This was the best experience we have ever had! My husband and I are beyond happy and pleased the way everything turned out, the staff is incredible they literally made our wedding a dream come true. Not only is the place beautiful but the service there is absolutely amazing. If I were to ever renew vowels I'd always come to host Tuscany falls banquets! Tuscany's staff was amazing! They helped me every step of the way and on the day off, they made sure my wedding went smoothly and it did. They even upgraded me to a larger room when my guest list grew larger at no extra cost. The food was amazing and the cake (we upgraded our package to get a cake from our local bakery) was delicious and beautifully designed. They even worked extremely well with our other vendors to make sure they set up on time and had enough space for everything. The decorations that they provided was also of great quality. I highly recommend using this space for our event! (Please ignore the flowers in my image, these were made by the florists. Also, the centerpiece was provided by me however Tuscany does have basic centerpieces you can use at no extra cost).

Tuscany Falls was the most fantastic venue for our wedding! Every single person we worked with was professional, helpful, prompt, and friendly. They provide excellent packages that included vendors (i.e. cake, DJ, Photo Booth) that made it easier on us for planning. My guests are still talking about the food and I’ve had engaged friends wanting to hire the DJ Tuscany paired us with (the dance floor was full all night!) The private outdoor patio was beautiful and our guests enjoyed the fireplace and additional seating outside to visit and connect with friends and family when they weren’t on the dance floor. We booked the venue with Chris who was very welcoming and thorough with explaining each step of the process, timelines, and packages to us. Chris and Georganne were present throughout the night and made sure everything went perfectly (and that my husband had his own pitcher of the Sound Growler beer on tap!) We worked closely with Maria up to the big day and she was always so kind and quick to respond to any emails and questions we had. We can’t thank you all enough for helping make our reception so perfect!

Tuscany Falls was such a great venue! Everybody was so so nice, the staff was great and extremely accommodating. All of our guests enjoyed the food and had a great time. We were really happy with how the reception went and easy they were to work with!

My experience was awesome from beginning to end. Georgeanne was absolutely wonderful. She made sure our day was as perfect as we imagined it to be. My husband and I built such an amazing relationship with her we all were sad when it was all over. Ryan was awesome also. If Georgeanne wasn't around, Ryan was there to assist and was VERY helpful. Tuscany Falls was wonderful. They helped make our wedding day so beautiful. Georganne, Maria, and Kim were all delightful throughout the entire process, answered all of my MANY questions about the bill, always got back to us very quickly to resolve issues, etc. When we were a few months away from the wedding, I saw some reviews about the food and drinks that were negative, but I have to say, the guests/wedding party at our wedding are still telling us how amazing the food was. The pastas were all delicious, I don’t eat meat but was told the fried chicken was wonderful. It has a “comfort food” vibe and I feel that a lot of wedding venues have more… ritzy and fancy and while that’s totally great, after a super stressful day of some of our other vendors really letting us down, someone walking up to my wife and I during cocktail hour with a tray full of fried food was EVERYTHING, lol. Genuinely, being a gay couple in the Midwest, it was kind of difficult to find a venue we felt happy and safe in, and they made us feel welcome and normal, and not as if they were “doing us a favor” by holding our wedding for us. Most people don’t have to think about things like this, and I just wanted anyone who is reading reviews to know that queer couples should feel safe and celebrated here. My spouse is non-binary and uses the honorific “Mx” rather than “Mrs.” or “Mr.” and when I asked if our monogram could read “Mx. & Mrs.” rather than “Mrs. & Mrs.” they did it with absolutely no hesitation and that really meant a lot to us.❤️ Everyone in the venue, wait staff included, treated us with genuine respect and acceptance. It really made the day so much better and easier. Also, I feel like it should be noted aside from the positive personal experience that we had, that this venue is so insanely gorgeous. Like no matter what you can’t go wrong because it’s just. So. Pretty. The photos that our photographer was able to get and the way people have told us this was the most fun and beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to makes me so happy with my decision. There was a vibe of causal comfort while still being so elegant and beautiful. We really dreamed of having our wedding ceremony in the outside Gazebo, but I didn’t realize until about 12pm the day of that it was under 30° and we had to move the ceremony inside. I wasn’t at the venue when my mom asked them to move it inside, but was told they were very gracious about it. Our indoor ceremony in the South Room ended up being just perfect. My wife and I, along with both of our families, highly recommend Tuscany Falls for your wedding.

