I can't even put into words how wonderful Melissa and the whole Tricia Dahlgren Events team was! Every step of the planning process she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can't imagine any other wedding planner being nearly as thoughtful, detail oriented, sweet, and easy to work with AND at such a great price. She made sure every detail was as perfect as it could be, and always checking to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We had the wedding of our dreams. Even with wild last minute weather changes, guest count changes, and rearranging of parts of the location, she still managed to keep everything as smooth and magical as possible. I truly could not recommend Melissa and her team more!
I just got married in November and truly had the best experience with Tricia and her team. She is incredibly thorough, very quick to respond to emails, and she concisely answered every one of my questions / provided valuable feedback. I really appreciated her ability to speak directly and shoot straight to the point in the midst of an overwhelming planning season. It was clear that Tricia valued my time and understood where my head was at as a bride, and that was the tone of every phone call, meeting, and email. I’ve never planned my own wedding before and genuinely felt secure knowing that I had Tricia as a sounding board for all of my ideas. She had great vendor recommendations which was a massive help as I had no idea where to start or what to even look for. She checked in often (but not too much), wasn’t overbearing, and even offered to look over rental quotes to make sure everything lined up. Finally, the wedding day came and I was as blissful as I could possibly be, and I didn’t feel like I had to worry about anything. Our wedding day ran as smoothly as a wedding could run and I know Tricia had a massive part to play in making that happen / keeping things VERY on track. During our photos, one of her assistants held up her phone camera so I could apply my lipstick. I went to blot my lips with my fingers and she sweetly stopped me to tell me I could get it on my dress. She then proceeded to hold out her shirt for me to wipe my hands on - I was shocked. Little things like that are such stand outs and were the cherry on top of the whole experience. They also talked to each other through little ear pieces on the day of the wedding and it made me feel like a celebrity (lol). All that to say, you should absolutely work with Tricia - she is the real deal.
I can't speak highly enough of Tricia Dahlgren events! Melissa, was our coordinator and she went above & beyond. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. She was always available during the planning process and was crucial to our wedding day. She kept us on schedule, executed my vision perfectly, was attentive and caring. She truly made our day so special and seamless. I highly recommend!
Tricia did a phenomenal job planning and executing our dream wedding at Bel-Air Bay Club! Throughout the wedding planning process, Tricia was positive, responsive, and diligent in creating our vision. When we met in person for meetings, she was such a delight. On our wedding day, Tricia and her team truly catered to us and our immediate family. Tricia and her team were calm and collected, and were such a comfort to me during the busier moments on the wedding day. We truly felt taken care of. Many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran, all thanks to Tricia and her team! Bel-Air Bay Club staff also loved working with Tricia and her team, making the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend Tricia and her team, especially if you are getting married at Bel-Air Bay Club!
Tricia and her team were a blessing to work with. She knew my budget and got the job done. I really felt like i had my own secret service throughout the whole day. We opted for the day of and 3 months before wedding package and that was perfect for our budget. Tricia also had included unlimited email correspondence which helped so much with the million questions i had. Her team made the night go so smooth and seamless. If there was an issue, i didnt know about it! I highly recommend hiring tricia and her team if you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator. My #1 piece of advice when i started my planning was hire a coordinator.

Tricia provided us with a comprehensive list of reliable vendors, organized by price range, which made it incredibly easy for us to find the perfect match for our needs and budget. After we reached out and interviewed these vendors, Tricia was always available to answer our questions and review contracts. Her attention to detail ensured we didn't miss anything and fully understood each agreement.
What truly stood out was Tricia's responsiveness. She consistently replied within 20 minutes, whether via email or text, no matter the time of day. This quick communication was a huge relief and significantly reduced our stress throughout the process.
Our interactions with Tricia were always productive. During several Zoom meetings, she came prepared with all the necessary paperwork and thoughtful questions. We also met at our venue twice, and on both occasions, she was over-prepared and on top of everything. Her thoroughness allowed my husband and I to relax, knowing that Tricia had everything under control.
