Spencer went well beyond our expectations! Everyone--from our friends to our parents--loved him. He kept the perfect flow for the evening and read the room perfectly. He was kind, considerate, and calm in the lead-up, and he kept us dancing throughout the night. One of my wedding regrets is that I couldn't spend more time on the dance floor dancing to one of his sets because we were doing photos, but that is how good he is. We cannot recommend him more highly.

Spencer and Matt did a phenomenal job DJ'ing our wedding celebration in November 2021. With a little bit of guidance of what types of songs my husband and I listen to, and the overall vibe we were looking for, they nailed it! Guests were on the dancefloor the whole night. Overall Spencer was great to work with, which was a true blessing since we worked with most of our vendors for over two years due to covid. Everything from our first phone call, to postponing, discussing details of the wedding day, to the day of, Spencer and his team were professional, understanding, and a pleasure to work with.

We worked with Spencer and Turntable events for our September 2021 wedding and I can't say enough good things. Spencer was such a pleasure to work with. He made everything so simple and easy, even when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. We gave Spencer a general idea of the music we wanted (mix of 80's, 90's and today - something for everyone) and he had the best playlist - so many people commented on it and everyone had so much fun. Everything ran so smoothly and perfectly, it was amazing. We also used Turntable for our photobooth which was such a hit! It really added such a fun element to our wedding.

Spencer and his team were incredible to work with for our wedding! From day one, Spencer was organized, responsive and made us feel confident going into our big day. They not only played the best music, but did a wonderful job engaging the crowd throughout the night. The photo booth was such a hit as well! It was easy to use for guests and we received printed photos as well as all of the digitals after the event. I would definitely recommend hiring Spencer and his team for your event - they're the best!

Spencer and his team are amazing! We booked him to do our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music and boy did they deliver!! They know exactly what music to get your guests on the dance floor and are SO great to work with. So professional and friendly. I really can’t recommend them enough.

I wish I could give Spencer and his team a thousand stars! Spencer is one of the most considerate DJs I had the pleasure of talking to. He made sure each detail was perfect. We had mentioned that many of our guests had very sensitive ears and his team made sure to continuously change the volume of the music so that a good time was had by all. What is the most important to both my husband and I was that he even took into consideration how each name was pronounced. My mother has a bit of a difficult name to pronounce and Spencer made sure to go over how to say it with me many times and pronounced it perfect! Additionally, throughout the wedding, Spencer and his team checked in on us to make sure we were happy with everything going on and if any additional things needed to happen. So overall, if I had the chance to have an event again I would go to Spencer every time.

Spencer and his team are AWESOME!! We hired Turntable Events for our after-party for our wedding and they were the perfect act to elevate the party and keep everyone dancing and having a great time. My friends and family still come up to me months after the wedding saying what an awesome DJ we had for our after-party. They played all of the kind of songs I told Spencer my husband and I loved and executed to perfection. Thank you Turntable for being such a pleasure to work with and ending my wedding in the absolutely most perfect way!

5 stars does not do Spencer and his team justice. I went to a wedding in 2016. I no longer speak to the couple who married, but I always remembered how much fun their wedding was. So when I got engaged last year, I found out the name of her DJ and gave him a call. My husband and I had very specific, kooky music requests and Spencer abided by them all and NAILED every single thing we wanted. He was super responsive and accessible. He didn't even charge us a travel fee to get to our Long Island venue. Our guests never left the dance floor and haven't stopped commenting on how fantastic the entertainment was - we used their photo booth too and it was a huge hit. Nice selection of backgrounds and really fun props. I guarantee your wedding will be epic if you hire Spencer and his team.

Spencer and his team were great and we are so glad that we chose them for our wedding! Our dance floor was packed all night and all our guests said it was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever been to! Spencer was so easy to work with and listened to exactly what we wanted our music to be throughout the night and his team absolutely nailed it. The photo booth so was fun and we received all our guests’ photos via email a couple days later and it was so fun looking through them. If you can afford to splurge on the sparklers I highly recommend it! It made the end of our evening so special! We can’t thank the Turntable events team enough for everything!!

