Where do I even begin!? Tricia and her company is THE best!
Tricia was a recommendation from one of my best friend's, who actually did her wedding, so I had already seen her and her assistant's in action. Being a bridesmaid at that wedding I s...aw a good amount of work, but never could I have imagined how amazing she really was until having her plan MY wedding.
Tricia was already booked for a wedding for our wedding day, so my girlfriend had recommended Krista, who was a BLESSING. I could not have been happier. I purchased the Day of Package, however, Tricia and Krista helped me along the entire process- checking in on me every few weeks if I had any questions, needed any recommendations, making sure everything was going well. It was SO amazing to have their assistance. I got some great referrals and they were able to answer any crazy question I might have had. Mind you, they would get back to me in a matter of hours most of the time! They were so on top of it. Krista and I had a few meetings to go over what we were looking for, what we needed from her, how we wanted it to go, etc. Everything we wanted- she gave us! She understood us to a tee. She wrote out our timeline which was amazing, since I would have not know where to start. Krista attended our linens meeting at the hotel as well as our food tasting. She was there for everything! It was so nice to have her opinion.
The day before our big day, we had our rehearsal where Krista walked everyone through and told everyone how to be and where to go. She had timelines for everyone and made sure everyone understood what it said. She wasn't pushy and got the huge group of people in order. Our wedding day came and her assistant, Sydney, was my personal assistant the morning (or so I felt like). She made sure I was okay at every moment, whether it was making sure my drink was filled or making sure my son was awake and getting ready with the men. Krista was running around like a mad woman taking care and putting all my small additives together- place cards, game, thank you notes, pens on the table, our table numbers, our chappah, hashtag signs, bar signs, every little addition I needed to get out. She was literally a BLESSING. They both were. Our ceremony went absolutely flawlessly, everyone was where they needed to be, timing was great. After, everyone was escorted to the cocktail hour where they enjoyed themselves, and then up to the reception. Krista and Sydney made sure my husband and I were happy the entire time, kept things on the schedule, and were just a pleasure to have. Our wedding could not have been more perfect and I have to thank them for that!! At the end of the night, they made sure all our belongings were left in our room and nothing was left behind.
I am SO SO SO happy to have gone with Tricia Dahlgren Events for our wedding and I will hire them again for our next big occasion. You will not be disappointed in hiring them as your coordinators!!
