I wish I could give Keasha more than 5 stars because I truly cannot put into words how amazing Keasha is and how thankful we are for her! We hired her for the partial planning service & it was the best decision we made. She made every dream become a reality & made the wedding planning process stress free (which who doesn’t love that!). We hired her following booking our venue. She helped us pick & decide on every other vendor and gave us the BEST advice when choosing vendors. She was very hands on, responsive to requests & my many questions, & ALWAYS so genuine, honest, & caring! Keasha sorry it took me so long to write this! 5 stars isn’t enough for what Keasha did for me and my husband. We hired her for full planning and I’m so happy we did. We wanted a non traditional wedding and every meeting we had she offered us the best vendors, and design options we never could have dreamed of. She made our night absolutely unique and perfect. I truly believe I will never see a wedding just like ours. We had some frustrations with the hotel and venue and all I had to do was let Keasha know and she would handle everything without me having to endure additional stress. She even answered me while at another wedding during a panic moment. I can’t express how grateful I am that we hired her, got to know her and honestly I think her rates could absolutely be higher for everything she does for you. Hire her! I booked 3 things within my first month of getting engaged: the venue, the photographer, and the coordinator. Even before I got engaged, I knew that I wanted someone to coordinate my wedding day. And oh my goodness, I got everything I wanted and more when working with this incredible team. Caylee was my coordinator for my wedding and made my day an absolute breeze!!! If anything went wrong, I never knew. Everything about my wedding day was perfect thanks to their incredible help!!! From making sure my to-do list was up to date to setting up the vases on my tables and even ordering us an Uber at the end of the night! As a bride who wanted to plan everything before the wedding and curate it herself but just wanted someone to execute that vision on the day of, Caylee absolutely nailed my needs and wedding dreams. I can't thank her enough for making my wedding absolutely perfect, easy, and STRESS-FREE for me!

Hiring Keasha as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made and it was worth every penny. Scheduling our monthly meetings was easy with online scheduling, she was responsive to all communication and made several recommendations for other vendors that we hired for the wedding day including our florist and makeup artist. We did the partial planning package which included taking over all vendor contact at 6 months out and I cannot say how much of a relief this was for us. She even designed our wedding invitations! There were so many of her suggestions that we incorporated into our wedding day, she really made everything look cohesive and expertly styled. When we had a last minute change in plans for our ceremony and room flip (or lack there of) she immediately had a plan and came up with alternative floral arrangements. My husband and I can say we genuinely got to enjoy our wedding day from start to finish because of Keasha and her assistant Katie. You will NOT regret hiring Keasha and her team!

Everyone told me that when you get married, you need a day-of coordinator for your wedding. Otherwise, it puts unnecessary stress on the bride. I was also told some people pick family members to do this, but I am here to tell you that you need to hire someone for the job, and that person is Keasha with True Love Coordinating!! Keasha is exceptional at what she does. She made the day happen with no hiccups (or covered them well because if they did happen, I did not know about them). She gives you great ideas during the planning process and is on top of everything. I could not recommend her and her team more!!

Keasha and her team are the best! Hiring a coordinator for your wedding is an absolute must. They do so much more than help you with a schedule. They set things up, communicate with vendors arriving and going, light the candles, make you eat lunch and drink water, and hand you a fireball shot before you walk down he aisle. 😉 I knew I was in good hands when I hired True Love C&D. They organization and support truly kept me sane during the planning and design process. Keasha went above and beyond!

We hired Keasha and her team for day of coordinator for our wedding. Personally, I am someone who likes to plan everything myself and wasn't so sure before hiring coordinators. The second I had my first meeting with them, I was so happy and relieved that I did. They asked me questions I hadn't thought of and reminded me of things many people forget. On the day of, Hailey and Caylee showed up right on time and were so helpful. I had extra decor that I told them we could just pack up, and instead they found somewhere they could use it. You could tell they wanted to be there and enjoy what they do. They helped make sure everything ran smoothly and on time. They loaded up our cars for us and made it so easy to leave the venue. I will forever be grateful we hired them. As someone who likes to be in control and plan herself, without them.. my day would have been so stressful. If I needed something, they were right there taking care of it. My, now, husband was sure we didn't need to spend money on coordinators and the first thing he said to me after the wedding was that it was worth every penny! I could not recommend Keasha and her team more! If you are debating on if a day of coordinator or even partial/full time planner is worth it, DO IT! This is one vendor that our day would not have been possible without.