Lets talk about WHY Turntable Events is the best: From the beginning my experience with Turntable Events has been fantastic. No upselling, no pressure, just easy conversation and building up excitement for one of the biggest days of my life. I found out about Turntable Events from my wedding venue and I can see why. Spencer is SUPER easy to talk to, very communicative, professional and clearly knows what he's doing. He kept us up to speed with updates and timelines and helped us with any questions we had. My now husband, Marc, put together a lengthy list of songs for Spencer to play and he did just that and included some awesome additions that complimented the playlist perfectly. Our guests are still talking about the music and we all had such an incredibly fun time. I highly recommend Turntable Events for any event!!

Spencer and his team were absolutely fantastic! We were really grateful that we had them at the wedding. Spencer was easy to talk to and work with during the planning stages, and then he brought a fantastic energy to the wedding itself. He accommodated our song requests, and even encouraged everyone at the wedding to take a shot using the personalized shotglasses and fireball Nips we provided as a wedding favor. My husband is Scottish and one of his friends asked Spencer to play a song that they dance to at the end of every Scottish wedding. He was able to find the song and play it, and our Scottish guests taught the Americans how to dance to it as the last song of the night. It was a really special moment for us and we couldn’t have done it without Spencer and his squad.

Spencer and his team were amazing! He did my wedding this past weekend, and he made it an absolute blast. He knew when to hype things up, was able to slow it down and make things sentimental when toasts came, and really led the party the whole night. Spencer was great to work with, helpful, intuitive, and easy to get in contact with. He really spoke to me to hear about my vision, and made sure to incorporate what I wanted (see below), but was able to use his talent to make it even better than I could have hoped. One of my song requests was a Blink-182 song, which he turned into a whole punk rock dance set that absolutely KILLED. There may have been a tiny bit of moshing at my wedding, and I LOVED IT. He was so great at reading the room and really making organic choices. At the end of the night, he got everyone up for the last few songs, ending with an absolute banger (my request) - Gasolina! The night was a success, and it couldn't have gone that way without Spencer! He's the right choice!

If we could give Spencer a million stars we would — he was the best DJ we could possibly ask for at our wedding. The minute my now-husband and I got on the phone with Spencer he immediately put us at ease. He asked us about our vision for the night, our music styles, etc, and by the end of the call I knew we needed to hire him ASAP. Spencer was easy to chat with leading up to the wedding; he was organized, detail-oriented and kept me sane! Our guests danced the ENTIRE night. I can’t remember a time when we weren’t on the dance floor with all our guests! I have been told over and over again that our DJ was a rockstar and amplified the entire atmosphere of our wedding. If you want the dance floor to be full the entire night, Spencer is your guy! We’re so lucky and thankful that he and his incredible team were a part of our day.

Spencer was hands down the best DJ ever. He was super easy to work with and communicative from the get go. We weren't really definitive on any of our music selections but he completely got the vibe we were going for and kept the dance floor going the entire time, even revitalized it when people were exhausted and needed a little motivation. What really set him apart was that when my mom was getting cold feet about her speech - he encouraged her to get up there anyway! Recommend 10/10.