We hired Tricia and her team for the rehearsal and the entire wedding day, and they exceeded our expectations. On the day of the wedding, and even during the rehearsal the day before, Tricia and her team were incredible. They were so efficient and proactive that we never had to worry about a thing. They were always three steps ahead, ensuring every detail we discussed was flawlessly executed.

Wow! Tricia and her team made our wedding day and the entire process, seamless, beautiful, fun, and easy! From start to finish, she was organized, very communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Guests and family complimented how perfect the day was, and it would not have been possible without Tricia and her team. My husband and I collaborated with Tricia in the crucial months leading up to our wedding to assemble and finalize the many details of our big day. What stood out to us was Tricia's exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and organizational skills, which were especially vital as we planned our wedding from across the country. Moreover, Tricia's ability to manage our diverse vendors with tact and grace was noteworthy. She showed a deep understanding of the cultural aspects of our wedding, ensuring that the rehearsal and day-of coordination were managed assertively yet sensitively, considering our family dynamics and blend of various elements. This made everything proceed as smoothly as possible. Tricia's expertise in her field is evident, bolstered by her vast network and strong relationships with vendors. Aly and Alma worked my event and were the keys to my wedding's success. They handled the logistics and made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. When the weather looked like it was going to turn the evening of my day, Aly was checking in with me and keeping me updated. She was also communicating with my other vendors to make sure they were aware and able to pivot if needed. She presented me a plan of a potential alternative and gave me time to think it over (this is all happening on the day of my wedding, mind you!). We did end up needing to change our plan due to the weather, but it was completely seamless and went off without a hitch. Alma was also indispensable. She made sure I ate food and always had water and whatever else I needed; so attentive and calm - there when I needed her but knew when to step back when I didn't. The lead up to the wedding was also excellent. Aly helped run my rehearsal and was an excellent communicator throughout the planning process. Couldn't recommend these rockstars enough!
We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Tricia and her team. Tricia is so organized and makes sure all details are locked in and executed properly.
We had calls with so many different coordinators and after talking with Tricia for just 15 minutes, we knew she was the one. She addressed all of our questions and concerns without us even needing to ask them. She is a true professional.
She responds to emails/questions super quickly - no matter how many questions we asked or how tedious those questions may be. We could always count on her for anything we needed.
On wedding day - Tricia and her team were on TOP of everything. It seriously could not have gone more smoothly. It felt like anytime we needed anything, Tricia or one of her assistants had either already taken care of it, or were right there to help.
If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, and your vision to be executed perfectly, look no further than Tricia!
We were so lucky to have Tricia as our wedding coordinator! She was so kind to us and answered every question we had! She walked us through every step of the way and gave many helpful hints. We got married at Sherwood Country Club and she already knew the team there which made everything so easy for us. Tricia was super fast to respond to us and always seemed to be one step ahead. On our wedding day, her team was so helpful, especially Sarah! Any time I would look slightly concerned, they would be at my side ready to fix it. I had no issues at all on my wedding day and it was honestly all thanks to Tricia and her awesome team!

Tricia is a pro and a dream to work with! Her team is so kind, we always felt safe in their hands. Always positive, honest, and as excited about our wedding as we were.
From the moment we first spoke, she was already anticipating the questions or concerns we might be having about our wedding planning. Months in advance of our wedding date, she gave us a useful timeline of “things-to-do” which was very helpful in organizing our task list. She was always available for a quick chat, if needed, to keep things on track.
But it was in the final days before our event when having Tricia & her team in our corner made all the difference, everything was seamless. My husband I didn’t need think or worry because whenever something came up, she quickly took care of it. Every thing we asked for was where it was supposed to be and every detail we had discussed was implemented. It truly was a perfect night, a night we’ll never forget, and Tricia made that possible.