If you have the means, hire a wedding planner! Better yet, hire Keasha and her team! We hired Keasha for full planning from the beginning, even before picking our venue. One of the best decisions and investments we made! Keasha guided and assisted every step of the way (almost a year and a half!), from coordinating and communicating with vendors to providing and creating design ideas and recommendations. She led us to each vendor based on our budget and vision and I firmly believe our wedding day would not have been the perfection it was without each and every one of them. It takes a village, and we have her to thank for ours! Not to mention her creative design talent is truly unmatched! We knew early on in the planning process that Keasha would be unable to physically be there on our wedding day, but Monica and Jodie were fully aware of all details, they were just as organized, professional, and productive, and did not skip a beat! So very thankful for both of them too, as we and our families were able to enjoy our beautiful day to the fullest, stress and duty free! Our wedding day was truly everything we hoped for and more, and we feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to have had Keasha as our planner!

Keasha and her team were AMAZING! They made the day so much more enjoyable and be able to focus on my family and friends and my husband to enjoy the experience! They really went above and beyond and helped me calm my nerves! They even went and picked up our WAY LAST minute signage which I procrastinated on ! I would highly recommend them! Keasha is an an amazing funny woman and I wish I could have another wedding to do it all again with her ! ( well not really weddings are expensive 😂😂) ! I’m so thankful that she was available - the day went PERFECTLY! The only “bad thing” is the day went by WAY too fast !!! It's hard to put into words how much Keasha did to make our dream wedding come true. We hired her for the full planning service for our wedding and it easily was the best decision we made. Keasha is incredible and was the #1 reason my wedding went so smoothly! I had decided to hire a wedding planner/day of coordinator about three months prior to my wedding. My wedding was taking place in Missouri while I was in Pennsylvania so a lot of the details/decorations were slipping through the cracks on planning. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted my wedding to look like and she knew exactly how to bring it to life, but significantly improved! My videographer cancelled the day of my wedding and she called 50 (literally) other videographers to find a replacement. She is hardworking, funny, and was by far the best investment for my wedding. The best thing you will ever do is hire a wedding planner/day of coordinator and if you are going to hire one it should definitely be TRUElove Coordinating and Design. Keasha and her team are the greatest investment I made in my wedding day- genuinely. I booked Keasha’s wedding management/day-of package but feel like I received a full planning package! From the time of booking all the way until the end of the wedding, Keasha and her team were communicative, helpful and organized. She was the most personable genuine human and I truly gained a friend in her. I was able to reach out to Keasha at any time throughout the planning process to review vendor contracts, get her thoughts and professional opinion allowing me to use the planned meetings to my advantage. I truly cannot recommend Keasha and her team enough. I booked the Wedding Management package, but Keasha was hands on throughout my entire planning process making sure that I was staying on track, giving me to-do items, and answering all my random questions. I worked with Keasha up until my wedding day, and then two of her team members (Caylee and Monica) were my day of coordinators. They stepped in as if I had been working with them the whole time! I was so impressed! They made us feel like royalty and got us anything and everything we needed or asked for! Their help with setup and tear down was HUGE. My mom was definitely stressing out about it leading up to the day since we were on a strict timeline from the venue, but it went so smoothly and my mom was able to relax and enjoy the day with me. Booking them was hands-down the best wedding decision I made. I do not know how we would have made it through the day without them.