Spencer and his colleague were fantastic. They had almost everyone dancing until the end of the night (I've hardly seen that at a wedding), and they were great communicators during the planning process. Spencer is awesome! He is completely on the ball in every aspect of what he does! When my husband and I first met with Spencer, it felt like we were visiting with a friend. He took the time to get to know us better and to find out our musical tastes. We booked him a few days later, and from that point forward it was very easy to communicate with him and he was always very responsive. It was reassuring to see how detailed he was about everything - he laid out the timeline for the entire reception, asked for all the names of the wedding party for introductions (and how to pronounce them correctly) and asked for all our special song requests plus our "do not play" list. He even helped me make some decisions about the reception space based on his experience doing other events there! We didn't give Spencer much direction and basically left everything in his hands, and he did not disappoint us. We relied on his expertise to read the crowd, and that's exactly what he did by playing music that kept the dance floor packed all night long! Spencer has great energy and you can tell that he truly loves what he does and truly cares about his clients. We also booked an open air photo booth with Turntable (complete with props and an attendant) and our guests loved it. They were able to take their pictures home with them that night and my husband and I received digital copies of all the pictures from Spencer the next day! Our guests really enjoyed themselves and were raving about how much fun they had even long after the wedding had ended, and we have Spencer and Turntable Events to thank for that.

Spencer and the rest of his crew were absolutely on point from the second they arrived at our venue! Turntable was literally the first vendor I booked after deciding on our venue. Music is a huge part of my husband and I's lives so we knew we needed to have a great DJ/MC for our wedding! We originally were thinking of having a band but were SO glad we went with Spencer instead! A few days before the wedding we jumped on a call and talked through genres we liked and sorted out all ceremony music. Spencer and his team are phenomenal. Our photographer (uplift photography) recommended Turntable Events to us and when she described them as the "anti- wedding DJ DJ" I knew they would be perfect. We didn't want anything cheesy some DJs do like passing out props such as light up necklaces or playing group dances like cotton eyed joe. After my first phone conversation with Spencer, I knew they were the right choice for us and we booked them right away. During the time up until the wedding, Spencer was always very responsive to my emails answering any questions I had. The day of our wedding, they did not disappoint! They played every song we asked for and avoided everything on our "do not play" list. It was the perfect mix of oldies, 90s and current songs to keep everyone happy. The dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT and they helped flow the reception perfectly. In addition, the guests LOVED our photobooth. Not only did guests receive 2 copies of their photos printed out, but we also got digital files of all photos. Such great memories to have! We are music lovers, specific in our requests and serious about listening to the good stuff-we didn’t want radio top 40 we wanted classic rock and Turntable events provided just that while keeping the party going all night. They played our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and from start to finish delivered what we wanted. Spencer and crew had everyone out on the dance floor ready to party, he mixed in our requests while playing to the mood. From our initial reach out to our Skype meeting all the way up to the day of Turntable Events was punctual, professional, and easy to reach. Their documents provided for the wedding music are organized, straightforward and very helpful. The photo booth was a nice addition though it unfortunately had a few bumps along the way, they brought a great selection of props and a backdrop that matched our wedding colors. In addition, they sent me digital files of all photo booth pictures within two weeks of our wedding!! I recommend Turntable Events if you are looking to have an amazing mood set and a vendor that makes you feel like you guys are friends. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

I highly recommend Turntable Events. We were recommended Spencer through a friend of a friend and was skeptical as we never had seen Spencer/ Turntable Events in real life. We had no reason to be skeptical as you are in great hands with Spencer. The moment we talked to Spencer on the phone, he assured us that the music would be what we wanted and was there to guide us. He would respond within the day to any and all questions we had! He was patient as we went back and forth making changes to our contract, which is a HUGE plus in my eyes. We talked to Spencer days before the wedding, and we had total confidence in him as he has done MANY weddings and this was our first. We choose our songs, and gave us his opinions which we were grateful for. On the wedding day, Spencer was patient, fun, kind and took the lead. Spencer and his team were definitely one of the highlights of our wedding!! I had never heard of Turntable Events, but I found such promising reviews on bridal website such as this one. Right after we got off of our first phone call with each other, I knew it was a perfect fit. Spencer was so organized with his planning guide and went out of his way to meet with us and go over our music preferences. On our wedding night, we had such an incredible mix of music that had every single person in the room up on the dance floor! Everybody was raving about them. My father, who used to play music in a wedding band for many years, originally gave me a hard time about hiring a DJ for our wedding. Spencer and his team are great! We used them for DJ services for the ceremony and reception, as well as for a Photo Booth. I found the company to be responsive, competitively priced, and really fun and easy to deal with. Most importantly though, they kept the dance floor bumpin' all night long and were really great at reading the crowd and switching the music up to keep people engaged. Also, Spencer was really helpful in helping me navigate how to make decisions about what order to do the dances/speeches/etc. in so that the night flowed smoothly.

