Liz was absolutely amazing and professional.. I had a micro wedding but she made sure no detail was missed and my day was so smooth.. I had not one worry.. she also has an amazing personality.
Truly Yours did a great job with helping us at our recent wedding at the Black Barn. We thought we were already a well prepared group that did not need a coordinator, but we ran into had our own short comings like not having a knife to cut the cake! Thankfully Truly Yours foresaw this issue and had it resolved while keeping us on schedule throughout the entire event. I am glad they were a part of our special day especially with their fun energy.
Man oh man, where do I even start! My husband and I went back and forth on whether or not we were going to get a wedding coordinator. I had to convince him that it was just as a necessity as any of the other vendors. After we had booked our venue which was at the Black Barn, they provided us a list of preferred vendors. I saw Truly Yours listed as one of the coordinators and decided to look them up. I followed them on social media and checked out their website. They were reasonably priced compared to other coordinators/planners that I had seen so we went for it. We met with them just as an initial consultation and knew that this would be a good choice for us. Although I was a "I already know what I want" type of bride, I knew that I would need someone to help me put my vision all together. They provided very helpful information throughout the months before the big day like a timeline of when vendors should be booked and went over all contracts after booking vendors. Our assigned coordinator was Ana and let me tell you, I consider her a friend now! She was absolutely the most sweetest and helpful person we could've asked for. She checked in often to see how things were going with planning and to see if we had any questions. No matter the day and time, she was responsive. She was very tentative and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she made it her mission to find the answer or solution for us. I can't thank her enough, she was a God send. Our wedding day honestly was perfect. I'd like to think it's because it was coordinated to a T. I didn't have to worry about a thing besides just getting ready and enjoying the day.
If you are on the fence, please know that you can't handle everything on your own....even for the most organized and type A bride. You will need help and I recommend considering Truly Yours if you don't want to be stressed during the planning process or on your wedding day.
In all honesty, I was very hesitant about hiring a wedding planner and only did so because our venue required one. As someone who is very Type A and particular, I have a hard time handing over control to someone else and trusting them with my "vision". However, Ana (and the rest of the TY team) completely changed my opinion. When we first got our detailed timeline I thought "oh THIS is why we needed a planner". I would have been lost without her. Every little thing that I was too occupied to worry about, she handled. Our wedding party included 7 Navy vets and wrangling them is no easy feat, but she did so with ease. Our wedding would not have been a success without her and I will sing her praises forever and ever. Thank you Ana (and the TY team) for making my wedding dreams come true. 🤍
Truly Yours was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, they were organized, responsive, and always on top of communication. I made lots of little changes to our timeline leading up to the big day, and Raquel was so flexible and accommodating — always making sure the day would go exactly how we envisioned it.
On the day of, everything ran so smoothly. While we didn’t see all the behind-the-scenes work ourselves, we felt it — which says so much about the incredible job they did. From setup to ceremony, reception, and even cleanup, they handled it all. They made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that the day flowed beautifully from one moment to the next.
My parents worked closely with the team since we had so many DIY decorations, and they couldn’t stop praising how hardworking, thoughtful, and detail-oriented the coordinators were. If you want a stress-free, well-run, and beautiful day — 10/10 recommend Truly Yours. They truly made our wedding feel effortless and perfect!
Where do I begin?! Jeanie made our wedding planning process & our actual wedding day the smoothest ever! She was there to answer every question and need along the way & the day of! No matter what I asked of her, Jeanie made it happen. All of our friends and family had nothing but wonderful things to say about Jeanie and I could not agree more with them. She showed so much excitement and enthusiasm for us, it was so heartwarming. If you need someone who knows what they are doing, CARES about what they are doing and is just AWESOME at what they do, you can’t go wrong with Jeanie!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisbeth and Karen for our wedding. They delivered on all expectations and more! We received compliments from our bridal party and guests about how professional and easy going they were to work with. They ensured that our big day was smooth and just as we had imagined it to be. That is a credit to how well they prepared. Prior to the wedding we had video meetings, text, and emails. Ensuring we knew exactly what needed to happen for the wedding. They contacted our vendors and made the final stretch of wedding planning a breeze.
One thing that was important for us was that we had a bilingual coordinator as many of our relatives primarily speak Spanish. This was not a challenge for our coordinators Karen and Lisbeth.
Looking back I would not change a thing about working with them. It was a great choice and we had an absolute blast at our Wedding.
