st get there your consultant shows you all their options while listening to your dream dress, your likes/dislikes, and what you have already tried on. They genuinely want you to find the perfect dress for you, whether it is with them or not. Thankfully mine was with them and it was perfect!

did have to be let out quite a bit in order to fit properly when it got delivered, but I had no other issues with mine. She showed me a bridesmaids dress that was the EXACT color I was wanting, and I hadn’t found it yet online so I booked an appointment for my bridesmaids. For starters, the dresses on the sorella vita line are very expensive for bridesmaids dresses, so I was expecting great things. But all 3 of my bridesmaids dresses needed LOTS od alterations. The tops of the dresses were several cup sizes too big, and one of them despite being too large in the chest wouldn’t zip up past her mid back (and for reference, she is 5’ and 100 pounds, so that shouldn’t have been a thing with the size 4 dress they ordered for her!) Overall, the experience was good, but I would only recommend the bridal section.

Morgan is the Customer Experience Manager and answered many questions I had and was so so helpful. Their gown collection is unmatched and they are not pushy with purchasing AT ALL. They even asked if I needed to sleep on the decision and come back, so I didn't make an impromptu decision. I originally purchased a dress from a different shop (not going to name them,) and wasn’t happy with that first experience and felt pressured to make the decision/purchase. BUT True Society is not like that AT ALL. They were SO understanding with my dilemma and helped me make a decision for myself when I purchased my *true* perfect gown. I love TSBV so so much and I need more of my friends to get married so I have a reason to go back again.

I liked, then had me wait with the people who came with me while she grabbed some dresses to try on. When I tell you she grabbed the perfect selection, I 100% mean it. She was so attentive and kind. For someone who is self conscious about parts of my body, she (and the rest of the team) hyped me up just as much as the people who came with me and made me comfortable throughout the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend True Society to all brides!

g is reasonable, and they have a variety of gowns to choose from. They listened to all of my ideas and found exactly what I would be comfortable in. What’s even better is my wedding day was 5 months away and I was worried about getting it on time. Luckily my dress was in stock and they were able to get my gown ordered and to me in ONE WEEK. I kid you not, these ladies work miracles. 10/10 would recommend!

nothing about wedding dresses when I came in for my appointment and Holly helped me find dresses other than the one I came in wanting to try on so that I could make the best decision. I ordered a year ahead of my wedding, and even with a slight shipping delay, my dress still came in 3 months before my wedding which was plenty of time to get alterations done. The shop is such a nice environment and everyone is so nice to work with. As an out-of-state bride they helped me be at ease about buying my dress from them!

They were honest and followed my lead, but also used their expertise to guide me to my ultimate choice. and said yes to the dress! My dress was in by Nov 2019 - I felt that was extremely reasonable turn around time. I had no issues with the sizing/color once the gown came in. Bethany - what a FUN consultant! She made my experience great. From pinning me to larger display gowns, to grabbing veils and other accessories - I feel like I got great options of what I wanted and narrowed down fairly easily what I did not like in order to find the perfect combo of everything.

e they were throwing me my own mini party from the moment we got there. Aubin helped me in the dress search and listened to what I thought I wanted, price range, but also involved the women I brought with me which was really important for them and to me as well. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on there, although I tried on MANY dresses. They popped champagne for us and made sure we all had our moments and took pictures together. I also loved the set up of the store. It is not as public of a revealing as it is at other places. The people I brought with me could all easily see me in the dresses, but we didn't have the whole store gawking... which was really, really nice. Overall I just think they far outpace any other bridal shop in the area. Between selection, service, accessories, and prices, they are really the best at what they do.

s for some reason, but Molly made me feel very comfortable. I felt good knowing that she regularly tries on the gowns herself and so she truly knows how each one is supposed to look and fit. I also appreciated that they only showed me gowns within my price range, so I didn't fall in love with something over-budget. After ordering, my dress arrived at the shop early (even during COVID). Just be sure to call the shop a few times to check on the status of your order because I never received the delivery text message and also no one called me to let me know it had arrived early.

y set the standard high. I had no clue what kind of dress I wanted and was told to keep an open mind when dress shopping by friends. My consultant, Molly, listened to everything I had to say, made amazing recommendations, made me feel comfortable and was so much fun! She was SO knowledgeable about their gowns and inventory, and any question I had was answered with confidence and ease. She made the process of narrowing down gowns so easy. I can be very picky, but she didn't get annoyed or irritated when I was on the fence between dresses or needed to go back and forth when trying things on. I love working with people that know their stuff, and Molly very much did, which made the process such a breeze. Other consultants in the shop were super helpful, kind and welcoming as well. They have an amazing selection of gowns with a VERY broad price range that fits any budget. I was introduced to the racks with gowns that were in my budget so I knew right off the bat that I wouldn't fall in love with something out of my range. I went in without the intention to buy--just to look, and I did not feel pressured whatsoever when my appointment came to an end. I ended up looking around at other stores with different designers and came back here within 24 hours to buy my gown. They made me feel like a bride and I can't wait to pick up my dress! I'll update as I go through the process of picking up my gown, etc. but I only think my rating would get higher (too bad I can't use 10 stars). **COVID procedures: Because of COVID, they had limitations of guests and made sure all areas were clean and sanitized. I felt completely safe and appreciated the measures put in place to keep customers safe.

Being able to sort through the dresses on the floor and choose some you want to try on is so fun, but it also gives the stylist a good feel of what you’re looking for/what your style is. After we tried a few on Holly went and pulled other dresses she thought I would like. She was so helpful in the dressing room, patient, kind and made the overall experience so much fun! She knew exactly what I wanted, my price range and I felt no pressure whatsoever. And at the end of the day I said YES to the dress! I cannot wait to wear this dress and all of the accessories on my wedding day! 🥰 PS the prices at Belle Vogue seemed to be much more reasonable than other bridal stores in the area, but the dresses themselves were still excellent quality! So I would highly recommend them to anyone!
