Felicia and her assistant Sam were amazing. I don’t know what I would have done without them on my wedding day. They were like an extension of my wedding party and acted like family yet they they took charge when we needed something, made sure everything went according to plan (without anyone knowing about any hiccups) and made sure I had the best day of my life. My family still brings her up and says how helpful they were and how nice it was that they were able to relax and enjoy rather than worry about how the day would play out! If anyone had a question they knew the answer. I also had surgery a month before my wedding and was sick on my wedding day. They truly went above and beyond and made sure to make me feel comfortable and help in any way they could. There was not one guest who knew I was sick and made sure I felt my best. Felicia and Sam were truly the best day of coordinators and were the best decision I made! I would choose them over and over again!
Where do I start?!? Felicia and her team at Tutti Belle Events are AMAZING. From our initial consultation call, I knew Felicia was exactly what I needed for my month of planning! On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly, helped keep the energy up, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was PERFECT, and was our superwoman. I would hire her a million times over and she’s officially a #slayqueen in my book.
I even got compliments from other vendors that she coordinated final details with that she was amazing — that says a lot!
Thank GOD for Felicia!!! I hired her as my full wedding planner after we got engaged in 2021. We got married 2 years later, 7/1/23, and she was there for me through everything. She helps with finding vendors, created the most incredible vision board for me, scheduled meetings and attended them with me, and more. The timeline she created for my wedding day was one of the most impressive things I've seen! I can't express enough how grateful I am to have hired her. On the day of my wedding, she was by my side all day. I just had to show up, and she handled everything else for us. My wedding day was absolutely perfect, the best day of my life, and so much of it was thanks to her!! Thank you Felicia for EVERYTHING!!
Felicia was incredibly helpful leading up to my wedding, ensuring that we had everything ordered and figured out in a timely fashion. She kept us organized with spreadsheets and guides and handled communication with our vendors in the final weeks, which was a lift for us in a hectic time. On the day of, her and assistant were always with my fiancé and I keeping us on schedule and making sure we had everything we needed. They kept our day going smoothly and made sure we were stress free. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Felicia and her team are the absolute BEST! She made it so every detail of my wedding day came together seamlessly and relieved any stress I had regarding the day. She was even there as a friend to calm me down when the nerves set in! I honestly couldn’t have asked for better, from making sure everything and everyone was perfectly organized, to fixing my hair for pictures she exudes professionalism while making the day fun and stress-free. I could not say enough good things, I would recommend her to anyone!
Felicia was our day of coordinator and it was the best decision we made! Felicia was super organized and detailed, which helped me so much while organizing our final details. She created a detailed timeline for the day and corresponded with all of our vendors for COI, meal counts/dietary restrictions, and coordinating their arrival and departure times. I literally did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, and it was amazing. Felicia and her team were incredibly helpful ensuring that everything went super smoothly. She was also very responsive and helped answer last minute questions I had.
Felicia was great! I hired her as my DOC and she did not disappoint. She helped to build my timeline, confirm everything with all my vendors and help put my mind at easy. Her responsiveness to all my questions was much appreciated. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything. I didn't need to ask for a thing, it was like she was reading my mind! Absolutely greatest decision I could have made hiring Felicia.
Felicia & her team were amazing during my wedding on 5/20/23. They were there promptly and jumped right into action. Our plan had to change with the weather and the team pivoted with very minimal stress to me. She made sure to keep me in the loop as well as keep us on schedule!
I had a few things I was very particular about and Felicia made sure she covered all those items and more. Our centerpieces needed to be put together and our venue didn't allow us to get in that early but this team made it happen!
I felt really heard and understood by the team. They did a great job of wrangling the 9 groomsmen and my now husband who has a tendency to wander.
I couldn't have done the day with them and I recommend having Felicia on your side for your day. So much less stress and worth hiring Tutti Belle Events NYC for a flawless day.
Felicia was amazing ! We had done most of the planning when we reached out to her, but decided we still needed some guidance. Felicia worked with us for 2 months before the wedding to finalize timelines, contact vendors… We could not be happier with the job that Felicia performed. Felicia was very friendly and listened to all our needs to make sure the wedding day was perfect and beautiful. She made sure that everything that we needed that day was done even before we even realized that we needed it!!!! She was super organized and we were not worried about a single thing the whole day and night. We highly recommend her !