Tricia is the best! I booked her for coordination to begin 3 months out from the wedding. I did this over a year out, and she became available to me for any questions from the moment I booked her. She was so helpful. Once we were much closer to the wedding and having our in person meetings, she provided great information and steered me in the right direction for our timeline. Everything came together flawlessly the day of the wedding. My entire wedding party raved about how great and organized she was. She was always checking on Garrett and I to make sure that we had everything we needed and were happy, and I truly attribute so much of the success from the day to her. I also want to say that Ysaura was fabulous and a lifesaver when it came to holding my train, always keeping me hydrated, and keeping me on schedule. Hire them for your wedding!

I’ll be honest I was skeptical of booking a month of coordinator. I really didn’t want to spend the money and I’m actually a planner in my day job, so thought I could do everything myself. However, after really thinking about it and understanding what they do I did ended up booking with Tricia. Why? Because at the end of the day this is the most important/memorable day of your life! I didn’t want to stress about anything and I didn’t want my family to have to lift a finger. Tricia was hands down the best decision! She is very personable, reliable and was overall wonderful to work with. She understood my vision and executed with no question. She was also super responsive via text/email. The day went seamlessly without a hitch… that’s the goal right?! I can’t thank her enough! 👰🏻‍♀️💒🤍
I was on the fence about getting a month-of coordinator, because I wasn’t totally sure it was in my budget. My biggest piece of advice to all future brides – make room in your budget for Tricia and her team!!! They made my wedding run flawlessly. I mean, there were probably a ton of things that happened that I never knew about, but that’s the point. I didn’t have a worry in the world and I had a blast on my big day, and it was because I trusted Tricia completely. She is very thorough, confident, and professional, from start to finish. In the months leading up to the wedding, she always responded to my emails faster than I could blink an eye (I really don’t know how she did it!), and our meetings were very helpful to someone like me who isn’t very familiar with weddings and wedding planning. I have a terrible habit of second guessing myself and changing my mind at the last minute, and Tricia rolled with the punches and made sure everything happened just like I wanted. She was there for the little things, like when my bustle broke. If you’re looking for an awesome coordinator and team, look no further and just book with Tricia. You won’t regret it!
Tricia was fantastic! She and her team went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone. She made us feel calm and taken care of leading up to the wedding and on the day. If there were issues on our wedding day, we didn't even know about them and they were handled. She was excellent at communicating, competent, and did everything with professionalism.
Our wedding day went perfectly and it was in large part due to our coordinator Tiffany! Leading up to the wedding, she took everything we wanted and made it work. She gave the most experienced insight and I completely trusted her advice. Day of, her and her assistant Ysara were so fun and amazing to have as they ran around making sure everything went smoothly! Many guests told me how impressed they were with her! Tiffany was the glue that held everything together and I’m so glad I had her to help us with our big day!
Tiffany helped us plan our wedding at Newhall Mansion and she was amazing and the wedding ended up absolutely perfect! I’m an event planner by trade so I never thought I’d need a wedding planner but since the mansion recommended it and it was pretty affordable, I decided to give it a go. So glad I did! Tiffany helped us think of things that weren’t even on our radar and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we envisioned. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you so much Tiffany and TD Events!
My wedding was at Ebell of Los Angeles and my then-fiance (now hubby) and I had booked Tricia Dahlgren's services and was matched with one of her coordinators/planners, Melissa L. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and a complete dream, largely due to Melissa's above and beyond coordination and efforts on the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. Like all weddings, not everything went according to plan, but I knew everything would be ok because I had Melissa to lean on- when my wedding dress bustle broke and I needed it to be pinned with a safety pin in order to do my first dance, I went straight for Melissa to help and within a few minutes, my dress was bustled and she even brought us a couple cocktails from our open bar to relax. :)
I had a lot of decor and was very specific with where I wanted things placed, and she made sure my wedding was as beautiful as I had hoped and planned for. I don't know how else to describe the feeling of my dream wedding come true, but let's just say I'm very much a Type A bride, yet Melissa was so kind and patient with me, answered all of my questions, and was very flexible my last minute scrambling/planning (had to plan this 200 person wedding in less than 6 months).. when I think about how my wedding day turned out, it feels more like a surreal fairytale.
