Tustin Ranch Golf Club

We had our reception at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club on July 29, 2017 and we had a wonderful experience with Jessica Tjan!!! (Unfortunately, we can't say the same for all of the staff, so definitely request Jessica.) Jessica was kind, professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, and always friendly and had a positive attitude. We definitely would not have had such a perfect day without her!! She responded to our emails quickly and was always willing to schedule an appointment when I had questions or wanted to see a sample table setup, for example. She modified the details to make our reception exactly what we wanted. Jessica was an absolute joy to work with and was a calming presence both during the stressful season of planning and on the overwhelmingly crazy day. I did not stress out over anything at the reception because I knew she was there handling everything. She took such great care of us during the photos at the golf club (which I can't wait to see because I'm sure they'll be beautiful!!) between our ceremony and reception - she was there fixing my dress, helping with my veil, making sure we stayed hydrated, and keeping track of all the details. She is AMAZING! My husband and I are both so, so grateful that we had Jessica to rely on and would recommend her to anyone! Not only was she professional and did her job well, but she is also so much fun to talk to and I actually told my husband on our wedding day during our reception that I'd like to be friends with Jessica and hang out with her! The only thing that was less than perfect was the food. We ordered the chicken and it was ok, but not great. Otherwise, we had the best day and highly, highly recommend hiring Jessica! You won't regret allowing her to reduce your stress and make your wedding day the perfect day for you!

Tustin Ranch Golf Club exceeded my wife and I expectations when it came to the planning, organizing and executing our wedding day. Jessica and Carmen were so helpful to my wife and I along the way in providing answers and help when we needed it the most. My wife and I got married there less then a month ago and our guests are raving about how beautiful and well put together the ceremony and receptions were. The wait staff was accommodating on the day of the wedding when it came to the service of food, the bartenders were engaging and fun and it just made for a really amazing evening. It couldn't have been done without Jessica and Carmen help organize all that the venue provided. Thank you so much!

Tustin Ranch was a beautiful setting. Everything came together nicely. Great food, great service all around and overall great deal! Table scheme around dance floor was only concern, but ceremony, cocktail hour and reception locations were all beautiful!

My husband and I just got married at Tustin ranch almost a month ago! Jessica and Carmen truly made it an unforgettable experience. They answered and my questions and concerns I had before the wedding whether it had to do with the venue or outside vendors! When it came to the wedding day everything was set up beyond the vision I had, it was amazing! Carmen and Jessica helped the capture so many memories for my personal photo collection, that was a pretty awesome gift!! If I could do it again, I would get married there all over again!!

I am so glad we went with this venue! The atmosphere is relaxing, the venue price was very reasonable, and best of all, our wedding coordinator, Jessica was simply the best! She has the best personality and is so patient and kind. She works hard to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She never failed to get back to me and my millions of questions in a very timely manner. She was my cheerleader through all the little stressors that surfaced. I could not have asked for a better on-site wedding coordinator! I know that my experience at Tustin Ranch Golf Club would not have been as memorable without her. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. The servers made sure my husband and I had food and beverages throughout the day as we were bustling about. My experience there was incredible and I sincerely hope you will check this place out. Their food is awesome, by the way. Our guests were very happy!

I cannot say enough good things about Jessica, Carmen and all of Tustin Ranch Golf Club! From the very first time we met with Jessica, we knew there was something special about her and this venue. One thing that stood out was that she said 'yes' to every request we had - from a specialty British cocktail, to sparklers early in the reception, to moving flowers throughout the reception and more. And she seems to genuinely enjoy what she does too which made it even better!! We knew we could trust her to be professional, punctual and on top of things. She over-delivered on everything and the way the decor turned out was even better than we could have imagined!!! She was patient and kind throughout our crazy wedding planning process - partially which we had to do from another country. Thank you so much Jessica & team for being part of the best day ever!!

