With a few touches of florals, menus, and signage, our event looked spectacular. We were first shown the property by Lili, who impressed us with her knowledge and professionalism. Once we chose Trump, we were worked with Breanna the catering sales manager who was organized, responsive, and helpful in answering all our questions. She went above and beyond to make our event successful. The appetizers and formal dinner were phenomenal. The servers and staff were professional and kind and we were so lucky to work with them all!

We had passed appetizers. Every selection was delicious, and the Raw Bar was incredible. The servers were so helpful and friendly. The main course of Filet Minion and Lobster was cooked perfectly. at I did. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the views are unbeatable. The ballroom is large and luxurious. We did not need to add any additional decorations other than flowers on the sweetheart table and centerpieces on the round guest tables for it to look gorgeous. The area for the cocktail hour is also very classy. You also get unlimited access to a large bridal suite that is right next to the ballroom, which was very important for prep and for taking breaks as needed throughout the day. My mom and bridal party especially appreciated this. The food was absolutely delicious! All my guests commented that this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Last, the price is actually very reasonable for the quality of food and venue that they provide. They only do 1 wedding a day, so it is very private. I looked into many other venues, including Ritz-Carlton, Montage, and Pelican Hill. This is most definitely the best value.

and wedding reception here and it was beyond perfection. The room itself is already very glamorous and did not need any decoration to make it look beautiful. All of our guests were raving how delicious the food was. Also, our catering manager (Viviana) was very helpful and patient with us and making it work with our specified budget. We had the best time here! A lot of memories were made that we will forever cherish! We will definitely come back to celebrate our anniversary! I highly receommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a great view and excellent service!

We looked at 5-6 venues after that, but nothing came close to comparison. After signing with Trump, Katie was nothing short of spectacular - she was always quick in responding to our many questions and did her best to accommodate our requests. The day of the wedding, our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the landscape and decor at the Trump. The food and service were flawless. Have your wedding here - you won't regret it.

find out that it was! My first visit, I had a fear of other options (guilty!) so I kept looking, but realized that the Trump had the class and elegance I was looking for. I was so blessed to deal with Monika, my savior. As many reviewers will tell you, she is fantastic. Not only is she SO responsive to emails, she is immensely helpful, and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! Appointments to see her were effortless, and she made sure to have everything in order for us, and was completely accommodating! As I said in other emails, when shopping for vendors professionalism, communication, delivery, and quality are what I look for. Monika and the Trump exceeded all of it. We also had our rehearsal lunch at the restaurant. It was fabulous with it's Ocean Views and fireplace, and not as expensive as you would think. Monika helped us coordinate this as well. I am so happy to have chosen to work with Monika and have my wedding at the Trump! I am immensely grateful!

ere recently. It's stressful choosing where to get married, and there are many things people have to consider. Here's what I think was top of our list when selecting a venue: 1) Location/view: got married on the green overlooking the pacific ocean next to the ballroom. Couldn't have chosen better in hindsight. During our ceremony it felt private, there was a beautiful view for guests to look at in between our I do's and the landscape was very well tended to. Dinner/reception in the ballroom had my bride smiling ear to ear. I have a certain stereotype of what a 'Trump' ballroom would look like, and this was not it in a good way. Very classy and to my recollection the nicest ballroom I've ever seen. 2) Event personnel/environment/overall feel of venue: bride and I really wanted to have a good feeling at the place we got married. When we met Monika, Trump National's wedding guru, it was love at first meeting. Every so often you meet someone truly exceptional at their job, and Monika is a perfect example of the type of person every employer should dream of hiring. I love meeting people who have a positive outlook, love what they do, smile, laugh, make a difference and change peoples lives. I'll never forget how great it was working with Monika (neither will my bride and my now in-laws). Your wedding is supposed to be a memory that lasts a lifetime, and we feel so lucky that Monika was in charge at the venue we happened to think was perfect. It starts at the top and every person who we came in contact with at Trump reminded me in some way of Monika. Service at wedding couldn't have been better. This led to an environment aimed to please with guests/my bride loving every second of our big day. All in all, I believe everyone hopes after you spend a good amount of time/money planning for such a monumental day you want to come away feeling like it was worth it, and that you would do it over again if you had the chance to go back in time. Without hesitation the Tump National venue turned out to be ideal for us and knowing now how great Monika is at her job, there isn't anybody else I would have wanted to have worked with so this was the perfect marriage for our wedding (pun intended).