Finally, Melissa L. was always very professional and prompt in the planning process which was a major relief, because not all vendors respond in a timely manner (some may take a week or a few days?). I know Ebell has requirements and paperwork for planners to complete, but I didn't even have to check any of that as Melissa took care of it. Nikhil and I will miss working with her <3!
Tricia is the best money we spent for our wedding, I can't say enough good things about her & her team. Many of my friends have hired Tricia for their weddings over the years and there is a reason why! She is kind, professional, and beyond ON IT with every detail. I was able to relax and have fun on our wedding day because I knew she had everything handled, anticipated every possible need, and truly went above and beyond her advertised duties to make every aspect of our wedding easy & stress-free. Keller was a perfect compliment to have by my side throughout the day while Tricia handled everything else. The best wedding coordinators & planners are almost invisible the day-of because they're always 3 steps ahead and onto the next task, vendor, or issue-fixing so you never have to know- and that is Tricia. She makes it all look effortless and I could not recommend her more!
Tricia and her team were a part of the package at our venue, Hart and Main. From the beginning Tricia and her team were super helpful with any questions we had about vendors and any questions about our wedding despite the fact that we only needed a day of coordinator. During the whole planning process, Tricia and her team were just as excited for our wedding as we were. As our wedding got closer, we met with the team via Zoom to discuss everything from the timeline to the reception set up. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly because of the work that Nika and Ashley did. We didn’t have to worry about anything because they had it handled and we were able to enjoy our wedding day. We highly recommend using Tricia and her team to plan any special event and we know who to call for our next big life event.
Tricia was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding. We were a covid wedding and she was so patient through a nearly 3 year planning process. Tricia, Aly, and the rest of the team were so attentive and helpful at our wedding that my husband and I were able to enjoy the day completely stress free. I can't recommend Tricia enough!

From our very first calls, Tricia answered all of our questions and truly made us feel like we were in good hands. Wedding planning is ridiculously hectic, so to know that you have someone in your corner looking out for you is priceless.
On our wedding day, everything went without a hitch and, the best part, I got to enjoy my day! I was anxious leading up to it because I thought I would have to set up or point people in the right direction. Tricia and her team handled all of that and more. I had printouts with Pinterest mood boards of how I wanted everything set up — it turned out better than I could've dreamed! Tricia was hands down the best wedding planner. She was amazing to work with, so sweet, and was always available to me throughout the process. And so organized!! Even though my wedding was in the middle of the pandemic, she made it extremely stress-free. She and her staff really helped make my wedding day a breeze. Any bride would be lucky to have her!
Tricia and her team coordinated both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. The rehearsal dinner also turned out to be a surprise 50th birthday party for the groom (the groom is writing this) and it was just amazing!
We changed our wedding venue just 5 weeks before the date and Tricia was a huge help in navigating us through that challenge. On the day of the wedding, we simply don't know what we would have done without her and Nika! She smoothed out any wrinkles that came up, including managing a broken down bus situation causing late arrivals. She coordinated with all the vendors on the day with military precision ensuring that everything went ahead to schedule. Tricia has a graceful way of being in full control without being intrusive and allowed us to focus on having the best possible wedding day. We are truly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough!
Kaitlyn Dasmann from TDE was our day of wedding coordinator. When our original coordinator left for a new job, Kaitlyn stepped in with about 2 months notice (while having several other more urgent weddings to catch up on, I’m sure!) and absolutely nailed it. On top of everything, she was kind. She executed all of our plans PERFECTLY. There wasn’t a single issue. She was so calm throughout and made sure my wife and I were well taken care of. Her team on the day constantly checked in with us for food and drinks and anything we needed, and were also very sweet. We didn’t work with Tricia directly much, but in the very few times we had questions for her, she responded almost immediately. In an industry that can be so task oriented, often times the personal element falls by the wayside, but Kaitlyn had a smile on her face and was eager to help and make us comfortable at all times. We felt like we were her only client. Highly recommend!
