Try Vegan is a food truck and catering company located in Princeton, NJ. All their gourmet food is made from fresh plant-based ingredients that have been nurtured and grown from the earth. For optimal nutrition, their dishes are made using food containing natural sugars. They are also refined to fit various diets including gluten, soy, eggs, and dairy-free requirements. Try Vegan started as a dream when Vince Gulino was at a Halloween celebration and he wanted to help educate people on the benefits of veganism. His first idea was to pursue building a fully operational restaurant. Being 26, and living with his parents, he opted to find an option with more financial and obligation flexibility. This led him to purchase and remodel an old bus into a food truck. Since then, Vince has served many east coast festivals including the Governor’s Ball, the Meadow’s Music Festival, and the Moonrise Music Festival. Try Vegan offers full-service catering and can tailor an experience according to couples’ needs. Clients can choose to have a full course dining experience or even coordinate to have the food truck serve some yummy late-night snacks. No matter the choice, the catering service has a variety of healthy and internationally inspired dishes to fuel the soul.
