I knew I needed help! I decided to go with Keasha's Full Planning Package and I truly can say it was the best decision about our entire process. We ended up having to reschedule our reception, but decided to get married on our original date. Keasha helped us get everything situated on a new date seamlessly and we didn't have to do ANYTHING. She knows what you need before you need it. I had Keasha booked for nearly 2 1/2 years by the time we got to finally have our big Reception and I got the chance to work with her vendor to vendor quite a bit. There is no one else I would rather work with as a bride OR as a vendor. She is truly valued in the wedding vendor community and you will see why when you hire her!!

he basically helped us plan 2 weddings and was so supportive and kind, just what we needed! We genuinely love Keasha and consider her a true friend during this entire process. I can't believe everything her and her team pull off effortlessly! They seriously make it look EASY! She catches every single detail and makes it so that you don't have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. I literally left my phone behind the entire day and never needed to check it! We are still just BEAMING from our wedding. It felt like a total dream. Keasha and her team took such good care of us, from taking my dog out for potty breaks to making sure that we were fed, they were a POWERHOUSE! And not to mention, so fun! We shared so many laughs during our busy day. They cleaned up our entire venue and packed all of our gifts, cards, and personal items, they didn't miss a THING! We were able to enjoy one last slow dance together and were off to our hotel without lifting a finger! Hire Keasha, she is worth every penny and THEN SOME!! You will be able to enjoy your wedding day so much more with her and her team around. lthough I know Keasha and her girls were running around behind the scenes all day. We had a small hiccup with the Mother of the Brides dress and Keasha was there to save the day. I cannot stress to you enough. HIRE HER! 100/10 would recommend.

Due to the pandemic, we ended up doing a micro-event, and having Keasha handle all the vendor contacts and venue set up meant that the guests we had were able to celebrate with us the entire day! But the best part, and I cannot emphasize this enough, there was absolutely no stress on our wedding day. At no point in time did I have to worry about whether or not something was getting done, whether or not vendors were where they were supposed to be; all my wife and I had to do was get to one place on time and then everything else was taken care of. She made it so the family could relax and enjoy themselves during the wedding and reception. Whatever you're hiring TRUELove Coordinating and Design for, they are worth it. coming with a lot of stress. Being super organized, I thought, I don't really need a wedding planner. I realized very quickly, a month after trying to plan myself, that no matter how organized or brilliant you are, having a little extra help can never hurt. In steps Keasha, my savior. We hired TRUElove Coordinating and Design, for the full wedding planning package. This was so helpful because Keasha and I were able to connect the few times I was in town and via technology to stay on the same page throughout the planning process. Keasha helped with the full planning process from hiring vendors, creating a timeline, picking out decor, florals, and so much more. One of the biggest helps was that Keasha handled the logistics of rentals, vendors arrivals, and the timeline of the day. My wedding day was stress-free and amazing! That is due to Keasha and her amazing team, they were friendly, fun, and just amazing. Thank you so much Keasha for making my wedding day amazing. When I first got engaged I truly didn't think I'd need a day-of coordinator, but I cannot imagine what a catastrophe it would've been without Keasha. Things moved quickly and so smoothly. And while we had a smallish wedding party, the personalities were big. Keasha wrangled them all! Come the day of, Keasha and Katie were on top of things. I could just breathe. They kept me in the loop about the rain chance throughout the day, and when it came time to flip to our rain contingency plan- they did it seamlessly. The space was stunning. And everything that had been stuck in our heads for the last year of planning had come to fruition thanks to the two of them! If any bride is not sure if she needs a coordinator of any sort, I would highly recommend they do it. And even better if it is Keasha! Thank you so much, Keasha!!

r anxiety. She has a way to handle everything with ease and is a professional in her craft. Her communication skills are excellent and she was always a text away if you had any questions. I last minute realized that I had forgot to order table cloths. I texted her in a panic and she got it taken care of AND picked them up for me. The actual day of the wedding was AMAZING. She also has an assistant and they both were fluid and had everything running smoothly from morning to night. As a bride, I did not have to worry about one thing. Everything was better than I imagined. Our families were impressed by her. She also did things that went above and beyond such as getting car keys from mom to load of the car so mom could stay longer. She was the backbone to our wedding and our big day would have never been as perfect as it was without her. Nervous brides- you will be SO THANKFUL that you booked her. I stressed for over a year over the big day and she made it work in my vision. I think she deserves a lot more than she charges. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend TRUElove Coordination and Design.

The venue space was decorated perfectly, and she even repurposed our archway flowers into a beautiful floral piece at the sweetheart table. The whole day she was happy, flexible, and accommodating. Even at the end of the night when plans fell through on decorations being taken home, she offered to help out and take as much as her car could fit to help alleviate some of my stress about it. It was so helpful, as she was the entire day!

even think about like moving our arbor flowers to the head table after the ceremony. Here's just one example of how amazing Keasha and Candice were: I had my wedding in the Crossroads District on a First Fridays -- probably not the smartest idea. Anyways, there was live music blasting near by. Keasha got them to stop right before our outdoor ceremony and they didn't play for the entirety of the ceremony (like 30 minutes.) That's something that could have really put a damper on the day BUT KEASHA TOOK CARE OF IT. She did SO much more than I can type out here. If you're even considering getting a coordinator, do it! And stop looking right here because TRUElove Coordinating & Design is perfect in every way!

ease with all the wedding stress that has a way of creeping up on you towards the end. She was never more than quick text away to ensure she would be with me every step of the way. She gave me the most confidence that everything would be perfect. She told me about this "emergency kit" she would provide and I'm expecting a little makeup sized thing with a sewing kit, uh no. This was the mother of all bags complete with the most random things that I ended up NEEDING! She was on time and immediately began to address some issues that came up that were stressing me. Within minutes she had a solution to a problem I thought was irreversible. She was there through everything to ensure my whole day went smoothly all the way up to the end of the night. The biggest part of her performance at my wedding was how many people approached me complimenting her about how accommodating she was with the bridal party, family and friends. I thought I just "wanted" a day of coordinator and I'm so glad I booked Keasha because I literally NEEDED her that day. If you are even considering a coordinator look no further, Keasha is your girl.