Felicia was the best money i spent on the wedding. Felicia and her team took all the worry from me on the wedding day. i hired here as a month out coordinator. i was on the fence about doing it since my venue had a day of attendant but im so happy i did. she created such a detailed timeline for me and all my vendors. helped keep everyone on schedule. and her overall wedding expertise was just amazing. on top of that shes an absolute sweetheart and was fun to be around the wedding day! all my bridemaids and groomsmen loved having her for all their questions so they wouldnt need to bug me. Felicia and her assistant Bailey were INCREDIBLE. I honestly don't know what I would have done if they weren't there for my wedding day. I hired Felicia for month-of-coordination and it was the best decision I made. She is an amazing person to work with, so knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions I had. I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding planner since my venue had a maître-d but it was absolutely necessary and worth it!! Felicia and Bailey made sure everything came together smoothly and flawlessly, and were by my side the whole day. They added such a positive and warm energy as well. Felicia is a fairy godmother/groomsmen wrangler/BOSS all wrapped in one. her and her assistant liz (total sweetheart!) made the day totally stress free for us, our families, and our bridal party. I knew I wanted someone on my team looking out for us, and hiring Felicia was the BEST choice. My OCD heart exploded seeing how much time and effort she had put in to our wedding leading up to the day and how on top of everything she was while being so collected and professional. I know the weeks leading up to the wedding can be the most stressful, but I can honestly say, that’s when i was my calmest. I had total faith in her to handle things.
Where do I begin.... Felicia totally saved my day. From my venue not allowing anyone to set up until 2 hours before my event, to to having a (surprise to me) daytime wedding end an hour before mine started. I am totally unsure how Felicia and team unwrapped 400+ candles and set up a perfect dreamy reception space. I'm sure there were 800 other things she did that day but the most important thing was that she made me feel calm and taken care of. I was recommended to Tutti Belle via a referral but please take this review as my referral to you! I hired her team for day of coordination, if i could go back in time I would have hired her for additional planning because of how decisive she was and how stress free she made my event.

Don’t know what I’d do without Felicia! She was my go to girl all day long. She tied up a lot of loose ends and REALLY brought my vision to life with all of my decorations. She kept everyone on track, coordinated with each vendor a month prior to the wedding, and kept everyone and everything in line. A total boss babe who is extremely organized and knows what she’s doing. I had full faith in her and she made my dreams come to life. Felicia was absolutely one of the best decisions for my wedding day!! She was on top of everything and so incredibly helpful! Leading up to the wedding she was organized and helped me make sure everything was planned to a tee! On my wedding day she made everything go so insanely SMOOTH! I had no worries with her and her team on top of everything! they made sure the room was set up perfectly and that the day went according to schedule and it was so easy and it all happened so FAST! Tutti Belle Events supplied us with the most beautiful flower wall rental for my sister’s bridal shower. The entire process - from choosing the right wall, to payment, delivery, setup, and take down - was seamless! Felicia is so patient, helpful, and receptive. The Willow Wall was the perfect touch for our event, everyone was talking about it. 100% would recommend Felicia and her team.
We rented the willow wall to use in front of the photo ring... The willow wall was beautiful. They were very prompt and professional with the assembly of the wall. The whole process was seamless... I have nothing but good things to say about this company and would recommend the willow wall!!
