Trinity Trolleys

I hired a couple of trolleys from Trinity Trolleys to transport my guests from the end of our second line to our reception - they were such a fun addition!!! Initially, they were hard to get ahold of like other reviews mentioned. However, once I talked to Michael, he really turned my experience around and delivered big time. I initially had only 1 booked for the wedding party, and added a second later. One of the drivers even went back to scoop up the remaining people! Everyone was able to get a nice cool and fun ride to our reception without having to walk through the heat!! They went above and beyond for me!

Brides and Grooms BEWARE. They no-showed and ghosted us, after happily taking our money, and we had no ride to our own wedding. We had to scramble to get myself and my husband, our parents, our wedding party, our elderly grandparents, and little ones into various ubers and set our schedule back by 30 min. Our wedding planner made sure to confirm with them the day before...and then *poof* they didn't exist. We've tried for weeks to get our money or even a phone call back to no avail, and have had to resort to disputing the charge with the credit card company. There were limited reviews when we booked and they seemed fine on the phone up until the event, so we didn't have much reason to be suspicious. I'm hoping I can help another couple avoid the same mistake. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SKETCHY COMPANY!

DO NOT USE TRINITY TROLLEY, you will be as disappointed as I was. As my Mom said in her review they did not show up and left all of my guest without a ride home, which we said we would provide. To see my Mom worry about the no show at 10:15pm was heartbreaking. She worked so hard to make everything perfect and this was just incomprehensible. Leslie W.

My score on this vendor is “0” They were a No Show!! I booked and paid in full for 2 trolleys for my daughter’s wedding on June 3, 2022. After booking I corresponded with this vendor several times about our contract. We talked about the time, the route we would take that evening. And I called back a few days before the wedding to see if we could bring alcohol on board and put “JustMarried” Sign on the trolley. So I had no reason to even worry. They said they would arrive a few minutes early. I made several calls starting at about 10:10 the evening of my daughter’s wedding, June 3rd, when they had not arrived. The venue’s owner even called. After about 30 to 40 minutes of trying to get a response, we had to tell our guest to order Uber rides back to the hotel. I was so disappointed! I was looking forward to having all our out of town guest experience this trolley ride through the French quarters. I even called Trinity again Saturday morning and as of now June 5th I still have not received a phone call explaining their No Show! I’m so very disappointed that our guest were inconvenienced. Terrible Management, terrible contracts and hard to get ahold of. I would not recommend taking a chance on this company for your big day.

I had so much confidence in this business since my sister got married at one of their venues. What I didn’t know is that ownership changed around and an ugly divorce led to terrible changes. My friend and I both had weddings on the same weekend. We both had TERRIBLE experiences. Theirs was even worse than mine. In our situation, we decided to spend extra money on top of the transportation services we were already using with trinity by getting the Rolls Royce as our getaway car. I specifically decided to get this because of the type of vehicle, the color, and the size for photo aesthetic purposes. I would never have added this service had I known that they would (without even telling me) decide to send an outdated trolley instead. At the very least, I’d hoped they send the newer, enclosed trolley. But they decided to send a open trolley, causing us to be EXTREMELY cold on our November wedding. My hair was a extremely tangled and we can barely hear each other trying to get back to our rental that night. Additionally, the doors would not completely close when we did have the enclosed trolley earlier in the night. One of our groomsmen got hurt trying to keep it closed as they were going on the interstate. If this was the only problem, I wouldn’t be writing this review. At the end of the wedding I was promised that someone would get in touch with me regarding a refund (partial or full). Not only have I not heard a word despite my attempts to reach out, but I was blocked on all social media so that I couldn’t get in touch there and so I couldn’t tag them in a negative review. This out the nail in the coffin for me. IMO, this was extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I don’t think anyone should be treated this way, especially after spending SO much money for a service they never received. I would just stay away from them for not only their transportation services, but also their venues (due to my friends horror story).
