They were with me every step of the way to keep me on track in planning my destination wedding, offered so much support and helped us avoid disasters on the day of the wedding! I truly can’t recommend them enough. JUST BOOK THEM!! Truly the best group of ladies ever. The entire process they were so resourceful and in the know. On my day, I had Raquel and Genesis and WOW, talk about SEAMLESS! From the set up to communication with vendors, we had a drink in hand before we even made it all the way back up the aisle. They were so true to their name; they were TRULY mine. I did not lift a finger from start to finish. I just enjoyed my wedding with my now husband and my family who traveled so far to be there. What an amazing experience and I need to dedicate a huge part of that to the Truly Yours team , especially Raquel and Genesis!

We got engaged in 2023 and booked our venue (The Black Barn) in September of that year. I saw we needed a coordinator and was nervous because I was unsure of how the process would go. I never had a need to worry because this team was EVERYTHING! Ana was amazing and answered every silly or big question I had, reassured me I was doing great, and checked in with us frequently. I cannot express how much weight was taken off my shoulders just knowing they were there. Even day of, when things inevitably didn't go according to plan, Ana and the team were on top of it. If I had to do this whole process over, I wouldn't change working with Truly. The best decision we made when we started planning.

We hired Truly Yours for their 3-month-out planning and day-of coordination services. During our initial interview, we met with Jeannie and Karen, and their professionalism and approach immediately made us feel confident and comfortable. We were excited to have them as part of our wedding day team. As the wedding approached, we were reassigned to a different coordinator, Shirley. While I was okay with the change, I felt disappointed that I never had the chance to meet Shirley beforehand. If I had, I might have reconsidered my choice. Unfortunately, the coordination leading up to the wedding felt somewhat disorganized. While everything was ultimately handled, I believe the process could have been smoother, with better communication and a more positive attitude from Shirley towards both myself and our vendors. During the rehearsal, Shirley seemed unprepared, which was noticed by my entire wedding party. There was also an awkward public exchange between her and our Reverend, which came across as unprofessional and left a lingering tension throughout the rehearsal. She didn't like a decision that the Reverend and I had made when it came to the precessional order, and she made that very clear. However, our choice was what we wanted and it made the most sense to everyone involved. The whole exchange was just odd. On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly overall, and we had an incredible time. However, several vendors later mentioned having difficulties with Shirley, and we fell behind schedule at one point without a clear explanation as to why. While our day was still magical and unforgettable, if I could go back, I would likely choose the other coordination team offered by our venue.

I started planning my wedding at the Grand 721 back in August of 2023 for Aug of 2024, I met with Karen initially and absolutely loved her vibe and hearing about what Truly Yours had to offer. I was impressed but I initially decided not to book just yet as our venue came with a month of coordinator. Let's just say come December I knew I was going to need way more help than I originally thought, I reached back out to Truly Yours and I booked. I was assigned Ileana as my coordinator and I couldn't be happier with her. She was sooo kind and organized and made sure to keep me on track during the whole process. When I had some bumps with some of my vendors Ileana jumped in took charge and made my dream wedding come true. Truly yours is an absolute amazing team. Very responsive and helpful with all items. Very well connected in the community and a ton of experience. Will not break the bank and will do an exceptional job. I was so calm the week of the wedding and the day of because I knew I had a great Team by my side. All curve balls that were thrown at us was handled with grace by the team and we figured out solutions for everything. All of the other vendors contracted knew of this team and talked highly about them, I am so happy with my choice of planner. I would choose them again and again!

These ladies are the BEST in the business, and I cannot be convinced otherwise. I paid for the All Yours 3-month coordination and it was perfect since we DIY'd almost everything. my initial consultation was with Karen. I met with multiple coordinators from different companies, but Karen was such a vibe I booked with them the moment our meeting ended. My coordinator was Ana, and she was very engaging in the 3-months leading up to our wedding day. She responded to emails and texts quickly, and she made sure everything was in order prior to the day. Our wedding rehearsal was a disaster because my bridesmaids showed up 45 minutes into our 1-hour time block. I was so upset that I cried in the parking lot, but Ana remained calm and reassured me that everything was going to work out. She literally said, "I've seen some crazy things at weddings, and everything always turns out fine." On our wedding day Ana and her assistant Aly were a godsend. Aly was armed with crazy glue and was ready to tackle anything that needed a quick fix. They made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. If anything didn't go according to plan, I was not aware. They even handled the removal of a family member because she showed up to my wedding dressed head-to-toe in all white (the audacity, I know). I truly can't stop singing their praises. BOOK THEM!! You won't regret it.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED choosing Truly Yours as our coordinators. We wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months and had no idea if it could be accomplished… one Instagram search later led us to these amazing ladies! We chose the partial planning and from the start they cheered us on and pushed us to stay on schedule. It was so helpful knowing they were just a text away—and literally I loved that they would text to check in on me! It really helped to know what to prioritize first and they have a checklist for everything. As a DIY bride, they helped me be realistic on what I could accomplish in my timeframe, they gave ettiquete advice for invitations, and they gave us good feedback on our vendors since they know the Orlando area so well. The most relieving feeling was going through the entire day and then seeing an itemized list of what is being brought, who is doing what, and what time everything will occur— it was like all our planning culminated into one solid document! This made the day of the event run so smoothly! On the day of the event, they made sure we were fed and hydrated (lol at this being when my husband cried) and they even helped set up all my DIY items! A wedding is a big deal and it was like planning with a good friend the entire time! We are TRULY grateful for Jeannie, Karen, and the amazing team!

