dding weekend at Casani Estates in central Florida with nearly 200 guests, including our very large welcome dinner for 100. She was with us every step of the way.We had a lot of ideas for our wedding and Jeannie really helped us bring it all to life and make our wedding even better than we could have imagined. We did the full-service planning package and are so glad we did! We happened to be in a very busy stage of our lives outside of wedding planning, and we live in a different state, so having the full-service planning was ideal for us to stay on track and feel extra supported! At first, I was hesitant that working with a planner and even doing full-service planning would make me feel disconnected from planning but that couldn't have been farther from the truth!! It was truly a collaborative experience from start to finish and I always felt looped in to everything going on. It was even more fun getting to work with Jeannie and was suuuch a huge weight off our shoulders knowing she had our back and was making sure everything was perfect the entire time!
Jeannie's expertise made us feel comfortable that every detail was accounted for throughout the entire planning process. She had awesome recommendations for every vendor we could think of and we knew we could trust her judgment 1000% on the quality of these vendors. We're bilingual and hosted most of the wedding in Spanish, and it was important to us that our vendors would be able to easily communicate with our guests. Jeannie helped us make sure every vendor we worked with was able to meet our needs! We were so happy with our entire vendor team, and we credit that fully to Jeannie, her knowledge of the industry, the relationships she has built with vendors of all kinds, and her understanding of our vision and what we were looking for.
On the actual event days, she was amazing at getting everything set up super quickly and efficiently. She was also super great about helping us not feel stressed about anything because we knew that she was handling everything. For the wedding day, we had Sabrina and Samantha also helping us and I loved them too!! They were also super sweet, super helpful, and just altogether a great addition to our team. Our wedding turned out beautiful, as if we had pulled it straight from our Pinterest board and made it even better 🥹
From helping us choose vendors, to giving advice on design and aesthetic, to the helpful tips and reminders to make sure our planning process was always on track, to literally just being fun to talk to, Jeannie is and was all-around a godsend for us. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated, funny, a joy to be around, and an absolute expert at what she does.

cessity as any of the other vendors. After we had booked our venue which was at the Black Barn, they provided us a list of preferred vendors. I saw Truly Yours listed as one of the coordinators and decided to look them up. I followed them on social media and checked out their website. They were reasonably priced compared to other coordinators/planners that I had seen so we went for it. We met with them just as an initial consultation and knew that this would be a good choice for us. Although I was a "I already know what I want" type of bride, I knew that I would need someone to help me put my vision all together. They provided very helpful information throughout the months before the big day like a timeline of when vendors should be booked and went over all contracts after booking vendors. Our assigned coordinator was Ana and let me tell you, I consider her a friend now! She was absolutely the most sweetest and helpful person we could've asked for. She checked in often to see how things were going with planning and to see if we had any questions. No matter the day and time, she was responsive. She was very tentative and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she made it her mission to find the answer or solution for us. I can't thank her enough, she was a God send. Our wedding day honestly was perfect. I'd like to think it's because it was coordinated to a T. I didn't have to worry about a thing besides just getting ready and enjoying the day.

As the wedding approached, we were reassigned to a different coordinator, Shirley. While I was okay with the change, I felt disappointed that I never had the chance to meet Shirley beforehand. If I had, I might have reconsidered my choice. Unfortunately, the coordination leading up to the wedding felt somewhat disorganized. While everything was ultimately handled, I believe the process could have been smoother, with better communication and a more positive attitude from Shirley towards both myself and our vendors.
During the rehearsal, Shirley seemed unprepared, which was noticed by my entire wedding party. There was also an awkward public exchange between her and our Reverend, which came across as unprofessional and left a lingering tension throughout the rehearsal. She didn't like a decision that the Reverend and I had made when it came to the precessional order, and she made that very clear. However, our choice was what we wanted and it made the most sense to everyone involved. The whole exchange was just odd.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly overall, and we had an incredible time. However, several vendors later mentioned having difficulties with Shirley, and we fell behind schedule at one point without a clear explanation as to why.
While our day was still magical and unforgettable, if I could go back, I would likely choose the other coordination team offered by our venue.

I was assigned Ileana as my coordinator and I couldn't be happier with her. She was sooo kind and organized and made sure to keep me on track during the whole process.
