We had an amazing experience at the Veranda Room. Their team was so responsive, helpful and accommodating as we were leading up to the event as well as during the event. The venue is beautiful with decorations already lining the balcony and stairs so we didn't have to go overboard supplying our own decor. We had 50 people so we maxed it out but it felt like a warm hug for the happy couple. Everyone had a great time and we appreciated the amazing customer service. The Veranda Room is just down the hill from Chapel Dulcinea so our guests only had to park once. Plus, the Alchemist tavern is right next store for people to hang out in before the ceremony and reception. There was enough parking for everyone and all had a great time. Thank you for making it special.

AWARD WINNER (6X)
Thanks to recommendations from couples on The Knot
We have three unique venues on property- The Veranda Room, Tuscan Hall, and Fang & Feather. Set 900 feet above Austin, our picturesque settings offer stunning views from the rugged cliff-top.
Veranda Room is ideal for private and intimate weddings, the space can host 50 of your favorite people. The historic Chapel Dulcinea is within walking distance, allowing you and your guests to make your way from ceremony to reception effortlessly. Indoors, the Veranda Room features lavish art work and linens. Outdoors, enjoy access to an outdoor courtyard space complete with a Juliette balcony.
Tuscan Hall can accommodate weddings of up to 100 guests, step through the tall, double doors and you will notice an iron chandelier and overhead catwalk leading to a dazzling art gallery. Tuscan Hall includes 3 breathtaking outdoor spaces to celebrate and mingle with loved ones. Tuscan Courtyard is gorgeous during the day and its delicate lights shine after dark. This open green space provides plenty of room for guests to sit comfortably and witness your ceremony under the white marble gazebo. Tuscan Terrace is shaded by our magical oak trees. With centuries-old wooden fortress doors, reclaimed wood benches, and wrought iron gates transporting you and your guests to a simpler time. No need to decorate this space — nature has already worked her magic to create your perfect, private park. Tuscan Waterfall Patio has ambient lighting and a bronze statue that holds a delicate flame to create a dreamy glow outside. Dedicated staff will set up the event spaces to suit your requirements, before tearing down and cleaning up the area after your celebration.
Fang & Feather is the official tasting room of Crowded Barrel, the world’s 1st crowdsourced distillery. This whimsical space is as distinctive as you are. If you need plenty of indoor space for guests to sit then you’re probably better off with a traditional rental like the Veranda Room, or Tuscan Hall but if you are the adventurous sort that doesn’t mind zigging when most are zagging, we think you’ll like it here.
Dedicated staff will set up our event spaces to suit your requirements, before tearing down and cleaning up the area after your celebration. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine, an ice-cold beer, or hand crafted cocktail from Fang & Feather’s whimsical tasting room during their open hours for your event.
Get ready in style! Our luxurious Wizard’s Guest Cottage can be added to any rental. 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, 2 salons stations, a spacious lounge with kitchenette and plenty of mirrors and natural lighting make this the perfect space for you to get ready in or enjoy a quiet moment before or after your perfect event. Check in begins at 1pm on the day of your booking, and check-out is by 11am at the end of your stay.
All of our venues are wheelchair friendly.

We had the Veranda Room. Excellent communication and professional from start to finish. They setup the tables, chairs, and linens. Process to book was easy, and the space was beaut...
iful. However, the floor plan they provided looked roomier than the actual space (I think the tables weren't to scale), so I heavily recommend assuming there is less space to work with. Additionally, the light on the Juliet balcony was out and the patio area could do with some Edison lights or something around the perimeter to make it more inviting. We had an evening reception so it was really noticeable.