Ileana was AMAZING. She made everything for us flow so seamlessly. She noticed things in our contract that didn’t make sense timeline-wise or if we were paying extra for something unnecessary and corrected them immediately. I feel in love with Jeannie and Karen when I met them through a styled shoot we did together. Karen and Jeannie are wedding angels! I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am that I hired them as my wedding coordinators. I was one of those brides who thought I didn’t need a coordinator. BOY WAS I WRONG! In the months leading up to our big day, these ladies helped me so much. I am in the wedding industry and am lucky enough to have met Jeanie and Karen before even getting engaged. When it was time to pick a planner/ coordinator the choice was easy, I knew it had to be them. In the beginning, I was hesitant to book a coordinator. Honestly, if it wasn't for my venue requiring it, I probably never would have inquired about one. From last year when I first reached out, to our wedding day, Jeannie made my husband and I's wedding experience as 'stress' free as it could be. In the early months of planning Jeannie sent over a detailed list of vendors to contact that were approved by our rather strict venue. This made selecting and securing popular vendors a breeze and removed any indecisiveness. The day before our wedding, we had a walk through at the venue. To my surprise my fiancé's proposed ~10 groomsmen~ ended up being 12. In response to my obvious panic, Jeannie saved the day and was able to quickly rearrange the uneven number of bridesmaids to groomsmen to where it was unnoticeable. Jeannie and her assistant also took on the task of loading up their cars with all my DIY decor and party favors the night before and unloading them and setting everything up to my standards the day of. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and my husband and I had nothing to worry about besides enjoying ourselves. While the work we did before the wedding was incredibly helpful, it was her contribution to the rehearsal and wedding day that blew it out of the park for me! Jeannie, you have truly been such a blessing to Taphael and I since the day we booked your services. From the moment I met Jeannie I knew right away we need a coordinator! I am a type A person so of course I was a type A bride but I knew after my first session with Jeannie that I could not handle everything on our wedding day and enjoy our special day and each moment without her. Our wedding day was perfect. When I say perfect I really mean P E R F E C T! Not a single thing went wrong in my eyes. You know why? Because if something did go wrong I had no idea about it because Jeannie took everything under her wing and handled it for the both of us. She brought our vision to life! Again, I am very type A so I had a list of things I wanted in place including where I wanted our guest to sit and she DELIVERED! When I walked into our reception and saw all our guest sitting in the exact same spot as I had in my head I knew right away Jeannie was meant to be a coordinator. When I saw all of our table settings and our decor placed where we envisioned, again, I knew we had the best coordinator in town. Our timeline was perfect. Jeannie kept checking in with us to make sure we both were enjoying ourselves!! As we were enjoying ourselves we both looked and noticed a curly hair running around making sure everything was organized and it was Jeannie. My husband looked at me and said “she is amazing and I am so glad we made the right decision to have her in our corner.” I kept a secret from everyone including my husband about a surprise Hora Loca. When it came time for my surprise; Jeannie was right there handing me my neon glasses and ready to get the party and entertainment going! It was the perfect surprise that we kept for a year! We had a last private dance where not only was I in tears but I was also wondering hmm now we have to get all this stuff in the car. After our walk out, I was told everything was already in the car and ready. I couldn’t believe it so I went back into the venue to find it empty! Empty and packed in our car!! Our parents and our guest couldn’t believe how perfect and organized our wedding went especially because they know me. They know how I like things done and Jeannie made it all happen. From the vision in my head to the vision in our dream venue on our wedding day. We felt so relaxed, had the best time ever, felt like we were on cloud 9 and I can confidently say Truly Yours Coordinators made our wedding day so stress free. I don't even know where to begin..... Jeannie and Karen were an absolute ESSENTIAL for our wedding to have turned out as perfect as it did. She had answered all of our questions in detail, made contact with all of our vendors, and ensured we would have nothing to worry about the day of our wedding. Choosing Truly Yours Coordinator and their team was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! They were able to keep everything organized and made sure we were on track throughout the planning process leading up to our wedding. They would send check in emails every few months with questionnaires regarding various aspects of the wedding. Even though so much goes into planning, this made it feel way less overwhelming. We worked with Karen on the day of our wedding and she is absolutely the best and a dream to work with!! Everything was set up just as I would have done. She made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening and frequently would check in with us to ensure we were having the best time. I don’t know what we would have done without Jeannie and Karen. Our wedding went by so smoothly and was absolutely perfect! I had NO idea how helpful a coordinator would be. I was stressing absolutely everything from timelines, to details, to hotels and they took all that weight off my shoulders. Any little problem that came up, they were there to solve it.