We had our wedding at Tuscany Falls on 10/21/22. It was PERFECT! Everyone here was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. The package we chose had everything we needed , and our room looked absolutely beautiful. The linens and chiavari chairs were stunning! The DJ was one of theirs, and he was awesome and kept everyone dancing! We received many compliments on the food and cake, and it was just a great day overall. 10/10 would recommend this venue!!!!!

I am so very happy that we chose Tuscany Falls as our venue! We got married on 9.23.22 and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone at the venue was so professional and very helpful with everything. The food was amazing, we had the family buffet and everyone loved it! Our servers were awesome, our bartender was fantastic, & all of the other staff were amazing! We are very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend this place to other couples. The price point was so good too! Get the packages they offer and it’ll take so much off of your plate & make the day even easier! Thank you so much!

We had our wedding at Tuscany Falls and from the first time visiting the venue it didn’t take long for us to realize that Tuscany Falls was going to be the place for our wedding and reception. We wanted our wedding and reception to be in separate banquet rooms and the two rooms were available for our wedding date. Throughout the planning phase, we worked mostly with Bart to make our dream a reality, however, the entire staff was always amazing. Bart and the Tuscany staff worked well with our other vendors to ensure our event was extraordinary. The beauty of the venue, the competitive pricing, and the level of service was outstanding. Our guests are still raving about the ceremony and all the cocktail hour and reception aspects such as the appetizers, dinner, sweets table, late-night pizza, the bar, and the intimacy of the private outside courtyard. We also rented the photo booth through Tuscany and everyone loved it. We are grateful to Bart and the Tuscany Falls staff for making our wedding and reception exceptional and truly memorable.

Tuscany Falls is a beautiful place. Our wedding was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding at. Maria was always easy to reach when we had questions.

I cannot give Tuscany Falls a higher rating than 5 stars. The personnel were outstanding and SO helpful. The food was delicious. 95% of our wedding guests ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection and tender. The wait staff was so friendly. We ordered every package there was and it saved us so much time. We had the hot appetizers, sweet table, pizza at 10:30pm. DJ, Photo booth. Everything went so well. A perfect night!! Thank you to all!!

Drinks are watered down for open bar. You cannot order anything on the rocks or a shot. The manager of the east room where my wedding took place was extremely confrontational. He got into argument with me (the bride) at the bar when I tried to order tequilas with a splash of soda for myself and my bridal party. During the argument, the bartenders didn’t serve anything to the guests who were waiting. He also was extremely confrontational with my maid of honor right before the bridal party’s entrance to the reception. A woman employee interrupted an intimate moment with my husband to tell me that I need to make sure my bridal party doesn’t use any confetti poppers or else I’d be charged “a hefty fee” for clean up. She never disclosed what the fee was only that it was “in the contract”. This was never discussed prior so I’m not sure what part of the contract she referred to because I didn’t see that clause in the contract I have. Just overall a very negative and awkward experience. It’s my wedding day, I shouldn’t have to argue with anyone, especially any employees of the facility that I paid a lot of money to host my wedding. Shame on the male employee who is charge of the east room on Friday, April 8th. This man had the audacity to raise his voice with the bride in front of my guests. Do not book here. There’s so many other venues that have an affordable price point, a beautiful layout, and polite employees.

I truly cannot speak more highly about the owners, staff, and facilities at Tuscany Falls! Tuscany Falls is a class act, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Chris and Georganne (the owners) are the kindest people and ensured that all of my guests were taken care of the night of my wedding. One of the most attractive things about Tuscany Falls is their options to have "all-in-one" services. Tuscany helped us arrange our DJ, Photo Booth, cake, and much more! The food was amazing.. classic Italian dishes and desserts which were perfect for my traditional Italian family. My guests continue to rave about how beautiful the venue was, how kind the staff were, and how delicious the food was! Can't wait to celebrate with Tuscany again for our 10 year anniversary.