is fine facility. The staff (Joe & Indigo) were amazing to work with and they truly do go above and beyond when it comes to your special event. We selected Tuscan Hall for our ceremony, and it was truly a dream come true. The venue was kept in immaculate condition and all amenities worked like a charm! The layout map that Indigo assisted us with was perfect and they worked with our vendors to ensure everything was seamless. We visited once before for a small gathering at the chapel, and my brother is planning to renew his vows at this lovely location! Highly recommend and once again many thanks to the Joe & Indigo once again for their hospitality. Last thing to mention if it is in the budget I highly recommend renting the cottage on site, it is worth every penny!
Best regards,

er better than we could've imagined. From the moment we toured the venue to the night of our wedding, the staff was professional, attentive, and truly made us feel taken care of. They were organized, responsive, and worked with our coordinator to insure everything ran smoothly on such an important day.
Our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful everything was and how seamless the entire event felt. Every place was a picture perfect area! We are beyond grateful for the experience and memories we made here. If you're looking for a venue that's not only gorgeous but also truly supportive affordable, & reliable, me and my husband highly recommend this one! We rented the venue for the full day got access to start setting up at 10am, & rented the wizard cottage starting from the day before the wedding to have all day access for hair & makeup. I don't regret any of the decisions we made that led us here, truly a 10/10 experience.

The sound system worked perfectly. Thank you again for making our special day even better!

The Veranda Room was a perfect venue for our wedding reception! We held our ceremony at Chapel Dulcinea, so The Veranda Room was our first choice considered simply for the convenie...
nce of the location. Other details like pricing, venue handling of setup/takedown, and established relationships with quality vendors convinced us The Veranda Room was the right choice for our wedding. Everything on our day went off without a hitch, and that is a testament to the staff and their professional, well-practiced skills. Their communication while planning was thorough, and their expertise made nailing down every last detail painless and simple! The Veranda Room has so much inherent character that adds charm and old-world class the perfectly compliments Chapel Dulcinea weddings. The courtyard space was a beautiful feature, providing a variety of space for all guests to mingle comfortably. While we do not plan on getting married again, we did leave with the distinct thought of “what reason could we find to have another wonderful experience at The Veranda Room?” Hopefully someday we’ll think of something and happily return!

We visited Tuscan Hall & Veranda room in our search for a wedding venue. The experience was less than ideal. The person we were meeting stood behind a booth giving off a very cold ...
vibe which we were afraid would be replicated on our wedding day. After giving the approximate details of our wedding party size and guest lists, we were given vague answers. Furthermore, we had to ask questions such as where would the ceremony take place, where would the drinks be served, etc., details that one would assume would be given freely during the meeting. It felt like we were forcing them to give us a tour rather than being invited into a warm space. Ultimately, we couldn't chose this venue given that we wanted want to share one of our most memorable events at a place that felt open and loving. This wasn't it. Maybe the host/planner was having a particularly bad morning. But it wasn't a good experience for us.

or her. One employee I believe was Elizabeth was the absolute worst to work with. She wasn't aware of the liquor laws, yelled at me, was kissing her boyfriend and the list goes on.
when I arrived it was great, until I was approached that there was no longer allowed to be hard liquor, if I wanted any we would have to walk in our heels on the rocks up to grab a drink and come back. absolutely ridiculous and a lawsuit waiting to happen if somebody fell. I was also accused of asking our bartending service to bring drinks when they were only bringing garnishes. after an hour of our wedding being held off Samantha came in and truly saved the day.
the preferred vendors were great! the wedding ended great. I have truly never written a bad review, and I wouldn't say to not book here just go over the liquor situation and make sure to get fully on paper. and ask for Samantha lol
The night ended perfect and I am so happy with my wedding. minus our one hiccup

isa showed us the smaller rooms and helped us see how we could make our wedding vision come to life there at the little room and whiskey decks (my groom loves whiskey). We ended up having to book a different venue because our guest count got too big. I booked the Veranda Room which is the smaller of the two venues. This booking came with a reserved time to hold a ceremony at Chapel Dulcinea. My "venue manager" (not to be confus...
ed with a wedding coordinator or planner) was Briana and she was amazing. The venue and chapel overall are absolutely beautiful. We booked a rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding at Fang and Feather and it was lovely as well. After spending two different days there, I noted how they handle different situations. I understand that there are rules and reservations, but the thing that upsets me the most is how rude and harsh they can be. I wish they would treat people with a little more respect and choose to say things with a kinder demeanor.