I am a wedding photographer and I knew immediately, being in the industry myself and being so busy with all my client's weddings I didn't have time to contact vendors, set up meetings, have a big wedding planning binder (nor did I want to), so I knew I needed help! I decided to go with Keasha's Full Planning Package and I truly can say it was the best decision about our entire process. We ended up having to reschedule our reception, but decided to get married on our original date. Keasha helped us get everything situated on a new date seamlessly and we didn't have to do ANYTHING. She knows what you need before you need it. I had Keasha booked for nearly 2 1/2 years by the time we got to finally have our big Reception and I got the chance to work with her vendor to vendor quite a bit. There is no one else I would rather work with as a bride OR as a vendor. She is truly valued in the wedding vendor community and you will see why when you hire her!!

I am literally emotional writing this review. Keasha is a super human!! We had to push our wedding due to the pandemic and our already lengthy engagement became even longer. Keasha was so patient and hung in there with us through everything!! She basically helped us plan 2 weddings and was so supportive and kind, just what we needed! We genuinely love Keasha and consider her a true friend during this entire process. I can't believe everything her and her team pull off effortlessly! They seriously make it look EASY! She catches every single detail and makes it so that you don't have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. I literally left my phone behind the entire day and never needed to check it! We are still just BEAMING from our wedding. It felt like a total dream. Keasha and her team took such good care of us, from taking my dog out for potty breaks to making sure that we were fed, they were a POWERHOUSE! And not to mention, so fun! We shared so many laughs during our busy day. They cleaned up our entire venue and packed all of our gifts, cards, and personal items, they didn't miss a THING! We were able to enjoy one last slow dance together and were off to our hotel without lifting a finger! Hire Keasha, she is worth every penny and THEN SOME!! We hired Keasha for day-of coordinating for our wedding at the Hawthorne House and it was the best money we've ever spent. Keasha was a LIFESAVER. I was the bride who thought I'd save a little money and just use the venue "coordinator" but I am beyond happy I changed my mind when things started to seem overwhelming. Our day ran so smoothly and appeared effortless although I know Keasha and her girls were running around behind the scenes all day. We had a small hiccup with the Mother of the Brides dress and Keasha was there to save the day. I cannot stress to you enough. HIRE HER! 100/10 would recommend.

Due to the pandemic, we ended up doing a micro-event, and having Keasha handle all the vendor contacts and venue set up meant that the guests we had were able to celebrate with us the entire day! We found Keasha through our venue and hiring her to coordinate and help plan our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! She is incredibly organized, provided us with a to do list that was easy to follow, recommended other amazing vendors and was very helpful through the planning process! Keasha was absolutely AMAZING!!! She had to step in TWO days before my wedding and was able to step in with ease and knew exactly what to do. I was extremely stressed losing our original coordinator so close to our wedding date, but Keasha handled the situation professionally. I honestly feel like calling Keasha a "day-of coordinator" would just be insulting. Keasha does EVERYTHING and does it to the nines. From helping us with decorating, catering, and other decisions to literally assembling the gorgeous floral piece on our ceremony arbor, she does it ALL amazingly! When I first got engaged I truly didn't think I'd need a day-of coordinator, but I cannot imagine what a catastrophe it would've been without Keasha. She kept us on track all day and helped us so much weeks before the wedding, too. Keasha was absolutely phenomenal! I truly feel like we couldn't have done it without her. From the very beginning, we knew she was going to be the perfect fit. Considering that we booked her a year out, and only as a "Day Of Coordinator", she made sure she checked in on us and had everything we needed. My husband and I were on the fence about whether we needed her for our rehearsal... DO IT! Just do it. Things moved quickly and so smoothly. And while we had a smallish wedding party, the personalities were big. Keasha wrangled them all! Come the day of, Keasha and Katie were on top of things. I could just breathe. They kept me in the loop about the rain chance throughout the day, and when it came time to flip to our rain contingency plan- they did it seamlessly. The space was stunning. And everything that had been stuck in our heads for the last year of planning had come to fruition thanks to the two of them! A wedding planner was, hands down, the BEST investment for our wedding, and Keasha was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch, and it flowed so incredibly well. One of my biggest worries was being too caught up with the logistics, and forgetting to actually ENJOY our wedding, and Keasha allowed us to do just that. It was so wonderful to relax, live in the moment, and truly take it all in as she handled the big and little details of the day. Not only did she provide excellent vendor recommendations throughout the planning process, but she coordinated their arrival, setup, and departure. She set up our ceremony and reception better than I had envisioned, and her attention to detail was superb. Overall, I was very pleased with Keasha, and would highly recommend her!