Tricia made our wedding so much easier!!! We’re so happy that we hired her! The day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Our bridal party got to relax and just enjoy the wedding because Tricia took care of everything from creating the timeline schedule of the wedding and coordinating with our vendors to setting up parts of the wedding! She even went out of her way and bought the groom whisky for his photos because his groomsmen forgot to bring one! She is super organized and was amazing! Our family even said our wedding was the most organized wedding they’ve ever been to! Highly recommend hiring her!!

Tricia was a lifesaver. Not only was she immeasurably helpful with vendor liaising before the day, but she was so wonderful at helping set up, directing the vendors and keeping us calm on the day. We dumped a bunch of our DIY and pre-wedding supplies and decor with her at the rehearsal walkthrough, and she took care of them and set everything up just as we imagined.
She’s kind and calm and organized. And goes above and beyond to make sure this is the best day of your life.
Chelsea Romero from Tricia Dahlgren Events was our day-of wedding coordinator and we couldn't recommend her and TDE more highly! She did so much more than day-of coordinating. She really helped us get super organized leading up to the event. I've spoken to other friends getting married and it seems like they haven't had nearly the same level of support Chelsea provided us. Day-of, we felt so secure knowing she was running the show and had absolutely everything under control. People commented on how smoothly everything ran after the fact! On top of that, when my husband and I went back up to our room (we stayed at the venue) at the end of the night, she had saved us dessert and waters, had laid out my bouquet and veil and had written us the sweetest note. It was such a thoughtful surprise. Hire her for your wedding! You will not regret it.
I can't recommend Tricia enough! Getting married at a non-traditional venue was a daunting task, but with Tricia's guidance and expertise it went better than I ever could have imagined! I had (almost) no stresses to worry about on the day of my wedding, Tricia and her team took care of all of the little bumps along the way and kept us on track! Her communication was always prompt and thorough, and her connections with local SCV vendors saved me so much time, money, and headache.

Tricia is literally a super woman! We got married at Hummingbird Nest Ranch and hiring her as our wedding coordinator was the best decision ever! Though we only booked her month of wedding coordinator package, she provided us so much more value than that. I consulted her for almost every decision / anything I was unsure about for the full 15 months leading up to my wedding, and she was always so quick to respond to my emails.
Most importantly, she has such a happy and positive can-do attitude! She'll move mountains to make sure your day is perfect and knows how to work with all the other vendors to make things happen. Our wedding day ran like clockwork thanks to her impeccable planning skills, and both my mom and mother in law raved about how good she was! Working with Tricia as our planner was without a doubt the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process! For our wedding, Chelsea was our coordinator at Newhall Mansion, and she was awesome. We had to delay our wedding 2 years due to COVID, so Chelsea came in as our coordinator in the middle of our planning. But we hardly even noticed, because she took the existing timeline we had worked on and built from there.
Chelsea is extremely organized and thorough. She thought of pretty much everything and helped us remember small things so that we didn’t forget anything. The day of the wedding went SO well, because Chelsea and team took care of all the setup of centerpieces, the welcome table and the various party favors (flip flops, blankets and party sticks). All we had to do was organize everything, so she could set them out on the day. There were so many little details that we didn’t have to worry about, because Chelsea and team had it taken care of. If you struggle with keeping everything straight or following a schedule, Chelsea and team can help make sure that everything runs smoothly. In fact, we were ready to start our ceremony a little early because everything was so well planned.
Something I hadn’t considered when working with a coordinator is how amazing they are at the end of the evening. All the centerpieces got cleaned up and placed inside. Our gifts and cards were upstairs in our suite. A few family members left items like hats and sunglasses behind, and those were thoughtfully placed in an easy spot to find them the next day. So after a wonderful day of celebrating, we didn’t have that much to do at the end of the night.