The location is beautiful and private; you get the exclusive use of the side entrance for your guests so you don’t have strangers traipsing through your ceremony, like you do at a comparable venue down the road. You have water views from both the ceremony site and the ballroom. The food is incredible (we consistently heard from each of our 200+ guests that it was the best food they had had at a wedding reception) and bar packages are very reasonably-priced. The wedding cake was also beautifully-designed and delicious. Most importantly, we loved working with the catering staff, especially Cathleen. She is incredible at her job, which made our planning so much easier. If you’re considering this venue, please don’t hesitate…you won’t regret it! The professionalism and incredible customer service of the staff make the choice well worth it!

room is gorgeous with crystal chandeliers a grand fireplace with a beautiful mantle. Katie was great to work with throughout the wedding planning process! She was very punctual with responding to both my mom and I with any questions we had. She helped set up times that we could should our music vendor the site so he could coordinate with all of the musicians we had during our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests had a wonderful time, we have received so many wonderful compliments from our guests on the elegance, beauty, and how wonderful the food was. My fiancé and I knew the food tasting was delicious but I was concerned when preparing food for over 220 guest the quality would deteriorate; it absolutely did not! The bridal room is very spacious and we were able to start using it early in the morning so my brudesmaids could all get their hair and makeup done. I love flowers so we had a ton at both the ceremony and reception however the nice part about this venue is you don't have to make a plain ballroom pretty you can add as much or as little to the room as you can afford but it is not needed if you are on a budget. The Staff was all very helpful. If you choose this site you will receive excellent service, with a professional staff who can help answer questions direct you towards vendors and make sure everything is how you want it for the day of the wedding. Our only problem was poor sound quality on our officiants microphone however they did refund part of the sound cost for the ceremony to my mom before she had to complain about the quality of the sound. The best part of our whole wedding are these beautiful pictures we now have of a gorgeous sunset, ocean views, elegant ballroom and simply a beautiful day, we have per 1000 pictures to go through which have so many beautiful backgrounds! I highly recommend this venue, and it is worth noting my husband and I are from Orange County and looked at all ocean hotels there but none were as beautiful, my dad said the venue reminded him of Pelican Hill but much nicer!

The ceremony was beautiful, can't think of a better site for it, trust me we looked! The reception was terrific too, helpful staff the were professional and on point. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was covered and her response time to any questions was immediate and with a positive attitude! The beauty of the Trump Club speaks for itself. The exquisite ocean views for the outdoor ceremony,the beautiful entryway and loggia area -along with the crystal chandeliers in the ballroom create a fairy tale atmosphere in itself. But what really appealed to my daughter was the privacy that this venue offered giving her a feeling of intimacy-- which she did not find anywhere else! She also loved the bridal suite - and all the beautiful places that were available for photographs! The food was absolutely incredible and our guests keep telling us it was one of the best meals they ever had! The service was also impeccable! By far --this was the perfect venue for the beautiful, elegant wedding our daughter wanted! We could not have been happier with our entire experience at the Trump and our daughter and her husband are on cloud 9!

All guests and vendors were well taken care of and provided for down to the smallest detail. A truly incredible experience that far surpassed my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone and were I to plan a wedding again, I would still choose the Trump National Golf Club.

I even used the photographer they suggested. As a life long vegan I am always disappointed in the quality of food I am served at weddings. The chef at Trump National was willing to work with me and created several vegan options. Thank you Trump National for making my wedding a day I will never forget!