I am so glad that there are people on this planet like Keasha because I am not detailed, and not a good planner and she is everything plus a million. Before the wedding, she meets with you multiple times and her meetings will always relieve your anxiety. She has a way to handle everything with ease and is a professional in her craft. Her communication skills are excellent and she was always a text away if you had any questions. I last minute realized that I had forgot to order table cloths. I texted her in a panic and she got it taken care of AND picked them up for me. The actual day of the wedding was AMAZING. She also has an assistant and they both were fluid and had everything running smoothly from morning to night. As a bride, I did not have to worry about one thing. Everything was better than I imagined. Our families were impressed by her. She also did things that went above and beyond such as getting car keys from mom to load of the car so mom could stay longer. She was the backbone to our wedding and our big day would have never been as perfect as it was without her. Nervous brides- you will be SO THANKFUL that you booked her. I stressed for over a year over the big day and she made it work in my vision. I think she deserves a lot more than she charges. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend TRUElove Coordination and Design.

I honestly have no idea how our wedding would have gotten done without Keasha. She was organized, she kept me on top of what I needed to do, she was always thinking ahead, and she was so darn nice. Keasha did amazing at making our wedding exactly what we wanted! She helped all along the way and saved our lives on the day of! The plan was an outdoor ceremony but she last minute transformed it into a beautiful indoor ceremony with no prior plans to do so! Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with my decision to hire Keasha as our day-of coordinator. Leading up to the wedding we had multiple meetings where she helped ensure I had covered all the details, big and small, things I definitely would have overlooked without her help. The day of our wedding her and her sweet assistance set up all of our decorations while guiding/assisting vendors. The venue space was decorated perfectly, and she even repurposed our archway flowers into a beautiful floral piece at the sweetheart table. The whole day she was happy, flexible, and accommodating. Even at the end of the night when plans fell through on decorations being taken home, she offered to help out and take as much as her car could fit to help alleviate some of my stress about it. It was so helpful, as she was the entire day!

These two are amazing! Keasha knows literally everything to know about weddings. She will have every detail down and leave no questions unanswered! Keasha was wonderful! 100% the best money I spent on the wedding. She literally took care of everything. I didn't have one worry the entire day. She was definitely the wedding service that worked the hardest. Keasha took care of things I didn't even think about like moving our arbor flowers to the head table after the ceremony. Here's just one example of how amazing Keasha and Candice were: I had my wedding in the Crossroads District on a First Fridays -- probably not the smartest idea. Anyways, there was live music blasting near by. Keasha got them to stop right before our outdoor ceremony and they didn't play for the entirety of the ceremony (like 30 minutes.) That's something that could have really put a damper on the day BUT KEASHA TOOK CARE OF IT. She did SO much more than I can type out here. If you're even considering getting a coordinator, do it! And stop looking right here because TRUElove Coordinating & Design is perfect in every way!

Wow, where do I begin? Let's start with the initial meetings where I felt 10000x less stressed with someone who knew all the things to get organized with, questions to ask, and details to confirm. Her overall demeanor makes you feel calm and at ease with all the wedding stress that has a way of creeping up on you towards the end. She was never more than quick text away to ensure she would be with me every step of the way. She gave me the most confidence that everything would be perfect. She told me about this "emergency kit" she would provide and I'm expecting a little makeup sized thing with a sewing kit, uh no. This was the mother of all bags complete with the most random things that I ended up NEEDING! She was on time and immediately began to address some issues that came up that were stressing me. Within minutes she had a solution to a problem I thought was irreversible. She was there through everything to ensure my whole day went smoothly all the way up to the end of the night. The biggest part of her performance at my wedding was how many people approached me complimenting her about how accommodating she was with the bridal party, family and friends. I thought I just "wanted" a day of coordinator and I'm so glad I booked Keasha because I literally NEEDED her that day. If you are even considering a coordinator look no further, Keasha is your girl.
