Truly Yours Coordinator

menal job executing the perfect day. I had no worries at all throughout the best day of my life. As a Latina bride, it meant so much to have a team of coordinators that were able to speak our native language, Spanish! I could not even fathom having had a wedding without Truly Yours on my team. 1000/100 would recommend.

g from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, she made sure she had all the information needed, communicated with our vendors, and kept everything moving smoothly. It was clear that she understood our vision and genuinely cared about making our day special. We also had an unexpected situation come up during our wedding day, and the way Sabrina handled it was incredible. She stayed calm, took charge, and made us feel completely supported during a stressful moment. Because of her, we were able to focus on enjoying our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Having a day-of coordinator made such a difference. It allowed us to truly be present and enjoy the day, knowing someone was managing all the details and making sure everything stayed on track. Thank you, Sabrina and the entire Truly Yours team, for helping make our wedding day at the Black Barn so special. We are so grateful for everything you did and would highly recommend your services to any couple planning their wedding!

dding weekend at Casani Estates in central Florida with nearly 200 guests, including our very large welcome dinner for 100. She was with us every step of the way.We had a lot of ideas for our wedding and Jeannie really helped us bring it all to life and make our wedding even better than we could have imagined. We did the full-service planning package and are so glad we did! We happened to be in a very busy stage of our lives outside of wedding planning, and we live in a different state, so having the full-service planning was ideal for us to stay on track and feel extra supported! At first, I was hesitant that working with a planner and even doing full-service planning would make me feel disconnected from planning but that couldn't have been farther from the truth!! It was truly a collaborative experience from start to finish and I always felt looped in to everything going on. It was even more fun getting to work with Jeannie and was suuuch a huge weight off our shoulders knowing she had our back and was making sure everything was perfect the entire time! Jeannie's expertise made us feel comfortable that every detail was accounted for throughout the entire planning process. She had awesome recommendations for every vendor we could think of and we knew we could trust her judgment 1000% on the quality of these vendors. We're bilingual and hosted most of the wedding in Spanish, and it was important to us that our vendors would be able to easily communicate with our guests. Jeannie helped us make sure every vendor we worked with was able to meet our needs! We were so happy with our entire vendor team, and we credit that fully to Jeannie, her knowledge of the industry, the relationships she has built with vendors of all kinds, and her understanding of our vision and what we were looking for. On the actual event days, she was amazing at getting everything set up super quickly and efficiently. She was also super great about helping us not feel stressed about anything because we knew that she was handling everything. For the wedding day, we had Sabrina and Samantha also helping us and I loved them too!! They were also super sweet, super helpful, and just altogether a great addition to our team. Our wedding turned out beautiful, as if we had pulled it straight from our Pinterest board and made it even better 🥹 From helping us choose vendors, to giving advice on design and aesthetic, to the helpful tips and reminders to make sure our planning process was always on track, to literally just being fun to talk to, Jeannie is and was all-around a godsend for us. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated, funny, a joy to be around, and an absolute expert at what she does. We recommend Truly Yours with our entire hearts and are so, so glad to have found them. To Jeannie, girl thank you so much for everything we are so thankful for you!! Aside from an amazing wedding planner and coordinator, we are also so happy to call you a friend. If we had to do it again, we would choose Jeannie and Truly Yours again in a heartbeat and we'll shout it from the rooftops how much we recommend them!! For anyone considering Truly Yours, let me just say with confidence that you will not regret working with this amazing, wonderful team. So, so happy we did!! In conclusion, BOOK THEM ♡♡

to finish, she was organized, calm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. Sabrina helped keep every detail on track, handled anything that came up seamlessly, and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day. She made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free, which is priceless when planning a wedding. Beyond being incredibly talented at what she does, Sabrina is also kind, warm, and such a pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. If you are looking for a coordinator who will go above and beyond, we highly recommend Sabrina and Truly Yours!

nd I am so happy to have gone with this company for my special day!

process. And our wedding coordinator, Raquel, was so kind, professional, and easy to talk to about any concerns we had. She ran the day wonderfully, and we have no complaints!  I would recommend them to any couples out there searching for a coordinator & planner team.