We were surprised by how many people/guess came to us and said it was the best wedding and best food and the best views for the ceremony. It was spacious ,well organized,clean and beautiful. I would highly recumbent Tustin ranch golf club for your wedding.

Jessica and Tustin Ranch did an amazing job with our wedding and had a lot of our guests commenting to use about our wedding being one of the best they had been to. The staff at Tustin Ranch did a wonderful job at making the guests feel comfortable and made sure the wedding ran smooth from start to finish. Jessica was there for my wife and I during the whole day and made sure we were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about any details of the wedding. My wife's parents had scheduled the 3 waiters as a surprise and even though Jessica had to keep it a secret, she let us know how guilty she felt about hiding the surprise and hoped we would forgive her afterwards (she is so sweet)! People continually reminded us that something was guaranteed to "go wrong" during the day but in fact we didn't have any issues (big or small) during the entire wedding. Jessica and the whole staff made sure everything ran smooth so our big day was one of the most memorable days of our life's!

Not only was this an amazing location to have a wedding, but it made my job so much easier! The are was set up so beautifully, which allowed for amazing wedding photos. The wedding planner, Jessica, made sure we got every single photo we needed, while also making sure we were in the time constraints. Which made everybody happy! Really throughly enjoyed working with the Tustin Ranch!

We had our evening wedding ceremony & reception at TRGC and couldn't be happier. Jessica is a ROCK STAR and was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. There's no need for an outside coordinator (wedding entirety or even day-of) as Jessica and her team do all that and more. They can work with any budget and have pricing packages you can choose from, which cover as little or as many details as you need (ie. food, alcohol, wedding cake, DJ, flowers, photography, photobooth, candy stations, chocolate fountains, etc..) to eliminate the stress. Planning - Jessica worked with our tight budget and gave us a wedding that looked anything but! I have to say that she did most of the heavy lifting (it was almost too easy) to help us pull it together. She kept us on track with planning, provided suggestions and recommendations for budgets, timelines, details and even vendors (who were also fantastic). The day of - Jessica was present to make sure every second of the day was stress-free and went as smoothly as possible. And it did. The TRGC staff was on point, the venue and set-up were gorgeous, our 140 guests had a great time, the food was fantastic (we opted for a buffet; and have been getting non-stop compliments on the food), and it all went by too fast. The only hiccup of the day was when I started getting a blister, right off the bat, from my wedding shoes - naturally, Jessica had band-aids on hand, in multiple sizes. While that seems like a small detail to share, the point is that she was prepared for just about ANY situation. Bottom line - If you're considering Tustin Ranch Golf Club as an option for your OC wedding, I would highly recommend you 'say yes.' Then ask for Jessica. You won't be disappointed!

Our daughter was married on July 12, 2014 at Tustin Ranch Golf Club. We booked Tustin Ranch last August and our first meeting was with Jessica. Let me tell you Jessica was absolutely fantastic, she was there for us every step of the way. Any question my daughter or I had she would get back to us immediately. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and I strongly believe the reason was because of Jessica and the entire staff at Tustin Ranch. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. After the ceremony our guests walked around the corner for the cocktail hour and appetizers. Everything was delicious. During the reception the staff was professional and did a great job. The food was delicious. If you would like to be stress free on your wedding day I would highly recommend Tustin Ranch.