AMAZING!! The team there has wonderful communication and although we mostly worked with Maria, every member of the team was always fully caught up with our wedding. The food and cake were amazing, staff was great to work with, decor and ambiance was beautiful, and we loved the champagne fountain. There were only a few inconveniences. The first would be that the hor d'oeuvers were only passed out to one half of the room during cocktail hour, which we didn't find out until a week after the wedding. The second would be that we didn't get to take home the top layer of our cake, but to be fair we never discussed that with them. Everything else throughout the day was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a more magical day!! Tuscany is number 1 in the area for a reason!!

Everything about our reception at Tuscany was absolutely perfect! The room was stunning, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious- and we got so many compliments on all 3. They truly exceeded all of our expectations throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

I originally came across this venue going home from Accelerate Go-Karting near by one night. It caught my attention because it was beautifully lit up! After going to tour the venue with my now husband I fell even more in love and booked soon after. The venue itself is elegant and very well kept. They just newly renovated too! I also loved the fact that we had access to not only one but two bridal suites! With the pandemic, we decided to change our original wedding date and I don't regret it. Staff were always available to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns as we continued to plan for your new date. The only hiccup we came across was obtaining a copy of liability insurance from one of our vendors, as the venue requires all vendors that are providing service to be insured. At the end of our big night we received so many compliments of how beautiful everything was and definitely believe we made the right decision for us! Since after I would and have recommended Tuscany Falls to many friends who are also in search of the perfect wedding venue.

THE PERFECT WEDDING VENUE! We truly cannot thank Tuscany enough for such an amazing evening! In the midst of a global pandemic, they remained so kind, flexible, understanding, and patient with us, as we navigated through unprecedented times. Our night was even more special for these reasons! The bar and waiting staff were great communicators and checked in with us frequently. The head table was cleared constantly and waters were refilled before we could even ask. The food was cooked to perfection (we’re also grateful for the waiters boxing our food up to take home)!! Finally, all of the interior and exterior upgrades ironically went with my wedding theme AND truly made for some beautiful and memorable pictures! I would absolutely recommend Tuscany Falls and Banquets for your wedding or vow renewal of any size! ❤️

We had our wedding at Tuscany this past Saturday and it was perfect. It was a great time, the food and service was excellent. We worked a lot with Bart, he was great to work with and helped us throughout the whole pre-wedding process! We are very happy that we went this Tuscany Falls!

Tuscany Falls was fantastic to work with for our reception. When we originally signed our contract life was normal and COVID-19 was not a problem. That all changed in March and Tuscany Falls worked with us to still have our reception there Jackie is absolutely the best to work with there. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Chris is just as wonderful. He was very flexible and willing to work with us given the current situation. The food was OUTSTANDING!! All our guest kept telling us how great their meal was. We had the steak and chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Our guest also loved the courtyard with the fireplace. Our guest had plenty of space to spread out for social distancing and dancing. Tuscany has many beautiful romantic places for pictures as well. Thank you to the staff for making our reception so memorable.

Management was unprofessional and rude! From the moment we walked in the door the woman (Maria) showing us around was very unprofessional and flat out rude. She had a very “this is what we got, if you don’t like it, get out” attitude. Unwilling to work with us. She didn’t even welcome us when we walked in or introduce herself; I had to stop her to get her name. She kept trying to get us to choose a Friday or Sunday wedding even when we repeatedly told her we are strict with picking a Saturday date. I did not feel welcomed at all, so of course I’m not going to pick a venue with a first impression like this.

We couldn’t have asked for a more smooth experience with our September wedding. We were very apprehensive about moving forward with our wedding given COVID but decided to move forward with a condensed guest list. Tuscany Falls was so accommodating with our smaller crowd and gave us extra space which worked out perfect for our guests. The room turned out just like i dreamed it would. Everyone raved about the food! The filet was cooked to perfection, people are still talking about it days later. Everyone at the venue was easy to get a hold of and answer any questions we had. The safety measures they put in place for covid were excellent. All our guests felt comfortable which we were so thankful for. Special shoutouts to Kim and Bart for relieving so much anxiety about planning a wedding during COVID.