zed and eager to make your day PERFECT. Could not recommend her enough. Two of my best friends also used Truly Yours and they had a similar experience- everyone is so nice and will do anything in their power to make sure your big day goes how you envisioned it.

nnie’s incredible care, organization, and dedication is truly unmatched. She and Emily went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfectly in place, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. I can honestly say I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the entire day. We are beyond grateful to the Truly Yours Coordinator Team. If you’re looking for a coordinator who truly cares and will make your day unforgettable, Truly Yours Coordinator is it.

versation, Emily immediately put me at ease. She patiently addressed every concern and made me feel confident that we were in the best possible hands. Both Emily and Liz were present and attentive from beginning to end, guiding us through every step of the process with professionalism, warmth, and incredible organization. Our guests repeatedly commented on how seamless and well-organized everything felt. What they didn’t know—and what we only fully realized afterward—was just how much was being handled behind the scenes. Shortly before the ceremony, my husband became very ill, and there was a real possibility that the wedding might not proceed. Emily and Liz managed the situation with such discretion, care, and composure that no one was aware anything was wrong. They ensured my husband was taken care of while keeping everything on track, allowing the celebration to continue smoothly. Their ability to remain calm under pressure, handle unexpected challenges, and shield us from unnecessary stress is something we will never forget. There were several other situations managed quietly and professionally that we only learned about later. Without their expertise, those moments could have easily overshadowed our day. Instead, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every second. If you or someone you know is planning a wedding, do not hesitate to book Truly Yours Coordinator. It will make all the difference—not only on your wedding day, but in the months leading up to it. Their support allows you to save time, reduce stress, and genuinely soak in the joy of such a meaningful occasion. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Emily and Liz, for making our wedding day even more special than we ever imagined.

rry about anything, we were able to enjoy the entire wedding day. I am the mother of the bride so to spend all the quality time with my daughter that day knowing literally everything was being handled was so special. Ana and Genesis were incredible the entire day/night. HIGHLY recommend Truly Yours Coordinator. Thank you so much ladies!!!

ugh the timeline was detailed and thorough. Rehearsal was simple and had all of us feeling at ease because we felt confident that the wedding ceremony would go smoothly. And the day of couldnt have been more perfect. Genesis and her assistant Alyssa had my full trust and they nailed absolutely everything. The decor was stunning and they kept us on a perfect timeline to get everything done. I cant say enough great things! Thank you ladies for making my wedding day unforgettable

we had someone we could fully trust took such a huge weight off our shoulders. Raquel was truly amazing from the very beginning — just all good vibes, calm energy, and genuine care. She made the entire process feel seamless, kept everything organized, and handled details we didn’t even realize we would’ve stressed over. Because of her, we were actually able to be present, relax, and fully enjoy every moment of our day. We are beyond thankful for her and cannot recommend her enough. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator — do it. It will be the best decision you make. Thank you Raquel!!! <3

hankful grateful and blessed for Raquel. She seriously killed it! Most girls have hiccups in their wedding but that wasn’t the case. Our day couldn’t have gone better! Mind you we had our wedding during the coldest weekend in history and she kept us calm and helped us with every last minute decision we had to make to accommodate our people. We love you Raquel!

coordinator, Karen—she absolutely killed it. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand my wants and needs, and it honestly felt like we knew each other right away. Her experience in the industry truly shows. From managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, and navigating a big, lively family—she handled everything with grace and confidence. Nothing was ever too much for her. Her promptness, expert advice, ability to think on her feet, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I am so thankful and blessed that God led me to Karen. My wedding day was a true fairytale, and I couldn’t have done it without her. Forever grateful! 🤍🤍

elped set everything up perfectly, including our beautiful draped background, and made sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. Emily and Liz kept everything running smoothly throughout the entire day, making sure we were always taken care of — from keeping the timeline on track to making sure drinks were brought to us. Their attention to detail and constant support allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. Emily was incredibly informative and guided us through how the timeline should flow, what needed to happen, and in what order, which helped us feel confident and prepared. The rehearsal was also great and really helped us know exactly what to expect on the wedding day. Thanks to Emily and Liz, our day was seamless, calm, and truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinating team and would highly recommend Truly Yours Coordinator to any couple looking for a smooth, organized, and stress-free wedding day!