I had the amazing pleasure of working with Truly Yours for my wedding and more specifically Ana, as well as Isabell on the day of. Ana without a doubt made my day what it was! She provided ultimate guidance leading up to my day, executing my vision day of, and kept me very stress free. She has the kindest heart, and I am so so happy that we had the pleasure of working with her. I also wanted to note that both Ana and Isabell are the best hype girls out there!!! 10/10 recommend, thank you Ana! :-)
It was truthfully the best day of our lives! Ana and the Truly Yours team helped us feel at ease throughout the entire process and our big day. Ana was so easy to talk to, listened to all our questions and concerns, and constantly reassured us. No one was left wondering what was happening the day of and we received multiple compliments on the flow of the day. This can all be attributed to Ana's care and attention to even the smallest of details. We couldn't be happier with her assistance.
Our wedding day was so special thanks to Jeannie! When looking at if we wanted to book a coordinator/planner we really were unsure but we are so happy we did because we don't believe our wedding would've been what it was if it wasn't for Jeannie and the Truly Yours team and we are so so grateful!
On our wedding day, we were at complete ease knowing Jeannie had everything under control which allowed us to completely enjoy our day!
Jeannie helped us create our timeline and she adjusted it multiple times without hesitation and made some great recommendations for us that I really would've never thought about. She coordinated with vendors and that in itself took so much stress off of our shoulders. She really just made sure everything flowed perfectly so we could just our big day!

They were with me every step of the way to keep me on track in planning my destination wedding, offered so much support and helped us avoid disasters on the day of the wedding! JUST BOOK THEM!! Truly the best group of ladies ever. The entire process they were so resourceful and in the know. On my day, I had Raquel and Genesis and WOW, talk about SEAMLESS! From the set up to communication with vendors, we had a drink in hand before we even made it all the way back up the aisle. They were so true to their name; they were TRULY mine. I did not lift a finger from start to finish. I just enjoyed my wedding with my now husband and my family who traveled so far to be there. What an amazing experience and I need to dedicate a huge part of that to the Truly Yours team , especially Raquel and Genesis!
I cannot recommend them enough! Extremely professional and organized. We had the luck of a hurricane coming on our wedding day and the way they handled everything and connected with all our vendors and found us a rescheduled date that worked for us was above and beyond. We got engaged in 2023 and booked our venue (The Black Barn) in September of that year. I saw we needed a coordinator and was nervous because I was unsure of how the process would go. I never had a need to worry because this team was EVERYTHING!
Ana was amazing and answered every silly or big question I had, reassured me I was doing great, and checked in with us frequently. I cannot express how much weight was taken off my shoulders just knowing they were there.
Even day of, when things inevitably didn't go according to plan, Ana and the team were on top of it.
If I had to do this whole process over, I wouldn't change working with Truly. The best decision we made when we started planning.
We hired Truly Yours for their 3-month-out planning and day-of coordination services. During our initial interview, we met with Jeannie and Karen, and their professionalism and approach immediately made us feel confident and comfortable. We were excited to have them as part of our wedding day team.
As the wedding approached, we were reassigned to a different coordinator, Shirley. While I was okay with the change, I felt disappointed that I never had the chance to meet Shirley beforehand. If I had, I might have reconsidered my choice. Unfortunately, the coordination leading up to the wedding felt somewhat disorganized. While everything was ultimately handled, I believe the process could have been smoother, with better communication and a more positive attitude from Shirley towards both myself and our vendors.
During the rehearsal, Shirley seemed unprepared, which was noticed by my entire wedding party. There was also an awkward public exchange between her and our Reverend, which came across as unprofessional and left a lingering tension throughout the rehearsal. She didn't like a decision that the Reverend and I had made when it came to the precessional order, and she made that very clear. However, our choice was what we wanted and it made the most sense to everyone involved. The whole exchange was just odd.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly overall, and we had an incredible time. However, several vendors later mentioned having difficulties with Shirley, and we fell behind schedule at one point without a clear explanation as to why.
While our day was still magical and unforgettable, if I could go back, I would likely choose the other coordination team offered by our venue.
Choosing Truly Yours Coordinating for our wedding on December 14, 2024, was one of the best decisions we made. As a bride who already had a clear vision for most of our wedding, I knew I needed a team that could help bring everything together seamlessly. From our very first consultation, I knew we had found the perfect match.
Jeannie, our head coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She was so organized, thorough, and genuinely personable. Throughout the entire planning process, Jeannie was there to assist with any questions I had, offering thoughtful advice and suggestions that really helped ease my mind. Every call we had made me feel more prepared and less stressed, which was invaluable leading up to our wedding day. She truly understood my vision and made sure everything was executed perfectly.
One of the highlights was the custom timeline Jeannie created for us. It laid out the flow of the entire day, which gave me a huge sense of relief knowing everything was in place and would run smoothly. On the wedding day, Emily and Ana joined Jeannie, and together, they worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran seamlessly. They were so attentive to every detail, making sure everything was on time and handled with care.