OMG !!!!! This place has been so good to me and my husband from day one. A pandemic wedding is BY FAR THE WORST , but Bart and company gave us so many assurances alone with accommodations according to the guidlines. All of my guest were pleased, the food was GREAT(I recommend the chicken breast) and so was the space and the staff. The decor they provided was wonderful. The bartender was so nice. The room was so huge and overall it was affordable and we didnt need to ask for any discounts because we had more guest than we planned. Our photographer also enjoyed the lighting for our photos amd the bridal suite was OH SO BEAUTIFUL. The kind ANY bride would want to dress in. The venue swag matched our "Great Gatsby" theme wedding. Hopefully I can post pics as proof. I highly recommend this place to ANYONE. Mr. & Mrs. Huff

Stop looking at other reception venues and book Tuscany Falls! We just had our daughter's wedding there this past weekend. Imagine planning a wedding during a pandemic! I cannot tell you how patient, available, understanding, and generous Chris, Bart, and the Tuscany Falls team were. When they knew we were going to move forward with the wedding, they did everything possible to make sure the event took place. They opened up extra rooms for us, spread out the tables, worked with us on the number of guests, and were always available to take my frantic calls. After looking at more than 10 venues, I can honestly say that Tuscany Falls is the best around! The beauty (both inside and outside), competitive pricing, great menu and upgrade options, and the level of service are outstanding. We were even able to set up and decorate the day before the reception which was amazing! Our guests loved the appetizers, dinner, and sweet table! My favorite part..... the private outside courtyard that we decorated with candles and fairy lights!

This place is absolutely lovely and staff was equally amazing. The food was amazing I was nervous because they dont have a tasting. I want to have my 5th year anniversary party here because I love it that much and I just got married 8 months ago.

I would give them more stars if I could. I cant say enough about this establiment. My organization has been using them for our youth football and cheer banquets for 5 years. The management and staff always makes every effort to make sure our banquets are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and well fed. The food is amazing. Was a beautiful reception. Luckily got champagne chairs for a last minute deal. The staff was great, wish they served champagne. We chose white wine. Had issues with the wedding cake being cut right away. Wanted to leave it out for awhile. DJ was awesome but we wish the venue let us run over time just a little bit. Oh well. That was the agreement so guess we can’t complain. Food was delicious. Wish we and our guests could have taken leftovers. Overall, great venue but needed bridal room earlier and were not able to get it. So some things, details weren’t allowed to be bent. It was nice just the same but wish they catered to our every want and need.

The venue is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I worked very closely with Jackie and she was amazing! At first I was nervous that we would have a cookie cutter wedding, but that was not at all the case. We were able to personalize the menu, the bar options, linens, chairs, everything you could think of! The venue worked with our budget and we never felt pressured to go beyond what we were comfortable doing. The bridal suite was spacious and allowed for me to enter the ceremony from the staircase. The foyer area was spacious and beautifully decorated, where our cocktail hour trickled into. So many bathrooms so there was never a line. We received so many compliments on the ballroom, the food and the quality of drinks with the open bar. Thank you so much Jackie and Tuscany Falls! Our wedding was everything we could have imagined!

Everything about our wedding reception at Tuscany Falls was a dream come true... start to finish! Jackie helped us put everything together, listened to our vision and gave us exactly what we wanted. As soon as we started talking about getting married we noticed Tuscany's lights on our way to the comic shop. Chris walked us through the first time and gave us a good deal. He was awesome and so was the rest of the staff. Day of the servers and bartender were awesome. Our guests are still raving about the food. So glad we picked this venue. Thank you guys!

I want to let everyone know what a great experience we had at Tuscany Falls in Mokena. My daughter had her wedding there last weekend, it was absolutely amazing, the owners, the staff, the bartenders, everyone there was so accommodating. The personal touches from the owners where amazing. I would definitely give this place perfect score. I felt every time we asked a question, they where able to answer it and accommodate us. Helpful hint, give pictures of how you want it set up, we did that and it was perfect. The food was amazing, and there was lots of it, when they say endless appetizers, they mean it. Thank you for making my daughters wedding a huge success.