Would highly recommend! Spencer was a pleasure to correspond with, and our DJ Kenny was awesome. Kenny has a great DJ voice, and was fun, easy going, and did everything we asked. We added the photobooth and everyone loved it!

SPENCER IS THE MAN! We knew that the event music can make or break a wedding, so we shopped around quite a bit for a DJ and found Turntable Events. We are SO glad that we did because our music was SPOT ON! Guests would not stop raving about the playlist, and I'm still getting compliments to this day. What we loved about working with Spencer: so many things! First and foremost, Spencer is incredibly responsive. He gets back to me within 24 hours or less whenever I have a question or concern. He was super patient with us when we had a bunch of customization requests for the music (ex: starting and stopping songs at very specific points for our first dance and parent/child dances). He worked with us on pronouncing our tricky bridal party names (and then absolutely knocked it out of the park during the event). Finally, he took our "must play" song list and filled in exactly the kind of songs we love. I am not exaggerating when I say that the dancefloor was PACKED the whole night! I'm also not exaggerating when I say that my shoes were crazy painful and that STILL didn't stop me from being on the dancefloor all night. Wow. Nothing short of wow is how we would describe our experience from start to finish! Spencer felt like an old friend who also happened to be the best DJ ever. From our first conversation, initial follow up, conversations and emails about our vision and our odd requests (to bring together Canadian and American traditions and make it feel like a Can-merican wedding), to our chat a few days before our wedding; he just got us. Turntable Events made out wedding night at The Garrison this July! Since the owner, Spencer, was getting married the same weekend, we had his friends Vince and Kenny at our wedding to DJ. They had an excellent team who set up quickly, got our crowd excited and also managed a photo booth that came with many props! Our guests are still raving about the dancing music and how the night could of lasted forever. Kenny is a phenomenal DJ and knew what songs to play and when, while Vince did a great job MCing. I will never forget the last song, New York, New York by Frank Sinatra, and our guests forming a circle kick-line around us while my husband and I danced. Truly magical! I highly recommend Turntable Events!!!

Spencer and his team were nothing short of perfect! With all that my husband and I had on our plate between buying a house and preparing for a wedding; he made this process of the wedding seamless and stress-free. If you want your family and friends on the dance floor, good music, and a good time, Spencer, Turn Table Events, is your guy. He asks your favorite dance songs, slow songs, and the usual first dance, cake song, etc.., but delivers so much more. Spencer dj our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He knew when to turn it up a notch and when to turn it down. He played the songs we requested, he catered to all of guests and family’s styles of music, and did his own thing. He’s really easy to work with and you can tell he loves what he does and music. He was recommended by a family friend and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who asks. Looking for a dj isn’t easy, as you can’t just show up at someone else’s wedding to see the dj do their thing and every client has different tastes. The friend that recommended him was more of a country fan. My husband and I are more dance, pop (what’s on the radio now) and rock fans. He plays and does it all. Your wedding is probably the only or few times you’ll have your own private dance floor. Spencer/Turntable is who you want playing your own personal soundtrack.