What can I say about Tutti Belle Events......they are AMAZING!! I didn't know what to expect being my first time hiring a wedding planner, however, they went over and above my expectations. They were on top of everything I needed including attending to my daughter's needs in every way possible. They set-up anything I needed, made sure everything was going well throughout the day. They even packed up all the items I brought to the wedding as decorations at the end of day. Felicia contacted us prior to the event several times to make sure we were on top of what we needed so nothing was ever left out. I can go on and on and on. We hired Tutti Belle after a recommendation from friends when we were losing confidence in our venue coordinator. Initially, we hadn’t budgeted for a day-of coordinator so we were hesitant. After one call with Felicia, we knew hiring TBE would be worth it and boy were they! Bailey and Donna went above and beyond my expectations. We quite literally couldn’t have made it through the day without them. Every vendor commented how efficient, pleasant and organized Felicia was in organizing contacts and the day-of timeline. Felicia is someone you want in your corner. She is amazing at being there for you with problem solving if something should arise and put me at ease. Where do I begin ? I hired Tutti Belle Events after being scammed 47 days before my wedding day from a previous planner & Felicia went above and beyond to assure me everything would be fine. Felicia helped pull me out of the chaos I was placed in and I truly believe everything happens for a reason because I know my day wouldn’t have been as perfect without you. The amount of professionalism, perfection & love that the Tutti Belle team puts into their work is unreal. From making sure my dress looked great in every shot , to re-applying my lipgloss. I appreciate every detail you put into my special day. You are really a wedding angel & thank you so much a million times over!!!!!!
Felicia was the best decision I have ever made. I hired her and her team for day of coordinator services. I think I talked to 10 different companies, before I spoke and booked with Felicia. She was everything she promised and more. I had multiple schedule movements from getting ready in NJ, church in Brooklyn, pictures and venue in NJ I felt it was so important to have someone else their to take control that day. My wedding was in January and she started working with me in November. She was my primary contact for all my vendors, and making the day of schedule. That alone is worth EVERY PENNY. She is basically your BFF prior to your wedding, and answered every email or text quickly and promptly. She went as far as trying to shovel snow and ice at my venue when it wasn't done, and Bailey drying off my soaking wet snow covered feet. If you are in the market for coordinator, hire Felicia!!
Our wedding was planned in 6 months due to my mother in laws illness. It was already a stressful time and I knew when our wedding day finally arrived I wanted little to no stress with the details of the day. Yes, most people say "our venue comes with a coordinator" when I recommend Felicia and her team, but there is so much more to a wedding day then the reception venue. We got married in a separate location to the reception and got ready in two separate locations ( one for groom & one for bride).
There is also the entire morning of prepping, photography, making sure your husband is where he needs to be (thanks to Felicia & team!). Do you really want to worry about all of these elements on your wedding day morning? We didn't have to because we hired TuttiBelle Events. I didn't even have to worry about our shuttle drivers or schedules, she firmed up all of that days before. I didn't have a lot of DIY stuff so it was pretty much hands off until the day of the wedding/ week prior. She made sure all the right people were available for photos when we needed them and that we didn't miss any pictures we really wanted to capture. She brought the champagne to the shuttle when the bridal party forgot it! It was great. She even gets to your location early to steam your bms dresses.
Most importantly, I just felt a connection to Felicia. She knows what she's talking about when it comes to weddings and I felt like she saw my vision and made sure it came to life.
Felicia was AMAZING!! there are not enough words to describe how much she did for me for my wedding and I could not have done it without her! she went above and beyond to make my day perfect! I HIGHLY reccomend using her for your wedding!!
HIRE HER!!! I highly recommend. Felicia and her team were fantastic. We hired Felicia roughly a week before our big day and she was so friendly, communicative, responsive, professional, extremely organized and detail oriented. She put us at ease from the moment we first signed on. We loved working with her and honestly wish we hired her sooner. Sadly, she couldn't physically be with us on our big day so we ran into a few bumps in the road but she made sure to FaceTime in. Even though a couple of things didn't turn out the way we planned, her team was able to pivot and make sure that we were stress free and had a beautiful day. Also after our big day she sent us the cutest cheese board. They're a great team and an awesome group of people to have helping you plan one of the best days ever.
We rented the Willow Wall for our wedding and it was a HUGE hit. So luxurious and full, it was the perfect backdrop to so many pictures. All of our guests took advantage! Felicia was super easy to work with and a great communicator which is essential when planning a wedding.