ed me to cancel my wedding date. The team immediately helped me out with contacting all of the vendors and letting them know of my situation. I was able to finally reschedule my wedding at Sydonie Mansion for December of 2025 which they helped deliver flawlessly. Jeannie was SO great to work with!! The day would not have turned out as perfectly without their help.

event wise to make everything run smoothly, they were so extremely kind and attentive. Each and every detail was well thought out, they even made sure to be properly informed on our cultural traditions and customs. They truly made my day. I absolutely recommend Truly Yours, they are the definition of the perfect coordinators! :)

g went so smoothly, i wouldn't change a thing! we had the pleasure of working with ana for partial planning and emily jumped in to assist day of and they were both so kind and attentive and able to make everything we needed to happen, happen! i'm so glad we chose to work with truly and if i could do it all over again, i'd choose them every single time. wishing you all nothing but success!

detail with calm professionalism and genuine care. Emily kept everything running smoothly — coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, solving little issues before we even knew they existed, and making sure we could truly relax and enjoy our day. Her communication was amazing, her organization was flawless, and her warm personality made the entire experience even better. Thanks to Emily, our wedding day was stress-free, seamless, and everything we hoped it would be. If you’re looking for a coordinator who will go above and beyond, choose Truly Yours and ask for Emily. She’s incredible!

personality.

to had our own short comings like not having a knife to cut the cake! Thankfully Truly Yours foresaw this issue and had it resolved while keeping us on schedule throughout the entire event. I am glad they were a part of our special day especially with their fun energy.

cessity as any of the other vendors. After we had booked our venue which was at the Black Barn, they provided us a list of preferred vendors. I saw Truly Yours listed as one of the coordinators and decided to look them up. I followed them on social media and checked out their website. They were reasonably priced compared to other coordinators/planners that I had seen so we went for it. We met with them just as an initial consultation and knew that this would be a good choice for us. Although I was a "I already know what I want" type of bride, I knew that I would need someone to help me put my vision all together. They provided very helpful information throughout the months before the big day like a timeline of when vendors should be booked and went over all contracts after booking vendors. Our assigned coordinator was Ana and let me tell you, I consider her a friend now! She was absolutely the most sweetest and helpful person we could've asked for. She checked in often to see how things were going with planning and to see if we had any questions. No matter the day and time, she was responsive. She was very tentative and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she made it her mission to find the answer or solution for us. I can't thank her enough, she was a God send. Our wedding day honestly was perfect. I'd like to think it's because it was coordinated to a T. I didn't have to worry about a thing besides just getting ready and enjoying the day. If you are on the fence, please know that you can't handle everything on your own....even for the most organized and type A bride. You will need help and I recommend considering Truly Yours if you don't want to be stressed during the planning process or on your wedding day.

handing over control to someone else and trusting them with my "vision". However, Ana (and the rest of the TY team) completely changed my opinion. When we first got our detailed timeline I thought "oh THIS is why we needed a planner". I would have been lost without her. Every little thing that I was too occupied to worry about, she handled. Our wedding party included 7 Navy vets and wrangling them is no easy feat, but she did so with ease. Our wedding would not have been a success without her and I will sing her praises forever and ever. Thank you Ana (and the TY team) for making my wedding dreams come true. 🤍

imeline leading up to the big day, and Raquel was so flexible and accommodating — always making sure the day would go exactly how we envisioned it. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly. While we didn’t see all the behind-the-scenes work ourselves, we felt it — which says so much about the incredible job they did. From setup to ceremony, reception, and even cleanup, they handled it all. They made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that the day flowed beautifully from one moment to the next. My parents worked closely with the team since we had so many DIY decorations, and they couldn’t stop praising how hardworking, thoughtful, and detail-oriented the coordinators were. If you want a stress-free, well-run, and beautiful day — 10/10 recommend Truly Yours. They truly made our wedding feel effortless and perfect!