One of the main reasons why we chose Trump was because the way their private space was set up. Each space was close by which made for a good flow for the event. Monika made sure we were well taken care of! From champagne to snacks while getting ready, running back and forth to attend to our needs and if there was minor problem, she fixed it right away. Until now, people still talk about our wedding because everything turned out perfect as a result of us making the right decision to pick The Trump National Gold Club and ultimately picking Monika as our event specialist! It was such a stress free day for us! From beginning to the end! I highly recommend this place for those who are still looking around for the perfect venue! She was always there for us, very prompt with returning emails and phone calls, answering any and all questions we had and all the last minute details right before our day. We can not thank her enough for making our experience just perfect. Our guests complimented how fabulous the food was, we all want to go back and just have dinner again to have that steak!! It was all cooked to serve, and the presentation was beautiful. The ceremony view was picture perfect with the gorgeous ocean scenery in the back ground. They provided a golf cart to take us to the bluff after the ceremony for sunset pictures. For the price we paid, we definitely got what we paid for and they were much more reasonable than many other places who didn't offer the same quality service or venue/food/ballroom experience. The bridal suite was beautiful and a great place for pictures also. We have the most amazing wedding pictures because of the variety of scenery the Trump has to offer. We will be going there every anniversary to re-live this magical moment :) Our sincere thank you to everyone at Trump and Monika, we love you!!!!

t of town as this was a destination for me and my now husband). It was a smaller wedding (57 people) so we worked with Cathleen and I can't say enough good things about her. She worked with us every step of the way and the night wouldn't have been as wonderful without her help. She even worked with us to get Trump wine glasses engraved with our wedding date as gifts for all those attending the wedding. The Trump Room (upstairs) was the perfect size for our group and the use of the patio was a nice touch for the cocktail hour before dinner. We also really appreciated their willingness to let us take photos on the golf course by one of the waterfalls. Since golfers were still playing, we weren't supposed to go out there but they were able to squeeze us in when there was a break in play. I highly recommend this venue!

rted our venue search, my husband and I both wanted something coastal but not necessarily on the beach, beautiful scenery, outdoor ceremony grounds with indoor reception facilities, and the Trump perfectly accomplished all of this. Though initially we were concerned with the cost, we just cut budget elsewhere to make it happen and don't regret it one bit. The level of service we got from Monika and the rest of the staff throughout our experience was nothing less than the best. Monika was always very responsive and attentive, answering emails promptly, working courteously with us and our vendors. It was just such a pleasure to have her as our point person throughout the process and she always worked to make things easy and pleasant for us! We love Monika :) That courteous and attentive nature was consistent with the entire staff (people setting up, wait staff, bartenders, valet, everyone!) on the day of our wedding, I noticed. On top of the high level of service we experienced, all the guests raved about the food. We loved the food during the tasting but both of us didn't get to eat much the night of so we were glad to hear everyone else enjoyed (we're still hearing about how good our food was 3+ months later!). We could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend this venue for any other couples looking for a place with these kind of characteristics. It's such a gorgeous place and we can't wait to visit again soon...."just because".

l organized and professional. The food was delicious. We had a sunrise ceremony at Founder's Park, right near the Trump golf course followed by a custom brunch for about 70 ppl. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was. We did bring in our own cake because after the cake tasting we realized we wanted something they didn't offer. I was a little nervous during the planning because I wasn't contacted often during the planning process and I had a lot of questions, but Cathleen was always quick to answer questions and now I know I wasn't contacted often because they had everything under control. It was an amazing day!!

The Trump may seem like its out of reach for some bridal couple's budgets but you may be surprised at how affordable it can truly be and how much the catering staff will work with you to make your dream wedding come to life.

d wanted for a venue so I knew we had to book it. We met with Monika a few times to discuss the contract. She was patient and so helpful with all my family. After we signed she made it her job to make sure me and my husband would have everything we wanted and the perfect day. She was very accessible and willing to help us with whatever we needed. During the food tasting my husband said his steak was a little too raw. She took it back and made sure it was perfect and on the wedding day we received multiple compliments about how good the steak was, which can be rare for a wedding! The day went by perfectly, the food was amazing, the service was great and the dancing was so much fun. I would highly recommend this venue even for people looking outside of Palos Verdes!
