the selection of food choices made it so hard to narrow down a select few. We were able to sit and eat and I couldn't have been happier about that because the food was sooooooooo good!

Absolutely delicious! Tres L.A. from booking to after the wedding delivered a fantastic and professional service. The high quality of the tasting was exactly what we received at the wedding without fail. Everything was plated so beautifully and tasted like perfection.

Tres LA offers a unique menu that is definitely not the standard wedding food. Our guests raved about the food the whole night. It was truly delicious and everything we wanted!

We went with Tres L.A. as the in-house caterer for Carondelet House, and have no complaints. The service was impeccable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the food was very good. We got numerous compliments on the menu and the quality all around. We decided on the buffet, which was beautifully presented. The only thing I would have preferred for the menu would have been to have a couple more entree choices. Although we were perfectly happy with the things we picked, it would have been nice to have a chicken option on the list as well. The way they do tastings is a little strange -- you can: A.) Swing by another wedding they are catering and pick up a box of whatever they happen to be serving, which is free and a great way to get a sense of the overall caliber of the food. or B.) Set up a tasting for $300, where the chef will work with you on a wholly custom menu. A middle option would have been nice, for those that would like to sample the standard fare to make more educated decisions but don't want/need a personalized menu.

My guests raved about the food. Yummy. Excellent staff, service was on point.