No matter what I asked of her, Jeanie made it happen. All of our friends and family had nothing but wonderful things to say about Jeanie and I could not agree more with them. She showed so much excitement and enthusiasm for us, it was so heartwarming. If you need someone who knows what they are doing, CARES about what they are doing and is just AWESOME at what they do, you can’t go wrong with Jeanie!

ts about how professional and easy going they were to work with. They ensured that our big day was smooth and just as we had imagined it to be. That is a credit to how well they prepared. Prior to the wedding we had video meetings, text, and emails. Ensuring we knew exactly what needed to happen for the wedding. They contacted our vendors and made the final stretch of wedding planning a breeze. One thing that was important for us was that we had a bilingual coordinator as many of our relatives primarily speak Spanish. This was not a challenge for our coordinators Karen and Lisbeth. Looking back I would not change a thing about working with them. It was a great choice and we had an absolute blast at our Wedding.

provided ultimate guidance leading up to my day, executing my vision day of, and kept me very stress free. She has the kindest heart, and I am so so happy that we had the pleasure of working with her. I also wanted to note that both Ana and Isabell are the best hype girls out there!!! 10/10 recommend, thank you Ana! :-)

to all our questions and concerns, and constantly reassured us. No one was left wondering what was happening the day of and we received multiple compliments on the flow of the day. This can all be attributed to Ana's care and attention to even the smallest of details. We couldn't be happier with her assistance.

ve our wedding would've been what it was if it wasn't for Jeannie and the Truly Yours team and we are so so grateful! On our wedding day, we were at complete ease knowing Jeannie had everything under control which allowed us to completely enjoy our day! Jeannie helped us create our timeline and she adjusted it multiple times without hesitation and made some great recommendations for us that I really would've never thought about. She coordinated with vendors and that in itself took so much stress off of our shoulders. She really just made sure everything flowed perfectly so we could just our big day! Thank you Jeannie for making our day so special and making it everything we ever dreamed of. If you're wondering whether a coordinator is worth it, trust me, having Jeannie and the Truly Yours team will make all the difference!!

us avoid disasters on the day of the wedding! I truly can’t recommend them enough. You need a coordinator but you need one that puts their heart into their work and that is what Jeanie from truly yours brought to the table for my husband and I. ✨✨✨✨✨❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much for making sure our day was as beautiful and magical as it was !

From the set up to communication with vendors, we had a drink in hand before we even made it all the way back up the aisle. They were so true to their name; they were TRULY mine. I did not lift a finger from start to finish. I just enjoyed my wedding with my now husband and my family who traveled so far to be there. What an amazing experience and I need to dedicate a huge part of that to the Truly Yours team , especially Raquel and Genesis!

h all our vendors and found us a rescheduled date that worked for us was above and beyond. You want your day to be perfect? Hire them! 🤍🤍🤍

go. I never had a need to worry because this team was EVERYTHING! Ana was amazing and answered every silly or big question I had, reassured me I was doing great, and checked in with us frequently. I cannot express how much weight was taken off my shoulders just knowing they were there. Even day of, when things inevitably didn't go according to plan, Ana and the team were on top of it. If I had to do this whole process over, I wouldn't change working with Truly. The best decision we made when we started planning.

roach immediately made us feel confident and comfortable. We were excited to have them as part of our wedding day team. As the wedding approached, we were reassigned to a different coordinator, Shirley. While I was okay with the change, I felt disappointed that I never had the chance to meet Shirley beforehand. If I had, I might have reconsidered my choice. Unfortunately, the coordination leading up to the wedding felt somewhat disorganized. While everything was ultimately handled, I believe the process could have been smoother, with better communication and a more positive attitude from Shirley towards both myself and our vendors. During the rehearsal, Shirley seemed unprepared, which was noticed by my entire wedding party. There was also an awkward public exchange between her and our Reverend, which came across as unprofessional and left a lingering tension throughout the rehearsal. She didn't like a decision that the Reverend and I had made when it came to the precessional order, and she made that very clear. However, our choice was what we wanted and it made the most sense to everyone involved. The whole exchange was just odd. On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly overall, and we had an incredible time. However, several vendors later mentioned having difficulties with Shirley, and we fell behind schedule at one point without a clear explanation as to why. While our day was still magical and unforgettable, if I could go back, I would likely choose the other coordination team offered by our venue.