I truly cannot recommend Truly Yours Coordinating enough to any bride looking for planning or coordination services. If you want to feel confident, supported, and stress-free on your wedding day, Jeannie and her team are the ones to trust. We cannot say enough good things about Karen and the Truly Yours Coordinator team! From the moment we discovered their Latina woman-owned small business, we were drawn to their positive energy and knew they were the perfect fit for our wedding. We booked them for the 3-month coordination package, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process.
Karen and her team were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and supportive. They reviewed all of our vendor contracts to ensure everything was in order, and kept us on track with monthly tips and reminders. Their communication was always timely, and they made sure we were staying on top of everything. Karen also coordinated our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day itself.
On the big day, Karen and her assistant went above and beyond. They set up all of our decorations exactly as we’d requested, and before letting guests into the reception, Karen made sure I was 100% happy with how everything looked. She even checked in with me multiple times throughout the day to ensure everything was running smoothly.
We also really appreciated that Karen is bilingual, which was so helpful for some of our family members who don’t speak English. It made them feel much more included and comfortable.
The absolute highlight of our day, though, was when we exited the ceremony room and Karen was right there waiting for us with our signature drinks and fresh appetizers! It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel extra special in the moment.
Everything was handled with such care — from the set-up to the clean-up — nothing was missed. Our day ran seamlessly thanks to Karen and Truly Yours Coordinator. 10/10 a wedding coordinator for your special day is a MUST! I don't care what ANYONE tells you; that is something worth spending a portion of your budget on! With that being said, Truly Yours exceeded my expectations and then some. From all of the pre-wedding day client meetings, zoom calls, text messages and emails, our coordinator, Ana, was as much a part of our wedding day as an invited guest! Ana came and did a site visit months before the wedding, and was there for set-up the day before, rehearsal, and ALL DAY on wedding day! Truly Yours will forever have a piece of my heart. They are a very professional group of ladies, but more than that, they put their heart in everything they do. Leading up to the wedding, we had a few meetings and my husband and I were in awe because they would think of EVERYTHING, many things which we had not yet contemplated. They were always available to us, just a short txt or call away.
Our wedding day was truly magical, I did not worry about one single thing because the coordinators took care of it all. Iliana was so sweet and caring, and made sure the wedding day went smoothly. Everyone was so impressed at how well coordinated our entire wedding day was. Future brides, please do yourself a favor and hire these ladies!!! Your mental health and sanity will thank-you later.

I started planning my wedding at the Grand 721 back in August of 2023 for Aug of 2024, I met with Karen initially and absolutely loved her vibe and hearing about what Truly Yours had to offer. I was impressed but I initially decided not to book just yet as our venue came with a month of coordinator. Let's just say come December I knew I was going to need way more help than I originally thought, I reached back out to Truly Yours and I booked. I was assigned Ileana as my coordinator and I couldn't be happier with her. She was sooo kind and organized and made sure to keep me on track during the whole process. When I had some bumps with some of my vendors Ileana jumped in took charge and made my dream wedding come true. The day of turned out way better than I imagined and Ana was there day of as well, she was great! Any unforeseen emergency was handled with so much professionalism and grace, this team truly rocks! Without them I for sure would have suffered from wedding planning hair loss! lol

We cannot express enough how amazing Ileana with Truly Yours Coordinators’ was in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We decided on the Partial Planning package which includes 3 months of support from their team helping with ALL aspects of the wedding planning process. From monthly emails that listed out all the things that you should complete in that month plus amazing communication between us and all of the other vendors to a killer day of timeline that included everything that was important to us (+so much more that we didn’t realize should be accounted for when it comes to timing) all scheduled down to the minute for optimal structure and organization. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of our reception, Ileana was attentive, organized, and incredibly professional. The day of, Ileana and Ana took care of every detail, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. Their creativity and dedication ensured that everything went smoothly and beautifully. Their preferred vendors list and experience in the central florida wedding market supplied us with access to the best of the best when it came to finding our other vendors. The team is incredibly professional (and patient, which is SO appreciated when it comes to wedding planning because everyone knows it is a stressful and overwhelming process), Ileana not only helped execute our exact vision for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception but also helped ensure that we had a smooth and efficient rehearsal before so we (bride, groom and bridal party) knew exactly what to expect and what we needed to do for a smooth ceremony.
