Having been Just Ask Rental for 25 years we changed our name to True Value Rental in July of 2017. New Name, Same Great Service! We carry a large selection of items ranging from tables and chairs to lighting and tents to help make your special day memorable! We work with several venues in the New Orleans area and offer delivery and setup services of our rental items.

True Value Rentals had everything I could have wanted for my wedding and truly made my wedding dreams come true! I rented chairs, a stage front, cake stands, and uplighting from True Value Rentals. They set up and took down everything so quickly and without any issues. Everything I rented was great quality and they were always so quick to respond! I loved working with True Value Rentals and I highly recommend them!

The team at True Value was wonderful! I needed to change/update my rentals often leading up to our wedding and they were very accommodating and patient. My order and the setup was exactly as I pictured. Thank you so much!

For our wedding, we rented most of our tableware from True Value Rental. Their products looked great, were high quality, and had reasonable prices. Their service was very professional. Would recommend!

We used True Value Rental for our wedding on December 2nd and the whole experience was so easy, efficient and helpful. From the first moment I met Jenny, she took the time to learn about the style of our wedding, gave helpful input on quantity of rentals for our New Orleans style reception and responded quickly to every email. True Value has a large range of rental options that are reasonably priced and competitive compared to other vendors which was essential when we selected a venue that required us to bring in all items (tables, chairs, bars, tableware, lighting, etc) and we were trying to minimize the number of vendors we were needing to use. When I wasn't sure if I would like the look of a tablecloth and chair pairings- Jenny requested a sample tablecloth and even set up a table in the store before I arrived so I could see what it would look like together. In addition, they allowed us to reserve heaters (that we were able to cancel the week of the wedding) at no charge which was so helpful knowing the unpredictability of New Orleans weather in December. True Value rental has also worked with our venue (NOMA) multiple times and knew the event coordinator and nuanced parameters for setting up on site which was really helpful. Jenny also looked at my floor plan templates and gave helpful feedback on the quantity of tables and seating for our ceremony and reception. Overall, we would highly recommend True Value rental for all your rental needs.

Once we had our final headcount, we worked with True Value to place our order for table linens, napkins, welcome table and linen, and DJ table and linen. As a note - Hotel Peter and Paul/Bacchanal does not provide linens, but working with True Value was great! They have classic options as well as more elevated options, and we chose a mix of black linens with black sequin linens and it all came together so beautifully!

Jenny from True Value stepped in and saved the day when my husband and I traveled down to NOLA to meet our vendors. We ended up getting blown off by another vendor and our planner introduced us to Jenny. She took time out of her day to go through all of our wedding details and made us feel so confident, we booked with them on the spot. They were so easy to work with, very responsive, and very knowledgeable about our ceremony and reception sites so they were able to make suggestions for tables, chairs, etc. The day turned out beautifully and because of their professionalism and knowledge, everything was on time and set up exactly as discussed.

We rented coupe glasses for a champagne tower from them and the whole process was simple and convenient. Price was reasonable as well! Would recommend to anyone!

Wedding planning during a pandemic is hard, but thankfully True Value Rental was a very helpful and understanding vendor. I wish all vendors were as accommodating in these stressful times!

True Value was great to work with! They checked in with me throughout the planning process to make sure their list was up to date with mine. They did drop off and pick up the same night. And they have a wide selection of rentals!

Jenny was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the venue we had chosen. I was planning our wedding from 600 miles away, and she offered her insight and thoughts about what would work best and was so patient with me when I called back a million different times to change numbers and alter our order. Her staff was excellent and were very prompt and efficient! Everything looked perfect for our wedding day! I would recommend Just Ask to any brides in the NOLA area!

Just Ask provided Pipe and Drape, chairs and tables for our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased. The quality was excellent, delivery and pick-up was prompt, and they were very helpful in planning what we needed. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again.

I had such a great experience with Just Ask Rental! I put in the rental order pretty far in advance & I could slowly pay it off month to month. They were very responsive, easy to work worth, and very sweet! They had a great selection of items and dropped things off & picked them up when we needed! I would definitely recommend!

100% statisfied. We rented tables , chairs and tablecloths for an ourside, backyard party . From the office staff to the delivery gentleman , everyone was helpful, courteous and professional . So happy to have found them !! Will definitely use them again !!

This company did a great job for my wedding. They provided the tables, chairs, chair feet and linens for it. They set up everything according to plan and picked it all up on time so I wouldn't be charged for extra time by the venue. I planned my wedding from out of state and they were very helpful- they even mailed a sample swatch of a table linen to me for color approval and I am so glad they did, I didn't like it and opted for another instead. Everyone I communicated with was polite and professional.

Just Ask has everything I could think of to make my wedding and reception picture perfect. The staff and owners are so friendly and ALWAYS ready to help! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to rent anything for their wedding day (or other wedding-related activities--- engagement party, shower, rehearsal dinner, etc).