knew I needed a team that could help bring everything together seamlessly. From our very first consultation, I knew we had found the perfect match. Jeannie, our head coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She was so organized, thorough, and genuinely personable. Throughout the entire planning process, Jeannie was there to assist with any questions I had, offering thoughtful advice and suggestions that really helped ease my mind. Every call we had made me feel more prepared and less stressed, which was invaluable leading up to our wedding day. She truly understood my vision and made sure everything was executed perfectly. One of the highlights was the custom timeline Jeannie created for us. It laid out the flow of the entire day, which gave me a huge sense of relief knowing everything was in place and would run smoothly. On the wedding day, Emily and Ana joined Jeannie, and together, they worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran seamlessly. They were so attentive to every detail, making sure everything was on time and handled with care. I truly cannot recommend Truly Yours Coordinating enough to any bride looking for planning or coordination services. If you want to feel confident, supported, and stress-free on your wedding day, Jeannie and her team are the ones to trust. They helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our dreams come true. Thank you, Truly Yours Coordinating, for making our wedding day as smooth, joyful, and unforgettable as it was!

itive energy and knew they were the perfect fit for our wedding. We booked them for the 3-month coordination package, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. Karen and her team were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and supportive. They reviewed all of our vendor contracts to ensure everything was in order, and kept us on track with monthly tips and reminders. Their communication was always timely, and they made sure we were staying on top of everything. Karen also coordinated our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day itself. On the big day, Karen and her assistant went above and beyond. They set up all of our decorations exactly as we’d requested, and before letting guests into the reception, Karen made sure I was 100% happy with how everything looked. She even checked in with me multiple times throughout the day to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also really appreciated that Karen is bilingual, which was so helpful for some of our family members who don’t speak English. It made them feel much more included and comfortable. The absolute highlight of our day, though, was when we exited the ceremony room and Karen was right there waiting for us with our signature drinks and fresh appetizers! It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel extra special in the moment. Everything was handled with such care — from the set-up to the clean-up — nothing was missed. Our day ran seamlessly thanks to Karen and Truly Yours Coordinator. We are so grateful for their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. Thank you for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We love you, Karen, and Truly Yours!

d for us and we are so grateful for all of her hard work. I can't imagine how the day would have gone without Ileana and her team.

nticipating our needs before we even asked. Communication was a breeze—they were quick to respond to emails and texts, and always offered thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our plans. They handled everything from vendor coordination to timelines, ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the big day, they were ready for anything, which allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about a thing. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, our wedding day was flawless. We couldn't have done it without them!

Truly Yours exceeded my expectations and then some. From all of the pre-wedding day client meetings, zoom calls, text messages and emails, our coordinator, Ana, was as much a part of our wedding day as an invited guest! Ana came and did a site visit months before the wedding, and was there for set-up the day before, rehearsal, and ALL DAY on wedding day! Her team that helped out during the wedding was also exceptional. You won't regret hiring the Truly Yours team for your big day. *chef's kiss*

you as you prepare for your big day. Ana was absolutely incredible and she is a HUGE part of making our special day possible. I have nothing but great things to say about them and would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Truly Yours thank you thank you thank you for all of your help and making our dreams come true!

nized, and truly went above and beyond to make the day seamless. She even helped bustle my dress, which was such a relief in the moment! We had a little hiccup with the schedule that was completely my fault, but Karen handled it flawlessly. She reassured me, kept everything calm, and adjusted the timeline seamlessly so the day still went off without a hitch. Her problem-solving skills and professionalism allowed me to enjoy every moment of my special day without any stress. If you’re looking for a coordinator who will go the extra mile, Truly Yours is the way to go!