Turntable Events is simply the best DJ/MC one could ever ask for. From my first phone call with Spencer, I was immediately at ease and knew I wanted him to be part of our celebration. We worked with Turntable events to DJ our wedding on 12/3/16 and Spencer did an unbelievable job. The flow of the evening was perfect and he kept the party going the entire night. All of the staff at our venue commented that in all of their years in the business they had never seen a dance floor so full for the entire night. Andrew was an excellent MC and DJ, he is the best all-in-one package!! He came recommended to us by a friend and from our first phone call with him I knew he wouldn't disappoint. I have a very large family with lots of different ages that would be in attendance and Andrew was able to accommodate everyone and keep the dance floor packed!!!! I knew very soon after speaking with Spencer on the phone that he would be the DJ at my wife and my wedding. He was funny, friendly, and I could tell that he immediately knew the type of wedding my wife and I were looking for, and what music could best compliment that day. Rather than instantly ask us about what songs we wanted him to play, instead he wanted to know more about us: How my wife and I first met, what music tastes we had in common (a lot of indie rock and Motown) as well as the “mood’ we wanted for the wedding. Our response was that we wanted all our guests to feel part of a larger celebration, to have fun without making it a dance club, to avoid line dances entirely… and Spencer definitely delivered. Not only was Spencer easy to talk to on the phone, he was very fun, energetic, and personable. Now, full disclosure: I’m a guy and have no idea how weddings were supposed to work. Who gets introduced first? When do you have a first dance? When are the best man / MoH speeches? Do I need to make a speech? I had no idea. Spencer walked me through the entire night (and worked with our event planner) to ensure a seamless evening. A few nights before the wedding he called to make sure he was pronouncing the names 100% correctly, and even responded quickly and professionally to a last-minute change in intros (our ring bearer wasn’t exactly having the best night). Chris did an awesome job with our photobooth, something my wife and I were originally on the fence about booking. We’re so glad we did, as the booth definitely took some memorable images… some more appropriate than others. Looking back at my wedding, some of the high points of the night centered around Spencer and the music he brought to our day. Be it our first dance (“The Moon Song”) or when we were lifted up on chairs (“Jump Around”) or a final face-melting power-ballad from for our last dance (“Come Sail Away”)… Spencer made sure that the energy and feeling of celebration carried the night through. I wish I got married more often now that I know I can book Spencer. 10/10 would use again.

We were SO glad we chose Turntable Events for our wedding. The music was SO GOOD. Spencer really understood what we like form the survey and the music we requested. He played every song, and kept the energy going at the right times. He made sure to learn how to say everyone's names who needed to get introduced. I really loved how they threw in the lighted DJ booth with our uplighting package. It really added another level to our ballroom's decor. Everything was flawless, and so much fun! Our guests were commenting about how great the music was. We were impressed that Spencer edited the mother-son dance's song, as we asked, because we felt like it was way too long of a song. He was so accommodating, and everything was just so effortless. Would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Our wedding reception would not have been as fantastic without the best DJ Andrew at Turntable Events. He kept everyone up on the dance floor all night long and played the best music. We also had the photo booth which everyone loved. The best part was you could email yourself the picture. Everyone loved that. Andrew and Chris were so accommodating and so nice that it made everything perfect. If I was to reccomend any DJ for any party not just a wedding it would be Andrew at Turntable Events.

Spencer, Alex and Chris are the DJ, Photobooth, and uplighting DREAM TEAM! Turntable Events was on the list of recommended vendors provided by our venue, The Roundhouse at Beacon Falls. After reviewing the list and reading reviews on The Knot, we reached out to a few and Spencer was clearly the best choice. His pricing was fair and he was very responsive to our questions. In the weeks leading up to our wedding Spencer was in touch frequently and made us feel very comfortable. On the day, he did not disappoint! Spencer was the best wedding MC we’ve ever seen, Alex slayed the music, and our guests had a ball in the open air photobooth. They read the energy throughout the night and kept the music perfectly in tune with it! These guys can handle anything and are true professionals. When my Maid of Honor approached Spencer and said she planned to rap part of her toast (which was totally epic), he was 100% on board and incorporated the music perfectly! We had an absolute blast and know our guests did too. Spencer and his team were a huge part of making our wedding as amazing as it was. We highly recommend Turntable – they’re the best!