Tricia is the best! We hired Tricia for wedding event coordination and couldn't be happier. She made sure everything was in order beforehand kept things smooth the day of. She was also very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable for all of my questions leading up to the big day. We felt more comfortable and confident having here there with us, and she truly exceeded our expectations!

Tricia was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and would respond literally all hours of the day. I spent a big chunk of wedding planning time away at school, and Tricia made it so easy to get everything I needed and make sure all of my vendors were on the same page! Tricia is so unbelievably organized and detail oriented (the exact opposite of what I am) that by the day of the wedding we all knew what exactly was going on and everything ran so smoothly. I also want to highlight Krissy, who was with myself and the bridesmaids the day of the wedding. Krissy honestly should have been my maid-of-honor with how much she helped me! Anytime I needed a bobby-pin, or my dress adjusted, or my shoes switched, Krissy was there before I even had to ask!! She also was so fun and supportive, I honestly felt like she was part of the bridal party. There were so many times during the planning process and on the day of the wedding that I was so grateful to have Tricia. My wedding went so smoothly and everything was set up so beautifully, and at the end Tricia ensured that everything was packed in the car where it should be and she even mailed in my marriage license! I cannot say enough good things about Tricia and her team!! They all helped make my day so special and I am so grateful for everything they did!!
Tricia and her team were absolutely pivotal in making my wedding happen! Due to a recent move away from SoCal, I was struggling to do any sort of wedding planning away from the location of my wedding. Tricia was able to step in and help support every step of the way. From the sourcing of vendors to capturing my very particular vision for a non-traditional brunch wedding, she was so vital to this wedding (and to my sanity).
I could send her an email or give her a call, questioning everything under the sun, and she always replied with calm, but positive energy. It made me feel at ease that there was someone who was with myself and my husband to help us throughout this process.

Tricia is INCREDIBLE. It's quite possible that she's superhuman. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which came with the ability to email her any questions, any time. This wound up being very crucial and helpful in our planning process. I could email Tricia about evvvvverything. And I did! From referrals to ettiquette to all our hundreds of little decisions--I emailed with Tricia about every single aspect of our wedding and that is just unparalleled for a day of coordinator. She is lightning fast responsive (and if she couldn't email me back right away because she was working another wedding, she'd email immediately to say that she'd get back to me the next day.) She was always efficient and clear and friendly in her communication. She learned our taste, preferences, priorities, and concerns early on and that made a big difference as she guided us during the prep.
As for the day of--HOLY COW, this is where Tricia and her team just blew it out of the water. First of all, the night before, she ran a super efficient rehearsal with our wedding party and printed the schedule out for each of us so every bridesmaid, groomsman, and immediate family member knew what would be happening and when the next day. She also transferred everything from our car into hers so she could bring it to the wedding venue. Day of the wedding, Tricia brought two assistants with her, so one was entirely dedicated to supporting ME. (This is when I give a big shout out to Vivianna, who is awesome! She has a super steady and calm presence. She kept me on schedule, helped me pee, had extra lipstick for me the second I needed it. She printed out my vows and brought them for me and walked the fine line of not being in the way while my bridesmaids were doing their thing, but also being there when I needed literally anything! Even though she was present for everything, she knew how to give me my space when I was having a moment and knew when to give me a tissue!)
Tricia was lightning fast during the entire day. She never missed a beat, remembered every single detail and is SUCH A PRO! At one point in the evening, my husband was on a crowded dance floor looking for the photographer. Tricia spotted him looking for something/someone and was by his side the next second (somehow! truly, she's lightning fast) asking, "What do you need? What can I get for you?" We chose a venue where we had to bring in every vendor and she communicated with them before, during, and after beautifully. We have friends who are in production in LA and they said to us, "Your day of coordinator is an OUTSTANDING producer. She reaaaally knows what she's doing." By the end of the night, we couldn't believe her whole team had packed up everything into our SUV and we didn't have to lift a finger in the clean up!
