1) Initial consultation
We ask that you fill out the special questionnaire to save time. The more detailed information and background data you provide, the more detailed and accurate offer we can create.

2) Preparing preliminary event conception.
We are ready to share our vision and structure of your celebration without going into details or sketches.
We will use mood boards and pallet examples to demonstrate stylistics and possible event concepts. We will provide a very approximate estimate to make sure we are on the same page.

From the zoom calls trying to decide on what types of flowers to use for bouquets, centerpieces, etc. to the actual wedding day (that had a couple of snags on our end but Kitty was so patient and accommodating), Petal Station was just the best. My daughter’s bouquet was exquisite and the bridesmaids bouquets were just beautiful. The centerpieces all turned out exactly the way we had envisioned. re told we had unlimited communication. I emailed a few questions to their wedding email and never heard back. 2-3 weeks went by I had to call their shop to get in touch with someone who would answer the email. About a month later, I emailed another question and same problem: never responded. My husband ended up going in person and had to get a phone number to get in contact with someone who would answer our questions. They never sent us our final invoice… we had to ask for that. They also told us the wrong pickup location for flowers the day before our wedding but luckily corrected the mistake before we hit the road. I will say most everyone we worked with was friendly but the lack of communication and amount of confusion at times kept us uneasy. I think if they could improve their communication and take some stress of couples by staying on top of payments I would recommend them to future brides!

We had a final consult with Shelbi a month before our wedding to go over all the details to make sure there were no changes in the initial proposal and to set up the time for delivery. it and I noticed the receipt had a lesser amount than what I was charged for a deposit- it took 2 emails to get a correct receipt. We then asked to have an in person meeting to go over what our choices were for different wedding flower styles. When we got there the florist wasn’t there but her husband tried to help us, which consisted of showing 2-3 bridal bouquets that he found on instagram. He did confirm the details and contact info of our venue, said he would drop personals at 1 pm for our photos at 1:30 and then work on setting up the other flowers for our 4:30 ceremony. At 11:00 am on my wedding day we received a call in the bridal suite that we needed to come to the lobby to pick up our flowers. After a lot of chaos, they were able to be delivered to the suite. Unfortunately since they had to sit out for so long, the flowers were starting to dry and wilt by the time we were even taking pre-wedding photos. I will say that I asked them to incorporate a piece of my mothers veil, which they did beautifully. Overall we didn’t feel like we got the level of service we had paid for, particularly with all of the flowers being delivered 2 hours early.

The centerpieces, garlands, and bouquets were all very high quality, fresh and beautiful. More than a month later my bouquet, though dried, still smells lovely. Our wedding was impacted by the pandemic. When it came to moving our date Trudy’s made it extremely easy. As we got closer to the new date, Jocelyn was awesome about making the changes we requested and making sure she was clear on what we wanted.
The day of our wedding, the flowers added the perfect pop of color we were hoping for. All of the arrangements and bouquets were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. It’s clear that Jocelyn and the team at Trudy’s love what they do. I highly recommend them!

A few days before our wedding I emailed her with a change in our plans and she was extremely flexible. We moved our ceremony from outside to inside, which caused her to redesign the floral arrangement that was originally meant for an arch. She worked with our event coordinator to determine what the new floral arrangement should look like...all without ever visiting the space! When the day finally did come, Jocelyn & the Trudy Flower Team did an incredible job. Everything was setup and there on time. The flowers were beautiful, elegant, and timeless. I would highly recommend using Jocelyn & her team if you want excellent customer service, beautiful flowers, and fair honest prices! Five stars across the board!

. The flowers were beautiful beyond how we pictured them to be. She has done a fabulous job with our pergola and the whole ceremony scene were simply picture perfect. The reception center pieces were classy and beautiful. My bouquet even lasted for a week.