From the day I spoke with Felicia I knew her & her team would be nothing short of amazing & they truly were, you need to experience it for yourself. Don’t have enough amazing things to say about Felicia! The second she came on board she was extremely available and had answers for all of my million and one questions I had!! I was very nervous about not being prepared the day of, but Felicia helped me feel secure in everything I had planned and helped execute everything perfectly. Her team was incredible! Helped get us all set up day of and made sure everything ran smoothly! On top of being so helpful day of, within seconds of meeting Felicia, I felt as though we had been friends for years!! I don't even know where to begin with Tutti Belle Events. My husband and I decided only a few months before our wedding to look for an outside coordinator. Some things with our venue made us nervous, and quite frankly I was in over my head with wedding planning. My first call with Felicia I remember so well because she took all of my stress away. I texted her countless times leading up to our wedding, and she always responded right away. On the day of our wedding, Felicia and her team showed up in the morning and immediately took charge. I had brought all of my decor to the venue and left it in my car. Felicia and her team took my keys and unloaded everything. They also steamed the bridesmaid's dresses, and connected with all of the vendors. One of the girls was always with us, so we never felt like we weren't where we needed to be. One of my bridesmaids made a stain on her dress early in the morning, and the TBE team were on the ball with getting it out with a Tide stick. When we started moving around the venue for our photos, Felicia had my phone and lipstick on her at all times to make sure she could get both to me whenever I needed them. The constant reassurance, assistance, and hyping up that these girls did throughout the day is incredible. I was a nervous wreck leading up to this day, but never once had to stress over any detail. Every single item of decor was placed exactly where we wanted it. Every moment played out just as we imagined it. Hiring the TBE team was almost as if we cloned ourselves for the day. They had nothing but our best interest at heart, and they truly wanted to make sure we had the most amazing day we possibly could have. I am so pleased we decided to hire a coordinator, and even more pleased that we hired Felicia and her girls. You will not regret hiring them. They will make sure that the most important day of your life truly is exactly that.
Felicia and her team are truly amazing, I know every bride that has hired her says that but it’s something you don’t understand until you experience it. They show up and get right to it steaming everyone’s dresses, taking your keys to your car so they can start setting up your event space and so much more. When we walked back up the aisle as husband and wife Donna was waiting off to the side holding us each our signature drink. Between Felicia Donna & Bailey they make sure you’re eating, drinking, having fun, not worrying about anything & follow you around holding your dress all day long. Donna even helped me go to the bathroom multiple times and Felicia drove us in her car right up to the tent since it was raining so we didn’t get soaked. They will literally do anything you ask of them and they do so many things you wouldn’t even think to do. If you’re on the fence of hiring a day of coordinator…do it & hire Felicia and her team. It was the best money I spent on the entire wedding.
I hired Felicia and her team as a semi- last minute decision not really realizing that I needed a wedding planner. And wow am I glad I hired them! With the day of coordination package I bought I got a month or two coordination services leading up to the wedding which was really helpful to get Felicia intertwined with all my other vendors and have her as my right hand woman. But what really made Felicia stand out was the amount of time she dedicated to me taking my phone calls/texts/emails after hours when I had a mini-emergency or stress call. She didn't even blink an eye, she handled it with grace and professionalism and I didn't have to worry at all. On the day of the wedding I was able to be a bride and completely enjoy my day. Felicia and her team showed up with everything, walkie-talkies, emergency kits, steamers. From set up-to break down, they were there to do it all. I am so grateful to Felicia and the Tutti Belle team!
I didn't have intentions on hiring a wedding coordinator but, boy, am I SO happy I did!! I decided to hire someone pretty last minute and luckily, Felicia was available. She is honestly incredible. So detail oriented, thorough, and genuine. I was completely stress-free on my wedding day because of her and her lovely assistants, Bailey and Elizabeth. Please do yourself a favor and hire her!