We 10000% recommend Tricia! We didn't have to worry about a thing day of!! She knew Hummingbird Nest Ranch, our venue, like the back of her hand, and so, especially if you're getting married there--it's a no brainer!
This is a long overdue review for Tricia and her team. If you are on the fence thinking about whether a day of or full planner is worth it – it is 1000% worth it! Tricia came recommended to me from my friend who worked with her on her 300+ person wedding. I was able to enjoy my wedding day and be fully present because Tricia and her team took care of every single minute. I cannot thank Tricia enough – when I think back on my wedding, everything – and I mean everything – went perfectly as planned. I hired her only as day-of-coordinator, but she was helpful from the start (about one year ahead). She answered all my emails promptly and met with me face to face to plan our timeline. I don’t think she let one detail fall through the cracks. During the planning process, she provided referrals, reviewed my contracts, and helped manage all the final details the month of directly with all of our vendors. I have not been in a wedding party before so I didn’t know where to start with planning. She provided me really helpful planning tips and suggestive timelines. She consulted on décor, colors, and lighting (which is totally not my thing either). On my wedding day, my husband and I were able to enjoy the whole weekend of events without worrying about the details… like how to arrange the decorations, or where vendors needed to go, or packing up everything at the end of the night, or really anything else that day. Not only that, but neither our wedding party nor family had to help out with those things that because we wanted them to enjoy the day as much as us too. Tricia and her team take care of everything so you can truly enjoy your special day. All I had to do was get ready and show up, and then her team took care of everything. I sort of expected something to go wrong because, well, it’s a wedding and there are about a million details. But, everything went so smoothly, I couldn’t believe it. Not only is Tricia fantastic at her job, she’s a true professional and also so personable. She’s very warm and friendly – not pushy at all, which I’ve heard some planners can be. I trusted her completely and had no regrets! Hire her!!!!!
Krista and her team did a great job. Scheduling meetings was easy and she was patient with our questions and at times our confusion. She helped facilitate our requests and provided alternatives when something we wanted was not available. From our point of view the wedding and setup all went smoothly if there were any issues we never heard of them or had to worry about them. Krista kept us where we needed to be and on schedule plus her assistant snuck us some more appetizers while we had some alone time before dinner. Great job and you're in great hands with them.

Booking Tricia and her team for all our wedding planning and coordination needs was by far the best decision we made for our wedding.
She was incredibly responsive throughout the process - from pre-booking through the wedding and beyond (checking in afterwards too!) Even when she had a baby (!) she responded to emails right away. I don't know of any other person, let alone vendor, that is that easily accessible.
Every single vendor that she recommended was absolutely professional and took care of the details and made me feel totally at ease. I could not have asked for a better team of vendors. In addition, Tricia also gave great advice regarding timing of things and even what to avoid spending money on. That is invaluable and in retrospect I wish we had taken more of her advice!
On the day of, her team was there with me throughout the day - from getting ready, through ceremony and photos, until the end of the reception and end of the night. Having someone that's not your bridesmaid or family there to help out is priceless! She was able to help calm my nerves throughout.

Tricia was a dream to work with. My husband and I were planning the wedding from the East Coast and relied heavily on Tricia for her local expertise, recommendations and advice. This sometimes translated into numerous emails and calls in one day, but Tricia took all of our questions in stride--she promptly responded to every little request and question we had, and always made herself available to chat on the phone.
On the day of, Tricia and Cassie orchestrated our event perfectly, and kept us on schedule. This allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy the wedding without a single worry. Cassie even took the initiative to pack me a change of shoes (which I stubbornly resisted) that ended up saving my night.

She was always right on time when it came to the walk through, day of schedule and the rehearsal dinner and was always very professional and easy to talk to.