I love the Chapel Dulcinea, however my overall experience the night of my wedding wasn’t so great...the weather impacted it greatly, but the lack of coordination by the venue has a...
lot to be desired.
My chief complaints:
I paid to reserve the venue an extra hour early...The weather was terrible, & when I arrived it was pouring rain, windy & 34 degrees...
Come to find out, I was told I couldn’t go in the bridal suite, even tho it was empty & that I had to wait in the bathroom until my time (which was filthy, stunk like poop, and had water all over the sink & floor from the prior wedding) before I could go into the bridal suite~ absurd ~
Secondly the bridal suite in my opinion has HORRIBLE lighting, and there’s not even Kleenex in it for the bride! There was a stack of cardboard like napkins, that’s it. It’s not a warm room,
Lastly, I found out the next day that husband Waited outside in the chapel in the rain for 45 minutes- because nobody told him the wedding was being moved inside! We had a small wedding , no bridal party . You would think someone could have let him know from the venue!?
Clarissa the wedding coordinator was nice enough to let us come back and take our wedding pictures in the chapel @ another time when the weather was nice.

The venue was beautiful and very affordable for small intimate weddings! The decor was just enough to allow us to set our theme as well. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make our day special!

We heard so many great things afterwards from our friends and family that attended. The majority said that it was the best wedding they had been to because the venue was so nice.
The staff was very helpful and polite throughout the process and made it smooth. I didn't have to worry about anything.

We also rented the bridal suite to allow the bridal party to get ready beforehand. The bridal suite is such a great touch for that bride wanting to feel relaxed the day of - my hairstylist raved about all of the amenities that came with the salon rooms.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Every time I called or visited the venue, they were willing and able to answer all of my questions. I absolutely loved this place from the first time we visited. Pictures do not do this place justice! We didnt get married under the chapel, but that's just as beautiful. We got mar...
ried at the Tuscan Hall. There is a gazebo outside that is perfect! We wrapped some cute vine Rose's around the beams and bam! Gorgeous! The inside of the hall was very spacious. Enough room for a dance floor, people to sit down and eat and just whatever. We were able to fit a buffet style set up, photo booth, DJ and enough tables to seat 100+ people and it was still roomy. The staff was amazing as well. Especially Clarissa! Very helpful and funny! I also do recommend the Bridal Suite for the day of and night of. 2 salons, mini fridge, bathroom, comfy bed and a separate room for the groom and his guys to get ready in. If anyone asks me where they think they should get married, I'll say here! Hands down! Thank you once again Tuscan Hall and everyone here that helped throughout the months! <3 :)

Tuscan Hall is a really beautiful venue and the wedding was really fantastic in part because of just how perfect the location was. I'm going to go into my one complaint before I co...
mpliment on the rest because I think it's only fair. When we originally did a tour of the location, we were told that there was a collection of gold chiavari chairs that we would be able to select if we had few enough guests. This may have been bad information on the part of the person that gave us the tour, a miscommunication, or a change in policy (which is what we understood to be the case when we did our final tour before the wedding) but when we were told that they were not available after all, we didn't really have enough time to set up rentals (and they would have been an added expense) to compensate. Instead we choose the padded chairs (which came with the venue) and chair covers (extra) that were available because there wasn't a concession offered for the error. Aesthetically, it was not my first choice, but it worked out in the end to be more comfortable for our older guests, so it's a minor point, really. If I had any advice on this, it'd be the same as with any other wedding vendor, make sure you check the details ahead of time to avoid issues.
That aside, every time we needed to communicate, they were extremely fast and thorough in their response. We got the impression that the folks there were really happy to work there and the grounds were lovingly kept. Even through it was not part of the agreement, the staff actually set up the tables and chairs for us the night before since they had some time to do so. Payment was super easy and there wasn't a single unpleasant person that I dealt with. I get the impression that what little I had to deal with that was on the negative side was really just policy changes rather than any one individual. I also think that the beauty of the venue far exceeds its price tag given the other locations we looked at in Austin.