I was a June bride at the Tustin Ranch Golf Course this year. I have to say that the venue is beautiful! We had a day wedding ceremony followed by a lunch reception because we wanted to continue to enjoy the beautiful scenery we got from the golf course. Our pictures turned out great! Event coordinator Jessica Tjan-Velasquez is AMAZING!! She is so easy to work with and she listened to everything I asked and delivered wonderfully! From the moment I met her, she was super sweet and made me feel like she was there to help me. I love love loved working with Jessica! When I was feeling overwhelmed, she helped me take a deep breath. She was there every step of the way helping me fix my dress and even made sure I ate and stayed hydrated. I can't say enough how much I appreciated her through the entire process! The day went so smoothly because of her. The combination of Jessica and the beautiful venue just made my wedding perfect! Not the mention the great food! We received a lot of compliments. The guests received the champagne chicken and steak and the chicken wasn't too dry and steak not overcooked. The only reason I'm not giving the vendor a perfect 5 is because we had an early wedding and it was during a time of a golf tournament which we were unaware of and not notified in advance. We were really looking forward to taking pictures at all of the available sites at the venue but couldn't because we would interrupt the tournament, but with the amount of money invested we would have hoped that they could have accommodated us with top priority. We still got good pictures but really wished we could've been to all the sites available for even more. Overall wonderful!

From the moment we set our eyes on Tustin Ranch, we knew this would be the place we would get married! The entire grounds are maintained so well and the views there are absolutely stunning. The reception space is also beautiful with an entire wall of windows overlooking the scenery. The entire staff was amazing - very attentive and incredibly professional. Jessica Tjan-Velasquez was our event coordinator, and we really couldn't have done it without her! She took care of us every step of the way - providing us magazines, answering all our questions, and truly doing a phenomenal job taking care of us on the big day. We also received many compliments from our guests about how tasty the food was (of course we agree!) They really did a great job accommodating our large group (200 guests) and taking into consideration food allergies/restrictions for all our guests. So happy we chose this venue! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and a great party with good food.

Wow what an amazing staff. Professional, thoughtful, helpful, time cautious, you name it they were on it. Jessica was our wedding coordinator and what an amazing women! She made our wedding run so smoothly and it was such a perfect day. She was there every step of the way. She made sure everything was on time (which she knew was important to me). The staff was so friendly bartender, waiters, and assistants. Our guest would not stop saying how amazing the staff was and how beautiful everything was. The food was fantastic not saying this because it was our wedding but it had to be the best "wedding meals" we and our guest every had. We had the Angus beef, champagne chicken, and vegetarian medley. My husbands button came off his tux jacket and sure enough her comes one of the staff members sewing it back on. I really believe the venue has a big role in how your wedding day will be. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club.

Everything was beautiful! Absolutely no complaints. Jessica did an outstanding job and my daughter was thrilled on her big day. Highly recommend!!!

The wedding planner, Jessica Tjan Velasquez was absolutely AMAZING. She was everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, food was the best food I've ever tasted! What drew me in to the venue was that they had a lot of accommodations that no other venues offer. I was really worried about the food tasting because food was very important to me, but once I tried it I couldn't get enough. I absolutely LOVED everything they brought out to us; and on the day of the wedding the food tasted even better than the tasting! Everyone kept talking about how beautiful my wedding was and how good the food was. I think back on my wedding and sometimes wish I could have been a guest there rather than the bride; I was just so busy the entire day and I would have loved to be a guest at my wedding! :]

The grounds are so beautiful it's like being away from reality! The Food was amzazing our guests are still talking about it! The service was top knotch They really know how to take care of their guests!

My wedding was beautiful thanks to the staff and the location which made it possible. Our event specialist Jolene was kind and courteous throughout the process. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We had a color theme and she made sure her side was also complying to my little requests. Food was great and my guests enjoyed the tastiness of what the club has to offer. I would recommend this to all future bride and groom to at least visit and see for yourself.

Besides the fact that the venue is beautiful, the staff was excellent. We had great service at our food tasting...the chef came out to meet us and even had us taste some food that wasn't in the package we chose. Our coordinator, Jessica was fabulous. She helped us pick out a package within our budget, gave us honest opinions when we asked her, responded to all emails in a timely manner, and made sure the night went smoothly on the day of.

Excellent staff. Loved Jessica. Everything went smoothly. I have no negative comments to say about this venue.

Beautiful location and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Tustin Ranch Golf Club is a hidden gem in Tustin, the golf course and clubhouse are beautiful and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this loction.