Where do I start with the amazing experience I had with Felicia and her team! I had hired her less than 24 hours before my wedding after a horrific experience with another day of coordinator cancelling on me the day before my wedding. Felicia immediately (at the end of another wedding) stepped outside to call me and calm me down and assured me that everything was going to be great and we went over my timeline and everything that needed to be done. On literally zero sleep, she showed up with her team with smiles and positivity and got the day going. From start to finish, and everything in between they were AMAZING and I only wish I would have saved myself the headache and hired her from the beginning ! Hiring Felicia and Tutti Belle Events was the single greatest thing I did when it came to planning my wedding. I was convinced I could do it all on my own but I was very wrong! There was so much organization and scheduling that I would have never thought of. Felicia’s attention to detail is like nothing else. Her detailed day of schedule didn’t miss a beat. I received so many compliments on Felicia’s behalf from my vendors claiming they had never met a planner so organized and on top of things. Besides the planning and preparing, the day of coordination was out of this world. Felicia and her assistant Gina were on top of everything from sunrise to sunset. Even the slightest hiccup was fixed in a second. They were reliable, attentive and the relationship we formed over the entire process from start to finish is one I will always value. Contacted by Felicia in under an hour when i made an online inquiry. She was able to meet my needs with only a 5 day timeline that i gave her. Absolute pleasure to work with and she was sooooooo accommodating!!! definitely would recommend! Also our greenery wall was such a hit!

Literally the BEST investment I made on my wedding day. We booked the month of coordination package with Felicia. From the moment I spoke to Felicia on the phone I knew I was going to be in GREAT hands! She for one has so many great ideas when it comes to coordination and planning it helped make our big day even more special. She is also organized, on top of everything, and literally DOES NOT skip a beat! First off she emailed ALLLLL our vendors and basically had complete control come the last month or so of our big day (which thank god because she took so many little things off her plate, and took care of things I didn’t even think of!) She sent my fiancé and I a detailed timeline for us to review a month before our wedding that gives a complete breakdown of the day, and how it’s going to go down to the hour! She then sent it to all our vendors so everyone knew exactly what was going on for the day. She sent us checklist reminders for important things we needed day of. She even straightened up our room, and made our bed before the photographers came in to take getting ready pictures of me and the girls. By the end of the everything, she felt like family to my fiancé, myself and our family!! She took so much stress out of the process, and made my day a truly magical one. Don't hesitate to hire Felicia you will be SO glad you did!!!
I was lucky enough to come across Felicia when a coworker sent me a post about Felicia offering her services to a healthcare worker who’s wedding was affected by COVID. I reached out to Felicia saying what the heck, why not, having no idea what to expect and was not planning on having a service like hers. Felicia was amazing from beginning to end. She thought of EVERYTHING. Things that hadn’t even crossed my mind that I should plan out to make the day run seamlessly. Then we met and the big day came. Not only was Felicia on top of everything, she was also so sweet and comfortable to be around as was her amazing assistant Ashley. I was able to relax and enjoy every moment of the wedding day experience thanks to both of these special women. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the wedding day of my dreams. I can’t imagine having not had them there with me.
I cannot recommend Felicia & her team enough! When I started planning my 85 person wedding last year, I quickly realized that even though it was a smaller event, and even though I wanted to have my hand in all the little details, I really needed someone to oversee all of the responsibilities and make sure everything ran smoothly. Felicia was prompt in answering all of my initial questions, and immediately got to work with organizing the details on her end. When COVID hit and completely shattered our dream wedding plans, my Groom and I decided to get married just the two of us in a private ceremony and Zoom it to our friends and family. Felicia was there for all of the changes, the problem-solving and the trouble-shooting. She follows up, asks the right questions, and is fully prepared for anything. On the big day, she was all hands on deck, ready to set everything up, and she really ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. She also comes with a big bag of goodies - lint roller, gum, deodorant, and tons more - everything a bridal party might need but would have forgotten. Felicia is also super sweet and fun! Since we didn't have any friends or family physically with us that day, it was an added bonus that we genuinely became friends and now I affectionately consider her my "best friend that I paid for!" Felicia and her team coordinated our “month and day of” wedding services. I initially didn’t think we needed a wedding planner or coordinator because we wanted to be very hands on and make the day our own. I have to say that having Felicia’s help was the best thing we could have asked for and she really stepped in seamlessly and helped our vision come to life. I can’t imagine having gone through our wedding day without her because there were so many details she took care of that allowed us to relax, enjoy the day, and not have to worry about things being done. She even gave our dog water and had granola bars on hand when we starving. 10/10 if you are thinking of having a coordinator, do it. Well worth it.