Tuscany Falls is such a beautiful reception area. They are super organized and make the wedding process so much easier. They were always fast at replying whenever I had a question. I could count on everything being done right and beautifully. The reception was so much fun and stress free because of the wonderful staff! I would definitely recommend Tuscany Falls for any wedding!

We could not have been happier with Tuscany Falls for our wedding reception. The linens, chair options, and lighting that we chose worked out perfectly. We received several compliments on the room decor and the food was delicious. Their customer service was top notch as they did not mix any messages to me in the weeks and months before the wedding and on the day of several staff members periodically checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly. I was asked if the temperature was okay, offered drinks, and hor d'oeuvres which we really appreciated. We also heard the bar staff was highly efficient and was pumping out drinks super quickly and the bartender remembered most guest's orders which is impressive. At the very beginning of our booking process nearly 2 years ago Chris was upfront and polite. He wasn't out for money and did not try to up-sell us on anything. He was honest and listened to what our opinions were and put us in the best package for our needs. It was a pleasure to work with him and the rest of the staff at Tuscany Falls. Highly recommend this venue.

We held both our ceremony and reception at Tuscany Falls. The entire team made the planning process easy. I especially loved working with Kim and Maria! They were available for all questions - no matter how dumb I thought they were. The food is AMAZING! I was nervous when we couldn’t do a tasting but other reviews and feedback from a few people who had been were 100% correct! The fried chicken is divine and the pierogis are out of this world! Maria even added a Mickey and Minnie design to our room sign because she saw our table numbers were Disney. The turn around time to convert the room from ceremony to reception was flawless. We highly recommend Tuscany Falls for your big day!!!

If I could give them 5 more stars I would. I cannot say enough about the service we got from Tuscany falls. It was truly the most amazing experience and I couldn't of asked them to change one thing, honestly not one complaint! Every step of the way every person that we dealt with was so nice, friendly and helpful! When we booked with them we were a little skeptical of the no tasting rule, as I'm sure most people are but we trusted the reviews and I'm so glad we did. Our friends and family are still raving about the food from our wedding. Not only was the quality amazing but they quantity of food was amazing as well. So many times you go to weddings and you leave hungry, I can assure you that will not be the case with Tuscany! We also went with the upgraded signature package, which i would HIGHLY recommend! It included so many awesome upgrades that really impressed the guests at our wedding. Anyway, I could go on and on about Tuscany and how great they were! We have a few other friends that decided to book with Tuscany after attending our wedding, it is definitely a hidden gem!

Tuscany falls was a beautiful venue! We had our wedding and ceremony may 31 2019. Tuscany falls was very helpful through the entire planning process. Any questions or advice I needed answers on they were just an email away. The food was delicious, we did family style. The cake provided by them was absolutely beautiful and tasted so good! The decor and ambiance everything about this venue was breath taking. I cant say enough positive things. Thank you for making my day stress free, seamless and one I’ll remember for the rest of our lives. It was the most beautiful wedding I couldn’t have imagined it better. I loved my wedding at Tuscany Falls, they went above and beyond to make my special day my own. I had my own décor such as escort cards, a cake stand, welcome cards and even my own colored candles, and Tuscany Falls put all my décor together and made my tables look stunning! During the planning process, I mostly corresponded with Maria, and Kim who were exceptional and very knowledgeable. But the remaining staff were just as awesome! Everyone were so nice, and pleasant, and made sure my wedding guests and wedding party were well taken care of, customer service was top notch! The food presentation was very elegant, and tasted very good! Although I would recommend Tuscany Falls for any event, they made my wedding day extra special and remembered for days to come. They take special care in making weddings individualized for the couple. My guests had a great time, enjoyed the food, and loved the décor myself and Tuscany Falls provided. The venue was great! From the beginning to the end of the wedding planning the staff was friendly and very helpful with everything! They checked in with us throughout the wedding to make sure we were happy with everything. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the wedding was and how great the food and desserts were. We couldn't have picked a better place!