TRULY so grateful for the Truly Yours team! Throughout the entire process Karen was super responsive and answered any and all my questions no matter how silly they were. She totally understood what I valued and did not really care much for on our wedding day. She listened to our vision and was extremely accommodating to everything! After months of planning it was so nice to enjoy my day not having to worry about any of the little things the day of. Karen and the team were always there and super responsive for us from bringing us food, to just chatting, setting everything up, and pure positive happy energy! Truly yours is an absolute amazing team. Very responsive and helpful with all items. Very well connected in the community and a ton of experience. Will not break the bank and will do an exceptional job. I was so calm the week of the wedding and the day of because I knew I had a great Team by my side. All curve balls that were thrown at us was handled with grace by the team and we figured out solutions for everything. All of the other vendors contracted knew of this team and talked highly about them, I am so happy with my choice of planner. I would choose them again and again!
These ladies are the BEST in the business, and I cannot be convinced otherwise. I paid for the All Yours 3-month coordination and it was perfect since we DIY'd almost everything. my initial consultation was with Karen. I met with multiple coordinators from different companies, but Karen was such a vibe I booked with them the moment our meeting ended. My coordinator was Ana, and she was very engaging in the 3-months leading up to our wedding day. She responded to emails and texts quickly, and she made sure everything was in order prior to the day.
Our wedding rehearsal was a disaster because my bridesmaids showed up 45 minutes into our 1-hour time block. I was so upset that I cried in the parking lot, but Ana remained calm and reassured me that everything was going to work out. She literally said, "I've seen some crazy things at weddings, and everything always turns out fine."
On our wedding day Ana and her assistant Aly were a godsend. Aly was armed with crazy glue and was ready to tackle anything that needed a quick fix. They made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. If anything didn't go according to plan, I was not aware. They even handled the removal of a family member because she showed up to my wedding dressed head-to-toe in all white (the audacity, I know). I truly can't stop singing their praises. BOOK THEM!! You won't regret it.
My husband and I absolutely LOVED choosing Truly Yours as our coordinators. We wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months and had no idea if it could be accomplished… one Instagram search later led us to these amazing ladies! We chose the partial planning and from the start they cheered us on and pushed us to stay on schedule. It was so helpful knowing they were just a text away—and literally I loved that they would text to check in on me! It really helped to know what to prioritize first and they have a checklist for everything. As a DIY bride, they helped me be realistic on what I could accomplish in my timeframe, they gave ettiquete advice for invitations, and they gave us good feedback on our vendors since they know the Orlando area so well. The most relieving feeling was going through the entire day and then seeing an itemized list of what is being brought, who is doing what, and what time everything will occur— it was like all our planning culminated into one solid document! This made the day of the event run so smoothly! On the day of the event, they made sure we were fed and hydrated (lol at this being when my husband cried) and they even helped set up all my DIY items! A wedding is a big deal and it was like planning with a good friend the entire time! We are TRULY grateful for Jeannie, Karen, and the amazing team!
Ileana was AMAZING. She made everything for us flow so seamlessly. She noticed things in our contract that didn’t make sense timeline-wise or if we were paying extra for something unnecessary and corrected them immediately. She responded so quickly and was very helpful day-of. Everyone said it was one of the best weddings they have been to and a large part of that was due to Ileana.
Ana / the Truly Yours team could not have been a more perfect fit for our wedding! Honestly, could not imagine the day without them, even a little bit. I will always recommend to any future couples that they hire a month/day of coordinator even if they are pros at event planning, but ESPECIALLY these ladies!!! They are PROS!!!!! When I first hired the team it was just Karen and Jeannie, so when I first started getting emails signed by Ana I was a bit confused, but truly she was a DREAM to work with and I'm so grateful she was there. She was genuinely excited for us every step of the way, she expertly handled absolutely everything that might have caused a hiccup on the day, she celebrated us as if she had known us for years. She answered all the millions of questions I had at any time of night and she was so understanding every single time. These girls just get it, and the time and effort that goes into all the pre-planning / day of tasks prove they are experts in their field. From running the rehearsal easily, to the detailed timeline, to communicating with other vendors, to helping with even the dress and the floral arrangements. I did not have to think about a THING! What was especially telling was that with almost every vendor we had, they already knew Ana and her assistants! They were hugging each other, excited to see each other, talking together during dinner, etc. It just proved that these girls form beautiful relationships with each other, their couples, and the other vendors, and it makes such a difference when running an event. I loved to see it and it just further proved what I already knew, that they were the only options when it came to booking a coordinator :) I wish I could get married again simply to work with them again! xoxoxxo

Every time I needed assistance, one of their three amazing team members was right there, ready to help with a smile. From constant timely communication/planning with Jeannie leading up to the wedding, to Ally's assistance with a lightning-fast reception dress change and helping me stay cool and relaxed before the ceremony, to Natalie, Jeannie, and Ally helping me get the perfect veil photo, their upbeat and kind demeanor made me feel like royalty from start to finish.
