This is our second time in 2 months at the property on 410 Canal Rd, Siesta Key ( Paradise Cove is the name of the rental property) We came back to celebrate my birthday, first time was 4th of July weekend 2022. The first time around everything was perfect, we believe we were one of the first to rent the property from Siesta Key Luxury. This time around the experience was not so good, we think it is important for people to know about our experience, it seems the management company does not care about the property itself, it seems they only care about the turnover of guests. We found BED BUGS when my son got bitten by them while sleeping. We reported to management and asked for them to replace the mattress or to at least clean the mattress, they offered for us to change houses in the middle of our 5 night stay without any help with the move, we were already settled and rejected to spend part of our vacation moving from one home to another. All we asked was that the mattress was replaced and or disinfected, they sent one person over to look into the situation, they alleged that they could not determine if it BED BUGS were preset, they said they would exchange the mattress, clean the room in question and check the other rooms, we went to the beach and left them to handle it. Upon coming back we were told again mattress was replaced and all was handled, upon inspecting, we found out that nothing was done, mattress was not replaced, BED BUGS were in the same place on the mattress, really disgusting. If you pay attention to the reviews on Facebook, you will notice posts about crypto and or there scams, this shows how much this company cares about their rentals, how much they care about their homeowners and house guests. This house was really nice 2 months ago, this time around we noticed many things missing, broken along with a clogged pool bathroom with bad smell by the pool area, clearly showing lack of management. We asked for the owners contact so we could advise them, we were not provided that information. We hope the owners and the people coming right after us read this post, we doubt the management company will handle the BED BUGS and all other issues before the next guest checks in, it is really disturbing. The property is beautiful, management company needs to go, you all should really Inspect any rental from this company before checking in. They may reply saying “ we offered you to move to another house “ but who will want to move with 1.5 day left in your vacation? Should they care about the guests and inspect the house properly before check in? Shouldn’t they care about customers well being? This is clear not the case. We will report this house to the proper organization as it is not safe to stay at this property.