5 stars is simply not a high enough rating for this crew! If you are looking to have a party at your wedding, a real celebration, this is the company to hire. We both had the MOST fun at our wedding and Spencer and his team made sure of it, they read the room, felt the vibe and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. All of our wedding pictures are of the dance floor and empty tables, EVERYONE was up dancing and celebrating with us! You will be AMAZED at how perfect and professional and FUN they are. HIRE THEM RIGHT NOW!

What can I say? Spencer killed it! I knew we would be fast friends when we were talking about music and he allowed me to go on a 10 minute rant on the music we were looking for (i.e. extra 90s throwbacks). Spencer took all my preferences in stride and on the day of, he completely delivered. He played the right songs to get everyone out onto the dance floor and knew exactly how to keep them there all night. Spencer was in constant communication with my husband and I throughout the night, making sure we were having a good time and playing our “must have” songs. We also did the package with the photo booth which was a huge hit. Our guests had a blast taking pictures together with all the props that Turntable brought along. Spencer was a pleasure to work with from the initial meeting straight through the main event. He was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Overall he’s a 10 out of 10!

My husband and I could not be happier with our choice to have Turntable Events DJ at our Spring wedding. From the beginning communication was easy - Spencer listened to our needs and made excellent suggestions leading up to the event. The night of our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Spencer and Alex. They were personable and professional as they fielded suggestions while sticking to our schedule and must-play list. The dance floor was packed all night. The guests could not stop talking about how amazing it was!

Spencer and Alex did an awesome job as our wedding D.J.s. They made the process so easy leading up to our big day, and we had no worries or concerns. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding reception went! Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night, and we kept hearing people saying how much they loved the music! I hired Spencer for my wedding and was BLOWN AWAY by the vibe he was able to create for me and my guests! He was so personable and professional and accommodated every request I made. He was flexible with me as far as choosing the package I wanted, as I wasn't sure if I wanted to add the Photo Booth. He gave me time to make my decision and graciously waited to deposit checks until I gave him the go ahead. The uplighting was BEAUTIFUL! Truly set a mood without giving that cheesey club feel. He was attentive throughout my whole planning process and answered each and every one of my questions thoroughly. He even sent me videos of my guests on the dance floor a few weeks after my wedding. I can't speak highly enough of Spencer. His services are a bang for you bucks -- I recommend to any bride who really wants their guests to get down on the dance floor!

We just got married this weekend. I needn't tell you how important music is in creating the right vibe for the event and Spencer and his team were absolutely outstanding in this capacity. Not only did they get every single name right when announced (a rarity with our friends and family), but they were able to read and judge exactly what the crowd wanted/needed in the way of music ALL NIGHT LONG. They were even wise enough to override our musical selections when they just weren't resonating with the crowd. Spencer was right. EVERY TIME. Their Photo Booth was fabulous, and accommodated every photo we wanted to take. They were professional, punctual, and a REALLY good time. If you have a choice with who you get to work with you for your wedding, I really can't recommend Spencer and Turntable enough. You won't be disappointed!! Trust them, and you really can't go wrong. So happy we did!!

I was so nervous about picking a DJ who understood our music preferences. It is hard to describe your musical taste over the phone! I really wanted to have a tasteful yet fun reception. Spencer was able to execute the perfect reception!! The perfect culmination of our tastes. He was very patient with us and was also able to change the lit up DJ station to a basic and class open presentation. EVERY guest had a last at the reception. Although I only have 70 guests, no one ever left the dance floor. Such a blast and I totally have Spencer and his team to thank! I absolutely recommend him!!

I cannot say enough about Spencer and his team! We took a risk by going with a DJ for our wedding that we had never seen or heard live, but it definitely paid off!! We had the best time at our wedding dancing the night away with our guests. Spencer had us and all of our guests out on the dance floor all night! Not to mention, the planning process with Spencer was super easy. He definitely understood our vision for how we wanted the music to flow and he executed above our expectations!!