Tuscany provided the greatest possible wedding we could imagine. The hall was set up the day before, and they allowed us to set up our stuff. On the night of the wedding, everything was set and ready. The food and drinks were perfect, and I received numerous compliments from our family and friends.

So accommodating from the time we looked at the venue until the end of our reception! Couldn’t have imagined a better experience!

Tuscany Falls was absolutely perfect! We did the upgraded family style meal plan and I had many of my older aunts and uncles tell me it was the BEST food they’d ever had at a wedding and being a polish family we go to a lot of weddings! We added the platinum package and it was worth EVERY penny, I’ve sculpture was beautiful and they set all of my things up beautifully. They had the place decorated to the nines, a planner to help guide us on a timeline for pictures, dances, etc... I would get married there a hundred times!

The family style food was: top quality,served hot, the seconds were on the table without being asked. Family and friends raved about the food and how gracious the servers were. The sound system worked properly in the room so all could hear and enjoy the music. The beauty of the entire building had gushing compliments coming from those arriving for their first visit. Returning attendees knew what to expect and they were not disappointed. This wedding was for our only daughter and honestly Tuscany owners and staff exceeded our expectations.

I would verify your food choices the day before but honestly they made everything else so painless it was great. The serving staff wonderful!!! We were very happy with our choice in Tuscany.

I couldn’t be more happy with how our wedding turned out at Tuscany. I am especially thankful for Kim who helped us during the whole planning process and answered all of my random questions for months on end. On the day of the staff was extremely helpful for any requests we had, the room was gorgeous, and the food was delicious (you can’t taste prior , but trust me you don’t need to). Overall I highly recommend having your wedding here.

They staff was professional and willing to work with me from the time I called until I walked out the venue to live my "happily ever after". Even the waitress Annie met me in my room to ask how did I want to set up dinner, cake, and dancing time. I planned everything on my own and they were available to help every time I called and needed direction. My guest talked about how great the salad, chicken, and wine tasted. I am a vegan and my husband and I don't drink they made me a delicious vegan meal and provided sparkling juice for us at our table. A++ service and will recommend anyone to celebrate with Tuscany Falls Banquets & Events

Our wedding was fantastic, and we are very glad we chose to have it at Tuscany Falls. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. Planning was made easy by the staff at Tuscany who were very helpful and always responsive and available. As the bride, I appreciated their input and assistance. There were 2 aspects of the venue that I did not like. First, when we made the final deposit and dropped off our decorations 2 days before our wedding, we gave specific instructions about the placement of our decorations. We were assured the staff would handle everything and would make sure the room looked perfect. Unfortunately, after the ceremony when my husband peeked in the room to make sure everything was set up properly, he found that none of the table numbers were put out and the favors were not arranged as we had requested. It was very hectic for him trying to run around and arrange everything before our guests made it into the room. Had we known, we would have put everything out when we dropped it off. We simply did not want to leave all of our personal items and favors out before the wedding when the public has access to the rooms. Luckily my husband checked and was able to pull the groomsmen to quickly help him finish setting up in time. Second, we had our ceremony outside in the gazebo. During the ceremony, a bus pulled up to the front and started backing up which triggered the beeping noise. This noise was a definite distraction for the guests and for us and made our otherwise beautiful ceremony sound tacky. While I realize traffic noises could be a concern since we were outside, I would think the venue could direct cars going to and from the venue to another location not right next to the gazebo. The worst part is that no one entered or exited the bus, meaning the beeping noise occurred for no reason. While this isn't completely the venue's fault, it might not be a bad idea for them to maybe designate a different location further away from the gazebo for drop off and pick up of wedding parties - at least for vehicles that make these noises. Aside from these hiccups, the evening was perfect. Chris checked on us several times during the night, which my fiance liked. Maria was great throughout the entire process from booking to the wedding night. We really enjoyed our day.

We had our reception here on June 9th, 2018. This was by far the easiest part to plan! Maria is who I dealt with primarily and she was so perfect! I had a lot of questions throughout the months and they ALWAYS responded to me and stayed true to what they promised. We had about 210 guests and everyone said the wedding was fun and beautiful. The room was lit perfectly and the food was delicious. We did the chicken, beef and pasta with sausage. I must say the soup was amazing. Our coordinator Amy was fantastic too! At first I was a little hesitant about the bi-monthly deposits you have to make but now I am so thankful because it was better than having a HUGE lump due right before your wedding. I will be for sure recommending Tuscany Falls!

Bart catered to my needs no matter the issue and made me feel welcomed and cared for.

Tuscany is amazing! The staff were so helpful and full of energy on our big day! The food was phenomenal! The manager/owner came to every table to make sure everything was good with each table and took care of anything that needed to be taken care of. As the bride I had no stress the day of the wedding. Tuscany was beautiful, and made my wedding dream come true! I could not have asked for a better place to get married and have the reception! All of my guest loved it, which made it even better! Having a private area for the bridal party was amazing, for before the wedding and during if we needed to get away. Tuscany let us come in early for photos before the wedding and all of the photos turned out amazing! The venue is all around amazing. I have nothing negative to say about it!

We recently held a 40th birthday party with 90 guests at Tuscany Falls. When you're continually complemented about the decor, food, and service, you know you've hit a homerun. But the applause goes to the staff at Tuscany, they are professional, great to work with, and creative when it comes to the details. This is not your typical banquet facility, it's more like an extension of your home and working with family... great job & thank-you for a great event.

We celebrated our wedding at Tuscany Falls on Nov 4, 2017. I cannot stress enough how happy we were with our ceremony and reception there! They were so easy to work with during all the planning and everything the day of our wedding went off without a hitch. We didn’t really do a lot of extra decor but the rooms are beautiful to begin with. We did the family style dining and it was amazing! Fried chicken, pierogis, beef for the main items and we got nothing but compliments from our guests. Our families and friends were really impressed with the venue and could not stop telling us how great everything was. I would highly recommend Tuscany for any wedding or other event :)

We highly recommend Tuscany Falls. The place is so nice and elegant.... even the washrooms. Our guests kept talking about how nice everything was. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Maria was extremely helpful. There's no tasting, but the food was delicious. This venue definitely has the WOW factor.

Absolutely loved everything. We were married October 8, 2017 at Tuscany Falls we had both our ceremony and reception there and everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful yet discreet. They set up our place cards and tables just as we wanted them.n The food was great. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. I can't say enough about how wonderful everything and everyone at Tuscany Falls was throughout the entire planning process and day of our wedding. I would recommend them to everyone.

Tuscany Falls was our dream come true. This one-stop-shop it perfect for every bride. It was truly a pleasure working with Maria to make our big day come to life. The entire staff was impeccably accommodating throughout the whole process and even more so the day of. We couldn't have asked for more!

Wow is truly the only word to describe Tuscany Falls! From day one, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! We reserved our wedding date and room 16 months in advance to guarantee the date and room we wanted. For the next year, I would pop in or call with any questions I had and would always be greeted and helped with a friendly face. It was such a reassurance to have our venue be the least of our worries since they had everything so under control for us. From our linens to our menu and cake every aspect Tuscany was involved in was absolutely flawless. On the day of our wedding our bartenders, Orlando and Paul, provided the best service I have ever experienced at a wedding! I still have people texting me about how personable and fun they were! The drinks provided were just as amazing as the food. Our family style dinner was absolutely delicious and I am so happy we chose that option so everyone could have as much as they would like! I can honestly say that every aspect of my wedding was even better than I had hoped. My husband and I are already wishing we will be invited to a wedding there in the near future so we can see all of the amazing people who made our day possible and enjoy the wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere again! Thank you so much to everyone who made our day possible- you are forever in our hearts!

First, I'd like to give Mark & Maria a 5 out of 5 for their amazing service. They made planning a wedding soooo stress free! However, during the night there were some hiccups from the serving staff. I'm sure this happens at all weddings, but although some minor things didn't go so well, Mark made sure to fix the situations! Two guests didn't receive their vegetarian meals, but they were quickly brought out when I informed the staff & our head table cards weren't put out, but Mark reassured me that he'd help ease my nerves. He did & even opened the bar during dinner for us early! I honestly can't thank Mark enough for everything! Overall an amazing venue & event planners!

Everything was wonderful. From the beginning stages and throughout. The staff was eager to help they made sure if we had any concerns they were met. The food was good. Omg the cheese ravioli!! Glad we chose Tuscany Falls!!!

We had our Wedding and Reception on March 25th, 2017. Let us tell you it was GREAT.. Staff were very helpful in putting our party favors on the table and accommodating us every step of the way. Our guest along with us loved the family style dinner and desserts afterwards. The room was beautifully set up. My wedding was July 8,2017. The staff at Tuscany is amazing especially Maria. They were very professional. I told Maria my vision for the wedding & she brought everything to life. She is AMAZINGGGGG!!!! Tuscany is the BEST venue here in IL!!!!!

Tuscany falls went above and beyond their job during our whole engagement and wedding. Shout out to Maria, who is absolutely wonderful. Tuscany falls is absolutely beautiful, the outdoor area is so nice. Also, the food is fantastic. It is a super convenient location (close to i-80). I couldn't of imagined my wedding anywhere else, it was perfect.

Steer clear of Tuscany Falls Banquets and Events! While Tuscany Falls' advertisement states "A $1000 deposit is required to reserve your date, and the balance is due 2 days prior to the event", this is technically true, but very misleading. There are payments in between the deposit and the final balance. My son and his fiance had scheduled their wedding at Tuscany Falls in Mokena, Illinois for November, 2017. When their plans were cancelled in January, 2017 (ten months prior to the wedding date), my husband and I had already put down $4500 toward the wedding ($2500 down payment and an additional $2000 in December, 2016). After the cancellation, we discovered that the required down payment was actually $1000, not $2500! When I contacted the owner, he was extremely rude, insinuated that I was "crazy", and repeatedly hung up on me. When he realized that my name was not on the contract he said that he could not speak with me because I wasn't his "client". (Although he had no problem cashing my checks!) After he threatened to contact the local police to report harassment, I called the police instead. I was told by the police department that I had done nothing wrong, and was well within my rights to contact the owner of Tuscany Falls. Soon after learning that I had contacted the police, Tuscany Falls reimbursed the $1500 overpayment. I have since contacted several other comparable venues in the Mokena area, and have discovered that they have more reasonable cancellation policies. If they are able to rent the venue for the same date they will reimburse ALL money paid to that point. However, the owner of Tuscany Falls refuses to reimburse my remaining $3000! He plans on keeping my $3000 as well as full payment for the rental of the venue in November. The attitude and actions of Tuscany Falls' owner have been unreasonable, counterproductive, and extremely GREEDY! I would not recommend Tuscany Falls in Mokena, Illinois to anyone!

Every part of planning our wedding here was so easy and enjoyable! Everyone we worked with (Bart, Chris, Georganna, Kim) was just awesome, so nice, and helped keep us calm throughout the whole process. They made the planning easy and walked us through every decision we had to make. Our wedding night was everything we dreamed it would be. Everything at Tuscany Falls ran smoothly, our room was set up beautifully, the food was so delicious (we received so many compliments on this), and we had absolutely no problems. Wonderful experience!!!

Mt wedding on 1/27/17 was perfect!! the room was beautiful! the food was awesome! my guests can't stop raving about the food and quality of the bar. Maria was my contact, was so awesome to work with! she made the planning process so stress free. They assisted in setting up my place cards and centerpieces. My ceremony was here too and it was beautifully coordinated. Thank you Maria and Tuscany Falls for making my wedding a beautiful stress free day!

They were amazing and so on top of everything. I had made my own centerpieces and the staff set them up for me perfectly and was so tentative to me and my guests that it felt like our wedding was VIP! They also supplied the DJ and photo booth which our guests are still raving about. Don't forget the incredible food which we got prime ribs that were cut in over two inches thick!!
